Abstract

AbstractEvery organization will always improve the quality of its resources so that its performance is satisfactory. Employees who have commitment and culture towards the organization have the potential to improve performance. In addition, compensation is also one of the drivers for improving employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of the employees of PT Marinal Indoprima.This type of research is quantitative research by distributing questionnaires. The sample used in this study amounted to 52 out of 599 populations. The results showed that partially compensation had a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture influences employee performance. Organizational commitment influences employee performance. While simultaneously showing compensation, organizational culture and organizational commitment significantly influence Employee Performance. Keywords: Compensation, Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Employee Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This research was done on PG. Kebon Agung, Malang. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Statistics of production quality control approach through quality control to maintain the quality of the production. This variable uses the production quality control and Statistical approach to quality control. Method of data collection using the study of library science and documentary films. The sample used is the amount of production and the amount of production declined to 12 years 2017. The analysis in this study is a descriptive qualitative analysis by processing raw data using a percentage of rendering, compute the line Centre (Central line), the lower control limit (the limit control), calculate the upper limit control (control over the limit), and map control P by using Microsoft excel 2010 help software.The research found that the percentage of damage production at any period of grinding are very low i.e. under 4%, then in the center line of the calculation can be (CL) of 0.02127, and later in the calculation of the limit control top (UCL) or can be called a maximum extent of damage boundary line of 0.147, as well as on the final stages of the calculation of the 3 sigma i.e. calculation of the lower limit (LCL) in can be the result of 0.10373-in other words the lower boundary line is 0 (zero) because if the limits under control less than 0 (zero) then the down control limits deem 0 (zero). So it can be inferred that the quality control of the production of PG. Kebon Agung in the year 2017 during the milling period 12 has been running very well without any slightest deviation.Keywords: Quality, Seven Tools, Statistical Quality Control.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social security, work discipline, and work motivation on employee performance at the Tulungagung regional development planning agency. This research uses a quantitative type. The data used in this study use primary data obtained directly from respondents in the Tulungagung regional development planning agency. Data were taken from 78 (seventy eight) respondents who are employees of regional development planning agencies.This study used analysis tools in the form of validity, reliability, normality test, multiple linear regression, multicollinity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test and measured using a Likert scale. Where the results of the analysis depend on the scores obtained from respondents.The results of this study are (1) social security has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tulungagung regional development planning agency (2) Work discipline has a negative and not insignificant effect on employee performance at Bappeda Tulungagung (3) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. at the Tulungagung regional development planning agency. Keywords : Social Security, Work Discipline, Work Motivations, Performance.

Abstract

abstrackThis study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment to teacher performance. The sample in this study amounted to 47 people who are all teachers at SMAN 1Manggelewa-Dompu.The method used is descriptive data analysis by using the test of validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, t hypothesis test, and hypothesis testing f.The results of this study indicate that the variable job satisfaction has a significant influence on teacher performance motivation variable  has no significant influence on teacher performance and organization commitment variable has significant effect on teacher performance in SMAN 1 Manggelewa-Dompu.Keywords: job satisfaction, motivation, organizational commitment, teacher performance

Abstract

AbstractThe objective of this research is to perceive the affect of the quality in term of working and commitment organization towards the satisfaction of working at dispenduk office and capil in the district of malang. The research is done by using quantitative approach and compiling the data through questionnaire. The scope of population in this research is all the employee working for population civil and also employee working for civil regristation in malang district. The technic used for sampling data is saturated sampling, whereas all the population is a sample for the research that is add up to 99 entities. The method that is being used is instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis. Classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 14 for Windows.The outcome of this research shows the quality of working life and organizational commitment have great affect partially and altogether with the satisfactory of working.Key word: work satisfaction, quality of working life, and organizational commitment.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine and test the effect of the variables examined in this study. The influences tested include, among others, the influence of customer value, service quality, and emotional closeness to customer loyalty. This type of research is quantitative descriptive using an accidental sampling approach. Samples taken were 100 Hypermart Giant customers (Jl.MT.Haryono no.146 Malang). The data collection method used was a questionnaire. Data analysis uses interval analysis. Based on this analysis shows that the customer value variable significantly influences customer loyalty, with a beta coefficient of 4.26, which means that respondents express about customer value (X1) is agree. Variable service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty, with a beta coefficient of 4.34, which means that respondents expressed about service quality (X2) is agreed. Variable emotional closeness has a significant effect on customer loyalty, with a beta coefficient of 4.23, which means that respondents express emotional closeness (X3) is agreed. Keywords: Customer Value, Service Quality, Emotional Proximity

Abstract

ABSTRACK The purpose of this research is to know whether the application of MRP method or Material Requirements Planning can attempt to control the supply of raw material exhaust at UD. GRM Workshop (Gandhoel Racing Modification) Tuban. After the calculation of the analysis of the application of Material Requirements Planning method, it is known that the requirement planning and the raw material purchase schedule have been done correctly, ie at the final production process stage, during the six sets of finished exhaust products produced in the 4th week of January (period 4) the 3rd of February (period 7) 2018.Then for the result of inventory control of raw material two lot sizing technique obtained that Lot lot lot technique (LFL) yield optimal lot size from Part Period Balancing (PPB), caused by lot lot lot technique of raw material inventory cost on plate is Rp 2.233 .350 Step Period Balancing (PPB) is Rp. 2,997,476. and raw materials of aluminum pipe and electrode in two lot sizing techniques produce the same total inventory cost, for aluminum pipe is Rp 1.459.400 and electrode is Rp. 1.69.400. Keywords: Material Requirements Planning, inventory control, lot sizing, Lot fot lot (LFL) and Part Period Balancing (PPB)

Abstract

ABSTRACT            The aims of atudy are to portray the motivation, work discipline, job satisfaction and employee performance of the Maudiza Group Convection and to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction on the performance of the Maudiza Group Convection Employee. The sample of this study were all employees, amounting to 40 respondents. Sampling using saturated sampling that is using all members of the population into the sample. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive and multiple regression analysis.            The results of this study indicate that (1) motivation, work discipline and job satisfaction simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) work discipline has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, (4) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Motivation, Work Discipline, Job Satisfaction And Employee Performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT               The purpose of this research was to study 1) the effect of liquidity to company profitability. 2) The effect of sales growth to company profitability. 3) The effect of working capital turnover to company profitability. 4) The effect of company size to company profitability. 5) The effect of leverage to company profitability. The approach of this research was quantitative. Quantitative approach is an approach by using data in the form of numbers. The population of this research is manufacturing companies that listed on stock exchange in 2014-2016. Sample determination was done by purposive sampling method of judgment sampling, with 30 companies using documentation and literature study in data collection.               Based on the results of the analysis can be concluded: 1) liquidity has a significant effect to company profitability. 2) Sales growth has no significant effect to company profitability. 3) Working capital turnover has no significant effect to company profitability.  4) Company size has no significant effect to company profitability. 5) Leverage has no significant effect to company profitability. Keywords: Liquidity, Sales growth, Working capital turnover, Company size, Leverage and Profitability.

Abstract

ABSTRACT In the development of globalization requires all companies to be more competitive. Every company must have excellence and competitiveness so that it can survive among other companies. The success of a company is also strongly influenced by human resources owned and can be seen from the performance of its employees. The purpose of this study was to find out to find out and analyze the influence of supervision on the performance of employees of Surabaya Nelongso Fried Chicken. To find out and analyze the influence of work discipline on the performance of employees of Surabaya Nelongso Fried Chicken. To describe the influence of supervision and work discipline on the performance of employees of Surabaya Nelongso Fried Chicken. With the population of this study were 150 employees. By using the Slovin formula. The sample in this study were internal employees totaling 60 employees. The results of this study are known to be positive variables but not significant or it can be concluded that the assistant variable does not effect employee performance. Work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect, or it can be concluded that the work discipline variables affect employee performance. Keywords: Supervision, Work Discipline, Employee Performance
