Abstract

The study aims to identify the increased creativity of students through product differentiation learning at Surakarta High School. The approach used in this research is quantitative. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The study population is all students in Class X Phase E and XI Phase F at Surakarta State High School for the academic year 2023-2024, a total of 779 students with a sample of 78 students. Each level has 39 students. Measurements using SPSS 25 with gamification of the alpha Cronbach learning media variable and student activity, normality tests, heterocadastisity tests, deviations, correlation values, and determination coefficients (R square) The collection showed that H0 was rejected and Ha received because the regression factor had a significance value < 0.05, so some suggested that there was a significant influence between the use of gamified media and activation. The results showed a regression coefficient with a significant value of 0.000, which means that there is a significant impact between learning differentiation and the product of creativity, and the determination factor (R square) is 0.370. This means that 37% of the variability in student creativity variables can be explained by product differentiation variables. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between product differentiation learning and students’ creativity in Surakarta High School by contributing to the creativity of teachers and students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu:1) mengetahui penanganan preventif terjadinya konflik di SD Al Firdaus Surakarta, 2) mengetahui penanganan terjadinya konflik di SD Al Firdaus Surakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan desain penelitian etnografi.. Hasil penelitian yaitu: Penanganan konflik berbasis islamidibagi menjadi 2 tahap, yaitu tahap preventif dan tahap penanganansaat terjadi konflik.Pada tahap preventif sangatlah beragam sesuai dengan sasaran objek, lingkungan dan kebutuhan.tahap penanganansaat terjadinya konflik, hampir seluruhnya kecuali terhadap siswa ABK adalah mengutaman tabayyun sebelum mencari atau memutuskan sebuah solusi. Khusus siswa ABK sudah memiliki penanganan khusus sesuai keilmuan dan berdasarkan kekhususan dari setiap siswa ABK.

Abstract

Collaboration skills are vital for 21st-century success, particularly as advancements reshape various aspects of life. At SMK N 1 Kedawung, The Basics of Plant Agribusiness, a subject for tenth graders, emphasizes cultivating these skills. This study investigates the effects of different learning models-discovery learning and project-based learning (PjBL)-on enhancing vocational students' collaboration skills. Conducted using classroom action research with a qualitative descriptive approach, the study spanned five cycles. The findings reveal that both models significantly improve collaboration skills. Discovery learning fosters inquiry and problem-solving through active exploration, gradually enhancing teamwork and critical thinking. In contrast, PjBL centers on collaborative, real-world projects, promoting hands-on engagement and deeper learning. Quantitative results show that collaboration skills improved in all cycles, with PjBL demonstrating a more pronounced effect. Discovery learning yielded consistent yet gradual improvements over three cycles. However, PjBL facilitated quicker and more substantial progress within two cycles, underscoring its effectiveness in fostering teamwork, participation, and practical knowledge application. In conclusion, both methods positively influence collaboration skills, with PjBL offering superior outcomes. Its practical, engaging approach makes it particularly effective for vocational training, addressing the demands of 21st-century education. PjBL is thus recommended for optimal skill development.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sumber pembiayaan pendidikan merupakan faktor krusial yang mempengaruhi kualitas pendidikan, terutama di sekolah vokasi yang berperan dalam menyiapkan tenaga kerja siap pakai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana pengelolaan sumber pembiayaan pendidikan, khususnya Dana BOS, BOP, dan DAK, berdampak pada peningkatan mutu dan laporan mutu di sekolah vokasi. Dengan latar belakang pentingnya transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan efektivitas penggunaan dana, penelitian ini berupaya memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai praktik pengelolaan keuangan yang berkontribusi pada kualitas pendidikan vokasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumen di beberapa sekolah vokasi di Jawa Tengah. Partisipan penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, serta pengelola dana pendidikan yang memiliki peran strategis dalam pengelolaan anggaran dan sumber daya sekolah. Pendekatan ini memungkinkan pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai proses, kendala, dan peluang dalam pengelolaan dana pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sumber pembiayaan yang transparan, akuntabel, dan tepat sasaran secara signifikan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di sekolah vokasi. Penggunaan dana yang fokus pada peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran, pelatihan tenaga pendidik, dan pengembangan fasilitas mendukung tercapainya standar pendidikan yang lebih baik. Selain itu, keterlibatan aktif masyarakat dan dunia industri menjadi faktor penting untuk menyesuaikan pendidikan vokasi dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja. Meski demikian, tantangan seperti keterbatasan anggaran dan keselarasan antara kebutuhan pendidikan dan sumber daya masih perlu diatasi. Oleh karena itu, inovasi dalam diversifikasi sumber pembiayaan serta sinergi yang lebih erat antara pemerintah, sekolah, dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan guna mewujudkan pendidikan vokasi yang berkualitas dan relevan. Penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan kontribusi bagi pengelola pendidikan dalam mengoptimalkan pengelolaan dana demi peningkatan laporan mutu sekolah vokasi.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a change in the learning system which was originally carried out face-to-face and replaced with distance learning or online. The purpose of this research is to describe distance learning management (planning, implementing, and controlling), the constraints that arise and the solutions to overcome them. The research method uses qualitative research with a case study design and an ethnographic approach. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 27 Surakarta. Primary data sources were obtained from school principals, vice principals for curriculum, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was carried out using source triangulation techniques and double checking. Data analysis techniques in this study include data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: (1) Distance learning planning at SMPN 27 Surakarta includes preparation of learning instruments, preparation of teaching materials, preparation of infrastructure, teacher training, and preparation of implementation schedules; (2) The implementation of distance learning has been running well and smoothly. Implemented using an LMS in the form of Google Classroom and Zoom, and supported by the Whatsapp (WA) application; (3) PJJ control is carried out by carrying out monitoring and evaluation activities; (4) The constraints found were divided into two, namely internal constraints (obstacles in the school) and external constraints (coming from outside the school); (5) The solution to overcoming obstacles is to maximize the teacher's role, increase the diversity of file types and sources of teaching materials, optimize features in Google Classroom, and work with parents to guide children's learning during distance learning implementation. The implication of distance learning management is the need for collaboration between school principals, teachers, students, and parents so that the implementation of distance learning can run well.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe how the implementation of AI-based accounting learning Chatbot as well as any obstacles faced by teachers in class X SMK Batik 1 Surakarta major Financial Accounting and Institutions (AKL). This type of research is qualitative by using case study methods against students who will use AI Chatbot on accounting subjects. Research was conducted at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. The subjects in this study are X-grade students and teachers in financial and institutional accounting. (AKL). Primary data is obtained from students who are going to use the Chatbot AI application and secondary data from previous research as a journal that matches the research topic. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusion drawings. In this implementation effectively enhance the understanding and skills of students and teachers in the use of artificial intelligence technology. The use of AI Chatbot has the potential to enhance student engagement and expand the availability of diverse learning materials, while also facilitating the development of problem-solving and analytical skills among students. However, obstacles such as inadequate understanding, resource constraints, and effective integration into the learning process must be overcome. Given these issues, it is vital to build long-term collaboration and provide sustainable assistance between educational foundations, formal education institutions, and government agencies.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the implementation of AI chatbot as a learning aid in accounting subjects at SMK Batik 1 Surakarta. With a background to the need for learning innovations that can meet the expectations of the digital generation and improve learning effectiveness, the study examines the potential and challenges of the application of AI chatbots. Through a qualitative descriptive approach, the research gathers data from students, teachers, and school managers to understand the perceptions, efficiency, and obstacles in the use of AI Chatbots in accounting learning. Research results show that the use of AI chatbots can enhance learning interaction, provide real-time feedback, and tailor learning materials to suit the individual needs of students. However, challenges such as the constraints of AI's understanding of specific contexts, the need for personal interaction, as well as issues of data security and privacy are concerns to be addressed. The research also found that the training and adaptation of teachers is an important aspect of the integration of this technology into the learning process.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and test the contribution of learning management and communication on student learning outcomes in contextual accounting learning. This is a correlational quantitative research. The research subjects were teachers and students of Senior High School of Surakarta, Central Java. The data were collected through observation, interview and questionnaires. The data analysis technique was multiple regression analysis. The research result showed that learning management and communication collectively made contribution to students learning outcomes of 48%. Meanwhile, partially learning management and communication made significant contribution to students learning outcomes of 39.7% and 28.8% respectively. This shows that learning outcomes are influenced by learning management and also effective teacher communication. The achievement of student learning outcomes depends on the teaching and learning process. Educators are not enough just to distribute various information about accounting to students, but students need to be equipped with the application of accounting materials through their experiences.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the wedang uwuh business is managed in Ketaon Village, Boyolali Regency. This research uses qualitative research. The data used in this research is primary data. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The number of respondents in this study was 1 person, namely the owner of the wedang uwuh business. Data analysis techniques use data reduction techniques, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the research show that the Human Resources management carried out by Pak Sri Handoyo's Wedang Uwuh Business is still taught individually or personally and is only based on employee performance. For financial management, just make simple bookkeeping reports such as cash in and out. Production management is in accordance with existing procedures. The marketing management of the Wedang Uwuh product is only assisted by the social media facility WhatsApp, introducing this product from home and at home, and relying on connections from the co-owners themselves.

Abstract

Shoes in addition to functioning as foot protectors are also part of lifestyle and appearance support, so shoe care is an important aspect for most people, especially the younger generation who are aware of cleanliness and aesthetics. From this phenomenon emerged a business opportunity that is quitepotential, namelyshoewashing services. In thisstudy, it aims to describe and analyze the management of the shoe washing service business in MSMEs with a case study at Shoes and Care Karanganyar. The focus of this research is directed at three main aspects, namely planning, implementation, and improving service quality. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that Shoes and Care Karanganyar has implemented systematic business planning by showing operational standards, market segmentation, and resource readiness. The implementation of services is carried out through structured stages, starting from the receipt of shoes, the washing process, drying and finishing, to returning to customers.in addition, service quality improvement continues to be carried out through monthly evaluations, HR training, and the implementation of service innovations.
