Abstract:In general, many fish farmers currently cultivate Bangkok tilapia, but one of the problems faced by tilapia farmers is the fluctuation of fish pond water temperature in tarpaulin ponds, where fish pond farmers do not know if the temperature is too cold at night, if tilapia breeders The Bangkok can monitor temperature changes remotely, and has an automation system to neutralize pool water until it becomes slightly warm by utilizing a heater. Based on the problem of temperature changes in fish ponds, resulting in the death of Bangkok tilapia fish seeds, the researchers wanted to design a distance monitoring system, so that if there was a change in temperature in the fish pond, the fish pond owner received the temperature change data and turned on the heater or turned off the heater automatically. automatic. The monitoring system can be seen from the temperature thermometer on the fish pond owner's smartphone, and data changes, if it exceeds the provisions, will be sent via a notification so that if there is a temperature change in the fish pond, a notification will be sent by the nodemcu server to the android owner's mobile phone and the temperature value read by the DS18b20 sensor will be displayed by android. Keywords: Remote Control System; Bangkok Tilapia; Pool Water Heater; Internet of Things; Controller  Abstrak:Pada umumnya peternak ikan saat ini banyak yang membudidayakan ikan nila bangkok  namun salah satu masalah yang dihadapi peternakn ikan nila berupa turun naiknya  suhu air kolam ikan pada kolam terpal, dimana peternak kolam ikan tidak tahu jika suhu terlalu dingin pada malam hari, Seandainya peternak ikan nila bangkok tersebut bisa memonitoring perubahan suhu dari jarak jauh, dan memiliki sistem otomatisasi untuk menetralisir air kolam hingga menjadi sedikit hangat dengan memanfaatkan heater (Pemanas). Berdasarkan masalah tentang perubahan suhu pada kolam ikan, sehingga mengakibatkan matinya bibit ikan nila bangkok,  maka peneliti ingin merancang sistem monitoring jarak, sehingga jika terjadi perubahaan suhu pada kolam ikan, maka pemilik kolam ikan menerima data perubahan suhu tersebut dan menyalakan pemanas atau mematikan pemanas secara otomatis. Sistem monitoring bisa dilihat dari thermometer suhu yang ada diheandphone pemilik kolam ikan, dan data perubahan jika melebihi ketentuan akan dikirimkan melalui notif sehingga jika terjadi perubahan suhu pada kolam ikan, maka notifikasi akan dikirimkan oleh server nodemcu ke hendphone pemilik android serta nilai suhu yang dibaca oleh sensorDS18b20 akan ditampilkan oleh android. Kata kunci: System Kendali Jarak Jauh; Ikan Nila Bangkok; Pemanas AirKolam; Internet of Things; Controller

Abstract

Abstract : At this time there are still many victims of violence who do not want to report the violence they have experienced because they do not want their identities to be known by others, because it will tarnish their self-respect and because of the complicated reporting mechanism, where the reporter who is going to make a report must come directly. So it is made how to design a violence reporting system and implement PHP and MySQL in it. The methodology used in this research is to first identify problems, study literature, collect data, analyze data, design systems, test systems and implement systems. This violence reporting system can make it easier for reporters to report violence without having to come to the office and it can be concluded that the research has been able to create a reporting system for violence against women and children in DP3A and PMK Tanjungbalai City by implementing the PHP programming language and database MySQL.Keyword : Reporting System; PHP dan MySQL; Violence; DP3A and PMK  Abstrak : Pada saat ini masih banyak korban kekerasan yang tidak ingin untuk melapor kekerasan yang dialaminya karena tidak ingin identitasnya diketahui orang lain, karena akan mencoreng harga dirinya dank arena mekanisme pelaporan yang rumit, dimana pelapor yang akan membuat laporan harus datang langsung. Sehingga dibuat bagaimana merancang sistem pelaporan tindak kekerasan dan menerapkan PHP dan MySQL didalamnya. Metodologi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah terlebih dahulu melakukan identifikasi masalah, studi literature, pengumpulan data, analisis data, perancangan sistem, pengujian sistem dan implementasi sistem. Sistem pelaporan tindak kekerasan ini dapat mempermudah para pelapor dalam melakukan pelaporan tindak kekerasan tanpa harus datang ke kantor dan telah dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian telah mampu membuat sebuah sistem pelaporan tindak kekerasan pada perempuan dan anak di DP3A dan PMK Kota Tanjungbalai dengan menerapkan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Kata Kunci : Sistem Pelaporan; PHP dan MySQL; Tindak Kekerasan; DP3A dan PMK

Abstract

Business competition in the era of globalization demands that companies operate quickly, efficiently, and adaptively, including in the snack food industry. PT Halven Jaya, as a distributor of chocolate products, continues to face distribution challenges, such as high levels of leftover inventory, frequent product damage, and sales revenue that has yet to meet targets. These conditions indicate inefficiencies in the supply chain, which directly impact company performance and customer satisfaction. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) system to improve product distribution efficiency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method through interviews, observations, and documentation at PT Halven Jaya. Analysis was conducted to identify weaknesses in distribution, design a system solution, and test the implementation of the SCM software. The results indicate that the developed SCM system can record incoming and outgoing stock, detect damaged products, and provide real-time distribution reports. Its implementation reduces the risk of overstock and product damage, enhances transparency in the distribution flow, and provides strategic information for management in decision-making. Thus, the implementation of a web-based SCM system has been proven to increase operational effectiveness, improve cost efficiency, and support the achievement of company sales targets. These findings offer important managerial implications for enhancing strategic decision-making in supply chain management.

Abstract

Abstract: Mastery of computer network calculation is a fundamental competency for vocational high school students in meeting the demands of vocational learning and the world of work. However, limited conceptual understanding and practical skills in computer network calculation remain common challenges among the target community. This community service activity aims to enhance the capacity and competence of vocational high school students through basic computer network calculation training conducted at LKP Pelita Media. The methods employed combine community education and practice-based training through conceptual instruction, demonstrations, and case-based network calculation exercises. The main outputs of this activity are training services and applied learning that emphasize understanding computer network terminology and subnetting calculation skills. This activity contributes to the enrichment of community service practices in the field of vocational education by offering a contextual, systematic, and easily replicable learning approach for similar educational and training institutions.            Keywords: network; training; subnetting  Abstrak: Penguasaan perhitungan jaringan komputer merupakan kompetensi dasar yang penting bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dalam menghadapi kebutuhan pembelajaran vokasi dan dunia kerja. Namun, keterbatasan pemahaman konseptual dan keterampilan aplikatif pada materi perhitungan jaringan komputer masih menjadi permasalahan yang dijumpai pada masyarakat sasaran. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan kompetensi siswa SMK melalui pelatihan dasar perhitungan jaringan komputer yang dilaksanakan di LKP Pelita Media. Metode yang digunakan mengkombinasikan pendidikan masyarakat dan pelatihan berbasis praktik melalui penyuluhan konseptual, demonstrasi, serta latihan studi kasus perhitungan jaringan. Luaran utama kegiatan berupa pelatihan dan pembelajaran aplikatif yang menekankan pemahaman peristilahan jaringan komputer dan keterampilan perhitungan subnetting. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam memperkaya praktik pengabdian kepada masyarakat di bidang pendidikan vokasi dengan menghadirkan pendekatan pembelajaran yang kontekstual, sistematis, dan mudah direplikasi pada lembaga pendidikan dan pelatihan sejenis. Kata kunci: jaringan; pelatihan; subnetting

Abstract

Abstract: The determination of thesis topics is a fundamental stage in academic research, yet the evaluation process remains predominantly manual and subjective. This reliance on individual lecturer perception often leads to inconsistent feasibility assessments and fails to systematically measure the topic's alignment with strategic needs. This research aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) model based on fuzzy logic to assess the feasibility of thesis topics objectively and systematically, focusing on enhancing the relevance of student research. The research method employed the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) with the Sugeno method. This model was designed through literature review and FGD to establish four criteria (Topic Relevance, Difficulty Level, Idea Novelty, Reference Availability) and 81 rule bases. The model validation results against expert judgment using 15 test data showed a high accuracy rate of 91.31%, with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 8.69%. In conclusion, this DSS model is proven to be valid and consistent, and it can be relied upon as an objective tool to improve the quality and relevance of thesis topics. Keywords: academic evaluation; decision support system; fuzzy logic; fuzzy sugeno; thesis feasibility Abstrak: Penentuan topik skripsi merupakan tahapan fundamental dalam penelitian akademik, namun proses evaluasinya hingga kini masih cenderung manual dan subjektif. Ketergantungan pada persepsi dosen secara individu sering kali menyebabkan penilaian kelayakan yang tidak konsisten serta kegagalan dalam mengukur keselarasan topik dengan kebutuhan strategis secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis logika fuzzy untuk menilai kelayakan topik skripsi secara objektif dan sistematis, dengan fokus pada peningkatan relevansi penelitian mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) dengan metode Sugeno. Model ini dirancang melalui tinjauan pustaka dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk menetapkan empat kriteria (Relevansi Topik, Tingkat Kesulitan, Kebaruan Ide, Ketersediaan Referensi) serta 81 basis aturan. Hasil validasi model terhadap penilaian pakar menggunakan 15 data uji menunjukkan tingkat akurasi yang tinggi yaitu 91,31%, dengan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 8,69%. Kesimpulannya, model SPK ini terbukti valid dan konsisten, serta dapat diandalkan sebagai alat objektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan relevansi topik skripsi. Abstract

Abstract: This riset conceptually explores the analysis of power structures in the management of desires inside modern business organizations via the lens of critical paradigms and how axiological principles such as justice, sustainability, and autonomy might steer business practices towards enhanced ethicality and introspection. The critical paradigm method aims to "uncover" the concealed mechanisms underlying the formation and regulation of desires (for example, via marketing and self-responsibilization) to expose the ideological hegemony that sustains injustice. The action approach, on the other hand, stresses the importance of making moral ideals a part of company plans and practices. The synthesis of recent literature indicates that in the absence of normative values, business practices are susceptible to manipulation, exploitation, and the abuse of power, including market power. Companies that continuously adhere to ethical norms, such as justice, social responsibility, and openness, tend to exhibit greater competitiveness and longevity. This article asserts that establishing critical paradigms in desire management enhances accountability for socio-ecological consequences, while axiological values function as a normative guide to ensure that businesses do not solely "manage desires" for profit but also honor consumer autonomy, maintain distributive justice, and safeguard environmental sustainability. Practical implications necessitate the establishment of corporate policies that prioritize public welfare, in accordance with OECD guidelines on Responsible Business Conduct, coupled with the enhancement of consumer critical literacy to foster collective awareness that enables structural protections against market dominance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Social Customer Relationship Management (SCRM) conducted through social media on customer loyalty, with customer satisfaction acting as a mediator within UMKM KOOWE in Asahan District. The increasing popularity of social media for communication and transactions has become a valuable tool for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to promote their products, accept orders, and build customer relationships. The choice of social media is often due to its ease of use, cost-effectiveness, and lack of special skills required for operation. One challenge faced by MSMEs KOOWE is measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty, as obtaining a customer database through social media can be difficult. The research employs a descriptive quantitative methodology, analyzing data using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the support of Smart-PLS 3.0 software. Three hypotheses are proposed: First, SCRM significantly influences customer satisfaction; second, customer satisfaction significantly impacts loyalty; and third, SCRM directly affects customer loyalty. The results indicate that all hypotheses are accepted, confirming the positive relationships among these variables. The implications of this research highlight the importance of implementing effective SCRM strategies through social media to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the growth and sustainability of MSMEs. Businesses can leverage these findings to refine their customer engagement practices for improved performance in a competitive marketplace.

Abstract: Community service activities were carried out by the STMIK Royal lecturer team in the form of HR development training with the theme "Becoming Excellent Human Resources in the Digital Era" for the Regional Management Board and the District BKPRMI District Management Board whose implementation was centered in the hall of the Kisaran Timur sub-district sub-district office on 15-16 January 2022 . There are several goals to be achieved in this activity, namely: providing knowledge about HR in the Digital era, providing knowledge about HR development strategies, and providing knowledge about the benefits of technology in the da'wah process. This activity was attended by 20 representatives from the sub-district. Abstract: The Profile Matching Method as a Decision Support System (SPK) has become an important tool in decision making in many fields, including Training Course Institutions. This service aims to introduce the use of the Profile Matching method in the context of education and training. This method allows decision makers to assess the profile of prospective students or employees objectively and efficiently, based on a set of predetermined criteria. In this service, we provide an introduction to the Profile Matching method applied to the Bintang Mulia Batu Bara Training Course Institution, which allows the institution to select students or employees with the abilities and qualities that best suit their needs and expectations. This method also reduces bias in the decision-making process and helps maximize the use of resources.The results of the dedication show that the students are enthusiastic to want to apply the Profile method Matching in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of decision-making in Training Course Institutions, especially in every decision made by the students themselves. In addition, the Devotion also demonstrates that the method can be adapted and applied in a variety of contexts and situations, indicating wide flexibility and usability. Therefore, this Service recommends the wider use of the Profile Matching method in decision making at the Bintang Mulia BatuBara Training Course Institute (LKP) and other educational institutions. Keyword: decision support system; profile matching; noble star Abstrak: Metode Profile Matching sebagai Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) telah menjadi alat penting dalam pengambilan keputusan di banyak bidang, termasuk Lembaga Kursus Pelatihan. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan penggunaan metode Profile Matching dalam konteks pendidikan dan pelatihan. Metode ini memungkinkan pengambil keputusan untuk menilai profil calon peserta didik atau karyawan dengan objektif dan efisien, berdasarkan serangkaian kriteria yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Dalam pengabdian ini, kami memberikan pengenalan metode Profile Matching diterapkan pada Lembaga Kursus Pelatihan Bintang Mulia Batu Bara, yang memungkinkan lembaga tersebut untuk memilih peserta didik atau karyawan dengan kemampuan dan kualitas yang paling sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan harapan mereka. Metode ini juga mengurangi bias dalam proses pengambilan keputusan dan membantu memaksimalkan penggunaan sumber daya. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa siswa-siswi berantusias untuk mau menerapkan metode Profile Matching dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pengambilan keputusan dalam Lembaga Kursus Pelatihan khususnya juga pada setiap keputusan diri siswa-siswi itu sendiri. Selain itu, Pengabdian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa metode ini dapat diadaptasi dan diterapkan dalam berbagai konteks dan situasi, yang menunjukkan fleksibilitas dan kegunaan yang luas. Oleh karena itu, Pengabdian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan lebih luas dari metode Profile Matching dalam pengambilan keputusan di Lembaga Kursus Pelatihan (LKP) Bintang Mulia BatuBara dan institusi pendidikan lainnya. Kata kunci: sistem pendukung keputusan; profile matching; bintang mulia
