Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of service quality, work discipline, and office employee performance on community satisfaction. So this study consists of 4 (four) variables, independent namely service quality (X1), work discipline (X2), employee performance (X3), and the dependent variable is community satisfaction (Y). the population of this study is the eastern pohgading community totaling 6,997 people, the criteria in this study are 15 years and over. The technique used in sampling is probability sampling with the simple ramdom sampling method and the number of respondents is determined as many as 98 respondents. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 98 respondents of the East Pohgading community, East Lombok Regency. The results of this study indicate that the service quality variable has a significant effect on community satisfaction, the work discipline variable has no significant effect on community satisfaction, the employee performance variable has a significant effect on community satisfaction, and the simultaneous test results show that the independent variables (service quality, work discipline, and employee performance) have a significant effect on community satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Efektivitas E-Commerce untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan pendapatan UMKM di Kota Mataram. (studi kasus pada rindu alam satu kerajinan perhiasan mutiara di sekarbela). Jenis penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif dengan analisa yang digunakan yaitu data kualitatif, dimana jenis penelitian ini mengutamakan keabsahan data dan keaslian data dari tempat penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi untuk menemukan hasil yang sesuai dengan data sebelumnya. Hasil penelitian sesuai dengan data yang sudah dipaparkan oleh peneliti, yaitu pendapatan yang dihasilkan oleh Kerajinan Perhiasan Mutiara Toko Rindu Alam Dua sudah sesuai dengan penghasilan UMKM

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to theologically analyze the mission of Christian bureaucrats in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of North Toraja Regency. Through qualitative research methods with observation and interview techniques, it was found that the mission of the church in the government bureaucracy has not been visible, not because of the tendency of Christian bureaucrats to see the relationship between church and government in the framework of the third relationship (total separation), but there are still Christian bureaucrats who see it in the framework of the first relationship (state supremacy over the church). In addition, another influencing factor is that their understanding of mission is still traditional and inherits colonial understanding. However, in general, Christian bureaucrats understand that the relationship between church and government should be seen in terms of partnership, but it is not enough to reach the stage of understanding. Therefore, building a critical-prophetic, positive, creative, and realistic partnership between the church and the government through the mission of Christian bureaucrats is one of the church's mission strategies that needs serious attention and focus. It is important that every Christian who is hypostatized into Christ through the church wherever they are, should act in an eucharistic and sacramental way. Thus, the public sphere and the ecclesiastical sphere are intertwined.

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji proses penyesuaian guru dengan kurikulum. Karena pergantian kurikulum dan kebijakan pendidikan yang sering terjadi memerlukan adaptasi yang cepat dan berkelanjutan dari pihak guru. Guru sering mengalami kesulitan untuk memperoleh akses ke pelatihan profesional yang berkelanjutan dan dukungan dari rekan kerja serta manajemen sekolah.  Metode yang diterapkan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian digunakan untuk menggambarkan dan memahami fenomena atau realitas sosial yang rumit dengan cara menyelidiki pengalaman, persepsi, atau pandangan subjek yang sedang diteliti. Kurikulum Merdeka menekankan pada kebebasan dan fleksibilitas dalam proses belajar-mengajar, dengan tujuan utama untuk mengembangkan kompetensi siswa secara holistik. Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK) memiliki peran penting dalam implementasi kurikulum ini, karena mereka tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pengajar, tetapi juga sebagai pembimbing spiritual bagi siswa. Guru Pendidikan Agama Kristen diharapkan mampu mengarahkan siswa dalam meningkatkan kemampuan belajar secara mandiri, mengajar mereka cara mengakses dan memanfaatkan berbagai sumber belajar. Pengembangan program pelatihan bagi guru, integrasi teknologi dalam peningkatan kolaborasi dalam pembelajaran untuk mendukung implementasi kurikulum merdeka dengan lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the significance of co-creation experience on millennial consumer satisfaction for MSMEs in Mataram City with health perceptions (application of health protocols by the government) as a stimulant. The number of respondents was 141 students, the analysis used in this study is RMA and was equipped with the entire measurement process, namely, validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests. Hypothesis testing was carried out through significance tests (t and F) and other parameters. Based on the t test, it was found that the application of co-creation experience partially had a significant effect and the role of health perception as a stimulant. The level of influence of these two variables is quite strong, which is 72.10%. There was a finding that the level of influence from the application of co-creation experience was partially low, so it was tried to build a model by taking into account the related variables, it was found that the level of influence was 68.00%. This is due to the nature of the perception of health as an absolute requirement of legislation carried out by MSMEs in the city of Mataram. This means that health protocols are absolute. This finding states that the co-creation experience can make it a priority in achieving customer satisfaction, especially in implementing it which only requires dialogue, openness and access for consumers to the company. it was found that the level of influence was 68.00%. Abstract

This study aims to examine the Influence of Social Media Influencers, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word Of Mouth on online purchasing decisions in Mataram City. So that the variables in this study consist of 3 (three) independent variables, namely Social Media Influencers (X1), Content Marketing (X2), and Electronic Word Of Mouth (X3) and 1 (one) dependent variable, namely purchase decision (Y). Samples are taken using purposive sampling. The data collection technique in this study was using a questionnaire. Data obtained using questionnaires as many as 80 respondents. The data were analyzed using SPSS multiple linear regression test. The results of this study show that Social Media Influencers do not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, while Content Marketing and Electronic Word Of Mouth have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the f (simultaneous) test variables Influencer social media, Content Marketing, and Electronic Word Of Mouth influence simultaneously (together) on purchasing decisions, while in the determination test obtained R square which means that the 3 independent variables have an influence of 53.3% of the dependent variables while the remaining 46.7% of variables are not included in this study.

Abstract

The country of Indonesia is blessed with great natural wealth so that every citizen should be able to enjoy prosperity, but the facts show that there are still many members of society who are detected as still living below the poverty line. The main objective is to review the significance of Pancasila values ​​in the fifth principle for justice and social welfare. The method used in this research is a literature study with a descriptive analytical approach, the results of which reveal that even though Pancasila as the basis of the Indonesian state emphasizes the importance of social justice, the practice of social justice in the field still faces various significant challenges. This research reveals that there is striking inequality in various aspects of people's lives, including access to the economy, education, health and infrastructure. Even though various policies have been implemented, the results often do not meet expectations, resulting in inequality that continues to widen. Therefore, more inclusive and sustainable policy reforms are needed to overcome social injustice. Some concrete steps that can be taken include fair economic redistribution, increasing access to education and health services, and equitable infrastructure development. All of these efforts must be carried out by involving community participation to ensure that the policies implemented truly reflect the needs and aspirations of all levels of society.

Abstract

Kemajemukan agama di Indonesia perlu dikelola secara teratur berbasis nilai-nilai Pancasila sehingga setiap warga Negara Indonesia dapat menikmati kenyamanan dan kerukunan hidup berelasi serta bersosialisasi dalam ikatan persatuan sehingga mampu menjadi tameng pengantisipasian tantangan radikalisme. Tujuan penulisan karya ilmiah ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang tantangan radikalisme dan kontribusi sila pertama dalam merawat persatuan Indonesia. Metode penelitian dalam makalah ini menggunakan pendekatan studi pustaka dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil analisis pustaka dalam penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa keberagaman agama yang melekat pada warga Negara Indonesia, sering kali coba digangu oleh ideologi sesat seperti radikalisme yang mengancam persatuan bangsa. Radikalisme, yang sering kali menggunakan agama sebagai dalih sehingga setiap masyarakat harus memiliki edukasi yang cukup bahwa ideology radikalisme tersebut sangat bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai Pancasila, khususnya Sila Pertama: “Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa”. Setiap masyarakat sudah selayaknya memiliki wawasan yang luas tentang indahnya keberagaman dan menghidupi semangat pengimplementasian nilai-nilai Sila Pertama Pancasila melalui pendidikan, dialog antaragama dan penegakan hukum sehingga dapat menjadi tameng yang kokoh untuk menangkis tantangan radikalisme. Selain itu spirit dari Sila Pertama Pancasila yang dihidupi secara utuh dan menyeluruh oleh masyarakat Indonesia yang beragam agama dapat memperkuat persatuan dan kesatuan dalam lingkup keharmonisan.

Abstract

This research is directed to build a model that can provide predictions of the influence of learning orientation (X1) on the dimensions of innovation (product innovation/Y1; process innovation/Y2; marketing innovation/Y3 and organizational innovation/Y4) as well as the influence of each dimension of innovation on business performance (Z1) of small businesses in Mataram City. Observation data in this study were 78 small business actors, with the criteria of having run their business for at least three years. The analysis tool uses PLS (partial least square) analysis. According to the PLS work procedure, there are two stages of model formation, because the initial model still has indicators with a correlation value of less than 0.70, namely indicators X1.1 and Z1.1. The second model has met the indicator validity and reliability requirements, so there is no indicator removal process. The final model produced meets the predictive relevance requirements (Q2>0). All dimensions of innovation are positively and significantly influenced by learning orientation, but only two dimensions of innovation (product innovation and process innovation) have a positive and significant effect on the business performance of small businesses in Mataram City. This gives an indication of learning orientation as an absolute by the company owner to be made a culture in the organization and should be focused on product aspects and the application of appropriate technology.

Abstract

The learning media available at SD Negeri Baun 1 already exist, but are not enough to attract students' motivation, attention, and enthusiasm in learning. The purpose of this community service activity is to find out the basic techniques of creative and innovative learning and develop them. The community service method used in this PKM activity is Community-Based Research (CBR). The technique in this activity is training, where teachers are trained to create learning media that support learning activities. The results of this PKM activity show that the activity results are measured based on participant satisfaction in participating in the activity, namely 80% very useful, 20% useful, 0% less useful, and 0% not useful. This PKM activity concludes that the school is very satisfied with the activities carried out by the community service team because it provides considerable benefits, namely increasing knowledge about the application of Padlet, Tarsiamaker, Puzzlemaker, Wordwall, and Genially learning media
