Abstract

The implementation of Islamic law in Aceh is a form of state recognition of the special status of the region based on the long history of the struggle of the Acehnese people who demonstrated their resilience and fighting spirit. Law Number 44 of 1999 concerning the Implementation of Special Status for the Special Region of Aceh emphasizes the importance of maintaining customs and the role of religious scholars in community life. Aceh as a special region has the authority to regulate government affairs and regional interests in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2006. These special statuses include the implementation of religious life based on Islamic teachings, the position of customary law, education based on Islamic principles, and the role of religious scholars in formulating policies or Qanun. One of the most significant regulations is Aceh Qanun Number 11 of 2018 concerning Islamic Financial Institutions which aims to develop the economy of the Acehnese people in accordance with sharia principles. This study aims to analyze the policies or Qanun in financial institutions, including the Employment Social Security Agency, which is required to apply sharia principles in its operational activities in Aceh. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection through literature studies. The results of the study indicate that the Employment Social Security Agency Program implemented in Aceh Province is in line with sharia principles, although some improvements and harmonization of regulations governing employment social security are still needed.

Abstract

Default is a condition in which one of the parties does not carry out or fulfill obligations to the other party as specified in an agreement. In addition, there are several forms of default: not doing something at all, doing something but it is too late, doing something only partially, and doing something prohibited. The concept, the forms, and the consequences of default are often encountered in various literature and legal experts' opinions, unlike the concept of Anticipatory Breach, which is a form of breach of contract/default that exists universally in contract law. In Indonesia, no positive legal provisions accommodate the Anticipatory Breach concept in the form of default. Its nonexistence becomes interesting from the point of view of contract law, where sometimes the parties to the agreement directly or indirectly commit a form of anticipatory breach in implementing the agreement. So that this will raise a question how the impact of an anticipatory breach on the sustainability and implementation of the agreement that the parties have made.

Abstract

The shift from print, television, and radio to online media has made it simpler to obtain a variety of current news sources. Regretfully, despite the ease of access, not all news meets journalistic ethics and legal requirements, including those regarding minors in legal trouble (ABH). This article finds that there are still media offices that do not meet the standards of press regulation, which is governed by Press Council Regulation Number 1/Regulation-DP/II/2019, concerning the Guidelines for Child-Friendly News (PPRA) and Article 5 in the journalistic code of ethics, namely by producing news that is not child-friendly. This research uses 2 (two) theories, namely: Social Responsibility Press Theory and the theory of the relationship between criminal liability and criminal acts, with the research method used being normative juridical with a type of prescriptive research that is a literature study. The type of data used is secondary data. By analyzing the news of several online media that are still disclosing photos or publishing on ABH's identity, ABH's identity should be kept secret, aiming for ABH to be accepted in the community, if ABH's identity is revealed, it is feared that in continuing his life the child will be difficult to accept in society, especially if he is labeled as a "child of a criminal offender".

Abstract

Environmental governance is a new paradigm in the environmental field which is an important part of achieving good governance. Plastics include alkene polymer compounds that have very large molecular shapes. Therefore, it takes 1000 years for plastic to be decomposed by decomposition or decomposition completely. Meanwhile, the production of plastic waste is increasing every day. Society is still difficult apart from the use of plastic. This can have the impact of polluting the environment because of the accumulation of plastic waste. Moreover, the use of plastic in society cannot be controlled. Plastic can also cause the water to become hotter because of its non-porous polymeric nature. In this case, ecobricks are an effective way to deal with plastic waste.. Through Ecobrick, plastic waste is packaged cleanly and dryly and then put into plastic bottles. By reprocessing plastic waste into reusable items such as chairs, tables, trash cans and many other items. With a community service entitled Utilization of Plastic Waste Through Ecobrick Making as an Effort to Reduce Plastic Waste. By empowering the community to manage plastic waste, it becomes something that is useful in the long term. This service activity involved PKK women in Tempuran village, Kaloran sub-district, Temanggung district, Central Java. This activity aims to be able to utilize plastic waste around the village into useful goods. Thus it can create a clean environment and free from plastic waste.
