Abstract

Warung kopi solong merupakan salah satu warung kopi tertua di kota Banda Aceh. Masalah yang dihadapi warung kopi solong adalah tingginya tingkat persaingan sejenis yang memungkinkan konsumen untuk beralih ke produk pesaing. Sehingga warung kopi solong dituntut untuk semakin cermat dalam membaca kebutuhan dan selera konsumen. Dalam mengambil keputusan pembelian, konsumen akan menilai beberapa faktor dari suatu produk seperti kualitas produk, harga, dan lokasi. Selain itu konsumen juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor pribadi seperti umur dan jenis kelamin. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur jenis kelamin kualitas produk, harga, dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu konsumen warung kopi solong dan konsumen warung kopi lain. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 100 orang, yang terdiri dari 50 orang konsumen warung kopi solong dan 50 orang konsumen warung kopi lain. Penelitian ini diolang dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan analisis regresi logistik biner. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa faktor umur, kualitas produk, harga, dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Sedangkan faktor jenis kelamin tidak berpengaruh signifikan.Solong coffee shop is one of the oldest coffee shops in the city of Banda Aceh. The problem faced by the Solong coffee shop is the high level of competition that allows consumers to switch to competing products. So Solong coffee shop is demanded to be more careful in reading the needs and tastes of consumers. In making purchasing decisions, consumers will assess several factors of a product such as product quality, price, and location. In addition, consumers are also influenced by personal factors such as age and gender. This journal aims to determine the effect of age, gender, product quality, price, and location on purchasing decisions. The population in this study are consumers of Solong coffee shops and other coffee shop consumers. The research sample consisted of 100 people, consisting of 50 solong coffee shop consumers and 50 other coffee shop consumers. This research was processed using validity, reliability, and binary logistic regression analysis. This study shows that age, product quality, price, and location have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. While the gender factor has no significant effect.

Abstract

Abstrak.Pendapatan keluarga merupakan pemasukan bagi keluarga yang bersangkutan. Pendapatan tersebut diperoleh baik yang berasal dari usaha keluarga (kepala rumah tangga/suami) maupun hasil dari perempuan rumah tangga (istri) atau usaha dari salah satu anggota keluarga. Perempuan merupakan bagian terpenting dalam kehidupan, baik itu dalam ruang lingkup keluarga, masyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui lamanya alokasi waktu yang dibutuhkan perempuan buruh tani kopi untuk bekerja di kebun kopi dan untuk pekerjaan domestik, melihat besarnya pendapatan yang diperoleh perempuan buruh tani kopi dan mengetahui bagaimana besarnya kontribusi perempuan buruh tani kopi terhadap pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Bandar Kabupaten Bener Meriah, objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perempuan buruh tani yang berstatus sebagai ibu rumah tangga, yang bekerja pada lahan usaha tani milik orang lain. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Random Sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara acak dengan pertimbangan bahwa perempuan buruh tani kopi tersebut ibu rumah tangga, metode analisis secara deskriprtif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lamanya alokasi waktu kerja yang dicurahkan perempuan buruh tani kopi adalah selama 6 jam/hari atau 25 %, pendapatan perempuan dari menjadi buruh tani kopi sebesar Rp 488.389,- dan kontribusi perempuan buruh tani terhadap pendapatan keluarga adalah rendah yaitu sebesar 20,9 %.Analysis Of Work Time Allocation And Income Contribution Of Female Coffee Farm Workers In The Sub-District Of Bandar Bener Meriah RegencyAbstract.Family income is an revenue for the family. The income is derived either from the family business (head of household/husband) as well as the result of a household woman (wife) or business of one of the family members. Women are the most important part of life, be it within the scope of family, society, nation and state. This study aims to determine the length of time allocation required for women working coffee farmers to work in coffee plantations and for domestic work, to see the amount of income earned by female coffee farm workers and to know how big the contribution of women farm workers to family income. This study was conducted in Sub district of Bandar Bener Meriah Regency, the object of this research is women farm workers who are status as housewives, who work on farm land owned by others. Sampling is done by Random Sampling technique that is random sampling taking into consideration that the female laborer of coffee is housewife, the method of analysis is descriptive quantitative. The result of the research shows that the time allocation for the working time given by women for coffee farmers is 6 hours/day or 25 percent, women income from being a coffee farmer is Rp 488.389,- and the contribution of women laborers to the family income is low at 20.9%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This study aims to analyze the main commodity plantation sub sector in South Aceh District. This study uses secondary data from the years 2005-2012. Leading commodity plantation is a commodity that has a high market demand and have the ability to supply in large quantities.Analysis Location Quotient (LQ) is used to determine the base and nonbase commodity of plantation sub sector. Mapping the leading commodity in South Aceh district to aims to determine the potential of the plantation commodities which have more higher economic advantage, so that it can be developed further. Commodities which have advantages in South Aceh is nutmeg, kapok, patchouli, cinnamon and coconut. Fifth seed commodity commodities classified as affected acreage and high production exceed contributions acreage and production of the same commodities from other regions in the province of Aceh.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. This research was conducted in the Province of Aceh. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect inflation, the provincial minimum wage, labor supply and labor demand in the Province during the period from 1998 to 2012. The data used in this study is secondary data time series obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Aceh, Department of Labor and Population Mobility Aceh, Department of Trade and Industry Aceh and Aceh Pertamina. The model used is the model of simultaneous equations by the method of 2SLS (Two Stage Least Square) is used to analyze the function of each equation in this study. The results showed that the provincial minimum wage impact on inflation and the increase in labor supply and the impact on the demand for labor in the province. Economically, the regression results indicate that for each of the variables that affect inflation, the provincial minimum wage, labor supply and demand in the province of Aceh has not been all in accordance with the sign the expected coefficients and variables in each equation only population significant effect on labor supply, whereas the other variables did not significantly affect the endogenous variables. However, simultaneous testing for functionality inflation equation has no real effect, whereas the function of the provincial minimum wage equations, labor supply and labor demand in the province has a real impact.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. After Tsunami 2004, many local and international NGOs came to help Aceh community in rehabilitation and reconstruction processes in order to relief economic condition of the community. In the rehabilitation processes of coast community, NGO gave more attention to gender equity in their program, especially in the program aimed to increase knowledge and skill through the training of small scale enterprise and giving fund for their business. In 2010, the rehabilitation and reconstruction processed was finished. How is the women role in economic sector? This research aimed to: (1) Describe the women role in fishery subsector before and after tsunami, (2) Analyze factors which caused the change of woman role in fishery subsector after tsunami, (3) Formulate the strategy to reinforce woman role in economic activity of fishery subsector. This research was a case study in Meunasah Keudee Village, Mesjid Raya Subdistrict, Aceh Besar District by using a qualitative approach. The results showed that there were a movement in a role of men and women in fishery agroindustry. Many factors caused this movement: internal factors which are: (a) the increasing awareness of self potential, (b) the increasing of cosmopolitness in women activity after tsunami, (c) the movement of status and women role in their family (widows case); external factors which are: (a) NGOs assistances and guidances in women economic activity, (b) the increasement of family needs, (c) the movement of reference group. Strategy to enhance women role are: (1) increasement of women education through training which includes gender issues in economic assitances to the community; (2) reformation of local or traditional institution which neglect women role; (3) advocate the men to give the same place and role to the women to involve on desicion making processes in the family, economic activity and public sphere.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Farming is a plot of land or a part of the earth's surface where the farmers and their families to grow crops or raise livestock. A farmer faced with the enigma to determining the competition of activity in optimizing farming activities. The research was done in Lam Seunong village, Kecamatan Kota Baro, Aceh Besar, the object of research is the farmers who worked in rice, mustard and lettuce land farm. The purpose of this research was to know optimal cropping pattern for mustard and lettuce farming in rice production areas in an effort to increase the optimize income of farmers. The research using purposive sampling techniques with particular sampling, analytical methods using linear programming optimization. The results showed the optimal cropping pattern in the local rice production area is rice and mustard greens in the first season and lettuce in the second season that will obtain maximum revenue of Rp. 76,568,940.00 per period of the rice planting season. With an area of arable land each season is 0.3 hectare for rice in the first season, 0.26 hectare for mustard in the first season, and 0.26 hectare for lettuce second season.

Abstract

The Imbalance Level of Households Income Distribution in Sub district of Peukan Bada, Aceh BesarABSTRACT. The research aims to measure the imbalance level of households income distribution in the sub district of Peukan Bada, Aceh Besar. The method used is survey method. Sampling was conducted randomly and multi stage. The results were analyzed with gain ratio coefficient. It shows that the income distribution of households for those who work as farmer and local labor is categorized as moderate while that for those who work as civil employee and merchant is categorized as low. The calculation shows gain ratio index is 0.386 which lies on moderate category. Based on the World Bank criterion, it was found that 40% of the people with low income in this area have 11.4% of income per year. That means, the imbalance of income distribution in the sub district of Peukan Bada lies in a low level.
