Abstract

The company performance means the company's ability to achieve its financial and non-financial goals with the use of its resources to be able to compete. This study was held at small and medium enterprise restaurants in Sukabumi city to be able to achieve company performance in the COVID-19 pandemic era. The aim of this study were to find out and interpreting the role or the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and network capability toward the company performance in small and medium enterprise restaurants. In realizing the achievement of the company's performance, it is necessary for the company to implement strategic steps to stay prominent in the uncertain market conditions because of the COVID-19 virus outbreak continues to make business activities very limited. The implementation method in processing the data in this study was used associative method with quantitative approach. The number of respondents were 37 who is a business owner or manager in a restaurant business in Sukabumi city. Software IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 was used to record the research results. The findings showed that entrepreneurial orientation and network capability had a positive and significant effect also had a very strong correlation value of 0.859. Therefore, can be concluded that entrepreneurial orientation and network capability have influence in achieving company performance by developing renewable ideas and fostering partnerships to help the company's performance succeed. Abstract

The purpose of this study were (1). To give you an idea of how models of Marketing Communication Strategies used PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Cibadak Sukabumi Prepaid Electric Program. (2). To find out the factor and factor inhibitors Marketing Communication Strategy Supporting the use PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Cibadak Sukabumi Prepaid Electric Program. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. Data from this study were obtained by performing Inteview, observation and documentation. Development of the validity of the data in this study was done by using triangulation. Triangulation techniques used in this study were triangulation, triangulation of data sources and time triangulation. The results obtained are: (1). Electricity Programme Prepaid socializing, PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Unit Cibadak Sukabumi, using the Model of Marketing Communications Strategy include: Sender (Source/Sender). Enconding (Translation), The transmission, decoding (Respond and intrepetasi), Action and Feedback. By utilizing direct marketing communications media, and not directly. This direct communication includes several programs related to information and dissemination of Prepaid Electricity Program, the Program Through SARLING (Marketing Roving), cooperation with local or central government, and Person to Person or from the mouth of the mouth. While no direct communication, we use the media covering Promotion Mix Advertising, Sales Promotion, Personal Selling, and Digital Online Marketing. (2). In this socialization is the limiting factor is the lack of public knowledge of the system to change the current information system, and the lack of public response to a change. While supporting factor is the support of the central government, local, and community leaders in the socialization process petrified.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media and viral marketing on purchase decisions through tiktok apps. The method used in this research is descriptive method and associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling type, and in this case only 190 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient, simultaneous test (F test) and partial test (T test). The results of the study, using the F test the probability value of sig. 0.00 < 0.05 which means that together social media and viral marketing have a significant influence on purchase decisions. While the t test shows that social media has a significant influence on purchase decisions and viral marketing has a significant influence on purchase decisions.

Abstract

Dunia bisnis kian berkembang dari tahun ketahunnya, dan pada saaat ini perkembangan dunia bisnis mengalami perkembangan yang begitu pesat. Salah satu bisnis yang mengalami perkembangan pesat yaitu bisnis perhotelan hal tersebut berdampak pada persaingan yang ketat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kualitas pelayanan terhadap keunggulan bersaing pada hotel berbintang di Kota Sukabumi. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode asosiatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu pelanggan hotel berbintang di Kota Sukabumi. Metode sampel menggunakan Accidental Sampling dimana 100 orang pelanggan yang di jadikan responden pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian uji t pada variabel kualitas pelayanan menunjukan nilai t hitung pada penelitian ini sebesar 5,717 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000, nilai signifikansi 0,000 lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan 0,05 (0,000<0,05). Maka dapat di artikan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap keunggul bersaing hotel berbintang di Kota Sukabumi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis efektivitas pengembangan karir terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Senamas Energindo Mineral Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan tetap PT. Senamas Energindo Mineral. Serta teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan jumlah responden 74 orang. Sumber data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan di PT. Senamas Energindo Mineral. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis ini meliputi ujiĀ  instrumen, uji t, dan uji F. Dari hasil pengolahan data penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa t hitung sebesar 2.251 > t tabel 1.996, serta nilai signifikannya sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja. Sedangkan uji F sebesar F hitung 5.067 > 3.97, serta nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan positif antara variabel pengembangan karir terhadap variabel produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

Peningkatan pendidikan Muhammadiyah sebagai pencetak kader pelopor, pelangsung dan penyem-purna dakwah belum dioptimalkan dengan baik oleh Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Sukabumi sehingga kurang kepuasan yang dirasakan oleh sekolah khususnya guru untuk mewujudkan cita-cita masyarakat Islam yang sebenar-benarnya pada setiap kegiatan belajar-mengajar di sekolah Muhammadiyah. Permasalahan kepuasan kerja guru ini diduga berhubungan dengan faktor kepemimpinan, lingkungan organisasi dan motivasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan kepemimpinan, lingkungan organisasi dan motivasi dengan kepuasan kerja guru Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. Metode penelitian bersifat eksplanatori. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sensus dan skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan rumus korelasi Rank Kendall. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, lingkungan organisasi dan motivasi secara parsial dan bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja guru Muhammadiyah di wilayah Pimpinan Daerah Muhammadiyah Sukabumi. Pengaruh tersebut sebesar 56,30%, sementara 43,70% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Dengan demikian, peningkatan kepuasan kerja guru perlu diimbangi dengan memperbaiki kepemimpinan, lingkungan organisasi dan motivasi, baik secara parsial maupun secara bersama-sama.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari beban kerja dan kepribadian tangguh terhadap stres kerja dimasa pandemi Covid-19 karyawan di Bank BJB Kantor Cabang Palabuhanratu. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dan asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Menggunakan sampel jenuh kepada 113 orang karyawan yang nantinya akan menjadi responden untuk mengisi kuisioner sebagai alat untuk mengumpulkan data. Teknik analis data yang digunakan yakni regresi linear berganda juga uji pengaruh secara simultan (Uji-F) dan pengaruh secara parsial (Uji-T). Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukan bahwa beban kerja dan kepribadian tangguh secara simultan dan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap stres kerja dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Sedangkan secara parsial adanya pengaruh yang positif signifikan antara beban kerja terhadap stres kerja dimasa pandemi Covid-19 dan adanya pengaruh negatif signifikan antara kepribadian tangguh dengan stres kerja dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Abstract

The research was aimed at determining the influence of brand awareness in mediating the relationship between brand associations toward buying decision. The research methods applied were associative descriptive and cluster sampling method by spreading out online questionnaires to 385 students who were Oppo users in Sukabumi city. The technique of analyzing data used in the research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of data tabulating software IBM SPSS AMOS 24. The results of the research show that brand association influence significantly toward brand awareness, brand awareness influences positively and significantly toward buying decision, and brand awareness mediates the relationship of brand awareness toward buying decision. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value by moderating profitability in food & beverages companies. Samples are Food & Beverages Sub Sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2019 period, which were taken using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is a moderation regression analysis (MRA) using SPSS 26. The results of hypothesis testing show that the capital structure variable (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), firm size (SIZE) has a negative and does not significant effect on firm value ( PBV), profitability (ROE) strengthens the effect of capital structure (DER) on firm value (PBV), profitability (ROE) strengthen the effect of firm size (SIZE) on firm value (PBV). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of marketing capability on the competitive advantage in creative economy of photograph in Sukabumi city. The object of this study is the marketing capability and competitive advantage. The research method used is associative descriptive quantitative method which using statistical calculation to measure how big or small the impact of two free variables or more. The technique of data analysis begins with validity testing, reliability testing and normality testing. It is also supported by f-testing, multiple coefficient correlation, coefficient determination, multiple linear regression, and t-testing to determine the extent of the impact of both independent variables or free variable studied to the dependent variable or bound variable. Based on the result of the study, there is a significant impact of marketing capability on competitive advantage in the amount of 0.001 due to 0,001 < 0,05. From that result, it can be known that there is a significant advantage between marketing capability on competitive advantage. Keywords: Marketing Capability, Competitive Advantage
