Abstract

Selama enam belas tahun, Indonesia telah menerapakan desentralisasi pemerintahan. Implementasi dari desentralisai membuat masyarakat indonesia bertanya tentang manfaat sesungguhnya dari desentralisasi ini dibandingkan dengan sistem tersentralisasi di masa lalu. DPRD sebagai dewan perwakilan rakyat seharusnya mewakili masyarakat dalam desentralisasi pemerintahan. DPRD ternyata melakukan tidakan opurtunistik dengan menggunakan legislatif sebagai alat untuk memenuhi kepentingan pribadinya. Agar masyarakat dapat secara nyata merasakan manfaat desentralisasi ini maka masyarakat perlu dilibatkan secara langsung dalam menentukan dan menyusun anggaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi besarnya penyerapan hasil musrenbang tingkat kabupaten dalam APBD Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2016 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi besarnya penyerapan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data dengan menggunakan proses reduksi dan klasifikasi data menunjukkan bahwa besarnya penyerapan hasil musrenbang tigkat kabupaten dalam APBD Kabupaten Banyumas Tahun 2016 sebesar 41,07% dengan kategori tidak efektif. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penyerapan tersebut adalah komitmen pimpinan daerah, kualitas usulan masyarakat, dan kemampuan keuangan daerah. Temuan utama lainnya adalah pelaksanaan participatory budgeting di Indonesia khususnya Kabupaten Banyumas berbeda jika dibandingkan dengan best practice yang berasal dari Brazil. Municipal budget council (Dewan Anggaran Kota) tidak ditemukan dalam proses participatory budgeting (musrenbang) di Indonesia yang berfungsi menjamin usulan musrenbang tidak tereduksi selama proses penyusunan dan proses pembahasan APBD.

Abstract

The objectives of this study is to explore the use of ChatGPT, a form of Artificial Intelligence (AI), as a learning medium in Islamic Religious Education (IRE) with regard to the fostering of independent learning among students in the Society 5.0 era. The research utilized a qualitative-descriptive approach focusing on library research by analyzing various literatures about the role of ChatGPT in education, particularly in IRE. The data was obtained through document analysis of books and scholarly journals such as other relevant research articles. The findings show that ChatGPT has potential in facilitating students’ autonomous interaction, flexibility of access, and adaptability of contextual Islam content to enhance learning independence. The results of this study suggest that utilizing ChatGPT as a learning tool can contribute to the digital evolution of religious education towards independence and sustainability.

Abstract

The research was conducted using a counseling guidance action research approach (PTBK) with the research subject of class XI Pharmacy students of SMK Kesehatan Mulia Husada Sumenep. The research was carried out in three cycles, using instruments in the form of RPBK, student activity observation sheets, BK teacher activity observation sheets and student response questionnaires to the application of reinforcement techniques. The conclusions of this research are (1) through the cycle of counseling guidance actions can be found effective steps for applying reinforcement techniques in an effort to increase effective communication in group counseling. (2) Through the cycle of counseling guidance actions, the application of reinforcement techniques has been proven to improve effective communication in group counseling services. Based on the conclusions of this study, it is recommended: (1) The main purpose of using reinforcement techniques is to develop active opinion and work together. Therefore BK teachers as providers of counseling services must prioritize processes that support the creation of a communicative, interactive and group work atmosphere. (2) BK teachers still need to continuously prove the application of reinforcement techniques in accordance with all types of counseling guidance services and client/student characteristics.

Abstract

Crisis communication has become an essential function of public institutions, particularly in light of recent global disruptions such as the COVID-19 pandemic. This narrative review investigates effective communication strategies and recurrent failures in public crisis response, aiming to uncover key factors that enhance or hinder institutional trust. A structured literature review was conducted across Scopus, Web of Science, PubMed, and Google Scholar, using targeted keywords such as "crisis communication," "public institutions," "risk communication," and "social media trust." Inclusion criteria emphasized peer-reviewed empirical studies and reviews that addressed communication practices during crises. The review highlights the importance of two-way communication, which fosters public trust by encouraging active engagement and feedback. Social media emerges as a double-edged sword—while it facilitates rapid information dissemination, it also accelerates the spread of misinformation. Studies show that content featuring emotional appeal, cultural relevance, and empathy improves message reception. However, systemic barriers like resource constraints and institutional mistrust remain persistent obstacles. Findings suggest that adaptive, emotionally resonant communication, combined with transparent messaging and inter-agency collaboration, significantly improves crisis response. Public institutions must therefore develop strategies that integrate digital tools, empower local leaders, and prioritize audience-specific messaging. These insights offer a foundation for future policies and research aimed at strengthening institutional resilience in the face of ongoing and emerging crises.

Abstract

The main objective of this study is to analyze timelines of financial statement reporting and financial performance in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Samples in this study are IDX public companies listed in 1999-2005. The research questions are tested by running ANOVA to analyze whether any differences in timelines of financial statement reporting and financial performance between years and between size and also independent t test to analyze whether any differences in timelines of financial statement and financial performance between industry. Timelines (KW) proxied by dummy variable, 1 if companies published financial reporting before 120 days after December 31 and 0 otherwise. Financial performance proxied by Sales, Asset, Earning After Tax (EAT), Return on Investment (ROI), Return on Equity (ROE), and Sales Growth. The results of between year comparisons show that there are differences (increasing) between years for EAT, ROI and KW. These suggest that firm performance and timelines of financial statement reporting are increasing over time. The results of between size comparisons show that there are differences between size for EAT, Sales and KW. The bigger the size, the higher the financial performance and the timelines. The results of between industry comparisons show that there are differences for Asset and EAT. Base on these variables, financial performance in service industry higher than manufacture industry.

Abstract

Mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani (Penjas) dihadapkan pada tuntutan fisik dan akademis yang tinggi, namun seringkali mengabaikan peran krusial tidur yang cukup sebagai faktor pemulihan esensial, yang dapat berpotensi menurunkan tingkat kebugaran jasmani mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran serta hubungan antara kualitas dan kuantitas tidur yang cukup dengan tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada mahasiswa Penjas. Mahasiswa Penjas, dengan beban akademis yang mencakup teori dan praktik aktivitas fisik intensif, memerlukan kondisi fisik optimal. Tidur memainkan peran krusial dalam proses pemulihan (recovery), sintesis protein otot, konsolidasi memori motorik, dan regulasi hormon pertumbuhan serta stres (kortisol). Metode penelitian menggunakan survei dan pengukuran kebugaran fisik standar (misalnya, VO2 max, daya tahan otot, kecepatan). Hasil pendahuluan menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif yang kuat dan signifikan antara durasi tidur yang memadai (7–9 jam) dan peningkatan skor kebugaran jasmani, khususnya daya tahan kardiorespirasi (VO2 max). Kesimpulan menegaskan bahwa waktu dan kualitas tidur yang memadai merupakan komponen esensial dalam program pelatihan dan manajemen gaya hidup mahasiswa penjas untuk mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani mereka. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya mengintegrasikan edukasi tidur dan strategi manajemen waktu tidur yang optimal ke dalam kurikulum dan program latihan harian mahasiswa penjas sebagai salah satu kunci keberhasilan performa fisik dan pencegahan overtraining.

Abstract

The aim of this research is: to find out whether there is effectiveness in using student worksheets with a problem solving approach on students' critical thinking skills in the mathematics subject of plane figures for class V State Elementary School 01 Sidomukti, Jenawi District, Academic Year 2023/2024. This research uses a comparative descriptive method. The subjects in this research were 20 fifth grade students at SD Negeri 01 Sidomukti. The research design used was one design pretest and posttest group. The data collection techniques used are documentation and tests in the form of pretest and posttest. Data analysis techniques include normality test and t test. The research results showed that the students' average score on the pretest was 60.50 and on the posttest it was 78.85. This shows that there is a change in the mean during the pre-test and post-test. The results of the t test obtained a two tailed value of 0.000 < significant value (alpha: 0.05) so that it falls in the area of ​​rejection of Ho and acceptance of Ha. Therefore, the t test states that there is effectiveness in using student worksheets in the mathematics subject material on flat shapes for class V at SD Negeri 01 Sidomukti, Jenawi District, Academic Year 2023/2024

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi Univet Bantara memiliki fakultas dengan mutu kualitas pendidikan yang unggul. Salah satunya Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan (FKIP) dengan program studi yang banyak diminati oleh mahasiswa, yaitu program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar (PGSD). Kemudian mahasiswa membuat media pembelajaran dengan referensi sumber belajar berupa audio visual menggunakan Youtube. Tayangan yang dianalisis adalah Tayangan Media Pembelajaran “Pohon Penjumlahan”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan intensitas menonton Youtube dapat memengaruhi minat belajar pada mahasiswa untuk membuat media pembelajaran. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Eksplanatif Kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PGSD Universitas Veteran Bangun Nusantara sejumlah 89 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner tertutup. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan rank spearman. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian tentang intensitas menonton Youtube dan minat belajar mahasiswa yaitu ada hubungan yang signifikan yang cukup besar, hal tersebut dibuktikan melalui: Variabel intensitas menonton Youtube dengan kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 68 responden (76%). Karena, frekuensi menonton Youtube pada mahasiswa PGSD sangat tinggi. Variabel minat belajar mahasiswa dengan kategori tinggi yaitu sebanyak 60 reponden (67%). Karena, mahasiswa berminat belajar setelah menonton tayangan media pembelajaran di Youtube. Hasil analisis menggunakan rank spearman ada hubungan yang kuat dari kedua variabel dilihat dari nilai Pearson Correlation sebesar 0,631 dan Correlation Coefficient (Koefisien Korelasi) sebesar 0,648 yang menunjukkan bahwa kriteria koefisien korelasi tinggi pada hubungan kedua variabel tersebut. Jadi, dari intensitas menonton Youtube oleh mahasiswa yang tinggi menimbulkan minat belajar mahasiswa yang tinggi pula.
