Abstract

ABSTRAKPT Djarum Kudus selalu berusaha untuk menjaga kualitas rokok kretek tetap terjamin baik. Namun pada proses produksi di unit SKT sering terjadi kesalahan proses kerja yang mengakibatkan sejumlah produk rokok cacat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa human error yang mengakibatkan terjadinya produk cacatpada stasiun kerja di unit SKT. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitumetode SHERPA yang digunakan untuk memprediksi human error yang mungkin terjadi dan metode HEART yang digunakan untuk mengetahui probabilitas kegagalan operator dalam melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Dari penelitian ini, diketahui prediksi human error yang tertinggi dalam proses produksi rokok yaitu pada stasiun kerja batil dengan jenis kegiatan memberikan lem pada kertas sigaret. Jenis kegiatan tersebut memiliki HEP terbesar daripada jenis kegiatan lain yaitu sebesar 0,4096. Untuk mengurangi produk cacat tersebut, diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan untuk seluruh stasiun kerja yaitu dengan melakukan perawatan alat kerja secara rutin, memberikan hiburan dan membersihkan toilet secara berkala agar menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan sehat.Kata Kunci: ABSTRAKPT DjarumKudus always attempts to maintain the quality of traditional cigarettes but in the production process in SKT unit, some work error often occurs which results in some product defect. This research aims to analyze the human error which causes the product defect in SKT unit workstation. The metode used in this research is SHERPA metode used to predict the human error which likely happens and HEART metode used to know the probability of the operator's failure in doing their task. From this research, it is known that the prediction of the highest human error occurs in the production process in batil workstationwith the activity of gluing the cigarette paper. The activity has the highest HEP score compared to any other activity, which is 0,4096. To reduce the product defect, the recommended improvement for every workstationis to maintain the tools regularly, entertain the workers, and clean the toilet regularly so that a clean and healthy environment can be actualized.

Abstract

This paper presents a continuing study of the human cognitive aspect application in the technical systems. The last studies design a human-centered design based on the German culture. The result shows a significant difference of human performance between Germans and Indonesians. Therefore, this study examines the human cognitive model based on Indonesian culture to investigate whether the different cognitive model based on the culture aspect can improve the human performance. The study was conducted on 60 people classified by age, young (16-34 years old) and old (older than 34 years old). Participants render predictions on an assembly activity for two interim states of two different types of products which are the Builderific brick and the Pulley Release based on four types of the assembly strategy model (Reference, Combination, Human Behavior 1, and Human Behavior 2). The dependent variables are prediction time, mental workload, and predictive accuracy. The results show that the models of human assembly strategies and the products have significant influences on mental workload and predictive capability. The age variable significantly influences mental workload, performance, and prediction capabilities.

Abstract

The Sumowono Groundwater Basin is a cross-district basin located in Central Java Province, between Temanggung Regency, Kendal Regency, and Semarang Regency. The people in this area obtain fresh water from either dug wells or springs. The purpose of this research is to determine the feasibility of groundwater for drinking water and irrigation purposes. The method used was hydrogeological mapping and physical and chemical analysis of 10 groundwater samples. The samples were subjected to empirical testing of the Groundwater Quality Index to determine the feasibility of drinking water and irrigation using Sodium Adsorption Ratio (SAR) analysis and Wilcox diagram. The results showed that all samples physically have tasteless and odorous properties. For the chemical properties produced in the ten samples, the pH value ranges from about 6.85 - 7.27. The electrical conductivity is between 71.6 - 511 µS/cm. Total Dissolved Solids values are between 45.82 and 327.04 mg/L, with total hardness values ranging from 10 to 170 mg/L. From the results of the SAR analysis, it is found that the groundwater classes were included in S1C1 and S1C2, so that groundwater has low alkaline in both sodium and salinity, respectively. Abstract

Penggunaan media online terus berkembang pesat seiring berjalannya waktu. Salah satunya adalah penggunaan SSO pada berbagai lembaga, termasuk Universitas Diponegoro. web SSO ini bermanfaat untuk aktivitas seperti mengakses email, e – journal, dan kegiatan administrasi seperti pengisian KRS dan her – registrasi. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan diketahui bahwa mahasiswa memiliki keluhan mengenai fitur website dan tampilannya terutama pada menu SIAP. Beberapa diantaranya mengenai website yang kurang rapi, beberapa fitur tidak terintegrasi langsung dengan aplikasi, sistem input nilai yang tidak teratur, kurang transparan dalam nilai dan nama pengambil mata kuliah (rawan kecurangan). Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan perbaikan terhadap website SSO pada menu SIAP agar dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengidenifikasi kekurangan menu SIAP dengan menggunakan kuisioner User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Setelah itu dilakukan perancangan perbaikan dengan menggunakan aplikasi axure, yang kemudian dilakukan pengujian kembali pada desain rancangan perbaikan dengan menggunakan meiode yang sama untuk mengetahui apakah rancangan perbaikan lebih baik daripada SIAP existingnya.

Abstract

Supply chain is an organizational system in which there are roles and perform various activities, including information, funds and other resources that are interrelated in the movement of a product or service from supplier to customer. One typical supply chain management is internal supply chain management, where is one of the integrated activities that plays an important role in the operational performance of the company, but in Covid-19 pandemic era every country including PT. AST Indonesia has implemented the Covid-19 health protocols along with their government role, WHO’s role also International Safety standard such as OHSA. Internal supply chain is composed strategic purchasing, production and distribution exactly will have affected by this health protocols. Some researchers have published many factors that influence the performance of the company like quality, flexibility, innovation but also important to study the relevant thing with Covid-19 health protocols. In this paper, we proposed a conceptual model consist of Covid-19 health protocols, strategic purchasing, production, and distribution to sustain company operational performance. AHP method is use in this research to find the dominant influencing protocol factor that affecting in making of ISCM sustainability strategy.

Abstract

AbstrakPT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang telekomunikasi, khususnya pada penyediaan jaringan, jasa, dan content telekomunikasi. ICON+ yang berada di bawah naungan PT. Perusahaan Listrik Nasional (PLN) Persero menyediakan fasilitas telekomunikasi berupa layanan contact center terpadu untuk menjadi sarana komunikasi dan informasi antara pelanggan dan PLN yang bernama Contact Center PLN 123 (PLN 123). Per akhir Januari 2021, Contact Center PLN 123 yang berada di bawah naungan ICON+ ditempatkan pada gedung di Kawasan ICON+ Mampang. Dalam mendukung target Contact Center PLN 123 Mampang dalam pembuatan Job Safety Analysis (JSA), dilakukan penelitian berupa analisis risiko kerja pada Contact Center PLN 123 Mampang dengan pendekatan HIRARC dan JSA. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pengamatan langsung, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner penilaian risiko dengan nilai likelihood dan severity. Setelah dihitung likelihood index (LI) dan severity index (SI), terdapat 4 risiko ekstrim, 6 risiko high, 3 risiko medium, dan 3 risiko low. Nilai LI dan SI tertinggi yaitu 78.5% dan 69,7% yang termasuk dalam risiko sakit pada daun telinga, sedangkan nilai LI dan SI terendah yaitu 35.4% dan 30,8% terdapat dalam risiko kertas data tidak terselamatkan (luntur).Kata Kunci : Risiko Kerja, HIRARC, JSAAbstractPT. Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON +) is a company engaged in the telecommunications sector, particularly in providing telecommunications networks, services, and content. ICON + which is under PT. Perusahaan Listrik Nasional (PLN) Persero provides telecommunications facilities in the form of an integrated contact center service to serve as a means of communication and information between customers and PLN called the Contact Center PLN 123 (PLN 123). As of the end of January 2021, the Contact Center PLN 123 which is under ICON + is placed in a building in the ICON + Mampang area. To support the target of the Contact Center PLN 123 Mampang in making Job Safety Analysis (JSA), research was conducted in the form of a work risk analysis at the PLN 123 Mampang Contact Center with the HIRARC and JSA approaches. The research was conducted by direct observation, interviews, and distributing risk assessment questionnaires with likelihood and severity values. After calculating the likelihood index (LI) and severity index (SI), there are 4 extreme risks, 6 high risks, 3 medium risks, and 3 low risks. The highest LI and SI values, namely 78.5% and 69.7%, were included in the risk of pain in the ear lobe, while the lowest LI and SI values, namely 35.4% and 30.8%, were at the risk of not saving the data paper (fading).Keywords : Occupational Risk, HIRARC, JSA

Abstract

Abstrak PT. XYZ merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur cat mobil, berbagai jenis cat mobil dan seluruh komponen yang dibutuhkan untuk melakukan proses pengecatan diproduksi oleh perusahaan ini. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengoptimasi proses produksi produk putty kemasan tube dengan benchmarking berupa Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) yang dihasilkan selama proses filling putty kemasan tube berlangsung dapat melampaui target yang sudah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan, apabila hal tersebut terjadi maka proses filling putty kemasan tube sudah dikategorikan optimal. Proses filling putty kemasan tube tersebut dapat optimal dengan adanya standardisasi waktu downtime yang timbul selama proses filling putty kemasan tube berlangsung. XYZ is a company engaged in the car paint manufacturing industry, various types of car paint and all components needed to carry out the painting process are produced by this company. The purpose of this study is to optimize the production process of tube packaging putty products by benchmarking in the form of Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) produced during the tube packaging putty filling process, which can exceed the target set by the company, if this happens, the tube packaging putty filling process has been categorized as optimal. The tube packaging putty filling process can be optimal with the standardization of downtime that arises during the tube packaging putty filling process. Abstract

Abstrak Layanan mobile banking merupakan salah satu layanan yang paling banyak digunakan nasabah perbankan di masa sekarang. Dukungan kemajuan teknologi, kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks, serta kepraktisan layanan menjadi faktor-faktor penting yang membuat mobile banking menjadi pilihan nasabah dalam bertransaksi. Namun, masih banyaknya keluhan dari nasabah mengenai penggunaan m-banking, serta tuntutan kemampuan layanan mobile banking yang harus terus berinovasi menjadi pendorong permasalahan terkait peningkatan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan 3 metode yaitu SERVQUAL, Model Kano dan Quality Function Deployment dalam penyusunan strategi peningkatan kualitas layanan. Dimensi kualitas layanan dalam metode SERVQUAL yang digunakan yaitu Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability dan Privacy. Pengukuran SERVQUAL menunjukkan beberapa atribut layanan yang dinilai memiliki kesenjangan, artinya tingkat kualitas layanan m-banking Bank X masih rendah. Pada Model Kano dilakukan klasifikasi dan didapatkan 8 atribut kualitas layanan yang menjadi fokus peningkatan kepuasan pengguna. Metode terakhir penelitian ini yaitu QFD melalui metode House of Quality yang menghasilkan 4 Technical response utama sekaligus menjadi prioritas peningkatkan kualitas layanan.Kata Kunci: SERVQUAL, QFD, Model Kano, Matriks HOQ, Mobile bankingAbstract Mobile banking services are one of the most widely used services by banking customers nowadays. The support of technological advances, The increasing of complex community needs, and practicality of services are important factors that make mobile banking the customer's choice for transactions. However, there are still many complaints from customers regarding the use of m-banking, as well as demands for the ability of mobile banking services that must continue to innovate, which are drivers of problems related to improving service quality. This research integrates 3 methods, namely SERVQUAL, Kano Model and Quality Function Deployment in developing service quality improvement strategies. The dimensions of service quality in the SERVQUAL method used are Efficiency, Fulfillment, System Availability and Privacy. The SERVQUAL measurement shows that several service attributes are considered to have gaps, meaning that the quality level of Bank X's m-banking services is still low. In the Kano Model, classification is carried out and obtained 8 service quality attributes that are the focus of increasing user satisfaction. The last method of this research is QFD through the House of Quality method which produces 4 main technical responses as well as being a priority to improve service quality.Keyword: SERVQUAL, QFD, Kano Model, HOQ Matrix, Mobile banking

Abstract

AbstrakPT. Xx yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri pembuatan ban terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Dalam menjalankan proses produksinya, pada PT. Xx masih terdapat pekerjaan manual yang melibatkan tenaga manusia. Dari semua section di PT. Xx, pekerjaan yang melibatkan tenaga manusia cukup dominan di section Final Inspection. Pada section Final Inspection, khususnya bagian Trimming dan Inspector 2 ditemukan pekerjaan yang dilakukan dalam postur janggal atau tidak alamiah dan dilakukan dalam waktu yang cukup lama. Pada pekerjaan di bagian Trimming dan Inspector 2, pekerjaan dilakukan dalam posisi berdiri dengan postur membungkuk dan melakukan gerakan berulang dengan postur janggal yang dilakukan selama 7 jam kerja. Pekerjaan yang dilakukan dengan postur janggal dalam waktu lama dan berulang tersebut sangat berisiko menimbulkan keluhan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Keluhan dari pekerja diidentifikasi dengan dengan Nordic Body Map dan postur kerja dianalisis lebih mendalam dengan metode REBA (Rapid entire Body Assessment). Diketahui bahwa masing-masing pekerjaan mendapatkan skor akhir 10 dan 9. Skor tersebut menggambarkan bahwa pekerjaan berada dalam level risiko MSDs yang tinggi sehingga memerlukan tindakan perbaikan. Kemudian, dilakukan tindakan pengendalian dan diberikan rekomendasi terkait postur kerja yang ada. Dengan demikian, pekerja terhindar dari kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit akibat kerja serta produktivitas kerja dapat ditingkatkan.Kata kunci: MSDs, Nordic Body Map, REBA, Postur Kerja,AbstractPT. Xx, which is located in Tangerang Regency, Banten Province, is a company engaged as the largest tire manufacturing industry in Southeast Asia. In carrying out the production process, at PT. Xx still has manual work that involves human labor. From all sections in PT. Xx, work that involves moderately human labor is dominant in the Final Inspection section. In the Final Inspection section, especially the Trimming and Inspector 2 section, it was found that the work was carried out in an odd or unnatural posture and was carried out for a long time. In Trimming and Inspector 2 work, the work is carried out in a standing position with a posture and repetitive movements with awkward postures for 7 hours of work. Work that is done with awkward postures for long and repetitive times is very risky to experience complaints of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Complaints from workers identified with the Nordic Body Map and the instruments that were carried out more deeply with the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment). Abstract

AbstrakPT. Daiwabo Garment Indonesia adalah perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang manufaktur khususnya manufaktur garmen. Dalam proses produksinya, pengerjaan garment di PT. Daiwabo Garment Indonesia telah menggunakan mesin-mesin sehingga efisiensi dan efektivitas proses produksi meningkat, namun hal ini juga mengakibatkan munculnya bahaya dan risiko kerja baru yang mengancam pekerja, salah satunya pada bagian Sewing yang berisikan proses kerja jahit dan setrika. Menurut data-data yang didapatkan dari PT Daiwabo Garment Indonesia, diketahui bahwa masih terdapat kecelakaan kerja pada divisi produksi bagian Sewing yaitu 12 kecelakaan pada tahun 2016, 7 kecelakaan pada tahun 2017, 5 kecelakaan pada tahun 2018, 1 kecelakaan pada tahun 2019, dan 11 kecelakaan pada tahun 2020. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja dan memberikan rekomendasi pengendalian risiko pada bagian sewing divisi produksi PT. Daiwabo Garment Indonesia. Berdasarkan pengolahan data menggunakan metode semi kuantitatif W.T. Fine, pada aktivitas kerja jahit ditemukan 1 risiko pada kategori acceptable, 4 risiko pada kategori priority 3, 2 risiko pada kategori substansial, dan 2 risiko pada kategori very high. Pada aktivitas kerja setrika, terdapat 1 risiko pada kategori acceptable, 2 risiko pada kategori substansial, 2 risiko pada kategori priority 1, dan 1 risiko pada kategori priority 1, berdasarkan hasil tersebut diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan dalam rangka menurunkan tingkat risiko agar aspek keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja menjadi lebih baik dan pekerja terhindar dari bahaya dan risiko yang mengintai saat bekerja. Daiwabo Garment Indonesia is using machines with the objectives to get higher production effectiveness and efficiency, however, these changes may lead to new occupational hazards and risks emerge. From datas that are acquired from the company, there are few work accidents happened in sewing unit, 12 accidents in 2016, 7 accidents in 2017, 5 accidents in 2018, 1 accident in 2019, and 11 accidents in 2020. This study aims to analyze the occupational safety and health risks in the sewing unit in production division PT. Daiwabo Garment Indonesia. Based on analysis using the semi-quantitative method W.T. Fine, in sewing activity, 1 risk was found in the acceptable category, 4 risks in the priority category 3, 2 risks in the substantial category, and 2 risks in the very high category. In the ironing activities, there is 1 risk in the acceptable category, 2 risks in the substantial category, 2 risks in the priority 1 category, and 1 risk in the priority 1 category. Based on these results, recommendations for improvement are given in order to reduce the risk level, therefore a better occupational health and safety can be achieved and workers can be safe while working without exposed to hazards and occupational safety and health risks.Keywords : Risks, Occupational Health and Safety, W.T.
