Abstract

Providing adequate remuneration is an important step in enhancing work motivation, which in turn can have a positive impact on hospital staff performance, enabling them to deliver quality services. This literature review aims to further explore the influence of remuneration and work motivation in the hospital environment. A total of 10 relevant articles were reviewed regarding the relationship between remuneration and work motivation in hospitals. The databases used for this search were Google Scholar, Science Direct, and Semantic Scholar. The keywords used were remuneration, motivation, and hospitals. The results were filtered using the PICO elements and the CRAAP method. The findings indicate that remuneration not only serves as a tool for motivation but also improves job satisfaction, which contributes to better performance. Hospitals need to adopt a holistic approach that includes fair remuneration, recognition of performance, and a supportive work environment to motivate employees, which indirectly enhances the quality of healthcare services.

Abstract

The application of values ​​is the basis of Islamic education because it aims to teach a person's attitude towards the Creator and nature contained in Islamic teachings by teaching commendable behavior based on the Qur'an and Al-Hadith. The researcher used library research by collecting data from various search engine references. The researcher also carried out several stages in data analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that the components of the objectives, materials, methods, and roles of teachers of Islamic religious education must help each other to achieve the goals of applying values. The principles taught in Islamic religious education include the values ​​of faith, morals, and worship. The values ​​studied in this work are the values ​​of piety and knowledge obtained by students from the learning process. By applying these values ​​in their education, students will find it easy to understand and use. It is in their daily activities so that they can more easily avoid the negative impacts of the development of the times. The benefit of this study is finding a form of implementation of the values ​​of Islamic teachings, namely piety and scientific material, in daily behavior. Implementation in Islamic education influences the behavior of devotion to Allah through acts of worship and behavior towards nature.

Abstract

Hospitals, as healthcare service institutions, play a crucial role in providing high-quality and effective healthcare services. One critical aspect in achieving this goal is effective logistics management for drug storage. This literature review aims to analyze the logistics management of drug storage at the pharmacy unit of Hospital X. The literature search yielded 10 relevant articles on the analysis of drug storage logistics management in hospital pharmacy units. The databases used included Google Scholar, Science Direct, and Semantic Scholar. The keywords applied were logistics management, drug storage, and hospital. The search results underwent a filtering process using PICO elements and the CRAAP method. The findings indicate that logistics management strategies in pharmacy units demonstrate success in several aspects, such as procurement and administration. However, significant challenges lie in human resource limitations, the effectiveness of planning methods, and the availability and security of storage spaces. Integrating information systems, enhancing human resource training, and adopting data-driven management are the primary recommendations for improving pharmaceutical logistics efficiency in the future.

Abstract

Lean Management is a method that emphasizes reducing waste and increasing added value in healthcare service processes. Through a systematic literature review, this study identifies various aspects of Lean implementation in hospitals, such as reducing patient waiting times, optimizing resource utilization, and improving patient satisfaction. The findings reveal that Lean Management implementation not only supports operational efficiency but also enhances service quality and patient experience. The success of this method heavily depends on management support, active staff involvement, and adequate training. This study also highlights challenges such as resistance to change and budget constraints. These findings have significant implications for hospital managers and policymakers in formulating strategies to improve healthcare service effectiveness. Recommendations for future research include empirical studies examining Lean implementation in various hospital contexts, particularly in developing countries. This study aims to explore and analyze strategies for improving hospital operational efficiency through the Lean Management approach.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan dari e-government melalui website Media Center Kota Surabaya dalam menangani pengaduan masyarakat di Kecamatan Dukuh Pakis Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya Media Center di Kota Surabaya, aspirasi dan pengaduan publik dapat disalurkan dengan baik melalui website Media Center . Terdapat beberapa elemen pengukur implementasi menurut teori Indrajit antara lainadalah elemen kepuasan, elemen kapasitas dan elemen hasil yang dimana telah dicapai dengan baik. Keberadaan Media Center di Kota Surabaya merupakan hasil dari keberhasilanimplementasi e-government yang baik.

Abstract

This research decisively establishes the influence of digital marketing on the marketing performance of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the food sector of Jepara Regency, underscoring the critical mediating roles of customer engagement and relationship marketing. Employing a robust quantitative methodology with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), analyzed through SmartPLS version 4.0, questionnaires were distributed to 150 SME owners in the food sector. The results indicate that while digital marketing does not directly enhance marketing performance, customer engagement and relationship marketing are vital mediators that significantly strengthen this connection. This reinforces the notion that cultivating high levels of customer engagement and fostering strong relationships are essential for maximizing the effectiveness of digital marketing strategies. Consequently, this research provides crucial insights for SMEs, highlighting the challenges inherent in digital marketing implementation and the urgent need for a comprehensive approach to elevate their marketing performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan dalam rangka menyelidiki bagaimana disparitas dan dasar pertimbangan dalam menjatuhkan pidana oleh hakim terhadap kasus yang serupa, serta dasar pertimbangan yang dipergunakan pada saat memutuskan perkara. Adapun yang menjadi fokusnya berupa dua putusan pengadilan, yaitu Putusan Nomor 649/Pid.B/LH/2023/PN SMR dan Putusan Nomor 122/Pid.Sus/2023/PN TGR. Penelitian ini mempergunakan metode hukum normatif dan pendekatannya berupa perundang-undangan dan studi kasus data diperoleh dari studi kepustakaan yang melibatkan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder. Temuan yang dihasilkan mengindikasikan, disparitas lebih cenderung pada putusan putusan pertama disebabkan oleh beberapa, dari mulai faktor undang-undang, faktor pendapat hakim, serta faktor yurisprudensi. Pertimbangan hakim pada saat penjatuhan perkara itu didasarkan pertimbangan yang sifatnya yuridis dan non yuridis, pertimbangan yuridis berdasarkan dakwaan penuntut umum, keterangan saksi, barang bukti, dan unsur- unsurnya. Pertimbangan non yuridis berdasarkan latar belakang perbuatan terdakwa, akibat perbuatan terdakwa, kondisi terdakwa, dan hal yang meringankan dan yang memberatkan. Dimana hakim dalam memutuskan perkara No.649/Pid.B/LH/2023/PN Smr terdakwa di pidana penjara selama 4 bulan dan dalam putusan No.122/Pid.Sus/2023/PN Tgr terdakwa di pidana penjara selama 2 tahun.

Abstract

Sindrom burnout menjadi isu penting di RSUD Muhammad Sani akibat beban kerja tinggi, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan tekanan kerja yang berkelanjutan. Kondisi ini memengaruhi kesehatan fisik dan mental tenaga kesehatan, menurunkan kualitas pelayanan, meningkatkan angka turnover, dan mengurangi produktivitas kerja. Untuk mengidentifikasi sindrom Burnout pada Perawat IGD RSUD Muhammad Sani. Jenis penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan evaluatif. Informan pada residensi ini terdiri dari informan kunci dan informan pendukung, adapun informan kunci adalah dokter spesialis Kejiwaan dan informan pendukung adalah Psikolog RSUD Muhammad Sani. Informan dipilih menggunakan teknik  purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumen. Analisa data menggunakan teknik problem solving cyle meliputi analisa situasi, identifikasi masalah, prioritas masalah dan menentukan alternatif masalah dengan menggunakan Fishbone analysis. Stres yang tidak terkelola, minimnya pelatihan, ketiadaan alat ukur formal untuk mendeteksi burnout, proses kerja monoton tanpa rotasi, tekanan sosial dari pasien atau keluarganya, serta lingkungan kerja yang tidak nyaman merupakan faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan risiko burnout. sindrom Burnout di RSUD Muhammad Sani belum memiliki system formal untuk mendeteksi Burnout. Akibatnya gejala burnout tidak terpantau secara sistematis, sehingga sulit untuk mengambil Langkah intervensi yang efektif.

Abstract

Early marriage is often found in developing country such as in Indonesia. Mayority of Indonesian people is not understand the danger of pregnancy and children birth for mother in age less than 20 years old. Mother that not ready yet to pregnant can cause complication for mother and the baby, health education is very important to teenagers in order to early maariage rate is decrease. One of media that can use is comic. The purpose of this study is to analyze influence between health education with teenager knowledge about the impact of early marriage to reproduction health.A descriptive quantitative design utilized in this study. There were 67 respondent and 57 students were selected in this study taken by simple random sampling. A questionnaire is utilized in this study consisted of five parts: included the sosio-demographic data; the definition of early marriage; the definition of reproduction health, ideal age to marriage, and the impact of early marriage to reproduction health. Data was analyzed computerized by using SPSS 16. The result is there are a influence between health education with teenager knowledge about the impact of early marriage to reproduction health. By using Wilcoxon Match Pair the result is p= 0,000 with significancy 0,05. The conclusion from this study that comic media is effective to increase teenager knowledge about the impact of early marriage to reproduction health using comic media.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas II SD Negeri 3 Banyuputih Kecamatan Kalinyamatan Kabupaten Jepara, dikarenakan guru kurang tepat dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini: apakah model pembelajaran complete sentence dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas II SDN 3 Banyuputih Kecamatan Kalinyamtan Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan model complete sentence pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di kelas II SD Negeri 3 Banyuputih Kecamatan Kalinyamatan Kabupaten Jepara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Lokasi penelitian di kelas II SD Negeri 3 Banyuputih Kecamatan Kalinyamatan Kabupaten Jepara. Subyek penelitian sebanyak 15 siswa kelas II. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes dan non tes. Instrumen penelitian adalah soal tes dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan (1) analisis data kuantitatif untuk mengetahui ketuntasan hasil belajar dan klasikal siswa, dan (2) analisis data kualitatif untuk mengetahui analisis hasil observasi keterampilan guru dan aktivitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal tersebut dapat ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan pada setiap siklusnya. Pada siklus I hasil belajar siswa tuntas 11 siswa (73%). Keterampilan guru dengan nilai 77 (Baik). Aktivitas 11 siswa berkategori baik (B), 2 siswa berkategori cukup (C) dan 2 siswa berkategori kurang (D). Pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa tuntas 13 siswa (86%). Keterampilan guru dengan nilai 100 (Amat Baik). Aktivitas 9 siswa berkategori amat baik (A) dan 6 siswa berkategori baik (B)
