Abstract

This community service activity aims to foster environmental awareness and social responsibility through a Family Gathering and community cleaning initiative conducted in collaboration with the Education and Social Center (ESC) Foundation. The program focused on maintaining environmental cleanliness, providing waste management education, and strengthening family-based cooperation values. The implementation methods included environmental cleaning, educational sessions, reflection, and group activities to enhance social solidarity. The results indicated an increased awareness of environmental care and improved social cohesion among participants. Collaboration between the community and the social foundation effectively supported the program’s sustainability. This activity serves as a family-based model for promoting positive behavioral change and ecological awareness within local communities.

Abstract

The objective of this investigation is to evaluate the effectiveness of human resource management (HRM) strategies in Indonesian national companies as they navigate the digital transformation era. The qualitative case study approach was implemented in three national companies operating in the banking, manufacturing, and telecommunications sectors. Data were gathered via in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation, and subsequently analyzed using NVivo 12 software. The findings indicate that HRM management strategies focus on three primary components: enhancing employee digital competencies through reskilling and upskilling programs, integrating technology into the HRM system, and reinforcing an organizational culture that is adaptable to digital change. The successful implementation of a digital HRM strategy is highly dependent on transformative leadership, digital literacy, and readiness for a new work culture. This study contributes theoretically to the advancement of strategic HRM theory and presents practical recommendations for national companies to enhance competitiveness via digital-based HRM

Abstract

This research aims to identify effective strategies in developing the production capacity of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Serang City. MSMEs in this sector face major challenges in the form of limited traditional production technology and low human resource skills in production management and quality control. This research uses qualitative and quantitative approaches using in-depth interviews, field observations and surveys. The research results show that key strategies that can be implemented include the application of modern and efficient production technology, increasing human resource skills through training and mentoring, as well as increasing access to capital and local government support. The implementation of this strategy is expected to increase productivity, efficiency, product quality consistency and the competitiveness of MSMEs in the food and beverage sector in Serang City. The findings of this research provide an important contribution to the development of MSMEs and the local economy in Serang City

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the relationship between improving employee performance with work motivation and the work environment at the Serang City Social Service. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data collected through questionnaires as the main instrument. The sampling technique applied was saturated sampling, where all members of the population, totaling 54 respondents, were sampled. Data analysis was carried out using the SPSS version 25 application to test the hypothesis. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence, both partially and simultaneously, from work motivation and work environment on improving employee performance at the Serang City Social Service. These findings indicate that to improve employee performance, attention needs to be given to both aspects simultaneously, by increasing work motivation and creating a supportive work environment. This research provides important insights for management in designing strategies to improve employee performance in the social services environment

Abstract

Employee performance is the result of a person's efforts achieved through abilities and actions in certain situations. This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on the performance of Bappeda Pandeglang Regency employees, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is an associative quantitative method with probability sampling techniques, involving a population and sample of 57 employees. Data were analyzed using SPSS Version 26. The results showed that compensation had a significant influence on employee performance (H1) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable (11.261 > 2.004). Work motivation also has a significant effect on employee performance (H2) with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and tcount > ttable (3.487 > 2.004). Simultaneously, compensation and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (H3) with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and Fcount > Ftable (64,467 > 3.17). The conclusion of this research is that compensation and work motivation have a significant influence on the performance of Pandeglang Regency Bappeda employees, both individually and collectively

Abstract

Career development is an important aspect in improving the quality and effectiveness of employee work. At the Banten Province Tourism Office, work competency and work performance are identified as the main factors influencing career development. This research aims to examine the relationship between competency and work performance and career development. This research aims to examine increasing career development through work competency and work performance at the Banten Province Tourism Office. The method used is a survey with a descriptive quantitative approach. The research population was 103 respondents, using Simple Random Sampling sampling techniques, resulting in 34 respondents as samples. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple regression techniques. The research results show that the Work Competency variable (X1) has a tcount value of -2.114 and a significance of 0.043, which means tcount > ttable (-2.114 > 0.682486). The Job Performance variable (X2) has a tcount value of 6.641 and a significance <0.001, which also shows tcount > ttable (6.641 > 0.682486). Hypothesis testing using the F test produces an F value of 16.384 with a significance of <0.001. These results indicate that work competency and work performance significantly influence career development at the Banten Province Tourism Office

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of interactive multimedia on student learning outcomes by analyzing 15 articles that can be accessed from Google Scholar, Garuda, and Mendeley. These articles were published in non-accredited journals, accredited Sinta, and indexed by Copernicus or Scopus with 5 different sample levels, namely: Elementary School, Middle School, High School, Vocational High School, and College. The use of interactive multimedia contains text, graphics, audio and moving images (video) which can be displayed via projector and laptop screens. This research method uses a meta-analysis method, namely by comparing research data from control and experimental groups in the form of sample size (N), Standard Deviation (SD), and learning outcomes (X). The data was analyzed statistically to see the effect size value. Based on the results of the analysis test, it was found that from the 15 articles analyzed, the average effect size was 1.146 with a P-Value < 0.001 (P-Value < 0.05), which means that learning using multimedia is very effective or has an influence on student learning outcomes. Next, to see at which level the effectiveness value is higher, the analysis results found that the estimated value at the elementary school level was 1.719 (more effective), followed by the tertiary level with an estimate of 1.707.

Abstract

Telkom Akses (PTTA) merupakan salah satu anak perusahaan telkom yang bergerak di bidang kontruksi pembangunan dan manage service infrastruktur jaringan. PT. Telkom Akses juga memiliki cabang perusahaan di setiap wilayah diantaranya PT. Telkom Akses Serang Banten yang melayani ratusan jasa pelanggan dengan layanan yang mencakup telepon tidak bergerak kabel, internet, komunikasi data, Internet Protocol (IP) TV, jaringan dan interkoneksi serta telepon bergerak nirkabel (celular) Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui kepemimpinan transformasional dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui komitmen organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja karyawan dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di PT. Telkom Akses Serang Banten. Metode penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. yaitu untuk menguji pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan 2 variabel bebas (Kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi) dan 1 variabel terikat (Kinerjavkaryawan). Pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode survei terhadap 57 karyawan Hasil dari penelitian ini dihitung Fhitung sebesar 5,285 > Ftabel 3,165 peningkatan yang positif antara peningkatan kinerja karyawan melaui kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi, tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,008 < 0,05 sehingga H0 ditolak ini berarti adanya peningkatan yang positif dan signifikan antara peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi PT. Telkom Akses Serang Banten. Besarnya persentase peningkatan kinerja karyawan melalui kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasi sebesar 16,4% dan sisanya 83,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.

Abstract

Produktivitas kerja seorang karyawan dapat dilihat dari keberhasilan dalam menyelesaikan tugas dan target yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work life balance dan stres kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT Pigeon Indonesia, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif asosiatif kausal dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh, melibatkan populasi dan sampel sebanyak 35 karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa work life balance memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (H1) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan thitung > ttabel (6,227 > 2,037). Stres kerja tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (H2) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,301 > 0,05 dan thitung < ttabel (-1,052 < 2,037). Secara simultan, work life balance dan stres kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja (H3) dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan Fhitung > Ftabel (29,030 > 3,29). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah work life balance dan stres kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Pigeon Indonesia.
