Abstract

Di Indonesia beras merupakan bahan pokok utama yang sangat mempengaruhi per ekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, prediksi harga beras menjadi sangat penting dalam memembantu pemerintah mengambil keputusan kedepan untuk menjaga stabilitas ekonomi negara dan menjaga kesejahteraan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi harga beras premium menggunakan algoritma Random Forest, Linier Regression dan SVM melakukan perbandingan metode manakah yang lebih akurat dalam memprediksi harga beras di hari yang akan datang. Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari compas.com dari tahun 2024 – 2025 untuk memprediksi harga beras di tahun 2026. Model diuji menggunakan pendekatan supervised learning dengan validasi silang untuk memastikan keandalan hasil. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang di lakukan dengan algoritma Random Forest, Linier Regression, dan SVM memberikan hasil evaluasi bahwa metode Random Forest lah yang paling akurat hasilnya, karena berdasarkan evaluasi MAE (mean absolute error) nilai rata-rata terkecilah yang paling akurat untuk prediksi harga beras, maka dalam hal prediksi harga beras metode Random Forestlah yang sangat cocok untuk di gunakan para peneliti.

Abstract

The research aims to find out what challenges are faced by English teachers at MTs N 1 Lubuklinggau to implement the Curriculum Merdeka in learning activities. This study used an interview as the instrumentation. Techniques for gathering data include observation, literature review, and interviewing and analyzing the data using descriptive qualitative methods. Research findings reveal what challenges teachers face, namely challenges in developing teaching modules, implementing Curriculum Merdeka learning, using media, classroom management, learning assessment, and Curriculum Merdeka training. Through this research, it is hoped that the findings can help English teachers cover the challenges in implementing the Curriculum Merdeka.

Abstract

Buluh Cina Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency has problems with the availability of clean water. The water that residents use comes from dug/drilled wells that smell of sulfur. This water condition is not under the drinking water requirements standardized by the Indonesian Ministry of Health through Permen Kes No. 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010. There needs to be a solution to overcome the problem of the availability of clean water in Buluh Cina Village. The solution is to install the water filter for clean and healthy water. The Mechanical Engineering Lecturer Team at the University of Riau facilitated the water filter, which would be installed in Buluh Cina Village with a storage tank capacity of ±10,000 liters. Water-filtered results are not smelled of sulfur and are by the drinking water quality standards following Permen Kes No. 492/MENKES/PER/IV/2010.

Abstract

This research explores the intricate relationship between income tax policies and work motivation within organizational contexts. The study aims to empirically examine how income tax influences work motivation and to provide evidence-based recommendations for enhancing organizational policies and practices. Adopting a quantitative descriptive research design, data were collected through surveys or structured interviews from a diverse sample of employees across different industries. The analysis revealed that the tax burden and disposable income significantly impact employees' financial incentives and disincentives for work. Moreover, perceptions of tax fairness and distributive justice play a crucial role in shaping employees' attitudes toward work and organizational commitment. The findings underscore the need for organizations to consider the psychological and behavioral responses of employees to income tax policies and to develop strategies to mitigate negative impacts on work motivation. Key recommendations include fostering trust between taxpayers and tax authorities, promoting perceptions of fairness in tax policies, and creating a supportive organizational environment. This study contributes to advancing knowledge in both academic and practical realms, facilitating informed decision-making for organizational leaders and policymakers.

Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat di Desa Napur Sahur Katingan Tengah akan manfaat tanaman Obat Keluarga (TOGA) menjadikan masyarakat belum banyak memanfaatkannya untuk menjaga kesehatan badan. Tanaman obat keluarga (TOGA) merupakan tanaman hasil dari budidaya rumahan yang berkhasiat sebagai obat dan terdiri dari tanaman yang termasuk dalam kategori rempah-rempah, herbal, tanaman pagar, tanaman buah dan sayur. Perlu adanya sosialisasi untuk menyebarluaskan manfaat dari TOGA tersebut. Kegiatan ini menggunakan Metode Participatory Action Research (PAR) yang merupakan kegiatan riset yang dilaksanakan secara partisipatif di antara masyarakat dalam suatu komunitas atau lingkup sosial yang lebih luas untuk mendorong perubahan kondisi hidup yang lebih baik. Kegiatan ini bekerjasama dengan ibu-ibu PKK untuk membantu dan mengembangkan pengetahuan mengenai TOGA. Tanaman yang banyak dimanfaatkan warga desa ini untuk menjaga kesehatan dan pengobatan ada 9 jenis tanaman seperti serai dapur, jahe merah, tanaman cocor bebek kunyit, lengkuas, lidah buaya, pacing, sawang/andong ,dan kencur.

Abstract

Zina is an act that is strictly prohibited in Islam. In a hadith, there is a narration that states that Allah SWT has destined some of Adam's children to commit adultery. However, in the Qur'an itself, Allah SWT forbids the act of adultery. Not only is it forbidden to approach her, but it is also considered a heinous act. So how is it possible for humans to avoid committing adultery, if Allah SWT has already destined some people to be adulterers? This research aims to uncover the meaning of the phrase "zina as destiny" through an analysis of the commentary on hadith using qualitative research methods and a literature-based approach that focuses on the literature of the commentary on hadith by Imam al-Nawawi as the main reference. Furthermore, the selection of Imam al-Nawawi as the focus of this study is due to his status as a hadith scholar who is widely referenced. From the research conducted, it concludes that the concept of adultery as fate here is divided into two categories: major adultery and minor adultery. Major adultery involves sexual intercourse, while minor adultery consists of various forms such as adultery of the eyes, ears, mouth, and others. Due to this, it is challenging to avoid these forms of adultery in today's era, where access to such acts is very easy. It seems that the words of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) are very relevant to the current situation, as every child of Adam will be affected by adultery when viewed through the lens of the phenomena occurring today.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of teacher competence in enhancing student learning motivation in the Akidah Akhlak subject for grade X at MAN 2 Kediri. The competencies assessed include pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competence. This research employs a qualitative approach using observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that teachers with strong competencies can design engaging lessons, create a conducive classroom environment, and apply varied and relevant teaching methods suited to student characteristics. Furthermore, parental support, adequate learning facilities, and ongoing professional training serve as key supporting factors in increasing learning motivation. Overall, the findings confirm that teacher competence plays a crucial role in fostering students’ intrinsic motivation, thereby encouraging active engagement and a deeper understanding of Akidah Akhlak values.
