Abstract

Abstract: The purposes of the study were: to find out the management of school, to find out the implementation of strengthening character education, to find out the obstacles and solutions of school culture management in the implementation of strengthening character education at Al Hasyimiyyah Elementary School and Al Manar Elementary School. The data in this study were obtained based on the result of interviews with school principals, curriculum, teachers, students and parents or students’ guardians. The schools were chosen since they meet the criteria in the research, which is Islamic-based schools. The results obtained from the research are: (1) Al Manar Elementary School and Al Hasyimiyyah Elementary carry out school culture management starting from the planning, organizing, implementation to evaluation stages; (2) the implementation of strengthening character education in Al Manar and Al Hasyimiyyah is related to a school culture that has been chosen by the school through the implementation of the school culture that has been selected. Strengthening character education is formed by schools as early as possible. (3) the schools faced some external and internal factors or obstacles, one of which is the lack of cooperation with parents at home to supervise students.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen budaya sekolah, implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter, kendala dan solusi manajemen budaya sekolah dalam implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter di SD AlHasyimiyyah dan SD Al Manar. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan kepala sekolah, kurikulum, guru, peserta didik dan orangtua atau wali murid. Kedua sekolah yang dijadikan tempat penelitian merupakan sekolah yang berbasis Islam sesuai dengan kriteria dalam penelitian. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian, meliputi (1) sekolah Al Manar dan Alhasyimiyyah melakukan manajemen budaya sekolah mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan hingga tahap evaluasi; (2) implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter di sekolah Almanar dan Alhasyimiyyah berkaitan dengan budaya sekolah yang sudah dipilih oleh sekolah melalui pelaksanaan budaya sekolah yang telah dipilih. Penguatan pendidikan karakter dibentuk sedini mungkin oleh sekolah; (3) ada beberapa faktor eksternal dan internal atau kendala yang dialami oleh sekolah salah satunya kurangnya kerja sama dengan orangtua di rumah untuk mengawasi peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to find the values of character education that are instilled through the extracurricular Kitab kuning, to find management and strategies for character education through the extracurricular Kitab kuning, and to find out the challenges and opportunities for the success of character education through extracurricular Kitab kuning in two Islamic-based schools, namely Man 2 Rembang and MA Al-Anwar Sarang who have a different vision and mission by using a qualitative approach with a multi-site design. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are there are differences and similarities regarding the values of character education that are implanted. Finding differences in management and strategy through the yellow book extracurricular, as well as finding the challenges and opportunities for success in character education through the yellow book extracurricular.Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter yang ditanamkan melalui ekstrakurikuler kitab kuning, untuk menemukan manajemen dan strategi pendidikan karakter melalui ekstrakurikuler kitab kuning, serta mengetahui tantangan dan peluang keberhasilan pendidikan karakter melalui ekstrakurikuler kitab kuning di dua sekolah berbasis Islam yaitu Man 2 Rembnag dan MA Al-Anwar Sarang yang memiliki visi misi berbeda dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain multi-situs. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat perbedaan dan persamaan mengenai nilai-nilai pendidikan karakater yang ditanamkan. Menemukan perbedaan manajemen dan strategi melalui ekstrakurikuler kitab kuning, serta menemukan tantantangan dan peluang keberhasilan pendidikan karakter melalui ekstrakurikuler kitab kuning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the level of student wellbeing in terms of student perceptions of teacher performance in applying servant leadership in the learning process. This study uses a correlational quantitative method. The population is 30,980 students. The sample technique used was purposive sampling, with a total of 151 students. Data was collected using a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques used descriptive and One-way between groups (ANOVA). The results showed that the level of student welfare was in the very good category, the level of implementation of servant leadership by teachers was in the very good category, and there were differences in student welfare seen from the teacher's perception of the implementation of servant leadership in
