Abstract

ABSTRACTThe company was established as a business that aims to obtain maximum profits and will also affect the economy of a country. So that requires companies to have good financial performance. company financial performance can be seen from the financial statements in the previous period and will be a reflection of the improvement in the next period by analyzing the company's financial ratios. This study aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. XL Axiata Tbk with PT. Indosat Tbk. 2014-2017 period in terms of financial ratios, namely: Analysis of Liquidity Ratios, Solvability Ratios, Activity Ratios and Profitability Ratios and To analyze the comparison of Liquidity ratios, Solvability Ratios, Activity Ratios and Profitability Ratios between PT. XL Axiata Tbk with PT. Indosat Tbk. 2014-2017 period. The method used in this study is quantitative data in the form of annual financial statements calculated using liquidity ratio analysis, namely the current ratio, quick ratio, solvability ratio, namely total debt to asset ratio, total debt to equity ratio, activity ratio ie total asset turn over, profitability ratio namely return on investment and return on equity. The analysis tool used is an independent t test. From the calculation results based on value Based on liquidity ratios, profit is limited to PT. Indosat Tbk. has a better ratio than PT. XL Axiata Tbk. while the activity ratio of PT. XL Axiata Tbk has a higher ratio. For the solvability ratio of PT. Xl Axiata Tbk has a higher ratio in the variable debt to Asset ratio (DAR) while in the variable debt to equty ratio (DER) PT. Indosat Tbk has a better value In the independent t test, it was found that there were significant differences between PT. XL Axiata Tbk. and PT. Indosat Tbk based on activity ratios, solvability ratios on debt to asset ratios, and profitability ratios in the return on equity variable, while on liquidity ratios, solvability ratios on the debt to equity ratio, and profitability ratios in the return on investment variable there are no differences that significant in both companies. Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the description of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance, to find out whether transformational leadership and organizational culture requires simultaneous support for employee performance, to find out whether transformational leadership is related to employees, to find out employee performance. This study uses employees of PT. Avia Citra Dirgantara who participated 153 people who participated in the research which was conducted in August 2019 to December 2019. Analysis of the data used in this study were: Validity test, reliability test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. With the results of the study: 1.) Leadership positive and significant transformation on employee performance. 2.) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 3.) Abstract

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study are 1) description of the award, work stress and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading. 2) knowing and analyzing rewards has a significant influence on employee performance variables PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading. 3) knowing and analyzing work stress has a significant influence on employee performance variable PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading. 4) Know and analyze the motivation has a significant influence on employee performance variable PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading. 5) to know the variables of appreciation, work stress and work motivation simultaneously on employee performance in PT.Enseval Putera Megatrading. Samples used are employees of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Malang Tbk, Malang Branch as many as 60 respondents. Data collection methods used are questionnaire (questionnaire) and interview (interview).The result of the research shows that the awards have a significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk Malang Branch, work stress does not significantly affect the performance of employees of PT. Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk Malang Branch, work motivation significantly influence the performance of employees of PT. Abstract

 Abstract  This study analyzes the effect of Location, Brand Image and Price on Purchase Decisions. The population in this study was 18,500 respondents. The sample in this study was 100 respondents using accidental sampling technique.The results of this study note that the results of the F test are known that the location variable, brand image and price simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to see the effect of leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of Pt. Victory International Futures Malang City Branch. The variables used in this study are Job Satisfaction as the dependent variable, while the independent variables are Leadership Style and Compensation. Respondent data collection was carried out through a questionnaire method with a sample size of 67 respondents.The results of this study simultaneously conclude that there is an influence between the variable leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction with commitment and partially conclude that there is an influence between leadership style and compensation on job satisfaction on commitment.Keywords: Leadership Style, Compensation, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this research is to identify and explain about career development, giving incentive, and employee loyalty. Moreover, this study is identify about the influence of career development, giving incentive toward employee loyalty parsially or simultaneously.            The sample of this research is all Radar Bromo Prolinggo Jawa Timur’s employee that contain 59 employee using census method. In this method, all the data was collected by using questionnaire and statistically analyzed using multiple linier regressions with applying SPSS 22.0 for Windows. The research method that used in this research is quantitative research method with the explanatory type of research.            The result of this research showed that career development have significant influence toward employee loyalty and incentive awarding parsially as well as career development and giving incentives significantly influence simultaneously toward employee loyalty.Keywords: employee loyalty, career development, and gIving incentive.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine how the effect of skills, the use of information technology, and the level of education on employee performance at PDAM Malang City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the data sample obtained were 77 employees. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that the variable human resource skills had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The use of information technology has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The level of education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Taken together, the variables of skills, the use of information technology, and the level of education have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Skills, utilization of information technology, level of education, employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine effect of occupational safety and health on work productivity employee CV production. Sari Alam Lenteng Sumenep and which variable has a dominant influence on work productivity of CV production employee. Sari Alam Lenteng Sumenep. Data analysis method that used in this research is doubled linear regression. The results of this study concluded that the salvation of work has a significant effect on employee productivity CV. Sari Alam Lenteng Sumenep. The higher level of employee health and safety hence employee productivity in CV. Sari Alam Lenteng Sumenep. R square value of 42.1% means changes in employee productivity change caused by the level of safety and health of employees. The remaining 57.9% was caused by other variables not included in this study. The independent variable that has the highest beta value is work safety variable that is 62.6% sehungga occupational health factor is the dominant factor affecting employee work productivity compared with health work with beta value equal to -26,4%.Keywords: work safety, work healthy, work productivity

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the results of the business feasibility analysis creative economic products in financial feasibility aspect. This product is a clock that anti dents and unbreakable with design of Malang icon. The case study of this research is Jadian Yok Cah Malang business. The results showed that Break Even Point Rp.36.177.841. or 426 on pieces, Payback Period 2,84 years, Net Present Value Rp. 54.456.233, Profitability Index 2,11, Average Rate of Return 51% and Internal Rate of Return 42%. Based on financial feasibility, Jadian Yok Cah Malang is feasible to be developed.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Employee Enggement, Quality Of Work Life and Work on the Performance of Production Section Employees in Public Relations. Trubus Alami Kab. Malang both partially and simultaneously. In this study the population amounted to 85 employees and all were taken as samples. Data collection through questionnaires, data analysis in this study using SPSS version 22. The sampling technique uses quantitative methods, while the data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and testing the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis show that partially or simultaneously the work environment, work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance on public  relations.
