Abstract

Many obstacles occur in the implementation of electronic medical records in health facilities due to the unpreparedness of officers. The implementation of Electronic Medical Records at the SMB Health Center is in the transition stage using the E-Puskesmas application. The use of the E-Puskesmas application has not been fully implemented because officers are constrained in understanding how to fill out the form on the E-Puskesmas application and their skills in using computers are still lacking. The purpose of this study was to determine the readiness of officers based on their knowledge in the implementation of electronic medical records at the SMB Health Center. The type of quantitative research is a descriptive approach, the sampling technique uses total sampling and the research instrument is a questionnaire. Most of the knowledge is good as many as 6 people (93.2%) and knowledge is lacking as many as 2 people (6.8%) about electronic medical records in general and has legal value at the SMB Health Center. Officers need to attend training and seminars on electronic medical records to improve their knowledge in supporting their work.

Abstract

Respon Dua Kultivar Padi (Oryza sativa L.) Mayas Akibat Perlakuan Jarak Tanam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon kultivar padi Mayas akibat perlakuan jarak tanam dan mendapatkan jarak tanam yang sesuai untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil kultivar padi Mayas. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Mei sampai November 2006 di Desa Karang Tunggal Kecamatan Tenggarong Seberang Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara. Percobaan ini merupakan percobaan faktorial yang disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 3 ulangan. Faktor pertama adalah kultivar yaitu Mayas Pancing dan Mayas Putih. Sedangkan faktor kedua adalah jarak tanam yaitu 20 x 20, 20 x 25, 25 x 25, 25 x 30, dan 30 x 30 cm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ditemukan adanya interaksi yang nyata antara perlakuan kultivar dan jarak tanam. Perlakuan kultivar berpengaruh nyata terhadap berat 1000 butir, sedangkan pada perlakuan jarak tanam berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah anakan total per rumpun, jumlah anakan produktif per rumpun dan berat 1000 butir. Kultivar Mayas Pancing memberikan hasil terbaik pada perlakuan jarak tanam 25 x 30 cm, sedangkan kultivar Mayas Putih pada jarak tanam 25 x 25 cm.

Abstract

This research discusses the shift of the Tae' language through a case study of language attitudes and language usage in the city of Palopo, South Sulawesi. The Tae' language, as the identity of the Luwu people, in this case, the city of Palopo, is rarely used as the daily communication language of the people of Palopo. The use of the language in the family environment, which should be the closest domain to the regional language, has also been replaced. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative method. This study uses the instrument Cohn et al. (2013) in the form of scoring and social factors that can contribute to attitudes. Data analysis of language attitude employing the concepts of Garvin and Mathiot which encompass characteristics such as language loyalty, language pride, and awareness of linguistic norms. Based on the analysis of the data, the researcher found that the Tae' language as the regional language of the people of Palopo or Luwu has experienced a shift. The people in the city of Palopo have a positive attitude towards the Tae' language, but its usage is still minimal, even within the family domain. The Indonesian language dominates the language usage among the people. The positive language attitude does not align with the positive language usage, and it can even be negative in its usage.
