Abstract

To create the modern concept, the Indonesian government of Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro dan Perdagangan Kota Pontianak, issue that the market conditions is most worthy SNI certified. Stipulated in the binding by SNI 8152 : 2015 that public market must have competitiveness to improve economic conditions. In SNI 8152 : 2015 mentioned that some markets can reach SNI label for 3 on fulfillment of requirements, namely: general terms, technical requirements and requirements management.The general requirements in terms of hygiene, health, security, and comfort. While zoning in the form of technical requirements, the trade, corridor, re post tera measure and the courts. And management requirements in the management of markets in professional. There was only the market in the city pontianak is Flamboyan market which is SNI just the one by the year 2020, while other markets are not qualified. The government of pontianak concentration and focus on market management with a target next year will increase in the Pontianak market with a SNI label. These PKM group followed by 25 participants inculude an academics, students, and representatives of DKUMP, traders and association. Survey results are clustered certified market will next SNI value, representative as Kemuning Market Pontianak because its mostly cleaning market than other, stable inflation and existing fresh market. While the checklist shown as answered 44 items SNI questions which includes the general requirements, technical and management. The results is Kemuning market in IV type of SNI. Discuss and sharing find out that traders blocka are not yet based on SNI measure. There is no disinfectant rooms and water supplies well done yet.

Abstract

This community service aims to optimize healthcare services by enhancing the knowledge of medical record officers at Puskesmas Tabunganen regarding electronic medical records. In order to achieve this goal, a profound understanding of EMR becomes a crucial key, particularly for medical record officers. By comprehensively understanding the concepts and implementation of EMR, medical record officers at Puskesmas Tabunganen are expected to improve the efficiency of health data management. This community service makes a positive contribution to preparing the health center for the implementation of electronic medical records. This community service has a positive impact on preparing Puskesmas Tabunganen for the implementation of electronic medical records.

Abstract

Soil Transmited Helminths (STH) merupakan cacing usus berbentuk bulat yang dalam siklus hidupnya terjadi di luar tubuh manusia dengan media penularan utamanya yaitu tanah dan tersebar luas di daerah tropis dan subtropis. Kecacingan merupakan penyakit yang menginfeksi banyak orang, lebih dari 1,5 miliar orang (24%) dari populasi dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar cemaran soiltransmitterhelminths (STH) pada daun kangkung, bayam, dan sawi. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan metode teknik sedimentasi menggunakan larutan NaOH 0,2% untuk pemeriksaan sampel dengan jumlah sampel 36. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 44,4% (16 sampel) yang terkontaminasi telur cacing STH ditemukan Ascaris lumbricoides dari 3 (18,75%) sampel daun bayam dan 6 (37,5%) sampel daun kangkung (Ascaris lumbricoides, Trichuris trichiura dan telur cacing tambang sp). Dan 7 (43,75%) sampel daun sawi oleh Ascaris lumbricoides sisanya 55,5% (20 sampel) Negatif ditemukan jenis telur cacing STH. Jadi disimpulkan bahwa prevalensi telur Soil Transmited Helminths (STH) tergolong sedang dari data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memperkuat asumsi bahwa tingginya kasus diare di Kecamatan Kiaracondong, salah satunya disebabkan oleh daun bayam, kangkung, dan sawi yang terkontaminasi telur cacing STH.

Abstract

The greater development of the textile industry has an impact on environmental pollution. Textile industry waste has a high dye content and contains synthetic materials that are difficult to decompose. One of the dyes used in the textile industry is methyl red. The removal of methyl red (C15H15N3O2) color by electrolysis method is carried out to treat this industrial waste. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of time and voltage variations on the removal of methyl red color by electrolysis method using Aluminum (Al) as electrode. This study was conducted by contacting artificial methyl red waste with DC Power supply tools that have been connected to electrodes at a time variation of 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 minutes with voltage variations of 2, 4, 6, 8, and volts. Color removal results with an efficiency of 98.62% were obtained in a time variation of 10 minutes with a voltage of 2 volts. However, the research results obtained are not in accordance with the theory that the longer the time and the greater the voltage the color removal will also be greater.

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan suatu kondisi atau keadaan dimana seseorang mengalami kenaikan tekanan darah di atas batas normal yang akan menyebabkan kesakitan bahkan kematian. Estimasi jumlah kasus hipertensi di indonesia sebesar 63.309.620 orang, sedangkan angka kematian di indonesia akibat hipertensi sebesar 427.218 kematian. Di Kabupaten Maros hipertensi merupakan penyakit urutan keempat terbesar dengan jumlah 11.428 kasus. Asupan natrium menjadi salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya hipertensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan asupan natrium terhadap kejadian hipertensi pada pasien rawat jalan poli interna di RSUD dr. La Palaloi Kabupaten Maros.  Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan pendekatan studi Case Control. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Asupan natrium diukur menggunakan Recall 2x24 jam. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan antara asupan natrium (p= 0,000). Terdapat hubungan asupan natrium terhadap kejadian hipertensi pada pasien rawat jalan poli interna di RSUD dr. La Palaloi Kabupaten Maros.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress, leadership style on turnover intention. The method used is a quantitative method with a sample of 43 respondents from cv Gulamali Tasikmalaya. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously work stress and leadership style have a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention. Partially, leadership style has no effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

The most common type of liver cancer is hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), accounting for 75–85% of cases. Despite its associated side effects, sorafenib remains the standard treatment for HCC. Given the critical need to improve therapeutic efficacy while minimizing adverse effects, alternative drugs must be thoroughly investigated. Numerous studies indicate that combining sorafenib with metformin results in a more favorable treatment profile. The aim of this study was to employ bioinformatics methodologies to elucidate the molecular pathways and genetic underpinnings of metformin's efficacy in HCC treatment. Genes associated with metformin and its action against HCC (Huh-7 and HepG2 cells) were acquired from the NCBI-GEO data collection by utilizing pre-determined keywords. Subsequently, pathways implicated in metformin-mediated HCC treatment were analyzed through the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG). Our analysis revealed the involvement of multiple pathways, with metabolic pathways implicated in 80% of the total cases. Neurodegenerative pathways were involved in only around 60% of the total cases. These findings align with the multifaceted mechanisms of metformin’s action, encompassing adenosine monophosphate-activated protein kinase activation, apoptosis induction, insulin regulation, anti-inflammatory responses, and modulation of cell proliferation. This comprehensive investigation sheds light on the intricate molecular landscape underpinning metformin's therapeutic efficacy in HCC, thereby informing potential avenues for optimizing treatment strategies.

Abstract

Hospitals, as healthcare service institutions, bear a significant responsibility in ensuring patient data security, particularly through the implementation of electronic medical records (EMRs). Electronic medical records, as regulated by the Indonesian Ministry of Health Regulation (Permenkes) No. 24 of 2022, are electronic documents that record patient identity, examinations, treatments, and other medical services. The implementation of EMRs requires management aligned with information security standards such as ISO/IEC 27001:2013, encompassingconfidentiality, integrity, and availability. This study aims to evaluate the security and privacy of the electronic medical records system at Wava Husada Hospital, Malang. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed to understand the application of security principles, including confidentiality, authentication, access control, and data integrity. Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed in-depth. The findings indicate that Wava Husada Hospital has implemented security mechanisms such as authentication, access rights restrictions, and data backup systems. Additionally, the aspects of confidentiality and data integrity have been well-managed through policies like the use of unique passwords and supervised data deletion by authorized personnel. These findings provide valuable insights into the efforts of healthcare facilities to safeguard patient privacy and comply with applicable regulations, while also serving as a reference for enhancing information security systems in other healthcare services.

Abstract

Big data has become a new phenomenon amidst the development of technology and easy access to information. This condition significantly affects research in the field of accounting. Accounting students are academics who have the opportunity to conduct quantitative research. Ratio and index techniques are one step in utilizing the ease of accessing financial reports. However, there are still many accounting students who have not utilized big data due to a lack of knowledge. The purpose of this workshop is to introduce how to use big data analysis techniques easily and quickly. This workshop was held to improve the analytical skills of accounting students with financial data. The evaluation method uses a rubric for assessing financial report analysis practicums. The results of this community service have succeeded in increasing students’ insight and statistical analytical skills using the Microsoft Excel program. A total of 10 participants have applied ratio and index techniques and have completed calculations for 558 municipal financial data in Indonesia.

Abstract

Zakat is an obligation for Muslims which must be managed institutionally in accordance with Islamic law. The Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) has the task of assisting the collection, distribution and utilization of zakat and must have good governance and the ability to manage finances. This study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of the principles of Good Corporate Governance. The object of research is the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ) of the Dompet Ummat Foundation of West Kalimantan. The research method uses qualitative methods with interviews and documentation as data collection tools. The results of the study show that from the principles of Good Corporate Governance the Amil Zakat Institute (LAZ) Dompet Ummat Foundation, West Kalimantan, has implemented the principles of transparency, accountability, responsibility, fairness and independence well. However, it was still found that .LAZ Dompet Ummat Kalbar did not use the services of an audit committee to audit its financial statements, had not informed the public of financial reports via the web and had not separated the duties and functions of the treasurer from the finance department
