Abstract

Recent studies have indicated a significant increase in the investigation of digital behaviour in education, coinciding with the advent of distance learning in the aftermath of the global pandemic. The objective of this study is to analyse contemporary research trends on digital behaviour in education through bibliometric analysis of data sourced from Scopus. This research method employs a literature review with bibliometric analysis.The research stage was conducted by determining: (i) the purpose and scope of the study, (ii) bibliometric study techniques, (iii) data collection, (iv) data analysis, and (v) reporting findings.Data analysis was carried out by determining keywords in the data collection process, namely "digital behavior" and "education".A total of 66 relevant articles were identified from Scopus data sources between 2011 and 2024. The results of the analysis revealed a significant relationship between digital behaviour research and education, with this trend capturing important momentum starting in 2020. This indicates that the integration of digital behaviour in education during the pandemic has driven a substantial shift in the learning process.The findings recommend the long-term adoption of educational technology in shaping digital behaviour as an integral aspect of the education system. The implications of the research highlight the need for teaching methods and educational policies to maximize the potential of technology in supporting effective and meaningful learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran kepala sekolah dalam mendukung program Double Track (DT) di SMAN 1 Puncu, sebuah sekolah negeri di kawasan pegunungan Kabupaten Kediri. Fokus kajian terletak pada tiga peran strategis kepala sekolah: sebagai inovator, motivator, dan wirausahawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah memainkan peran penting dalam mengembangkan model pelatihan keterampilan berbasis potensi lokal, membangkitkan semangat guru dan siswa, serta menjalin kerja sama dengan Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DUDI) melalui pendekatan kewirausahaan. Implementasi program DT berdampak positif terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa, meningkatkan keterampilan teknis, kepercayaan diri, dan orientasi kewirausahaan. Program ini juga memicu transformasi budaya belajar di sekolah, dari yang semata-mata akademik menjadi lebih kolaboratif dan berbasis proyek. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bahwa kepemimpinan yang terintegrasi antara inovasi, motivasi, dan kewirausahaan dapat menjadi model transformasi pendidikan berbasis komunitas di daerah pedesaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the quality of the Ruang GTK application on improving the motivation, performance, and competence of Physical Education teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational survey method. The population is physical education teachers totaling 98 people and a sample of respondents as many as 78 people. The data in this study were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS and SEM statistical software. The results showed that the quality of the Ruang GTK application had a significant effect on improving the motivation, performance, and competence of Physical Education teachers, with the average value of each variable in the high category and low standard deviation. Multiple regression analysis showed that 62.7% of the variation in the three variables was explained by the quality of the application, with high significance (p <0.001). Individually, application quality most strongly influenced motivation (β = 0.52), followed by performance (β = 0.48) and competence (β = 0.46), all of which were statistically significant. Further research is recommended to explore the long-term impact of this application, explore its integration with other platforms, and compare its effectiveness across subjects to strengthen the comprehensive and sustainable development of teacher competencies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis secara mendalam proses perencanaan, implementasi, serta monitoring dan evaluasi pengelolaan keuangan di SMA Pembangunan Jaya. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengelolaan keuangan dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah, khususnya karena sebagian besar dana operasional sekolah bersumber dari masyarakat, termasuk dana SPP, uang gedung, dana BOS, serta dana pemerataan dari yayasan pusat. Fokus penelitian diarahkan pada tiga pertanyaan utama, yaitu: (1) bagaimana perencanaan keuangan dilakukan di SMA Pembangunan Jaya, (2) bagaimana implementasi pengelolaan keuangannya, dan (3) bagaimana proses monitoring serta evaluasi dilakukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, bendahara, wakil kepala sekolah, dan komite sekolah; observasi langsung terhadap kegiatan sekolah; serta studi dokumentasi terhadap RKAS, laporan realisasi anggaran, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses perencanaan keuangan dilakukan secara partisipatif dengan melibatkan yayasan, kepala sekolah, komite sekolah, dan jajaran manajemen sekolah. Implementasi keuangan diarahkan pada prinsip efisiensi dan efektivitas dengan alokasi anggaran yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan prioritas sekolah. Dana dari yayasan pusat dialokasikan ke berbagai pos pengeluaran seperti operasional, penggajian, dan pengembangan program sekolah. Proses monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan secara sentralistik oleh yayasan pusat melalui rapat bulanan, di mana tiap bidang diwajibkan mempresentasikan laporan penggunaan dana dan bukti realisasi anggaran. Pengelolaan dana BOS dan BPOPP dilaporkan kepada Dinas Pendidikan, sedangkan dana SPP dan internal dilaporkan kepada pihak yayasan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan di SMA Pembangunan Jaya telah dilakukan dengan prinsip transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan profesionalisme, meskipun masih terdapat tantangan dalam ketepatan waktu pelaporan dan optimalisasi alokasi anggaran pada beberapa program. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya peningkatan dalam manajemen waktu pelaporan dan perencanaan antisipatif agar program berjalan sesuai rencana.

Abstract

Peran kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam organisasi sekolah sangat penting karena peran strategis kepala sekolah ikut mempengaruhi kinerja guru dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan Proses Belajar Mengajar (PBM). Sebagai pemimpinan pendidikan, kepala sekolah memiliki tugas dan tanggungjawab yang cukup berat. Keefektifan kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan fungsi-fungsi manajemen adalah ketepatan penerapan kemampuan kepala sekolah dalam melakukan perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengendalian serta pendayagunaan seluruh sumber-sumber pendidikan baik ketenagaan, dana, sarana dan prasarana termasuk informasi secara optimal, yaitu menunjukkan sejauh mana kepala sekolah melaksanakan tugas pokoknya secara baik dan benar untuk mencapai tujuan. Kinerja guru sangat terkait dengan efektifitas guru dalam melaksanakan fungsinya. Keefektifan guru dalam melaksanakan fungsinya, adalah guru yang efektif; 1) memiliki pribadi kooperatif, daya tarik penampilan, minat besar, pertimbangan dan kepemimpinan, 2) menguasai metode mengajar yang baik, 3) memiliki tingkah laku yang baik saat mengajar, 4) menguasai berbagai kompetensi dalam mengajar.

Abstract

Implementation of the education quality assurance system at the secondary level is needed to create a good quality culture and improve the achievement of guaranteed fulfillment of standards in educational units. The achievement of quality assurance is based on the principles, objectives, indicators, strategies and factors that affect the quality itself. By using the principal interview technique, researchers conducted research to find out the existing school quality assurance system at Roudlotun Nasyiin High School in Mojokerto such as (1) the scope of quality assurance, (2) quality assurance stages, (3) influencing factors, (4) obstacles and efforts to implement the quality assurance system. The implementation of the education quality assurance system at Roudlotun Nasyiin High School in Mojokerto has been categorized as good because its implementation is adjusted to existing educational procedures and standardization. The stages of implementing the quality assurance system include planning, implementation, evaluation, assessment, corrective action and development. Factors that can affect the achievement of quality include: curriculum, learning media, human resources, and learning systems. The obstacles in quality management at Roudlotun Nasyiin High School in Mojokerto are the lack of appreciation of the school community for the quality and productivity of quality management. Schools improve school quality and make changes in the application of quality management principles in learning.

Abstract

Bullying, a persistent form of violence in schools that harms students' mental health and character development, requires collaborative efforts between parents and schools, especially within Indonesia's current educational focus on strengthening supportive learning ecosystems. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Great School Parents Program (Sekolah Orang Tua Hebat Program/SOBAT) in building partnerships between schools and parents to reduce bullying cases at Junior High School (Sekolah Menengah Pertama/SMP) Negeri 1 Singojuruh Banyuwangi. Using a qualitative approach with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, then analysed using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion-drawing techniques. The results of the study indicated that the SOBAT Program successfully created synergy between schools and parents in shaping students’ character, improving early detection of bullying behavior, and strengthening the role of families in positive parenting. The activities implemented included parenting classes, family discussion forums, counseling services, and digital communication. The impact was evident in the decrease in bullying cases and the increase in students’ openness and parents’ concern for their children’s psychosocial conditions. However, time constraints and parents’ lack of understanding regarding the urgency of their role remain major challenges. In conclusion, this study emphasizes that parental involvement is not merely a supporting element but a strategic key in character education transformation. This program holds significant potential for contextual replication across various educational institutions as a collaborative model in building sustainable child-friendly schools.

Abstract

Technology Development plays the role in influencing modernization of tax system one of them is e-Filing System. E-Filing is a tax filing system electronically that facilitates taxpayers in submitting Tax Return anytime and anywhere. The objective of this study is to analyze the implementation of policy on individual tax e-Filing, obstacles encountered and efforts undertaken in coping with such obstacles at the Public Work and Spatial Planning Office of Depok. This study used qualitative descriptive research method. Result of this study identified that the implementation of e-Filing has been good enough. Some obstacles which can be overcome with efforts carried out from the implementor and taxpayer.

Abstract

As an educational institution catering to children of Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) who are characterized by a rich tapestry of cultural, tribal, racial, and religious backgrounds, alongside a spectrum of socio-economic challenges and legal uncertainties regarding their presence in the host nation, Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu (SIKK), Malaysia, underscores the critical necessity for inclusive educational practices. This study examines the implementation of multi-tiered inclusive learning management across elementary, junior high, and senior high school levels, focusing particularly on students with special needs. The research aims to evaluate planning, execution, and support mechanisms in fostering equitable educational opportunities. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings reveal that SIKK has successfully implemented inclusive practices at the elementary level, including differentiated curricula, ongoing teacher training, and additional learning resources. However, inclusive practices at the junior high and senior high school levels are less effective, largely due to resource limitations, particularly the lack of special education teachers, with only one currently available. Challenges include insufficient resources, inadequate technical support, and differing perceptions of inclusion among stakeholders. Despite these obstacles, SIKK demonstrates significant efforts in inclusive education, underscoring the need for comprehensive policies and sustained government support. This research offers a novel perspective on the management of inclusive education within a multicultural and resource-limited context, highlighting the significance of collaborative engagement among multiple stakeholders and the need for contextually informed strategies to ensure sustainable implementation within the framework of Indonesian schools abroad, which face markedly intricate challenges.

Abstract

This research was carried out against a background of high interest in parents enrolling their sons and daughters in the Tahfidz Al Qur'an Islamic Boarding School and high interest in students who wish to have the goal of becoming hafidz Qur'an because of the glory that Allah has bestowed upon the guardians of the Qur'an. This study aims to: (1) Describe the learning management plan for tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning at SMP Khairunnas Malang. (2) Describe the implementation of tahfidz learning management at SMP Khairunnas Malang. (3) Describe the evaluation of learning tahfidz Al Qur'an. (4) Describe the inhibiting factors for the implementation of tahfidz Al-Qur'an learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity uses data and source triangulation. Data analysis used interactive methods and consisted of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that: (1) the learning management plan for tahfidz Al Qur'an learning at SMP Khairunnas Malang has been formulated clearly by determining the learning objectives for tahfidz Al Qur'an to improve school quality; set standards for learning tahfidz Al Qur'an; build good cooperation with school principals, heads of Al-Qur'an programs, teachers, students and parents to achieve targets and maximum results; compiling steps for learning the Qur'an; compiling learning tools for tahfidz Al Qur'an. (2) The management of learning the tahfidz of the Qur'an at SMP Khairunnas Malang is carried out through preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities. So that preparation in learning activities can be conveyed in accordance with what has been planned. (3) Organizing the management of tahfidz learning at SMP Khairunnas Malang is carried out by assembling a team of reference learning tools, making mutabaah books or memorization achievements, making reports on students' tahfidz learning outcomes and overseeing good and quality tahfidz learning. (4) Evaluation of the management of learning tahfidz Al Qur'an at SMP Khairunnas Malang is carried out by the Principal and Head of the Tahfidz Al Qur'an Program in the form of upgrading and supervising activities in learning tahfidz Al Qur'an; carry out the assessment mechanism for learning Al-Qur'an tahfidz at SMP Khairunnas Malang according to the stages; and make a report book on the results of learning tahfidz Al Qur'an (raport).
