<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the role of social media in improving employee performance in MSMEs (UMKM) in Serang City. A qualitative approach with a case study design was used. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observations involving MSME owners, managers, and employees who utilize social media in their daily work activities. The results show that social media particularly Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook play a significant role in accelerating internal communication, enhancing work coordination, and strengthening employee collaboration. Additionally, social media motivates employees to achieve work targets by improving digital literacy and promoting engagement in promotional activities. The study also reveals that adaptive organizational culture and leadership support are crucial for the successful use of social media. Therefore, social media can serve as a strategic tool for human resource management in MSMEs if integrated wisely and supported by the development of employees' digital competencies.]]>

<![CDATA[Hand sanitizers are a community need during the Covid-19 pandemic. The availability of hand sanitizers is very small, so they are sold at relatively expensive prices on the market. One solution to the need for public health during the Covid-19 pandemic is to use hand sanitizers made from local materials that can be found in the surrounding environment. However, public knowledge about this is very low. For this reason, this service is carried out to provide knowledge and skills to the community on how to make hand sanitizers made from local materials that are environmentally friendly and economical, such as: betel leaf and lime. This service activity is carried out in 4 (four) stages, namely: 1) interviews and observations, to find out the initial conditions of the people of Karang Dima Village, Sumbawa Regency and local materials that can be used for making hand sanitizers; 2) socialization to the community about the importance of maintaining cleanliness; 3) training and hands-on practice of making hand sanitizers made from local ingredients and their packaging; and 4) assistance. The enthusiasm of the community during the training was very high, and the result of the training was that the community had qualified skills in making their own hand sanitizer, which was much needed.]]>

<![CDATA[Bunut Baok Village is one of the villages located in Praya District, Central Lombok Regency. The majority of the people are breeders and farmers. Farmers leave behind mountains of cow manure, have a pungent odor, and pollute the surrounding waters, so that people feel disturbed. Meanwhile, farmers currently have difficulty obtaining fertilizer and the price is very expensive, because chemical fertilizers can boost agricultural/plantation yields. Communities generally use chemical fertilizers, where the excessive use of chemical fertilizers has an impact on environmental damage. For this reason, the community needs to be given knowledge about the processing and benefits of organic fertilizer packaged through community empowerment activities in the form of training and counseling so that they are able to process local waste into organic fertilizer that is environmentally friendly. Through this activity, it is hoped that the community will be able to take advantage of existing local potential and be able to carry out further innovations regarding organic fertilizers, even being able to be packaged and produced in large quantities to be used as a livelihood for the local community. This service activity is carried out in three stages, namely: 1) preparation, in the form of observations and interviews as well as identification of local waste as the main ingredient for making organic fertilizer; 2) outreach to the public about the importance of treating waste so that the environment is kept clean; and 3) training on processing local waste into organic fertilizer. The community is very motivated by this activity, especially because environmental pollution is reduced by waste treatment and can overcome the scarcity of fertilizer they really need.]]>

<![CDATA[The utilization of non-timber forest products (NTFPs) is still not optimal, despite having great potential in supporting environmental sustainability and the local economy. The need for innovation in forest product management is becoming increasingly urgent, especially in the context of green economic development and natural resource conservation. This activity aims to provide understanding to forestry students of Mandalika University of Education regarding the importance of sustainable forest product innovation, fostering environmental awareness, and instilling character values such as ecological responsibility. This activity involved 30 participants and was carried out in four training sessions that included interactive lectures, group discussions, and individual reflections. The evaluation results showed an increase in participants' conceptual understanding by 42% based on the results of the pre-test and post-test. In addition, participants produced more than 6 creative ideas based on local potential, such as the development of herbal products, environmentally friendly products and natural dyes. Character values such as innovation, ecological responsibility, and environmental awareness were also successfully internalized in the learning process. This socialization makes an important contribution in shaping sustainability awareness and professional readiness of forestry students. It is recommended that this program be continued in the form of applied training that includes the development of NTFP product prototypes and integrated into the green entrepreneurship curriculum.]]>

<![CDATA[The digital literacy training in Pageragung Village aims to improve the community's skills in facing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. With the rapid development of technology, rural communities are faced with the need to understand and utilize digital technology in order to access information, public services, and economic opportunities through e-commerce.The training covers an introduction to the basic use of digital devices, the use of social media for promotion, and an introduction to e-commerce to increase income. The results of this training show that most participants have gained basic skills in using digital devices, utilizing social media for promotion, and an introduction to e-commerce to increase income.This training covers the basics of using digital devices,utilizing social media for promotion, and an introduction to e-commerce toincrease income. The results of this training show that mostparticipants experienced a significant increase in their ability to usedigital technology, despite challenges related to limited internet infrastructure. This program also succeeded in opening up economic opportunities forthe village community through the use of digital platforms. However,the sustainability of this training requires assistance and improved internet accessso that its benefits can be felt more widely. In conclusion, this traininghas succeeded in empowering the people of Pageragung Village to face the digital era,but requires better infrastructure support toensure long-term success.]]>

<![CDATA[The Community Service Program (PKM) with the theme “Building a Reading Literacy Culture to Improve the Quality of Life Habits of Generation Alpha in Kilasah Village” aims to improve reading habits among Generation Alpha children in Kilasah Village, as well as strengthen the role of parents and teachers in supporting literacy. Literacy training involving children, parents, and teachers was conducted through a participatory approach that included the provision of reading books, training in creative learning methods, and the formation of reading habits at home. The results of the training showed a significant increase in children's reading habits, as well as the involvement of parents and teachers in supporting children's literacy. In addition, the mobile library has succeeded in providing wider access to reading books, although challenges related to internet access and time remain obstacles that need to be overcome. This program has succeeded in having a positive impact in creating a sustainable literacy culture in Kilasah Village, with the potential to improve the quality of life of children through healthy reading habits.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the direct effect of work involvement and social emotional learning on work decision making. The direct effect of work involvement and social emotional learning on performance; Indirect effect of work involvement and social emotional learning on performance through work decision making. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population of this study were all honorary employees in the Regional Office and the Ministry of Religion Office in Banten Province, totaling 289 people. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling. The sample size was 240 respondents. The research instrument was developed based on the grid compiled from the theory that has been explained on the theoretical basis. Data was collected using a questionnaire. The study was conducted in June-July 2024. The results of this study indicate that work involvement has a significant effect on work decision making. Social emotional learning has a significant effect on work decision making; Job involvement has a significant effect on Performance; Social emotional learning has a significant effect on performance; job involvement has a significant effect on performance through work decision making. Social emotional learning has a significant effect on performance through work decision making. The findings of this study, that work decision making is able to mediate the influence of work involvement and social emotional learning on performance through work decision making.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to understand young entrepreneurs’ perceptions in enhancing productivity amidst market competition in Serang City, Banten Province. A qualitative approach was employed using in-depth interviews with several young entrepreneurs from various business sectors. The findings reveal that productivity is perceived adaptively as a synergy between creativity, efficiency, and innovation in responding to market changes. Digital technology plays a crucial role in expanding market access and improving operational effectiveness. Entrepreneurial motivation serves as an essential internal factor for business sustainability, while managerial limitations and limited access to capital remain significant challenges. The study highlights the importance of policy support, practice-based training, and collaboration among government, academia, and the private sector to build a productive and sustainable youth entrepreneurship ecosystem.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to analyze the influence of adversity resilience and transformational leadership on job satisfaction as well as the influence of transformational leadership on performance, both directly and through adversity resilience and job satisfaction. Apart from that, this research also examines the influence of adversity resilience and job satisfaction on the performance of sub-district office employees in Serang City, Banten Province. The approach used in this research is quantitative with a correlational design. The research population includes all sub-district office employees in Serang City spread across 12 sub-districts with a total of 187 people. The sample was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan Table, resulting in 108 respondents. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire whose validity and reliability had been tested on 30 respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with evaluation of the outer model and inner model to ensure the validity and reliability of the instrument. The research results show that all hypotheses are accepted. Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on adversity resilience, job satisfaction and employee performance. Adversity resilience and job satisfaction also have a positive influence on employee performance. Apart from that, transformational leadership influences employee performance both directly and through the mediation of adversity resilience and job satisfaction. The implications of this research confirm that improving employee performance can be achieved by strengthening transformational leadership and increasing adversity resilience and job satisfaction. Therefore, sub-district heads and village heads are advised to implement more effective leadership strategies to encourage increased employee performance.Keywords: Adversity Resilience, Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, SEM, Skill Improvement, Transformational Leadership]]>
