Abstract

The research aims to study preference, consumer satisfaction, post-purchase behavior of banana crispy in two MSMEs at Gedong Tataan District.  The research location was determined survey method in Banana Melted Lampung and Banana Monalisa.  There are 45 respondents in this study who were taken by sampling quota.  Data were collected in January-March 2022.  Data of preferences and purchasing decisions were analyzed by descriptive quantitatively, while satisfaction level were analyzed using Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).  This research results indicated that consumers preferred banana crispy at Banana Melted Lampung than at Banana Monalisa.  The level Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in consuming banana crispy at Banana Melted Lampung was in the very satisfied criteria, while at Banana Monalisa was in the satisfied criteria.  The number of purchases of banana crispy in the two MSMEs is two boxes per month.  In purchasing decisions, after consumers evaluate the product, 11 people still consume Banana Melted Lampung, then 10 consumers only consume Banana Monalisa, and the rest still consume both. Key words: Crispy banana, decision, preference, satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership, background, and motivational impact of process operator leadership, motivation, and performance and processing operator performance.  This survey was conducted at PT Sugar Rabinta South Lampung, especially the processing unit in December 2021 to January 2022.  This research is conducted by a survey method involving 63 samples of processing operators.  Respondents in this study are foreman and operators.  The survey data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.  The results showed that the foreman leadership of the processing section were quite good, the motivation of processing operators was quite good and the performance of process operators was categorized as good.  Ethnicity had a significant effect on the performance of process operators, while age, education, length of service, and the number of family members had no effect on the performance operators.  Leadership and motivation had significant effect on the performance of process operators.Key words: biographical characteristics, employee performance, motivation, leadership

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the added value, the amount of production cost and selling cost of sausage rolls. The method used in this research is case study. The location is chosen purposively at CV Cucurutuku Ceria in Bandar Lampung with consideration that CV Cucurutuku Ceria trading business is one of the highest producers of sausage rolls in Bandar Lampung. The data of this research are primary data and secondary data, collected in March– April 2019. The first objective is analyzed by using the Hayami method, the second objective is analyzed using the Variable Costing method, and the third objective was analyzed by adding the total non-production cost and the cost of production per month. The results of the research showed that the highest added value was come from the cheesy sausage rolls while the lowest was from potato sausage rolls. All variants have positive added values and were feasible to be produced. The average cost of a noodle sausage roll production Rp962.85, a soya sausage roll Rp1,926.86, a cheesy sausage roll Rp1,768.44, a potato sausage roll Rp2,182.56 and a spicy sausage roll Rp1,982.22. The selling price of a noodle sausage roll Rp1,439.95, a soya sausage roll Rp5,180.52, a cheesy sausage roll Rp4,216.63, a potato sausage roll Rp6,907.81 and a spicy sausage roll Rp4,447.20.Key word: added value, cost of production and sausage rolls.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze income  of arabika and robusta coffee farming,  and the marketing channel patern.  This research was taken in Harapan Jaya and Pesawaran Indah Villages, Way Ratai District, Pesawaran Regency. The sample of this study consisted of 30 robusta farmers and 13 arabica coffee farmers. The farming subsystem was analyzed descriptive quantitatively to analyze the farmer's income in the last year and to assess the feasibility of farming.  The marketing channel pattern was analyzed descriptive qualitatively to determine the pattern of marketing channels of arabica and robusta coffee.  The results showed arabica and robusta coffee farming in Way Ratai District is profitable. Eight percent of arabica coffee farmers used marketing channel II as the most efficient marketing channel, and 40 % of robusta coffee farmers used channel II as the most efficient marketing channel because it has the shortest marketing chain. Keywords: arabica, coffee, channel, income, marketing, robusta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis harga pokok produksi dan keuntungan usaha bibit tanaman hortikultura pada perusahaan XXX di Lampung Tengah.  Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode studi kasus.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2022-Maret 2022.  Data pada penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder.  Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung dengan pemilik perusahaan menggunakan kuesioner.  Data sekunder diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistika, lembaga terkait, publikasi, laporan-laporan dan pustaka lainnya.  Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah: (a) metode variable costing dan metode full costing untuk menganalisis harga pokok produksi serta (b) metode Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) untuk menganalisis keuntungan perusahaan.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga pokok produksi untuk produk bibit cabai, bibit terong, bibit tomat, bibit seledri, bibit loncang, dan bibit kembang kol dengan menggunakan metode variable costing maupun metode full costing lebih rendah daripada harga jual produk, sehingga perusahaan sudah memperoleh keuntungan dengan harga jual yang berlaku sekarang.  Keuntungan perusahaan dalam usaha pembibitan tanaman hortikultura adalah Rp 41.294.239,98 per dua minggu dengan nilai R/C lebih dari satu, artinya usaha pembibitan tanaman hortikultura perusahaan XXX sudah menguntungkan dan layak untuk dijalankan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the level of vegetables accessibility of P2L participants and nonparticipants household, and identify the level of knowledge and consumption patterns of household participants and non-participants of the Pekarangan Pangan Lestari (P2L) activities. This research was conducted at Pelita Jaya Village using a survey method with a sample of 60 households consisting of 30 households participating in P2L activities, and 30 households nonparticipating in P2L activities. Data collection was carried out from May to August 2021. The data analysis method used was descriptive and verificative statistics.  This method was used to measure the level of accessibility, the level of knowledge and food consumption patterns (scores of the Desirable Dietary Pattern (PPH)) of participating and nonparticipating households in P2L activities.  The results showed that the level of accessibility of participant households was moderate, and that of nonparticipant households was difficult. The overall level of knowledge of P2L participated households regarding food diversification was better than that of nonparticipating households. The average PPH score for P2L participating households was 78.80 and that of nonparticipant households was 77.30. Key words: food accessibility, food consumption pattern, P2L, PPH

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the cooperative performance, internal and external environment, and formulate the development strategies of Agriculture Cooperative Seandanan.  This research is taken at Agriculture Cooperative Seandanan in Pesawaran District, which is chosen purposively.  Furthermore, data of this research was collected in January 2019.  This research uses a case study method.  Respondents of this research are 13 people consist of administrators and members of cooperative, experts and regulators.  Data analysis methods used in this research are qualitative descriptive analysis, SWOT (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis, and Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM).  The results of this research showed that the performance of cooperative was included in the category of sufficient quality.  Internally, the cooperatives had the main strength that healthy and independent capital and finance, while the main weakness that was management function that were not managed optimally.  Externally, cooperative’s main opportunity was easy and fast loan procedures, although the main threat was the weak understanding of the community about cooperatives.  The priority strategies for developing cooperatives were maximizing the cooperative management functions to strengthen the cooperative image in the community, utilizing assets in the form of buildings to increase cooperative income, in addition to compiling and completing the unorganized administration of cooperatives and formulating a clear vision and mission. Key words: agriculture cooperative, QSPM, SWOT analysis

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the attitude, satisfaction and  consumer purchase patterns of Banana Foster cake in Bandar Lampung City. This research was conducted at outlets of Lampung Banana Foster in Bandar Lampung City. The research method is a survey with accidental sampling technique. Respondents were 58 Banana Foster cake consumers who had bought and consumed Banana Foster cake at least once in the last three month. The research data are analyzed using Fishbein Multi-attribute analysis, Customers satisfaction Index (CSI) and descriptive statistics analysis. The attributes used in this study are taste, price, flavor variants, texture, scent, cleanliness, halal’s label and expired date. Data collection was conducted in November - December 2021. The results showed that the consumers liked Banana Foster cake or had a good attitude with an Ao value was 123.12. Consumers bought cake at Banana Foster mostly because of the taste. Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in consuming Banana Foster cake was in the satisfied criteria (77.17 %).  The highest amount of Banana Foster’s cake purchased was black premium flavor, the average number purchased was 1.24 pieces per household per three months, and the average frequency of consumer purchase was two times for three month. Key words: cakes, consumer attitude, customer satisfaction, purchasing patterns

Abstract

Independent prosperous graduation is a benchmark for the performance of social companions and an indication of the success of the Family Hope Program (PKH), so a strategy is needed to increase independent prosperous graduation. This study aims to analyze strategies to increase independent prosperous graduation of PKH recipients. Data collection was carried out from September 2022 to February 2023 with informants as many as 12 PKH social assistants in Central Lampung Regency. The data analysis method used is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the strategies for increasing independent prosperous graduations in Central Lampung Regency include: holding regular meetings of all PKH Central Lampung human resources to unify perceptions about independent prosperous graduates, maximize the abilities and skills possessed by PKH social assistants to become facilitators, educators, motivators and advocates for PKH KPM; optimizing the role of PKH district coordinators in encouraging the success of independent prosperous graduates; maximizing the role of PKH social assistants to identify KPM business potential and empower according to existing potential to increase KPM prosperous graduation; ; utilizing support from various resource systems to develop the potential of KPM PKH both in terms of business and education of KPM PKH children; conduct training to improve the skills of PKH social assistants on KPM graduating techniques; utilizing the Family Improvement Meeting (P2K2) as a forum to change the mindset and behavior of KPM; and coordinate with village and sub-district officials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the production performance and product life cycle of Aneka Bakery. This research uses a case study method. Data collection was carried out in March 2020 with interviews, direct observation, and literature study. The analytical method used is quantitative descriptive analysis to analyze production performance and the product position based on the product life cycle. The results showed that the overall production performance was good. The productivity of baked and fried bread is 119 loaves / hour of work and 110 breads / hour of work with a capacity of> 0.5 and good quality of bread. The total profit of Aneka Bakery Agroindustry per day is Rp.631,067.85 with R / C> 1 (1.50 and 1.37) means that the bread business is profitable. The position of Aneka Bakery Agroindustry in the product life cycle is at the maturity stage.
