Abstract

Hargomulyo Village is one of the villages in the Kokap Kulonprogo District of Yogyakarta which has high agricultural potential. Agricultural management efforts are mostly carried out by women. The Mekar Mandiri Women Farmers Group is a forum consisting of a group of farmer wives or female farmers in Hargomulyo Village who have activities in the agricultural sector in utilizing agricultural resources to work together to increase farm productivity and the welfare of its members. In carrying out its activities, the Mekar Mandiri Farmer Group has several obstacles: (1) Limited insight and skills in developing the potential of agricultural products into processed products with higher economic value; (2) Limited production equipment capable of processing agricultural products into processed products; (3) The low involvement of young people in the development of agricultural products. The solutions offered through these Community Service activities include: (1) training to broaden the horizons and increase the capacity of the community in managing local agricultural products-based processed products, (2) Facilitating the procurement of business equipment, (3) Assisting in applying for home industry permits and trademarks, and (4) Assistance in the manufacture of packaging designs for agricultural snack products. Abstract

Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face quite complex problems in business development. One of the small businesses engaged in by the Sudagaran community in Yogyakarta is the production of tofu. Entrepreneurs know problems in the fields of production, environment, capital, and also marketing. The Service Team from the Department of Business Administration, FISIP UPN Veterans Yogyakarta collaborated with the Yogyakarta City Baznas and the Yogyakarta City Government to assist and assist SMEs. Empowerment programs that have been carried out have started from the implementation of production layouts, small business financial management, simple financial records, product innovation. packaging, and online-based marketing. Small entrepreneurs feel helped by the service program so that during the Covid-19 pandemic they have alternatives in product marketing.

Abstract

Pemilihan umum (pemilu) sebagai indikator kehidupan negara demokratis memungkinkan perubahan tatanan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara. Partisipasi pemilih dalam setiap pemilu hendaknya semakin meningkat, namun dalam realitanya di era reformasi partisipasi politik belum seperti yang diharapkan yaitu jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan pada masa pemerintahan Orde Baru. Tidak ada mobilisasi dan represi pada masyarakat dalam setiap perhelatan pemilu bisa menjadi salah satu penyebab pemilu berjalan kurang lancar. Mengingat pemilu demikian strategis untuk rotasi kekuasaan maka perlu upaya meningkatkan partisipasi pemilih pada setiap pemilu. Media sosial menjadi alternatif lembaga pemerintah untuk mensosialisasikan pemilu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan konten pesan pemilu dalam perspektif pemilih pemula serta sejauh mana pemilih pemula mengunjungi media sosial yang dimiliki KPU. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan konten pesan pemilu masih bersifat teknis sehingga pemilih pemula belum sepenuhnya tertarik mengunjungi media sosial milik KPU dari level pusat, provinsi dan daerah. Salah satu alasannya kurang memberikan informasi yang dibutuhkan pemilih pemula. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi lembaga pemerintah agar mengemas konten pesan pemilu di media sosial KPU agar lebih menarik bagi pemilih pemula.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Besar sampel adalah 60 responden yaitu Karyawan Tetap Divisi Produksi PT. Taru Martani dengan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Termasuk kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, sebaiknya perusahaan memperhatikan tingkat kinerja karyawan dengan memberikan kebebasan kepada karyawan dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan, kondisi di sekitar tempat kerja karyawan, pembentukan mental karyawan dan pemberian punishment kepada karyawan agar pengawasan terhadap karyawan berjalan. dengan baik.

Abstract

The growth and development of Village Owned Enterprises in Indonesia is very rapid, but it has not been able to contribute to optimally increasing the income and welfare of rural communities. Strategic management accounting is an approach to management accounting techniques that can support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives. This research is based on contingency theory that there isn’t universally applicable approach. The development of strategic management accounting needs to consider the characteristics of the organization, including the organizational environment. The object of this research is Village Owned Enterprises in Indonesia. Respondents in this study were: administrators (managers) of Village-Owned Enterprises in Indonesia. The data analysis technique used a qualitative description. The results show that most village-owned enterprises in Indonesia have always and often applied strategic management accounting techniques, however, there are still many Village Owned Enterprises  managers who sometimes even rarely apply strategic management accounting techniques. This condition may be one of the factors that not yet optimal function and role of Village Owned Enterprises  in encouraging economic improvement and community welfare. Keywords: Village Owned Enterprises , Strategic Management Accounting

Abstract

This study was conducted to find empirical evidence of a causal relationship between organizational size, market orientation, and strategic planning, control, and performance measurement in the strategic management accounting (SMA) technique of village-owned enterprises in Indonesia. This research is based on contingency theory. The objects of this research are 51 village-owned enterprises in Indonesia. Respondents in this study were administrators (managers) of village-owned enterprises in Indonesia. The research instrument used was questionnaire that developed by Simon and Guilding (2008) for SMA techniques. The hypotheses were tested using SEM – PLS, that is Warppls 6.0. The results showed that market orientation had a significant effect on the development of strategic planning, control, and performance measurement of the SMA technique in village-owned enterprises in Indonesia, while organizational size had no significant effect. Keywords:       market orientation; organizational size; strategic management accounting.

Abstract

This research aims to see the results of the level of measurement of continuity of use intention in mobile banking and what variables have an influence. This study uses a quantitative approach. In this research, data collection was carried out through a literature study, observation, and surveys. Researchers analyzed demographic data using Microsoft Excel. Researchers analyzed and interpreted the research results by describing demographic data, outer models, and inner models. The conclusion of the research results, namely this research has succeeded in measuring the level of continuance use intention (CUI) based on the coefficient of determination (R2), namely 0.7 (70%) categorized as medium-level sustainability intention, which is influenced by the variables used in the research model. The research results succeeded in determining the factors that influence continuance use intention (CUI), namely confirmation, perceived usefulness, satisfaction, and perceived security. The research results also succeeded in identifying factors that did not influence continuance use intention (CUI), namely self-efficacy, which received a value below the threshold for the path coefficient, namely 0.02, and a t-test value of 0.25, indicating that this relationship was rejected and had no significant effect.

Abstract

This article is expected to provide added value for readers who are interested in human resource management, organizational leadership, or overall organizational development. This article uses qualitative by collecting article literature related to the variables in this article. Articles come from existing international journals such as Elsevier, Emerald, Springer, Willey and other international indices. Dozens of these articles will be described from the results of the research and taken from the perspective of the researcher. The results show that the integration of these findings in managerial strategies can help organizations achieve better operational efficiency and achieve their long-term business goals more consistently. Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki peran psikologi organisasi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan loyalitas karyawan pada perusahaan multinasional. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan dari 112 karyawan melalui kuesioner terstruktur dengan skala Likert 1-5. Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara praktik psikologi organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan loyalitas karyawan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa psikologi organisasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja, yang pada gilirannya secara kuat memprediksi loyalitas karyawan. Selain itu, psikologi organisasi secara tidak langsung berdampak pada loyalitas karyawan melalui pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya dukungan kepemimpinan, komunikasi yang efektif, dan program pengembangan karyawan dalam membina tenaga kerja yang loyal dan puas. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang dapat ditindaklanjuti bagi perusahaan multinasional untuk mengoptimalkan strategi sumber daya manusia mereka dan mencapai keunggulan kompetitif dalam lingkungan bisnis global.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and tenure on turnover intention. Using the survey method, data was collected from 30 employees from various industry sectors. Pearson correlation analysis showed that there is a significant negative relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention (r = -0.527, p < 0.05), and between tenure and turnover intention (r = -0.382, p < 0.05). Multiple regression analysis shows that job satisfaction and tenure significantly affect turnover intention (p < 0.05), with a negative coefficient indicating that an increase in job satisfaction and tenure will decrease turnover intention. The interaction analysis shows that there is a significant interaction between job satisfaction and tenure in influencing turnover intention (p < 0.05). The results of this study provide insights for human resource managers to increase job satisfaction and retain long-term employees to reduce turnover intention. With the right strategies, organizations can improve employee retention and overall productivity.
