Abstract

The research was aimed at determining the influence of brand awareness in mediating the relationship between brand associations toward buying decision. The research methods applied were associative descriptive and cluster sampling method by spreading out online questionnaires to 385 students who were Oppo users in Sukabumi city. The technique of analyzing data used in the research was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of data tabulating software IBM SPSS AMOS 24. The results of the research show that brand association influence significantly toward brand awareness, brand awareness influences positively and significantly toward buying decision, and brand awareness mediates the relationship of brand awareness toward buying decision. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value by moderating profitability in food & beverages companies. Samples are Food & Beverages Sub Sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2019 period, which were taken using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is a moderation regression analysis (MRA) using SPSS 26. The results of hypothesis testing show that the capital structure variable (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV), firm size (SIZE) has a negative and does not significant effect on firm value ( PBV), profitability (ROE) strengthens the effect of capital structure (DER) on firm value (PBV), profitability (ROE) strengthen the effect of firm size (SIZE) on firm value (PBV). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the impact of marketing capability on the competitive advantage in creative economy of photograph in Sukabumi city. The object of this study is the marketing capability and competitive advantage. The research method used is associative descriptive quantitative method which using statistical calculation to measure how big or small the impact of two free variables or more. The technique of data analysis begins with validity testing, reliability testing and normality testing. It is also supported by f-testing, multiple coefficient correlation, coefficient determination, multiple linear regression, and t-testing to determine the extent of the impact of both independent variables or free variable studied to the dependent variable or bound variable. Based on the result of the study, there is a significant impact of marketing capability on competitive advantage in the amount of 0.001 due to 0,001 < 0,05. From that result, it can be known that there is a significant advantage between marketing capability on competitive advantage. Keywords: Marketing Capability, Competitive Advantage

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of E-commerce marketing capabilities in creating the effectiveness of promotions and competitive strategies carried out on SMEs in the trading sector in Sukabumi City. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and associative approach, The sample used is 70 companies that have met the criteria of 226 population members using random sampling method. Probability sampling approach so that the number of samples studied is 70 data from January 1 to May 31, 2021. The data collection technique used is secondary data including documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique used is linear regression. Based on the results of this study, it shows that partially there is a significant influence of e-commerce marketing capabilities on the effectiveness of promotions then partially e-commerce marketing capabilities have a significant effect on competitive strategy and simultaneously e-commerce marketing capabilities have a significant effect on the effectiveness of promotions and strategies. compete in the MSME trade sector in Sukabumi City. Abstract

Competitive advantage becomes an important thing for companies, companies must be able to analyze what are the company's advantages in order to compete with competitors. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of marketing and social media performance on competitive advantage. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were Scarlett Whitening users in the city of Sukabumi and the sample used was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the sample technique used is probability sampling. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially the performance of marketing and social media has a significant and positive influence on competitive advantage. The results of the f test, namely the Fcount value of 62.417> 3.08, show that Fcount is greater than Ftable and the correlation results in this study have a strong and high value of 0.565. While the value of the results of the t-test, namely Tcount 3.327 > 1.983 shows that the value of Tcount is greater than Ttable so that it can be concluded that marketing and social media performance variables have an influence on competitive advantage. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the influence of human resource development and job placement on job satisfaction of employees of PT Marga Maju Mapan Bekasi Project Division Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive and associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling, the samples taken in this study were 38 employees. The data analysis technique used validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression including correlation coefficients, determination, research model testing and research hypothesis testing. The results of the study using the coefficient of determination (R2) showed that the development of human resources and work placement on employee job satisfaction was 67.4% while the remaining 32.6% was influenced by other factors outside of this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test, it can be seen from the R value of 0.674 which means that there is a very strong relationship between human resource development and job placement on employee job satisfaction. The results of the F test, namely the value of Fcount 14,584>3,26 indicates that Fcount is greater than Ftable. The variables of human resource development and work placement have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze, describe, and measure the difference in the value of the company before and after the rights issue. The object of this research is the value of the company which is proxied by EPS, PER, PBV, and the Tobin's Q ratio before and after conducting a rights issue on companies listed on the BEI. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive comparative approach, which is a method that looks at the general description of the calculation results of the variables and the differences between the variables before and after the rights issue. Data analysis techniques start from data compilation, data tabulation to testing. The test uses the data normality test, and the different test uses SPSS with the data requirements. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the calculation results increased and decreased each period, the EPS ratio showed no significant difference between the companies before and after the rights issue, in contrast to the PER, PBV, and Tobin's Q ratios which showed differences in the companies before and after do a rights issue. Abstract

This research will focus on the SME creative industry, especially the craft sub-sector. In general, the craft industry must be able to produce quality products at competitive prices as their competitive advantage. From every fact that occurs in the field, the products offered by Craft MSMEs in Sukabumi Regency generally have high selling prices. This is because local craft products are made using human power and hands (handmade). Thus, most handmade products are not sold in large quantities and the price makes these products expensive. This study aims to determine the effect of market orientation and knowledge management on competitive advantage. The method used in this research is descriptive method and associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used by the researcher is the saturated technique, namely a number of 35 craft SMEs in Sukabumi Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient and partial test (t test). The results of the study using the t test showed that market orientation (X1) had a significant effect on competitive advantage (Y) and knowledge management (X2) had a significant effect on competitive advantage (Y). The contribution of market orientation and knowledge management variables to competitive advantage is 78%. While the remaining 22% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables that are not examined

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze brand equity and competitive advantage on marketing performance. The method used in this research is descriptive method and associative method with a quantitative approach. The type of sampling technique used in this study is using a non-probability sampling approach. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient, and partial test (T test). The results of the study, using the coefficient of determination test seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.619, this means that the influence of brand equity and competitive advantage on marketing performance is 61.9%, the remaining 38.1% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. . From the results of the correlation coefficient test, it can be seen that the R value of 0.787 indicates a strong relationship between brand equity and competitive advantage on marketing performance.

Abstract

MSME blacksmith is an iron carpentry business, where MSMEs are engaged in making traditional weapons, slaughter knives, kitchen knives, tajak, katana, swords and so on. This research was conducted on blacksmith SMEs in Sukabumi Regency, because there are still problems that have been found so far, namely blacksmiths processed by large companies, one of which China is able to provide cheaper prices with traditional workshops including blacksmith workshops in Sukabumi Regency. This is because China has always emphasized that cost and time are the main things in the production process. MSME blacksmiths in Sukabumi Regency generally carry out operational activities only if there is an order, which is not adjusted to the target cost, time, and quality. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and learning orientation on the performance of SMEs. The method used in this research is descriptive method and associative method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used by the researcher is the saturated technique, which is a number of 38 blacksmith SMEs in Sukabumi Regency. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis which includes the coefficient of determination, multiple correlation coefficient and partial test (t test). The results of the study using the t test showed that intellectual capital (X1) had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y) and learning orientation (X2) had a significant effect on the performance of MSMEs (Y). The contribution of the influence of intellectual capital and learning orientation variables to the performance of SMEs is 91.9%. While the remaining 9.1% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables that are not examined
