Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di CV. Novindo Sukses Mandiri Bawen. Dalam melakukan penggajian belum menggunakan sistem, sehingga dalam pengelolaannya belum dapat dilakukan secara maksimal. Pengelolaan data karyawan, data absensi, data potongan hingga data penggajian yang belum memiliki fungsi validasi yang dapat membuat kesalahan input maupun data ganda. Belum adanya informasi gaji sehingga proses penginputan data karyawan dan data absensi dapat memungkinkan kesalahan pencatatan dan juga pencarian data yang sulit. Pembuatan laporan yang kurang efisien dikarenakan belum adanya laporan yang terintegrasi dengan sistem. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penulis membangun “Sistem Informasi Penggajian Menggunakan Metode Accrual Basis studi kasus pada CV. Novindo Sukses Mandiri Bawen Kabupaten Semarang” agar mempermudah laporan, keamanan yang lebih baik, fungsi validasi untuk meminimalkan kesalahan input data maupun data ganda, fungsi pencarian dan filter data yang memudahkan pencarian data juga laporan yang terintegrasi dengan sistem untuk pelaporan yang lebih efisien. Sistem menggunakan Visual Basic.NET, MySQL, Crystal Report. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, observasi dan wawancara, dan pemberian kuesioner. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistem informasi penggajian yang lebih efektif dan efisien dan juga untuk keamanan data yang lebih baik, fungsi validasi untuk meminimalkan kesalahan input maupun data ganda, fungsi pencarian dan filter data juga laporan yang terintegrasi dengan sistem agar lebih efisien. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji efektivitas antara kinerja sistem lama dibandingkan sistem baru apabila diprosentasekan adalah 26,7% : 77,3%. Ditambah hasil uji dari validator internal yaitu 4,8 yang berarti sangat valid, sedangkan dari validator eksternal 3,4 yang berarti valid

Abstract

The economic improvement of Indonesian society began to increase after the Covid-19 pandemic, which was supported by the household economy through the MSME industry. PKK (Family Welfare Empowerment) is an organization that drives development at the village level which has the main task of improving the quality of life of the community. STEKOM University, through a team of lecturers from across fields of science, tries to provide digital marketing training on making meeting invitation designs, designing MSME product promotions using the Canva application and product promotion via the "Warung UKM" website. The approach to training uses lectures, discussions and practice. In evaluating community service activities, it is hoped that periodic training will be held so that the competence of PKK cadres can increase.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of IoT (Internet of Things) technology, real-time analytics, and digital asset management on energy efficiency and productivity in the Indonesian manufacturing industry. A quantitative approach, employing structural equation modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3 software, is utilized to analyze survey data collected from manufacturing firms across different sectors and sizes in Indonesia. The results reveal significant positive relationships between digital technologies (IoT, real-time analytics, digital asset management) and energy efficiency/productivity. Specifically, Digital Asset Management, IoT Technology, and Real-Time Analytics are found to have statistically significant effects on enhancing energy efficiency and productivity levels in Indonesian manufacturing operations. These findings underscore the transformative potential of digital technologies in driving operational performance and sustainability in the manufacturing sector. Policymakers, industry stakeholders, and practitioners can leverage these insights to inform strategic decision-making and investments in digital infrastructure, workforce development, and regulatory frameworks to foster innovation and competitiveness in the Indonesian manufacturing landscape.

Abstract

Program pendampingan guru di Desa Sumberagung dalam menyusun bahan ajar berbasis mobile learning dengan menggunakan aplikasi Thunkable merupakan salah satu bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di lingkungan desaan. Program pendampingan dilakukan secara tatap muka dengan melibatkan delapan pendidik dari setiap instansi pendidikan Desa Sumberagung. Program pendampingan dilaksanakan dalam tiga tahapan, yaitu 1) tahap awal, 2) tahap inti, dan 3) tahap akhir. Pada tahap awal, peserta pendampingan akan diberikan informasi mengenai seberapa penting inovasi bahan ajar dan informasi mengenai aplikasi Thunkable. Pada tahap inti, peserta pendampingan akan diberikan contoh bahan ajar berbasis mobile dan melaksanakan kegiatan praktik. Pada tahap akhir, diperoleh hasil yang memuaskan di mana peserta pendampingan mampu mengoperasikan aplikasi Thunkable dan mampu menguasai cara membuat bahan ajar berbasis mobile melalui aplikasi Thunkable. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, dapat disimpulkan apabila program pendampingan ini mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pendidik dalam mengembangkan bahan ajar yang inovatif serta memiliki respons yang positif terhadap pemanfaatan aplikasi Thunkable dalam membuat bahan ajar berbasis mobile.

Abstract

Attendance is a data collection activity to determine the number of people present at an event. Every activity always requires information about participant attendance. This also happens in the learning process. The benefit of attendance using an Arduino based RFID scanner is that it makes it easier for attendance officers to input practical data because they can retrieve and store attendance data from RFID tags directly. Research on the development of attendance to become more effective in the education sector. Every activity that requires information about participant attendance will definitely utilize the use of tools that are used as proof of participant attendance, while teacher attendance currently used is using fingerprints. When absent, problems often occur, namely the finger that will be used to do the fingerprinting. Based on the background above, the author created automatic attendance to make attendance easier while at the agency where the teacher teaches. Meanwhile, the barcode scanner is a faster data input process compared to the manual method. This input process can be done with a scanner to record the data contained in the barcode quickly, so it doesn't need to take a lot of time.

Abstract

Early reading is the main way of knowledge for primary school students. Therefore, students have to be provided various reading materials which are available and make them feel comfortable in learning to read. The aims of this study are 1) to investigate flipped classroom learning design using Si Raca App in the early reading at primary school; 2) to investigate students’ reading improvements when it has been implemented. This study implements qualitative research in form of classroom action research. The research subjects are first grade students with total of 36 students. This study had been conducted in the even semester of 2022-2023 at MI Muhammadiyah 22 Sugihwaras, Bojonegoro, Indonesia. Research instruments are in forms of reading test questions. Data is collected using test method. It is analyzed using descriptive comparative technique and critical analysis technique. This study concludes that first, flipped classroom using Si Raca App is designed by collaborating flipped classroom model and Si Raca App. This design is implemented in treatments of cycle 1 and cycle 2. It is started from students’ and teacher’s activities before learning, whilst learning, and after learning. Second, there is an improvement in the percentage of completeness in early reading of primary school students. It can be viewed from the completeness percentage in cycle 1 is 77,77%. In cycle 2, it is 91,66%. It means that the classical completeness has been fulfilled in cycle 2.

Abstract

This paper outlines the implementation of Among Education, Environment, Economic, Culture, Healthy, and Outcome (Among E3CHO), a community engagement program in Bogoran Hamlet in Trirenggo Region of Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. Among E3CHO initiative consists of multiple education, environment, economic, culture, and health engagement sessions aimed at generating a literacy story map, Peta Cerita Berliterasi, as an integrated outcome of community capacities. The program development followed community-based research methodologies, starting with the identification of challenges facing by the community using comprehensive questionnaires, followed by multiple community engagement programs. In the program, the health engagement session focuses on nutrition, and the economic session focused on tempeh dumpling preparation techniques. The educational environment engagement focuses on the cultivation of vegetables, medicinal herbs, flowers, and fruit plants using pots from repurposed plastic waste. Subsequent reflection and evaluation of each of the session in the programs were conducted to measure their efficacy and community satisfaction. The program led to a significant increase in knowledge of balanced nutrition, culinary arts, and cultural heritage among the community of Bogoran Hamlet. The integration of multiple aspects within one program increased the capacity of the Bogoran Hamlet community, creating a transformative literacy quality toward a sustainable positive impact on society.

Abstract

This creative work, a short film screenplay adapted from Dee Lestari’s short story Asam Garam, explores the experience of loss and its impact on an individual’s life, the journey through grief, and the process of overcoming grief toward acceptance. These elements are elaborated through a short film screenplay grounded in Kübler-Ross’s (2014) theory of loss and stages of grief, as well as the dual process model of coping with bereavement proposed by Stroebe and Schut (1999). The screenplay is also developed using the adaptation principles outlined by Hutcheon (2006) and Desmond and Hawkes (2006). The narrative centers on Gaspar, a skeptical journalist mourning the death of his father, who is assigned to interview the owner of a popular shop in Papua that sells a mysterious black salt said to make anyone cry without reason. His encounter with the shop owner gradually enables him to accept his loss. This story demonstrates that multiple losses can lead to a series of subsequent losses that shape an individual’s psychological wounds, that the grieving process varies across individuals and is inherently non-linear, and that crying can serve as an initial step toward healing.
