Abstract

The more rapid growth of information technology in the world, so that more and more people are taking advantage of this advancement in information technology in various activities of life or to solve various problems. One of them is filling positions that have not been filled for promotion processes often experience problems because the submission of prospective candidates who can occupy the position by matching employee profiles and job profiles is not resolved properly. To minimize these constraints, a decision support system is needed that can analyze employee performance in accordance with existing job profiles. The Profile Matching process is carried out to determine career planning recommendations by calculating sub-criteria from each aspect (work attitude and intellectual capacity) which consists of 4 stages including the calculation of the GAP value, the calculation of the core and secondary factor values ​​and the calculation of the total value and ranking. The results of this study will produce a form in the form of employee recommendations with the highest score of 5.4163 on behalf of Ariz and Widi which has the same numerical value as the number from the calculation method used.

Abstract

All countries in the world are currently experiencing a severe economic crisis following the outbreak of the COVID-19 outbreak. In Indonesia, the Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy is reported to have increased the number of poor people. Social assistance is a government program to improve the social welfare of the lower economic community. In carrying out the program, the central government and local governments coordinate with each other so that the program is right on target without any element of fraud. In the neighbourhood of Rukun Warga 001, Kelapa Dua Village, there are still obstacles in selecting the eligibility for social assistance recipients, namely Non-Cash Food Aid. The data on the poor are not in accordance with the actual conditions. In this study, to implementing data mining with the K-Means Algorithm. The K-Means Clustering algorithm is used to classify people who are classified as eligible to receive social assistance and those who are not entitled to receive social assistance. The data sample used is the data of Rukun Warga 001, Kelapa Dua Village. The results of this study indicate that cluster 1 with the appropriate category of receiving social assistance according to government programs in the Rukun Warga 001 neighbourhood of Kelapa Dua sub-district amounted to 13 families. And cluster 2 in the category of not eligible to receive social assistance amounted to 97 heads of families out of a total of 110 heads of families in RW 001.

Abstract

The study aims to map the potential of superior agribusiness products for tourism development in Banjarmasin City. The research method is quantitative descriptive using secondary data obtained from BPS South Kalimantan Province and Banjarmasin City. The analysis technique identifies the internal potential of a region, namely basic sectors and non-basic sectors. The potential for agribusiness in the Food Crop Agriculture Sub Sector in Banjarmasin City which can become a base for food crop commodities is the South Banjarmasin District and the North Banjarmasin District. The potential for agribusiness in the Livestock Sub Sector in Banjarmasin City which can be the basis for the livestock sub-sector is the District of South Banjarmasin and Central Banjarmasin. The Fisheries Sub Sector in Banjarmasin City which can be the basis for the livestock sub sector is the North Banjarmasin District and the East Banjarmasin District. The results of research on agribusiness potential in Banjarmasin City seen from the Food Crop Agriculture Sub-Sector include rice, Siamese oranges, and bananas. The agribusiness potential of the Livestock Sub-Sector includes beef cattle, broiler chickens, laying hens, ducks, quail, goats, and free-range chickens. The Fisheries Sub-Sector includes: capture fisheries and freshwater floating net cultivation fisheries, capture fisheries, and still water pond cultivation fisheries.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the ideology represented by the preachers through Friday sermons expressed in the form of local wisdom in Palopo City. This study used a qualitative approach to describe and to interpret research data. The data generated from words, phrases, and sentences contain social and religious ideology for data acquisition used a recording instrument. The data source was obtained from the preacher's narrative through expressions of local wisdom. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the techniques of description, interpretation and explanation. The results showed that the narrative of ideology combined with the expression of local wisdom in the Friday sermon formed the competence of reasoning power and attractiveness of the congregation. It motivates, influences, and encourages worshipers to engage in increasing pious social behavior. Thus, the essence of the sermon's purpose, which states the invitation, has been realized in the practice of diversity (social and religious). الملخص لملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن الفكر الذي نقله الخطباء في خطبة الجمعة المعبر عنه في شكل الثقافة المحلية التي جرت في مدينة بالوبو. في هذه الدراسة، تستخدام المنهج النوعي لوصف وتفسير بيانات البحث. مصدر البيانات مأخوذ من تعبير الخطباء المعبر عن الثقافة المحلية. تحتوي البيانات من الكلمات والعبارات والجمل الفكرية الدينية الإجتماعية. للحصول البيانات، تستخدام أداة تسجيل . ثم تحلل البيانات باستخدام تقنيات الوصف والتفسير والشرح. وقد وجد أن سرد الفكر المتكامل مع تعبير الثقافة المحلية في خطبة الجمعة يمكن أن يحفز قوة التفكير وجاذبية المصلين. هذا يحفز المصلين ويؤثر عليهم ويشجعهم على عمل وإرتقاء التقوى الإجتماعية. وهكذا ، فإن جوهر الغرض من الخطبة هو الدعوة وقد تحقق في ممارسة التنوع (التقوى الإجتماعية). الكلمات المفتاحية: التمثيل الأيديولوجي. حكمة محلية؛ شكل لفظي خطبة الجمعة Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap ideologi yang direpresentasikan para khatib melalui khutbah jumat yang diekspresikan dalam bentuk kearifan lokal yang berlangsung di Kota Palopo. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan pendekatan kualitatif mendeskripsikan dan menginterpretasi data penelitian. Sumber data diperoleh dari penuturan khatib berupa ungkapan kearifan lokal. Data dihasilkan dalam bentuk kata, frasa dan kalimat mengandung ideologi religius sosial. Untuk perolehan data digunakan instrumen perekam. Selanjutnya, data dianalisis dengan teknik deskripsi, interpretasi, dan eksplanasi. Ditemukan bahwa penuturan ideologi yang dipadu dengan ungkapan kearifan lokal dalam khutbah jumat membentuk kompetensi daya nalar dan daya tarik jamaah. Hal tersebut memotivasi, mempengaruhi dan mendorong jamaah melakukan perilaku kesalehan sosial yang semakin meningkat. Dengan demikian, hakikat tujuan khutbah yang menyatakan ajakan telah diwujudkan dalam pengamalan keberagaman (religius sosial). Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui keragaan karakter agronomi dan pola segregasi tanaman padi F4 hasil SilangBalik Resiprok Kambang/Pandan Ungu//Pandan Ungu. Metode identifikasi F4 menggunakan metode tanam tunggal,berdasarkan panduan sistem karakteristik dan evaluasi tanaman padi. Analisis data menggunakan uji Kolmogorov-Smirnovuntuk mengetahui sebaran data dan banyaknya gen yang terlibat dalam penampilan suatu karakter serta uji Chi -Kuadrat (X2)untuk menguji kesesuaian sebaran data dengan hukum Mendel. Karakter-karakter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlahanakan total, jumlah anakan produktif, panjang malai, jumlah gabah total per malai, jumlah gabah isi per malai, berat 100 but ir,berat gabah per rumpun, umur tanaman, panjang daun, lebar daun, warna helaian daun, dan warna pelepah daun. Penelitian inidilakukan di lahan sawah pasang surut DesaSidomulyo, Kecamatan Anggana, Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara sejak bulan Meihingga September 2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan karakter tinggi tanaman, panjang malai, dan berat gabah perumpunberdistribusi normal. Karakter jumlah anakan total, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah gabah total per malai, jumlah gabah isi permalai, berat 100 butir, umur tanaman, panjang daun, dan lebar daun berdistribusi tidak normal. Jumlah gabah total per malaimengikuti pola segregasi Mendel 9:7 yang berarti dikendalikan oleh dua gen epistasis resesif ganda atau gen komplementer.Karakter berat 100 butir mengikuti pola segregasi Mendel 15:1 yang berarti dikendalikan oleh dua gen yang bereaksi epistasisdominan ganda. Karakter jumlah anakan total, jumlah anakan produktif, jumlah gabah isi permalai, berat gabah per rumpun,umur tanaman, panjang daun, lebar daun, warna daun dan warna pelepah tidak memenuhi nisbah genetika Mendel yang berartipewarisan pada karakter tersebut dikendalikan oleh banyak gen (polygenic).

Abstract

Linear programming that can be found in life around is an assignment problem. Common assignment problems include n tasks that must be assigned to m workers assuming each worker has different competencies in completing each task. One of the methods in solving this problem is the Hungarian method. The purpose of this research is to optimize the assignment of employees by looking at the cost of daily wages. The problems that occur at the OneTop Frozen Store are the ineffectiveness of the work process and the swelling of operational costs, especially at work, Order Sorting, Packing, Labeling, Delivery with 4 workers. The application of the Hungarian method and testing of Software Quality Management obtains optimal wage costs so that operational costs can be reduced to a minimum without reducing the quality of service to consumers. Based on data processing in the Hungarian method, an assignment that is in accordance with the work in preparing Frozen Food orders at the OneTop Store can cost a daily wage of Rp.130,000 (one hundred and thirty thousand) to be the optimal wage cost per day. when compared with the previous calculation without using the Hungarian method by paying wages of Rp. 175,000 (one hundred and seventy five) per day. Based on the application of the Hungarian method, it is effective in determining an assignment and placement of workers so that they can work more effectively on a better and optimal Frozen Food ordering process.

Abstract

This research is motivated by SMUN  previously only providing scholarships for underprivileged students, while for students who excel, the method is not yet, therefore, research by implementing data mining with the C4.5 algorithm method so that in the future, if the scholarship program is for outstanding students already exists, then SMUN  can immediately apply it. The sample data are 33 scholarship recipients with subjects that have been determined based on the report card scores of prospective scholarship recipients. The selection results for receiving scholarships to outstanding students so far have only been calculated in general terms, the possibility of incorrect results will cause losses for students who have good achievements. As a result, there are students who should get the scholarship rights and do not receive it. The problem of this research is how to make it easier to analyze students who need and are entitled to receive scholarships, how to make it easier to select and determine scholarship recipients. The research uses the C4.5 algorithm to overcome these problems. With the C4.5 algorithm, the percentage accuracy value can be calculated which is used to determine whether the student is entitled to receive a scholarship or not. The data collection technique in this study is to use student report cards. classification value in determining students who get scholarships with the highest accuracy of 81.81%. The accuracy value was obtained by experimenting with the testing process with the number of student data as many as 33 students. It is hoped that it will make it easier to receive scholarships for students who excel academically in school.

Abstract

Food is the main need that society must fulfill. If food security is disrupted, it will have a negative impact on the nation's life. The agricultural sector has an important role in West Java Province. This province has a large area of agricultural land, so it has high potential to produce abundant agricultural production. However, knowing the adequate number of farmers is very important. Therefore, the implementation of K-Means Clustering can make a significant contribution to the East Java Provincial Agriculture Service in grouping farmers by district. To achieve optimal results, determining the best K value needs to be considered carefully. K-Means Cluster Analysis is a method of non-hierarchical Cluster Analysis that groups data into one or more groups. Data with the same characteristics is grouped into one cluster and data with different characteristics is grouped into another cluster. The data used in this research are land area and rice production in the Regency of East Java Province in 2022. Based on the results of research with the object of Food Security, it can be concluded that, the results of the analysis of the application of manual data mining calculations in Excel Software using the K-Means Clustering method, resulted in two types of clustering in the form of C0, namely the Highest Land Area and Production group with 4 districts: Jember Regency, Ngawi Regency, Bojonegoro Regency and Lamongan Regency, for C1 clustering, namely the Lowest Land Area and Production group with 25 districts in East Java Province

Abstract

A critical component of software development is testing programs on websites to make sure they run, are secure, and meet user expectations. This article explores efficient methods and best practices for utilizing Selenium with the Python programming language to perform program testing on websites. This study shows the outcomes of Selenium WebDriver-based automated testing on two webpages: https://demoqa.com/text-box and https://demoqa.com/login. Testing was done to assess Selenium's dependability and performance when it comes to completing text fields and completing the login procedure. The goal of the study is to evaluate Selenium WebDriver's dependability and effectiveness in basic testing jobs while spotting any issues that may arise. Using the appropriate locator to fill in text boxes efficiently using Selenium WebDriver ensures that the operation proceeds without major hiccups. The effective completion of the login procedure on the https://demoqa.com/login page further demonstrates the dependability of Selenium WebDriver for handling increasingly complicated interactions, including login. According to the analysis's findings, Selenium WebDriver is a dependable and efficient solution for test automation that performs consistently and steadily under a range of conditions. The research's conclusions highlight how crucial it is to use automation technologies in order to ensure software quality and boost testing effectiveness. Software engineers can detect issues more rapidly and completely test the functionality of applications with Selenium WebDriver, which enhances the overall quality of software development

Abstract

Kalimantan Island is rich in genetic resources and species diversity of Durio spp. plant. The large number of Durio species that grow in Kalimantan illustrates that this area is the most important distribution center for durian relatives. The best-known edible durians are Durian (Durio zibethinus). However, Kalimantan also has various types of Durian that are not yet widely known and have superior potential. One of the unique and exotic plants is the red flesh Durian in East Kalimantan, Indonesia. The fruit of this plant is unique because it has red flesh. At present, there is no morphological identification of this East Kalimantan Durio graveolens plant. The study aimed to identify the morphological character of Batuah D. graveolens from East Kalimantan, Indonesia. This research was carried out by collecting data and information about the morphological characteristics of the plant and fruits. The results of the study successfully identified Batuah D. graveolens from East Kalimantan as a plant diverts from another Durio spp. plant known like D. zibethinus and D. kutejensis especially for red flesh character.
