Abstract

The bamboo ladder is a traditional construction equipment that still survives on the market and is in demand, especially in rural communities such as Kedalingan village. However, bamboo stairs still do not consider the standard of stairs design. In addition, there are concerns that users of the ladder may experience injury due to falls because the ladder cannot withstand the load (unbalanced). This study aims to obtain the maximum load that can be held by bamboo ladders and the angle of the position of the safe ladder by considering the Indonesian people's anthropometric weight. Calculation results based on the principle of equilibrium show that with a maximum user weight of 89.25 kg, the ladder must be positioned with a minimum slope of 53,26o but less than 65.43o. In addition, a static loading simulation was carried out using SolidWorks 2019 on a bamboo ladder frame structure that was made referring to SNI 19 - 1956 – 1990. Simulation results show that the design of a bamboo ladder can withstand a maximum body weight of 89.25 kg with the maximum load value of bamboo holding is 98.93 kg.

Abstract

AbstrakKelelahan kerja ditandai oleh penurunan kesiagaan dan perasaan lelah yang merupakan gejala kelelahan subjektif. Faktor yang menyebabkan kelelahan diantaranya faktor individu seperti usia, jenis kelamin, masa kerja, dan lain sebagainya. Sedangkan faktor eksternal diantanya lingkungan fisik kerja, faktor kimia, faktor biologis, faktor ergonomic, dan lain sebagainya. Risiko yang dapat timbul akibat kelelahan kerja yaitu penurunan motivasi kerja dan rendahnya produktivtas. Pada PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java memiliki target produksi yang tinggi tiap harinya, untuk itupekerja bagian produksi pada PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java dituntut bekerja ekstra untuk memenuhi target tersebut. Untuk memenuhi target tersebut, PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java harus beroperasi selama 24 jam dan dalam pelaksanaannya diperlukan sistem kerja shift. Keadaan ini akan berpengaruh terhadap kondisi fisik dan mental pekerja sehingga menimbulkan beban kerja bagi para pekerja bagian produksi serta dapat memicu terjadinya kelelahan kerja. Maka dari itu, dilakukan pengukuran terkait tingkat kelelahan kerja yang dialami oleh pekerja dengan menggunakan metode Subjective Self Rating Test pada pekerja bagian produksi PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java. Kelelahan kerja dapat ditunjukkan oleh gejala melemahnya motivasi, melemahnya kegiatan, dan kelelahan fisik. Berdasarkan pengukuran tersebut, didapatkan bahwa 74% pekerja bagian produksi mengalami kelelahan ringan dan 26% mengalami kelelahan sedang.Kata kunci: Kelelahan kerja, Produktivitas, Subjective Self Rating TestAbstract[Title: Analysis of Work Fatigue using The Subjective Self Rating Test Method in Production Workers of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java] Work fatigue is characterized by a decrease in alertness and feeling tired which is a symptom of subjective fatigue. Factors that cause fatigue include individual factors such as age, gender, years of service, and so on. While external factors include the physical work environment, chemical factors, biological factors, ergonomic factors, and so on. The risks that can arise due to work fatigue are decreased work motivation and low productivity. At PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java, it has a high production target every day, for this reason, production workers at PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java are required to work extra hours to meet this target. To meet this target, PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java must operate 24 hours a day and in its implementation a shift work system is required. This situation will affect the physical and mental conditions of workers, causing workload for workers in the production section and can trigger work fatigue. Therefore, measurements were taken related to the level of work fatigue experienced by workers using the Subjective Self Rating Test method for workers in the production division of PT Coca Cola Amatil Indonesia Central Java. Work fatigue can be shown by symptoms of weakened motivation, weakened activities, and physical exhaustion. Based on these measurements, it was found that 74% of production workers experienced mild fatigue and 26% experienced moderate fatigue.Keywords: Work fatigue, Productivity, Subjective Self Rating Test

Abstract

There are many brands of two-wheeled vehicles, one of which is Honda. Entering 1982 to 1984 Honda released the CB 100 and CB 125 with a more attractive appearance. In the type of CB in 1978 to Tiger Revo 2012 has a change in shape that shows the development of innovation. To fulfil the demands of work in the workshop, mechanics experience various types of movements such as moving, bending, turning, holding machines and installing manually without the help of ergonomic aids. This study was conducted on 5 workshop mechanics located in 33 districts/cities in Central Java province. The research results from 5 mechanics resulted in a high risk level using the NERPA, WERA and KIM methods. Then the improvement proposal is made with the design of a tool design in the form of a mechanical work table so that it can reduce the occurrence of Musculoskeletal Disorders. in calculation with tools to disassembling the machine obtained results in the NERPA method of 4 which means the activity has a medium risk. In the WERA method assessment, the final risk value is 33 with a medium risk value. The third calculation using KIM obtained a final risk value of 40 at level 2, meaning that the intensity increased slightly. The calculation of raising the machine obtained a NERPA value of 4 with a medium risk. The WERA method obtained a value of 38 with medium risk. The third calculation using KIM obtained a value of 35 with a level 2 value.

Abstract

AbstrakPT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Semarang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang pendistribusian produk energi berupa produk Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM). Dalam usaha untuk menambah kapasitas penimbunan BBM di Integrated Terminal Semarang, maka dilakukannya proyek pembangungan tangki BBM 2 x 40.000 KL di Integrated Terminal Semarang. Hal ini tentunya dapat membantu PT Pertamina Patra Niaga untuk menerima BBM lebih banyak serta dapat melakukan pendistribusian secara maksimal serta memiliki reserve BBM yang lebih banyak untuk daerah Jawa Tengah dan sekitarnya PT Pertamina Patra Niaga memiliki target dalam pembuatan Job Safety Analysis (JSA) yang detail guna mempertimbangkan aspek K3 dalam tempat proyek. Hal ini sejalan dengan salah satu target dalam bidang HSSE dari PT Pertamina Patra Niaga dalam mencapai Zero Accident dalam seluruh pekerjaannya termasuk salah satu pekerjaan yang ada diketinggian yaitu pengelasan diketinggian dimana pekerjaan ini memiliki risiko barang yang mudah meledak.Kata Kunci: Keselamatan Kerja, Job Safety Analysis, Pengelasan di KetinggianAbstractPT Pertamina Patra Niaga Integrated Terminal Semarang is a company engaged in the distribution of energy products in the form of fuel oil (BBM) products. This can certainly help PT Pertamina Patra Niaga to receive more fuel and be able to distribute it optimally and have more fuel reserves for the Central Java and surrounding areas. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga has a target in making a detailed Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to consider K3 aspects in the project site. Abstract

AbstrakKebun Ngobo merupakan unit usaha yang dimiliki oleh PTPN IX dimana tanaman karet menjadi salah satu komoditi utamanya untuk ekspor maupun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam negeri. Perusahaan ini memproduksi lembaran karet berupa RSS I, RSS II, RSS III, RSS IV dan Cutting. Penelitian ini berfokus membahas analisis postur tubuh pada pekerja dengan menggunakan metode REBA pada bagian packing (pengepakan) di PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX unit kebun ngobo. Pada bagian pengepakan terdapat 5 proses yaitu penyatuan lembar RSS, pengumpulan RSS, mengangkat kumpulan RSS, pressing dan pemberian lem pada RSS. Berdasarkan pengamatan terhadap kondisi aktivitas kerja yang dilakukan pekerja, pekerja melakukan pekerjaan dengan posisi punggung dan leher membungkuk dengan kaki tidak tertopang sehingga berat beban tidak merata dan pekerjaan dilakukan secara berulang dengan intensitas yang tinggi. Hal tersebut membuat pekerja mengeluhkan sakit pada bagian tubuh yang beresiko terjadi keluhan musculoskeletal. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan operator masih berada dalam kondisi tidak sesuai dengan postur kerja yang baik maka perlu dilakukan tindakan perbaikan secepatnya sehingga dihasilkan rekomendasi perbaikan postur tubuh pekerja sesuai bagian postur tubuh yang beresiko pada tiap prosesnya.Kata Kunci: Musculoskeletal, postur kerja dan Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA)Abstract[Postur Analysis of Workers In the Packing (RSS) Ribbed Smoke Sheet Factory of Unit Annual Ngobo Plant Division of PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Using REBA method (Rapid Entire Body Assessment)] Ngobo Garden is a business unit owned by PTPN IX where rubber plants are one of the main commodities for export and to meet domestic needs. This company produces rubber sheets in the form of RSS I, RSS II, RSS III, RSS IV and Cutting. This study focuses on analyzing body posture for workers using the REBA method in the packing section at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX ngobo garden unit. In the packing section there are 5 processes, namely RSS sheet unification, RSS collection, lifting RSS collection, pressing and glue on RSS. Based on observations on the conditions of work activities carried out by workers, workers do work with a back and neck position bent with their feet not supported so that the weight of the load is uneven and the work is done repeatedly with high intensity. This makes workers complain of pain in parts of the body that are at risk of musculoskeletal complaints. This can be concluded that the operator is still in a condition not in accordance with a good work posture so it is necessary to take corrective action as soon as possible so that recommendations for improving the body posture are produced according to the part of the posture that is at risk in each process.Keywords: Musculoskeletal, Work Posture and Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA)

Abstract

AbstrakPT ABC merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang manufaktur dan jasa bahan kimia khusus. Salah satu visi yang dimiliki oleh PT ABC yaitu zero accident. Salah satu upaya preventif yang dilakukan PT ABC untuk mewujudkan zero accident yaitu melakukan kegiatan safety patrol. Safety patrol pada penelitian ini difokuskan di warehouse dan production area karena warehouse dan production area merupakan lokasi dimana kegiatan inti perusahaan dilakukan yaitu kegiatan produksi yang berhubungan langsung dengan mesin produksi dan bahan kimia yang mana memiliki risiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja lebih besar dibanding area kerja lainnya. Dari hasil wawancara singkat dengan para pekerja masih terdapat beberapa accident yang terjadi. Para pekerja juga masih belum menerapkan 5S di lingkungan kerja sehingga dilaksanakanlah safety patrol untuk melihat apa saja unsafe action yang dilakukan para pekerja yang dapat menimbukan kecelakaan kerja serta bagian apa saja yang belum sesuai dengan aspek 5S yang nantinya akan dirumuskan rekomendasi perbaikan dengan harapan dapat meminimalisir unsafe action dan menumbuhkan budaya 5S ke para pekerja. Hasil dari penelitian ini ialah terdapat beberapa area yang masih belum sesuai dengan aspek 5S dan menimbulkan risiko kecelakaan kerja. Rekomendasi perbaikan yang diberikan berupa pemasangan poster 5S, usulan kegiatan 5S, inspeksi informal, dan penambahan safety sign.Kata kunci: Kecelakaan Kerja, Potensi Bahaya, Risiko, Safety Patrol, 5SAbstractTitle: Implementation of Safety Patrol in PT ABC's Warehouse and Production Area)]. PT ABC is a company engaged in the manufacturing and services of specialty chemicals. One of the ir visions is zero accident. One of the preventive efforts made by PT ABC to achieve zero accidents is to carry out safety patrol activities. Safety patrols in this study focus on the warehouse and production area because the warehouse and production area are locations where the company's core activities are carried out. These activities are directly related to production machines and chemicals, which have a greater risk of work accidents than other work areas. From the results of short interviews with workers, several accidents still occur. The workers also have’nt implemented 5S in the work environment, so a safety patrol is carried out to see what unsafe actions are taken by workers that can cause work accidents and what parts are not following the 5S aspect. The results of this study are that several areas still dont follow the 5S aspects and pose a risk of work accidents. Abstract

ABSTRAKPT. Pelita Tomangmas merupakan perusahaan memproduksi sepatu ekspor yang memiliki sistem penjualan make to order. Dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen, PT Pelita Tomangmas selalu memperhatikan kualitas pada produknya. Namun berdasarkan pengamatan, pada departemen assembling masih sering mengalami kesalahan yang menyebabkan sejumlah produk cacat. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisa human error yang mengakibatkan terjadinya produk cacat pada departemen assembling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Systematic Error Reduction and Prediction (SHERPA) yang dapat digunakan utnuk mengidentifikasi error secara detail dan konsisten. dan metode Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART) yang dapat digunakan untuk memberikan tingkat probabilitas suatu error yang terjadi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa prediksi human error dalam departemen assembling yaitu pada proses pengolesan lem pada permukaan upper dan outsole yang memiliki nilai HEP sebesar 0,410. Untuk mengurangi produk cacat, diberikan rekomendasi perbaikan yaitu dengan melakukan evaluasi secara berkala , memberikan reward pada karyawan berprestasi, melakukan pengecekan peralatan secara rutin, dan mengganti kuas pengoles lem dengan alat yang bernama rockler glue applicator.Kata Kunci: Human Error, Defect, SHERPA, HEARTABSTRACT PT. Pelita Tomangmas is an export shoe production company that has a make-to-order selling system. To fill the consumer demand, PT Pelita Tomangmas always make sure the quality of their products. However, conforming to observation, the assembling department still often experiences errors that cause several defective products. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research that aims to analyze human error that causes defective in the assembling department. The method that is used in this research is a Systematic Error Reduction and Prediction (SHERPA) which can be used to identify an error in detail and consistently, and the Human Error Assessment and Reduction Technique (HEART) method that can be used to give the probability level of an error. This study resulted in the prediction of human error in the assembling department which is in the process of applying glue to the upper and outsole surface which have a HEP value of 0.410. To reduce defective products, recommendations for improvement are given, there are conducting periodic evaluations, giving rewards to skillful employees, regularly checking equipment, and replacing the glue brush with a tool called rockler glue applicator.Keywords : Human Error, Defect, SHERPA, HEART

ABSTRAKDepot X merupakan bagian dari PT X sebagai anak perusahaan PT Y, sering dikunjungi oleh banyak tamu. Namun dalam proses pendataan tamu yang dilaksanakan masih terdapat kontak fisik dan kesalahan dalam melakukan rekap data, hal tersebut harus segera diperbaiki khususnya pada area terlarang Depot X dikarenakan tamu yang datang merupakan tamu penting. Untuk mengatasinya Depot X perlu melakukan perbaikan sistem informasi pendataan buku. Dengan demikian, perlu dilakukan perancangan sistem informasi menggunakan metode Waterfall. Penelitian ini menghasilkan usulan perbaikan sistem pendataan buku tamu, yang awalnya menggunakan buku tamu secara fisik, kemudian diganti dengan buku tamu berbasis website.Kata Kunci: Sistem Informasi, Waterfall, Pengarsipan DokumenABSTRACTDepot X is part of PT X as a subsidiary of PT Y, often visited by many guests. To overcome this, Depot X needs to improve the book data collection information system. Thus, it is necessary to design an information system using the Waterfall method. Abstract

AbstrakRoti Ity merupakan salah satu UMKM di Kota Semarang yang bergerak di sektor makanan, khususnya roti dan hendak mempersiapkan diri untuk go digital. Salah satu hal yang perlu dipersiapkan UMKM untuk go digital adalah keberadaannya secara online untuk dapat dijangkau melalui internet. Namun hingga saat ini dalam hal pendataan UMKM Roti Ity masih secara konvensional di buku tulis dan dari segi pemasaran UMKM Roti Ity belum memiliki sistem informasi digital yang dapat mempercepat penyampaian informasi usaha, produk, dan pengumpulan data penjualan. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan proses perancangan desain antarmuka pengguna website penjualan UMKM Roti Ity menggunakan pendekatan Human-Centered Design. Penelitian ini menghasilkan desain prototype website penjualan yang diharapkan dapat menjadi landasan kuat untuk pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan bisnis Roti Ity secara online di masa depan.Kata kunci: antarmuka pengguna; sistem informasi; website; human-centered design; UMKMAbstractRoti Ity is one of the SMEs in Semarang City engaged in the food sector, particularly bread, and is preparing to go digital. However, until now, the data management of Roti Ity SMEs is still done conventionally in physical notebooks, and in terms of marketing, they do not have a digital information system that can accelerate the dissemination of business information, product details, and sales data collection. Therefore, this research involves the design process of the user interface for the Roti Ity SME sales website using the Human-Centered Design approach. Abstract

AbstrakPT BCS Logistics merupakan perusahaan logistik sebagai penyedia tenaga industri, manajemen gudang, transportasi dan pengadaan material. Pada pengadaan material kayu pallet di divisi workshop inventory storage, sebagian besar pekerjaan berupa penanganan secara manual yaitu pada pekerjaan pembongkaran dan pemindahan 4 jenis kayu secara repetitif oleh satu orang pekerja aktif dengan durasi kerja selama 45 menit sampai dengan 90 menit. Dibutuhkan analisis beban manual handling pada pekerjaan pembongkaran dan pemindahan kayu untuk identifikasi kelelahan pekerja dan resiko Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) pada pekerja dengan metode NIOSH RWL dari data hasil pengukuran jarak posisi pengangkatan dan analisis beban kerja fisik dari pengukuran peningkatan denyut nadi kerja dengan metode Cardiovascular Load (CVL). Pada perhitungan NIOSH RWL didapat semua pengangkatan kayu memiliki nilai Lifting Index (LI) lebih dari 1 sehingga pengangkatan terindikasi tidak aman dan pada perhitungan beban Cardiovascular Load (CVL) terdapat 2 pengangkatan yang memiliki nilai beban CVL melebihi 30% yang berarti pekerja berpotensi kelelahan sehingga diperlukan perbaikan. Semua jenis pengangkatan dapat diperbaiki posisi pengangkatannya pada posisi awal dengan mendekatkan jarak tubuh dan beban secara horizontal agar tidak terlalu membebankan beban di titik tertentu dan dilakukan perbaikan posisi akhir nya dengan membagi penyusunan kayu agar tidak terlalu tinggi dan mengurangi ketinggian tempat tujuan beban. Untuk mengurangi kelelahan dapat dilakukan penambahan pekerja aktif dan pembagian shift untuk melakukan pengangkatan agar tidak dilakukan dalam jangka waktu lama dalam sekali sesi pengangkatan..Kata kunci: Penanganan Manual, Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs), Beban Kerja Fisik, RWL, Indeks Pengangkatan, Beban Kardiovaskular.Abstract[Analysis of Manual Workload Handling Wood Lifting Work using the NIOSH Method and Cardiovascular Load] PT BCS Logistics is a logistics company of industrial resources, warehouse management, transportation and material procurement. In the procurement of pallet wood materials, most of the work is in the form of manual handling, namely the work of dismantling and moving 4 types of wood repeatedly by one active worker with a work duration of 45 minutes to 90 minutes. Needed the manual handling load analysis on demolition and wood removal work to identify worker fatigue and the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) with the NIOSH RWL method from the data measurement of the distance of the lifting position and analysis of the physical workload from the measurement of increase working pulse using the Cardiovascular Load (CVL) method. In the NIOSH RWL calculation, all wood lifts have a Lifting Index (LI) value of more than 1 so that the lift is indicated unsafe and in the CVL calculation there are 2 lifts that have a CVL load value exceeding 30% which means workers have the potential to be exhausted, so that repairs are needed. All types of lifting can be corrected in the initial position by bringing the body and load closer together horizontally so that it is not too burdensome at a certain point and improving the final position by dividing the arrangement of wood so that it is not too high and reducing the height of the load destination.
