Abstract

Register is a variety of languages ​​used based on usage, such as online game players who have certain types and functions of registers that distinguish the gamers profession from other professions. Mobile legends is an online game that is played in groups. In a Mobile Legends tournament, not only players are involved in a match but there will also be commentators who will guide and provide comments on the match. The purpose of this study is to analyze the form of the Register Language used by the Mobile Legends game commentator in the MPL season 5 tournament. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection was done by observing the data by replaying the MPL season 5 grand final video many times, then transcribing the video script based on the expressions used and matching the script directly. The data analysis carried out consisted of three processes, namely data selection, data processing, and conclusions. The results of this study found that there was a use of register language that came from a foreign language, namely English which was used by Mobile Legends commentators such as the words first blood, retreat, recall, and play off.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to depelove students’ listening comprehension by applying Bottom-Up technique. This study is a classroom action research which has done in three cycles. The subject of the study was the eight grade of the students of MTs. Darul Aminin NW Aikmual Lombok Tengah. The study was conducted by applying Bottom-Up technique which consists of three main stages. There are word processing, phrase processing, and comprehension. The writer observed students’ depelovement in listening comprehension by collecting data through field notes, observation checklist and listening test. Field note and observation checklist were used to gather the students’ attitude in learning process. The data of listening was collected through listening test and it was assessed through scoring rubric. The result showed that students’ problems in understanding the contents of listening and vocabulary had been solved by applying Bottom-Up technique. In the third cycle, the students mean score was 83.7. It increased in the second cycle to 82.1, and 76.7 in first cycle. As the conclusion, the technique was able to be applied in depeloving students’ listening comprehension. As a technique in teaching and learning process, the writer recommends the teacher to apply Bottom-Up technique.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to improve the English communication skills of the students of the second grade of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Aminin NW Aikmual Central Lombok by using images media to determine the use of images media to improve speaking skills and determine students' speaking abilities after using images media. This research uses classroom action research (CAR). The results of the research are as follows. First, by applying images media can develop students' speaking skills. Students can communicate communicatively, orderly, well, and correctly, this can be seen after conducting classroom action research. Second, by applying images media to the learning process in order to improve students' speaking skills, it can be seen in the increase in the results of speaking skill scores. The subjects of this research were second grade of the students of Madrasah Tsanawiayah Darul Aminin NW Aikmual Lombok Tengah which consisted of 17 students consisting of boys and girls taken from 31 students in class B. The object of this research was the second grade of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Darul Aminin NW Aikmual Lombok Tengah.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the improvement in speaking ability of class XI students at SMA Negeri 01 Aikmel, Kecamatan Aikmel, Kabupaten Lombok Timur using the Flipped Classroom method. Classroom action research is the type of research used in this research. The object of this research is SMA Negeri 01 Aikmel, Kecamatan Aikmel, Kabupaten Lombok Timur, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara. The use of speaking tests and observation sheets was used to collect data in this research. The data was analyzed and the data obtained in cycle II experienced an increase with a score of 83.17%, cycle I also experienced an increase with an average score of 72.87% and in pre-action an average score of 62.78% was obtained, which shows 77% of students having problems in speaking. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Flipped Classroom method can improve the speaking skills of class XI students at SMA Negeri 01 Aikmel, Kecamatan Aikmel, Lombok Timur.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Total Quality Management merupakan suatu pendekatan untuk manajemen struktural penampilan keseluruhan peserta termasuk untuk merencanakan dan menerapkan proses perbaikan terus-menerus yang diperlukan bagi pelanggan. Total Quality Management (TQM) merupakan faktor pusat dari kepuasan pelanggan, dari informasi kemudian dianalisis, dari faktor perencanaan, dan dari sumber daya manusia. Kebanyakan orang merasakan ketidakpuasan layanan sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan untuk kepuasan pelanggan.Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Populasi adalah pasien dan perawat yang bekerja di Paviliun Rumah Sakit Semen Gresik. Jumlah sampel TQM dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah 29 responden, diambil sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Variabel bebas adalah Total Quality Management (TQM) dan variabel terikat adalah kepuasan pelanggan. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner terstruktur dengan uji analisis korelasi rank Spearman.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pelaksanaan Total Quality Management (TQM) yang merupakan faktor pusat dengan kepuasan pelanggan (ρ = 0,013), dari informasi dan analisa (ρ = 0,026), dari faktor perencanaan (ρ = 0,023) , dari sumber daya manusia (ρ = 0,000).Kepuasan pelanggan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan dipengaruhi oleh implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) oleh faktor kepemimpinan dengan diri, informasi dan analisa, perencanaan dan sumber daya manusia. Kata kunci: Total Quality Management, Kepuasan Pelanggan. ABSTRACT Total Quality Management is an approach to structural management to appearance total participant include to plan and applied improvement process to be continous for customer needed. Total Quality Management (TQM) from the head office factor with customer satisfaction, from information and analize, from the planning factor, and from the human recources. According to most people unsatisfaction to service for the customer needed. For the purpose to improve service quality to customer satisfaction.Design used in this study was cross sectional design. The population was patient and nurses working in Paviliun Semen Gresik Hospital. Total sample TQM and customer satisfaction was 29 respondent, taken according to inclusion criteria. The independent variable were Total Quality Management (TQM) and the dependent variable was customer satisfaction. Data were collected using structured questionere with spearman rank correlation analize.The result showed that there was significant correlation between implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) from the head office factor with customer satisfaction (ρ=0,013), from information and analize (ρ=0,026), from the planning factor (ρ=0,023), from the human resources (ρ=0,000).From this result, the customer satisfaction to health services influenced by implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) by leadership factor by self, information and analize, planning and human resources.Keywords : Total Quality Management, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan sains terjalin berkelindan dengan ideologi. Oleh Sebab itu, masalah mendasar yang senantiasa timbul: apakah agama islam saling melengkapi dengan ilmu pengetahuan alam secara harmonis, atau dijumpai konflik yang tidak terselesaikan antara sistem metafisika yang didasarkan atas agama dan tuntutan akal dengan penelitian empiris? Selama seribu tahun para filosofis dan teolog islam telah mempertimbangkan masalah ini, yang terus-menerus mengundang debat yang intens dan ketaksepakatan. Kata sains berasal dari bahasa latin “scientia” yang berarti pengetahuan. Menurut Webster New Collegiate Dictionary, definisi dari sains adalah “pengetahuan yang diperoleh melalui pembelajaran dan pembuktian “atau” pengetahuan yang melingkupi suatu kebenaran umum dari hukum-hukum alam yang terjadi. Sedangkan menurut Ibnu Kaldun dalam Miqowin, sains adalah sejarah ilmu yang dikembangkan hampir sepenuhnya berdasarkan akal dan pengalaman dunia empiris.

Abstract

The development of science at this time can hardly be separated from technology, especially information technology, therefore human resources who are involved in any field are required to be able to adapt to existing technological advances. In the world of education, the government has carried out many activities to improve the competence of teachers, one of which is by providing trainings on the use of information technology tools in education and teaching, which will later be applied in schools and other educational institutions. However, based on the reality around PPI Curug, there are still many schools with inadequate technological facilities and infrastructure, one of which is MI Mathla'ul Huda which is on Cijantra Jl. Gunung Batu Cijantra Village, Pagedangan Subdistrict, where some of the students are orphans and underprivileged. The problem arises when there is problem with the computer equipment used while the teachers' knowledge is still minimal. To overcome this problem MI was forced to pay extra for repairs and restoration, which of course became a burden for the school. Therefore, through community service activities this time it is aimed at providing education and training to teachers on how to assemble and install computer equipment. After attending education and training through workshops held by the Indonesian Aviation Polytechnic of Curug, the teachers already have the knowledge and skills to install and assemble computers so that when a problem occurs on a computer devices, it can be resolved by themselves, and teachers who are mostly honorary staff can get additional income with the knowledge they get during the workshop.

Abstract

Regional autonomy provides opportunities and challenges for Regional Governments to manage and explore sources of Regional Revenue. As the Capital of the Province, Pangkalpinang still relies on transfers, fund and yet their regional revenue is very low. This study tries to identify and map tax and levy revenues in Pangkalpinang and then formulate strategic recommendations that the Government may consider increasing regional revenue. This study analyzes the effectiveness, contribution, and growth of regional tax and retribution revenue in Pangkalpinang between 2016 and 2020. The contribution and growth analysis results are the basis for the Klassen analysis. This study's results indicate that tax revenue's effectiveness in the Pangkalpinang rate is 114.54%, while the effectiveness of retribution is 96.61%. The regional tax revenue with the largest contribution is street lighting tax, which contributes 36.49%. In contrast, the largest contribution of retribution is the revenue from the use of regional wealth, which is 25.05%. Based on Klassen's analysis, knowing that four sectors are in the developing category, four sectors are in the advanced but depressed category, five sectors are in the potential category, and the remaining nineteen sectors are in the lagging category. Therefore, the researcher suggests that the Government focus on developing and developing depressed sectors if they want to increase local tax and retribution revenues in the short term. However, they must focus on developing potential sectors if they're going to increase regional tax and levy revenues long-term.

Abstract

Pajak Penghasilan (PPh) Pasal 21 merupakan komponen penting dalam penerimaan negara yang dikenakan atas penghasilan pegawai, sehingga akurasi perhitungan dan ketepatan pelaporan menjadi faktor kunci dalam mendukung tata kelola pemerintahan yang akuntabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi perhitungan, pemotongan, penyetoran, dan pelaporan PPh Pasal 21 atas gaji karyawan pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Tahun 2025. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder terkait penghasilan pegawai, komponen pengurang, serta prosedur pelaporan melalui sistem perpajakan digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses perhitungan PPh Pasal 21 di BPKAD NTB telah mengacu pada ketentuan Undang-Undang Pajak Penghasilan, PMK, dan standar pelaporan Direktorat Jenderal Pajak. Seluruh komponen gaji pegawai, termasuk tunjangan tetap, honorarium, dan iuran pensiun, dihitung secara sistematis untuk menentukan Dasar Pengenaan Pajak (DPP) sebelum menerapkan tarif pajak yang berlaku. BPKAD juga menerapkan teknologi perpajakan berbasis sistem seperti Coretax dan eBupot untuk memastikan ketepatan penyetoran dan pelaporan SPT Masa serta Bukti Potong pegawai. Proses administrasi perpajakan berjalan efektif, ditunjukkan dengan kerapian data, ketepatan waktu pelaporan, serta kesesuaian prosedur dengan peraturan perpajakan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa implementasi PPh Pasal 21 pada BPKAD Provinsi NTB telah dilaksanakan dengan baik, akurat, dan sesuai ketentuan. Pemanfaatan teknologi pelaporan pajak serta komitmen instansi terhadap tata kelola keuangan yang transparan berkontribusi pada meningkatnya kualitas administrasi perpajakan daerah. Meski demikian, perubahan regulasi dan tingginya kebutuhan pengelolaan data pegawai menuntut peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia untuk memastikan keberlanjutan kepatuhan perpajakan di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur penerimaan Surat Perintah Membayar (SPM) hingga menjadi Surat Perintah Pencairan Dana (SP2D) pada UPTB Pelayanan Perbendaharaan BPKAD Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat tahun 2025. Proses SPM–SP2D merupakan tahap krusial dalam penatausahaan keuangan daerah karena berkaitan langsung dengan mekanisme pengendalian internal, akuntabilitas, dan ketepatan pencairan dana APBD. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui dokumentasi dan wawancara terhadap pegawai yang terkait dengan proses verifikasi SPM, penerbitan SP2D, serta penggunaan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pemerintah Daerah (SIPD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur penerimaan SPM dimulai dari pemeriksaan kelengkapan dokumen, penginputan data pajak, pemberian tanda terima, pemeriksaan kesesuaian terhadap DPA, hingga verifikasi oleh kepala seksi pengeluaran kas. Setelah seluruh tahapan verifikasi terpenuhi, SPM diproses menjadi SP2D melalui sistem SIPD dan selanjutnya ditandatangani oleh Kepala UPTB Perbendaharaan sebelum dibawa ke bank untuk proses pemindahbukuan. Penelitian juga menemukan beberapa kendala, seperti ketidaksesuaian data, kelengkapan dokumen yang masih sering kurang, serta kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi pegawai dalam penggunaan sistem aplikasi keuangan daerah. Secara umum, prosedur SPM–SP2D telah berjalan sesuai regulasi, namun masih memerlukan penguatan pada aspek pengendalian internal, dokumentasi, dan optimalisasi sistem informasi agar pengelolaan keuangan daerah semakin efektif, transparan, dan akuntabel.
