Abstract

In order to improve the management of IT services, it is necessary to analyze the satisfaction of service users. One of the determinations of quality service performance is determined from the satisfaction with the service felt by its users. The results of the user satisfaction analysis were carried out by analyzing the results of the Pusintek IT service user satisfaction survey. The Pusintek IT service user satisfaction survey will be conducted for all service users in 2022 using 5 (five) service quality indicators, namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The survey results that have been obtained will then be analyzed using a Decision Tree. Based on the results of the tests performed, the accuracy of the decision tree was 98.10% and Naïve Bayes was 97.95%, while for the recall decision tree was 99.51% and Naive Bayes was 98.78%. However, for the level of precision naive bayes, it is better than the decision tree, where the precision naive bayes is 99.02% and the decision tree is 98.47%.

Abstract

Ricci Catholic High School 2 Pondok Aren is one of the private educational institutions that is oriented towards the process as a step of progress for students, accompanied by the development of life values ​​that have a balance between emotional, academic and spiritual intelligence. The Ricci 2 Catholic High School students consist of the principal and his staff, teachers, education staff and students. In the current industrial 4.0 era, Ricci 2 Pondok Aren Catholic High School has utilized the use of information and communication technology to support teaching and learning activities for students. Many extracurricular and non-extracurricular activities are held to increase students' knowledge and experience. One of the non-extracurricular activities is the business activity of selling school supplies through school cooperatives which are handled by student representatives who are members of the Student Organization (Osis). One of the superior products that are self-produced are uniforms and t-shirts with a market share that is only intended for school students and has not been able to reach markets outside of schools, this is due to limitations in available supporting facilities and infrastructure. In addition, although currently using Whatsapp media to do product marketing, the service is felt to be less than optimal. Based on the above conditions, we intend to provide an alternative solution by holding an introduction training to build an online business through a marketplace application in the hope that it can help build an entrepreneurial spirit, especially for students and generally for other school students. By having an entrepreneurial spirit, students of Ricci 2 Pondok Aren Catholic High School can develop existing businesses so that the economy of the school community can grow and develop well.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the most optimal decision support system method and decision alternatives in the Accounting and Management study program, University of X which has experienced a decrease in learning interest or demotivation so that the study program can take special care for these students to continue studying. The methods used in this study are the SAW and TOPSIS methods with the criteria of GPA, time of study, parents' income, and distance from home. The test results show that the SAW method has the highest preference value compared to the TOPSIS method of 0.992 so it is feasible to apply in the Accounting and Management study program, University X, Bogor City. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan metode sistem pendukung keputusan yang paling optimal serta alternatif keputusan di program studi Akuntansi dan Manajemen, Universitas X yang mengalami penurunan minat belajar atau demotivasi sehingga pihak program studi dapat mengambil penangan khusus terhadap mahasiswa tersebut agar tetap melanjutkan perkuliahan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini, yaitu metode SAW dan TOPSIS dengan kriteria IPK, waktu studi, pendapatan orang tua, dan jarak rumah. Hasil uji menunjukan bahwa metode SAW memiliki nilai preferensi paling tinggi dibanding metode TOPSIS sebesar 0,992 sehingga layak diterapkan di program studi Akuntansi dan Manajemen, Universitas X, Kota Bogor.

Abstract

Sebagai pengelola sistem informasi di lingkungan Kementerian Keuangan, Pusintek harus mampu menjaga kelangsungan layanan sistem informasi agar tetap berjalan secara optimal. Salah satu kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan menentukan prioritas sistem informasi yang bertujuan untuk memetakan sistem layanan informasi yang ada dimana akan digunakan sebagai prioritas dalam penanganan gangguan maupun bencana di data center. Selama ini proses penentuan prioritas sistem informasi masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga akan membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dan hasil yang diperoleh kurang akurat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan penentuan rangking dari masing-masing sistem informasi untuk selanjutnya ditempatkan pada masing-masing area prioritas sehingga dapat membantu manajemen sebagai pendukung keputusan untuk proses penanganan gangguan sistem informasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Weighted Product dengan hasil yang diperoleh berupa urutan rating atau rangking dari masing-masing sistem informasi. Penghitungan ini dapat memberikan hasil yang akurat sehingga memudahkan Pusintek dalam pengelolaan sistem informasi yang lebih baik

Abstract

The Ta'lim Council is a forum that is a place for gathering and studying for people who want to deepen the teachings of the Islamic religion and also as a means of preaching and religious teaching. The Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Ta'lim Council is located at RT 001 / RW 015, Karang Tengah sub-district, Tangerang City. One of the visions to be achieved is to create a generation of Moeslems who are faithful and devout (IMTAQ) and knowledgeable about science and technology (IPTEK), as well as maximizing the potential that exists in the members of the ta'lim assembly and making the members of the ta'lim become creative and independent. To achieve this vision, it is necessary to organize training, counseling and provide insight related to organizational document management. Organizational document management takes the form of archiving and creating correspondence documents related to the tasks and activities carried out by the The Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Ta'lim Council. In order for the document management process to run well, human resources are needed who have adequate knowledge and expertise regarding document administration. The limited number of human resources who understand document management is an obstacle for the Hidayatul Mubtadi' Ta'lim Council. in. Based on the conditions above, we intend to hold community service activities at the Hidayatul Mubtadi'in Ta'lim Council in the form of training in the use of Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint). The method used in this community service activity is the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS), where participants are given direct training to solve existing problems. The method used for data collection is direct observation (observation) and interviews with partners. The final result of this activity is participants gain knowledge and experience in using information technology to support activities in the ta'lim assembly.

Abstract

Pada saat ini bisnis laundry atau jasa pencucian pakaian terus berkembang. Meningkatnya bisnis ini menjadikan tantangan baru bagi pelaku bisnis, yaitu bagaimana dapat meningkatkan pelayanan maksimal. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model sistem administasi laundry guna meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap pelanggan. Pengembangan model menggunakan pendekatan berbasis obyek. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendapatkan model sistem informasi administrasi laundry yang memiliki fungsi lengkap. Mulai dari proses penerimaan cucian sampai dengan pembuatan laporan. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakuan, model yang dikembangkan merupakan model yang fleksibel, yaitu dapat diterapkan untuk semua jenis bisnis laundry. Model yang dikembangkan telah dilakukan pengujian tingkat user. Hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa model yang dikembangkan mendapatkan respon yang cukup baik dari user.

Abstract

Employees are a resource that is a supporting factor for a company or organization. Having employees who meet qualification standards can develop the company and increase company productivity. Employee performance assessments are carried out looking at the company's success in organizing employees and determining the level of employee loyalty and professional performance towards the company. Petukangan Hospital has a large number of employees ranging from health workers to management employees and others. Currently there is no system used to evaluate employee performance, so the assessment process takes a long time and is not timely and there is an element of subjectivity in the assessment. Therefore, we need a system that can help assess employee performance with the aim of the research as an alternative in systematically and objectively assessing employee performance according to the weights and criteria obtained by each employee. In this research, the method used is the Multi Factor Evaluation Process of a Decision Support System, where this method carries out an assessment by calculating weights and criteria. The aim of this research is to provide the best solution and tools for Petukangan Hospital in assessing employee performance, and this research is expected to have benefits that can become effective and efficient problem solving. This research has results obtained from testing in the form of a ranking system where employees with the highest total evaluation score is the employee with the best performance score. The calculation results show that the employee with the best performance and rank 1 is Employee 26 with a value of 0.8375.

Abstract

Penerimaan mahasiswa baru adalah elemen kunci dalam manajemen perguruan tinggi yang memerlukan perencanaan yang cermat serta kebijakan dan strategi untuk mengambil keputusan kegiatan belajar mengajar. Untuk merencanakan prediksi jumlah penerimaan mahasiswa baru yang akurat adalah penting dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait alokasi sumber daya, perencanaan fasilitas, dan program akademik. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memprediksi jumlah mahasiswa baru di Fakultas Teknologi Industri dan Informatika UHAMKA menggunakan metode Linier Regression dan Exponential Smoothing. Metode ini digunakan untuk menangani fluktuasi dalam data historis yang mungkin disebabkan oleh perubahan demografi, persaingan antar institusi, dan faktor ekonomi lainnya. Penelitian Ini menggunakan metode data mining untuk melakukan prediksi jumlah penerimaan mahaiswa baru pada Program Studi Teknik Informatika Fakultas Teknologi Industri dan Informatika UHAMKA. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah jumlah calon mahasiswa baru di 15 Tahun ke belakang yaitu data 2008 sampai 2023. dengan menggunakan 2 metode yaitu linear regression dan exponential smoothing. Prediksi jumlah penerimaan mahasiswa baru menunjukkan nilai prediksi yang sangat baik yaitu antara 0-10%. Nilai MAPE pada prediksi adalah 0,99% dengan Regresi Linear dan 5,07% ketika menggunakan Exponential Smoothing. Dalam pengujian bahwa Linear Regression menghasilkan nilai MAPE lebih kecil daripada metode Exponential Smoothing, yang berarti metode hasil prediksinya lebih mendekati dengan jumlah penerimaan mahasiswa baru yang sebenarnya.

Abstract

Pusintek's Service Desk, as a single point of contact, has quite high work demands with many tasks and requests handled. In order to improve the performance of Service Desk agents, the organization can give awards to the best Service Desk agents. However, there are obstacles in selecting the best Service Desk agent because there is still a subjective element in the assessment of Service Desk agents. So that a decision support system is needed that is in accordance with the weight of the organization's assessment criteria. This research proposes an approach in selecting the best Service Desk agent using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) in processing and ranking agent value data. This research focuses on assessing agents based on key parameters, namely ticket processing time (service response time), agent attendance data, assignment weight and assessment from other coworkers. The number of agents assessed was seventeen. The results of this study obtained the highest value using the SAW method of 2.22 for A1, while the calculation using the TOPSIS method, the highest value on A1 is 0.74 and the accuracy rate using the SAW method is 82.35% while the TOPSIS accuracy is 41.18%..

Abstract

High employee turnover is a challenge for every company, considering that employees are a valuable asset for the company. A high employee turnover rate indicates the high frequency of employees leaving a company. This will harm the company in terms of time, costs, human resources, and reduce the company's reputation. Low employee turnover is an objective for every company in its efforts to achieve its vision and mission, the employee turnover rate is high at 78.97% at PT. HCI operating in the financial services sector can have a negative impact on the company's reputation. Therefore, there is a need to analyze and predict employee turnover so that company management can take preventive and persuasive actions so as to reduce employee turnover rates. Therefore, a tool is needed to predict whether an employee will leave the company. This paper aims to predict the possibility of employees out of the company using the ensemble method, which is a method that uses a combination of several algorithms consisting of base learners and individual learners, algorithms with the ensemble method used are stacking, random forest, and adaboost, then comparing the result to get the best accuracy. The test results prove that the Stacking algorithm technique is the best model with the highest score in terms of accuracy with a value of 86.84%, while the Random Forest and AdaBoost algorithm techniques have a value of 81.04% and 80.30%. With this high accuracy value, the Stacking model is proven to have better individual performance in analyzing employee turnover predictions in human resource applications in companies.
