Abstract

Kabupaten Lombok Utara merupakan salah satu daerah di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) yang memiliki iklim kering dan didominasi oleh lahan kering. Wilayah ini didominasi oleh tanah berordo Entisol, yaitu tanah muda secara perkembangan pedogenik dengan tekstur berpasir, reaktivitas tanah yang beragam (pH 5,6–8,5), serta kandungan unsur hara seperti fosfor (P) dan kalium (K), kapasitas tukar kation (KTK), dan kejenuhan basa yang tinggi. Tanaman sorgum (Sorghum bicolor L. Moench) memiliki potensi besar untuk dibudidayakan di wilayah ini karena adaptif terhadap lahan kering dan kini menjadi perhatian dalam pengembangan alternatif ketahanan pangan dan energi baru terbarukan (EBT). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif. Pengambilan contoh tanah dilakukan pada lahan terbuka di Kecamatan Bayan, Kabupaten Lombok Utara, dengan lima titik sampling pada ketinggian 200–250 mdpl menggunakan metode random samping pada kedalaman 0–30 cm. Berdasarkan hasil analisis laboratorium didapatkan hasil C-Organik 0,38 %, N-total 0,08%, P-total 4,463%, K-total 0,092% dan tekstur liat berlempung. Parameter tekstur, C-organik, N-total, dan K-total berada dalam kelas S3, sedangkan P-total termasuk dalam kelas S1 (sangat sesuai). Dapat dikategorikan tanah entisol di Lokasi kajian secara umum termasuk dalam kelas kesesuaian lahan S3 (lahan maginal) untuk budidaya tanaman sorgum.

Abstract

Interpretation of moral verses is a study that examines the understanding of verses in the Qur'an related to moral aspects, behaviour, and ethics in the lives of Muslims. This article aims to explore further the interpretation of moral verses and the scope of the study, including the methods of interpretation and their relevance in modern life. By reviewing previous studies on this topic, this article presents findings and discussions that outline various basic concepts of interpretation and their application to verses containing moral values in the lives of Muslims. This study discusses the interpretation of moral verses in the Qur'an and the scope of its study in the science of tafsir. Moral verses serve as a guide for humanity in living a life based on Islamic morality. This study employs a descriptive-analytical method, referencing various classical and modern tafsir works, such as Tafsir Al-Misbah, Tafsir Ibnu Katsir, and Tafsir Al-Munir. The research findings indicate that moral verses encompass aspects of human relations with Allah (habl min Allah), relations with fellow human beings (habl min al-nas), and relations with the environment. The scope of the study of the interpretation of moral verses also includes the methods of interpretation used, whether it be tafsir bi al-Ma'tsur, tafsir bi al-Ra'yi, or tafsir maqashidi.

Abstract

Tools such as jigs are becoming important in the production process. Jigs are often used in the cutting or shaping process in the form of making workpieces in production. However, ever-changing variations in demand can lead to changes in jig efficiency. Therefore, modifications are necessary to maintain accuracy and meet the demands of diverse markets. This research was carried out by modifying the design of the slider jig on the width of the rail slider which was enlarged from before and adding support to the clamping plate which aims to improve the accuracy and effectiveness in the drilling process. To find out the results of the difference before and after the modification of the slider jig, a test was carried out by conducting a visual inspection of the profile point hook that had been ground using a profile projector with a scale of 10 :1 which showed that the results of this modification were included in the value of the drawing tolerance value and in accordance with the specifications in the company and based on data taken from PT. XYZ in the engine working time of 3 hours and 3 minutes, a total output of 164 pcs was found out of the total target of 158 pcs. This resulted in a productivity percentage of 103.80%. This shows that this jig modification is effective when used.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan penyakit umum yang secara sederhana, dimana tekanan darah arteri yang terus meningkat. Menurut Kemenkes RI terdapat faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya hipertensi yaitu faktor yang tidak dapat diubah seperti usia, jenis kelamin, dan genetik serta faktor yang dapat diubah seperti Diet, kurang aktivitas fisik, tingkat stres, merokok, Obesitas, konsumsi alkohol. Tujuan pengabdian Masyarakat ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh relaksasi otot progresif terhadap penurunan tekanan darah bagi penderita hipertensi pada lansia di wilayah Puskesmas Jambe Kabupaten Tanggerang dan untuk mengetahui tekanan darah sebelum relaksasi otot progresif serta mengetahui tekanan darah setelah dilakukan relaksasi otot progresif pada penderita hipertensi. Proses pengabdian meliputi penetapan dan survei daerah sasaran serta pengurusan perizinan, penyusunan materi, pembuatan kuesioner pre-test dan post-test, evalusi kegiatan dan penyusunan laporan akhir. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, demonstrasi, diskusi (tanya jawab), leaflet, slide power point dan poster. Hasil menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan peserta yang semula 52% menjadi 90% setelah pemaparan materi dan demonstrasi. Kegiatan ini mendorong akan pentingnya pengetahuan terhadap hipertensi serta latihan relaksasi otot progresif menunjukkan hasil positif terhadap penderita hipertensi pada lansia. Kesimpulan pengabdian bahwa efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan serta menumbuhkan perilaku dalam menanggapi hipertensi.

Abstract

Background & Objective: Diabetic ulcers are a chronic complication of diabetes mellitus that are difficult to heal and carry a high risk of amputation. Wound healing in people with diabetes is often hampered by impaired circulation, neuropathy, and infection. Topical therapies such as zinc oxide cream And Aloe Vera gel They have been used to accelerate healing through different but complementary mechanisms. To determine the effectiveness of topical zinc oxide cream and aloe vera gel on the healing of diabetic ulcers based on recent research results. Method: Using the literature review method by searching for articles in the PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar databases, Connected Papers, Research Gate and Research Square, with publications spanning 2015–2025. Of the 25 articles found, 7 met the inclusion criteria. Result: Aloe Vera gel has been shown to be effective in accelerating the healing of diabetic ulcers by reducing wound assessment scores (Bates-Jensen, Winner Scale), increasing tissue regeneration, and shortening the inflammatory phase. Zinc Oxide cream has been shown to accelerate the transition from the inflammatory phase to the proliferative phase, protect wound tissue from bacterial colonization, and support collagen synthesis. Several preclinical studies combining Aloe Vera with Zinc Oxide nanoparticles have shown accelerated wound closure compared to single treatments. No serious side effects were found from the use of these two therapies. Conclusion: Zinc oxide cream and aloe vera gel are both effective in accelerating the healing of diabetic ulcers through complementary mechanisms. Both are safe, accessible, and affordable, making them potentially useful adjuvant therapies in healthcare settings. Further research, including controlled clinical trials of a pure combination of the two therapies, is needed to confirm their effectiveness and safety.

Abstract

Prototipe infus yang dilengkapi IoT inidirancang untuk membangun sistem pemantauan real-timeterhadap cairan infus pasien, meningkatkan efisiensi dankeamanan dalam pelayanan kesehatan. Denganmenggunakan sensor sel beban untuk mengukur beratkantong infus, sistem ini mentransmisikan data secaranirkabel melalui WiFi ke aplikasi Blynk. Peringatan otomatisakan dikirimkan kepada staf perawat ketika volume infusmendekati ambang batas minimum yang telah ditentukan.Penilaian kinerja mencakup empat area utama: fungsiperingatan, presisi sensor, perhitungan tetes per menit(DPM), dan kualitas jaringan. Uji peringatan memastikansistem secara andal menyalakan indikator LED danmenghasilkan notifikasi saat tingkat cairan mencapai atauturun di bawah 50 ml. Evaluasi presisi membandingkanoutput sensor beban dengan timbangan digital yangdikalibrasi. Sensor 1 menunjukkan MAE sebesar0.4166666667 (0.14970%) dan RMSE sebesar 0.6454972244(0.232%). Sensor 2 menunjukkan $MAE $sebesar $0,3846153846$ (0,12837%) dan RMSE sebesar $0,6201736729 (0,207%).Pengujian akurasi DPM menunjukkan Sensor 1 mencapaiMAE sebesar 3,91011236 (19,55%) dan RMSE sebesar4,546884351 (22,73%). Sensor 2, bagaimanapun,menunjukkan kesalahan yang lebih tinggi: MAE sebesar5,714285714 (28,57%) dan RMSE sebesar 7,55928946(37,80%).
