Abstract

Guru merupakan pekerjaan profesional yang berkaitan erat dengan penguasaan kompetensi dan keahlian. Salah satu kompetensi guru adalah kompetensi profesional. Guru dalam melaksanakan tugas mengajar secara profesional harus menguasai materi yang diajarkan, memiliki keahlian mengaitkan materi pada aspek yang relevan, menguasai isu terkini berkaitan dengan materi yang diajarkan dan menguasai kompetensi secara menyeluruh sebagai guru baik secara teori maupun praktik. Guru sekolah dasar, memiliki peran penting terhadap pendidikan dasar peserta didik. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru sekolah dasar adalah dengan mengikuti pelatihan. Adapun pelatihan yang dapat diikuti yaitu pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran inovatif. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran komik berbasis aplikasi Canva kepada guru-guru di SD Negeri 1 Panunggalan sebagai sekolah penggerak. Komik merupakan salah satu media yang dapat digunakan dalam membuat variasi pembelajaran. Aplikasi Canva saat ini sudah menjadi aplikasi desain grafis dasar yang umum dipakai oleh semua orang dari berbagai profesi atau pekerjaan. Canva dapat digunakan guru untuk membuat media pembelajaran komik yang menarik dengan desain yang variatif

Abstract

Implementing regional autonomy gives local governments the authority to provide freedom in regulating and managing their area. Rural development is an essential part of supporting the success of regional development. However, problems were found in the information system and management of village economic data, which resulted in slow village government work processes in collecting information system data and the difficulty for the community to obtain information about the village economy. This study aims to analyze the East Java Provincial Government in initiating the SI Desa Service as a form of providing information system services and computer-based village data management and an integrated website that is easy to access for users. This qualitative research uses an analytical tool as a business model canvas with secondary data because it can develop SI Desa Services through its nine components. The research results by the Provincial Government of East Java through the Community and Village Empowerment Office, which collaborated through a memorandum of understanding with other stakeholders involved in initiating an ideal information system for village economic data management in the SI Desa Service. This integrated service will become a village economic information system and data management that is transparent, accountable, and right on target and can be monitored for its usefulness. The village government can provide excellent service so that all villages integrated with this service can become more resilient and self-sufficient.

Abstract

Merdeka curriculum has been implemented in schools for a few years, but there are still some obstacles to its implementation. Teachers find it difficult to design learning tools, starting from reducing learning outcomes to learning objectives and the flow of learning objectives. One of the solutions is the use of concept maps, which are assisted by the MindMeister application. The goal is for teachers to implement it into a flow of learning objectives. The method of implementing this service is in the form of training teachers with a practical approach. The result of this service is that teachers better understand how to create effective and visually interactive concept maps of learning objectives to plan, organize, and understand learning objectives. This helps teachers and students in carrying out the learning process in a more structured and focused manner. The use of information technology-based applications is very helpful for teachers in learning activities. Teachers must always adapt to any changes and improve their competence with consistent and continuous training, especially related to the use of information technology in learning.

Abstract

The Society 5.0 era presents challenges and opportunities for Islamic religious education in madrasas. This study aims to analyze the innovations and adaptations needed to face this era. Using a qualitative method with a Library Research approach and content analysis, this study examines various related literature sources. The results show that the main challenges include limited technological infrastructure and lack of human resource readiness. Many madrasahs still rely on traditional methods and show resistance to change. In conclusion, a comprehensive strategy is needed, including infrastructure improvement, teacher digital competency development, curriculum update, and mindset change. Recommendations include technology training programs, collaboration with the technology sector, and education policy reforms to support digital transformation in madrasahs

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) have the potential to strengthen local economic competitiveness but often face challenges in governance and digital marketing. This community service program aimed to enhance the capacity of BUMDes Sumber Kamulyan in Wunut Village through the implementation of SIBUMDes Wunut, a website-based information system designed as an appropriate digital tool. The activities were carried out in five stages: initial governance and marketing management, intensive training for 30 participants consisting of village officials, BUMDes managers, women’s groups, and youth organizations, technology implementation, mentoring and evaluation, and sustainability planning. Evaluation using the Total Criteria of Response method indicated an average score of 86.75 percent, categorized as very good. The results showed improvements in management, including digital standard operating procedures and transparent financial recording, and in marketing, particularly through social media content development and tourism branding of Umbul Pelem. Sustainability is supported by the formation of an internal digital management team and partnerships with local stakeholders. In conclusion, SIBUMDes Wunut as a website-based system effectively improves governance, strengthens digital marketing strategies, and enhances the competitiveness of rural enterprises.

Abstract

Digitalizing village financial management has become a national priority to enhance transparency and accountability. The government, through the Ministry of Home Affairs and BPKP, promotes the use of integrated applications to ensure more orderly processes of planning, budgeting, and financial reporting, although implementation at the village level still faces technical and human resource limitations. This study analyzes the implementation of digital financial management through Siskeudes, Siskeudes Link, and CMS in Bergolo Village, Ngawen District, Blora Regency. These initiatives align with Ministry of Home Affairs Regulation No. 20/2018 and BPKP’s technical policies emphasizing transparency. However, their utilization remains suboptimal due to challenges such as limited staff competencies, uneven internet access, and incomplete system integration. Using a qualitative case study approach with interviews, observations, and documentation, the study finds that the digital applications have not fully met good governance principles and have affected the effectiveness of financial reporting and management. The findings offer insights for improving digitalization efforts at the village level.

Abstract

Pelatihan digital marketing dan manajemen usaha bagi pekerja migran anggota Ikatan Pekerja Muslim Indonesia (IPMI) dilaksanakan pada 18 Mei 2025 di Dewan Mencari Court, Kuala Lumpur, diikuti 30 peserta dari berbagai cabang. Kegiatan ini bertujuan membekali peserta dengan keterampilan pemasaran digital, pengelolaan keuangan, dan perencanaan usaha berbasis data, sebagai persiapan pasca kontrak kerja. Metode community-based training dengan blended learning digunakan, mencakup tatap muka untuk materi dasar dan pembelajaran daring untuk pendalaman serta sertifikasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 35%, dengan 90% peserta mampu menyusun rencana usaha dan 83% menguasai aplikasi pencatatan keuangan. Peserta juga menunjukkan perubahan mindset menjadi lebih berorientasi wirausaha dan mulai merancang usaha berbasis produk daerah asal. Pelatihan ini dinilai efektif dan relevan dengan kebutuhan, serta direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan berkelanjutan dan penguatan jejaring digital.

Abstract

Employee performance plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of public service delivery at the village government level, particularly in response to increasing demands for professionalism and accountability. In public sector organizations, leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation are considered key factors influencing employee performance. Therefore, this study aims to examine whether leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation have significant effects on employee performance in village offices in Ajibarang Subdistrict. This research employs a quantitative approach using a causal research design. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to village office employees selected using a random sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses, supported by classical assumption tests. The results indicate that leadership style has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and work motivation also have significant positive effects on employee performance. Simultaneously, leadership style, organizational culture, and work motivation significantly influence employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening effective leadership, fostering a supportive organizational culture, and enhancing employee motivation to achieve optimal performance and improve the quality of public services in village government institutions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis strategi humas SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Kota Semarang dalam penerimaan murid baru tahun 2025 serta mengidentifikasi tantangan dan upaya yang dilakukan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi dengan wakil kepala humas sebagai informan utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi humas dilakukan melalui pendekatan online dan offline. Strategi online memanfaatkan website dan media sosial, sedangkan strategi offline meliputi kemitraan dengan SMP, open house, school tour, kunjungan promosi, lomba antar SMP, media promosi cetak, serta pemberian insentif berupa pembebasan dan potongan UDP. Strategi tersebut meningkatkan jumlah murid baru dari 119 siswa pada 2024 menjadi 130 siswa pada 2025. Tantangan yang dihadapi meliputi persaingan dengan sekolah negeri, banyaknya sekolah di sekitar, serta persepsi biaya pendidikan. Sekolah mengatasinya dengan menonjolkan keunggulan, memperkuat kemitraan, dan memaksimalkan media promosi.
