Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to develop da'wah methods based on local culture and language in order to convey Islamic messages effectively to the community. This activity was carried out through intensive training at the Bonavida Singgeura Milir Foundation, Indramayu, by utilizing a cultural approach as the main lens in developing Islamic messages. Through a series of presentation sessions, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice, participants were invited to understand the importance of cultural adaptation in da'wah so that Islamic values can be better received. The results of the program showed an increase in participants' understanding and skills in using local cultural elements to convey Islamic messages. Participants also appreciate cultural diversity as part of the inclusive teachings of Islam. The implementation of this PKM is expected to be an effective model in spreading Islamic values through a cultural approach, as well as strengthening the identity and harmony between religion and local culture. Abstract

This Community Service activity (PKM) aims to increase the accessibility and effectiveness of da'wah through digital media for the Executive Wives Association. In the digital era, the use of information technology is very relevant to spread Islamic values widely. This activity includes the development of a website and da'wah application, which includes training on how to manage da'wah content effectively. The methods used include presentations, discussions, and hands-on practice. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge of digital da'wah media and the effectiveness of da'wah communication within the association. This activity is expected to contribute to the sustainability of da'wah in modern society. Key Words: community service, digital da'wah, da'wah media, information technology, community empowerment .

Abstract

The entrepreneurial spirit is not only concerned with the ability to create new businesses, but also involves creative thinking skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to manage risks. Therefore, entrepreneurship-based human resource development requires a holistic approach involving skills training, mental training to encourage entrepreneurship, and training to manage existing resources. This activity is designed to equip participants with insights on business strategy, human resource development, financial management, and customer communication skills. With a better understanding, it is hoped that the civitas will be able to build a strong business foundation, manage risks, and create products and services that suit market needs.One of the strategic steps to increase economic independence and improve the country's competitiveness is to instill an entrepreneurial spirit in human resources. Bold and creative entrepreneurs are considered to have the ability to create new jobs and drive the country's economy. However, creating human resources with an entrepreneurial spirit is not an easy task. Effective and integrated strategies are needed, both through formal education, skills-based training, and strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem. Abstract

This community service activity aims to introduce simple solar stove technology as a renewable energy solution that is environmentally friendly to the community of Desa Balir, which still relies on fossil fuels for cooking. Outreach, training, and demonstrations were carried out to provide knowledge and practical skills on the making and usage of solar stoves. The results of this activity showed a significant increase in public understanding, with over 85% of participants comprehending how solar stoves work and 90% of participants expressing interest in applying this technology in their homes. This activity successfully raised awareness among the community about the importance of renewable energy in supporting environmental conservation and reducing dependence on fossil fuels. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of character and work ethic development programs implemented by the Mu'thi Jaya Indonesia Foundation in shaping outstanding and professional human resources. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation analysis. The findings reveal that a participatory approach tailored to local needs successfully enhanced discipline, responsibility, and teamwork among participants. Continuous evaluation and collaboration with various community elements are key factors in the program's success. The applied development model can be replicated to support human resource development at national and global levels. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of da’wah strategies in enhancing professional and morally virtuous human resources through a community engagement approach. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative method with data collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that contextual and participatory da’wah strategies, combined with empowerment programs, effectively improve participants' professional competencies through skill training, reinforcement of Islamic work ethics, and digital literacy. Furthermore, moral values such as honesty, discipline, responsibility, and social care were successfully internalized and applied in daily life. The utilization of digital technology has expanded the reach of da’wah, although challenges such as low digital literacy and resistance to modern methods remain. This study highlights the importance of collaboration among religious leaders, educational institutions, and government bodies to support the sustainability of structured and adaptive da’wah programs. With appropriate strategies, da’wah can play a significant role in creating a generation that is professional, competitive, and morally virtuous in accordance with Islamic values. Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to raise awareness and understanding among members of the Al Mujahidin Mosque Taklim Council in Gantar Village, Indramayu, about the importance of environmental preservation and cultural diversity through counseling methods and active interaction. The main issues addressed are the low awareness of household waste management and the importance of preserving local cultural diversity. This program was conducted using counseling, question-and-answer sessions, and hands-on practice, focusing on the application of the 3R principles (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) and strengthening the values of mutual cooperation (gotong royong) and communal work (kerja bakti). The results showed an increase in participants' understanding of household waste management, the utilization of inorganic waste into economically valuable products, and the importance of preserving local culture. Positive responses from participants were evident through their enthusiasm during the counseling and hands-on practice sessions. It is hoped that this program will have a sustainable impact on maintaining environmental sustainability and strengthening social and cultural relationships in the Gantar Village community. Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman anggota Majelis Taklim Masjid Al mujahidin, Desa Gantar, Indramayu, tentang pentingnya Perbedayaan Masyarakat Melalui Edukasi Pelestarian Lingkungan dan Keberagaman sosial budaya di Desa Gantar, Kabupaten Indramayu. Melalui metode penyeluhan dan interaksi aktif, permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam melolah sampah rumah tangga dan pentingnya menjaga keberagaman budaya lokal. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan metode penyuluhan, tanya jawab, dan praktek langsung, yang berfokus pada penerapan prinsip 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recyle) serta penguatan nilai gotong royong dan kerja bakti. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terkait pengelolah limbah rumah tangga, pemanfaatan sampah anorganik menjadi produk bernilai ekonomi, serta pentingnya menjaga budaya lokal. Respon Positif dari peserta terlihat dari antusiasme mereka selama sesi penyuluhan dan praktek langsung, Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat memberikan dampak berkelanjutan dalam menjaga kelestarian lingkungan dan mempererat hubungan sosial budaya dimasyarakat Desa Gantar Kata Kunci: Pelestarian Lingkungan, Sosial Budaya, 3R

Abstract

Generasi Z, yang lahir dan tumbuh di era digital, memiliki karakteristik unik seperti kemampuan adaptasi teknologi yang tinggi, kreativitas, dan keberanian mencoba hal-hal baru. Dalam sektor properti, potensi mereka membuka peluang besar untuk mendorong inovasi dan pertumbuhan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi potensi Generasi Z, memberikan pengetahuan bisnis properti yang relevan, serta membangun kolaborasi antara generasi muda ini dengan pelaku bisnis properti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi Generasi Z dalam strategi bisnis properti dapat menghasilkan solusi inovatif, meningkatkan daya saing, dan mendukung transformasi sektor properti ke arah yang modern dan inklusif. Namun, tantangan seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang pengelolaan potensi mereka perlu diatasi melalui pendekatan strategis yang melibatkan pelatihan dan kolaborasi lintas generasi. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya peran Generasi Z dalam membangun industri properti yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Abstract

The aim of the research is to increase the activeness of PAI learning using the NHT (Numbered Head Together) model. Data collection uses observation and test sheets to determine student understanding. The results of research based on initial data show that students are not interested in learning using the lecture method, whereas when using the NHT method in both cycles it shows an increase. The first cycle of research showed results of 89.16% and the second cycle showed results of 94.16%, so it was stated that this research could increase learning activity.
