Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Kalijudan dan Kelurahan Mulyorejo - Surabaya dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dukungan organisasi dan komunikasi terhadap profuktivitas kerja pegawai Kelurahan Kalijudan dan Kelurahan Mulyorejo - Surabaya melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang pegawai Kelurahan Kalijudan dan Kelurahan Mulyorejo - Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisa data menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai dan kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai. Selain itu, baik dukungan organisasi dan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja pegawai denggan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Krembangan - Surabaya dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, knowledge sharing dan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Krembangan - Surabaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 42 orang pegawai Kecamatan Krembangan - Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, knowledge sharing dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Krembangan - Surabaya. Diantara ketiga variabel, kompetensi, knowledge sharing dan kepemimpinan, variabel kompetensi merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Purpose: A deep understanding of the factors influencing purchasing helps companies become more responsive, effective, and successful in marketing their products or services. This study aims to assess the impact of product quality on purchasing decisions involving the brand image factor in 3-second Fashion Surabaya. Design/methodology/approach: The research method employed a quantitative approach with the participation of 100 respondents. Structural equation model analysis was used as the analytical technique. Findings: The study results indicate that product quality influences the purchasing decisions for 3-second Fashion products. In other words, the better the product quality, the higher the consumer's decision to make a purchase. The research findings also show that brand image has an impact on purchasing decisions for 3-second Fashion products. In other words, the better the brand image, the higher the consumer's decision to make a purchase. This study also reveals that brand image serves as an intervening variable that mediates the relationship between product quality and purchasing decisions for 3-second Fashion Surabaya products. Research limitations/implications: This research focuses on the influence of product quality and brand image on purchasing decisions without considering other variables that may play a role in the purchasing process. Practical implications: Understanding the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions through the brand image in 3second Fashion Surabaya has several practical implications that can aid decision-making at the managerial and marketing levels. Practitioners and business managers can take specific steps to enhance the performance and competitiveness of the company. Originality/value: This research provides a new and original contribution, particularly regarding the relationship between product quality, brand image, and purchase decisions in the field of fashion retail. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Diklat, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Kantor Kapanewon Mlati Kabupaten Sleman. Jenis Penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi apakah Diklat, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya Diklat, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, digunakan sampel sebanyak lima puluh enam responden pegawai kantor Kapanewon Mlati Kabupaten Sleman. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder. Hasil penelitian dari Regresi Linear Sederhana diperoleh Y = 0,639 + 0,076 (X1) + 0,507 (X2)+ 0,345 (X3). Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa Diklat, Kompensasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja Non Fisik berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai pada kantor Kapanewon Mlati Kabupaten Sleman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai akurasi metode Single Exponential Smoothing dalam meramalkan permintaan produk Low Aromatic White Spirit (LAWS) di Depot Petrochemical Benoakade Surabaya. Metode ini dipilih karena mampu menangani fluktuasi permintaan yang tidak teratur dengan merata-rata data historis secara eksponensial. Data penjualan produk LAWS dari tahun 2019 hingga 2023 digunakan sebagai dasar peramalan. Hasil peramalan menunjukkan bahwa nilai konstanta smoothing (α) terbaik adalah 0,9, dengan nilai Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) terendah sebesar 218. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa metode Single Exponential Smoothing efektif digunakan dalam peramalan permintaan produk petrochemical, khususnya LAWS, sehingga dapat membantu manajemen dalam pengambilan keputusan terkait suplai dan menjaga kehandalan stok.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kelurahan Embong Kaliasin Dan Kelurahan Genteng Surabaya dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan dan knowledge sharing terhadap kepuasan pegawai Kelurahan Embong Kaliasin Dan Kelurahan Genteng Surabaya. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 35 orang pegawai Kelurahan Embong Kaliasin Dan Kelurahan Genteng Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Analisa data menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan dan knowledge sharing berpengaruh secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai Kelurahan Embong Kaliasin Dan Kelurahan Genteng Surabaya. Diantara ketiga variabel, komitmen organisasi, kepemimpinan dan knowledge sharing, variabel kepemimpinan merupakan variabel yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived procedural ease, interest rates, and trust on the decision-making process of Bank BRI customers in Pulau Bawean when applying for credit. The research addresses gaps in prior studies by integrating these three variables simultaneously in the context of a remote island community. Design/methodology/approach: A quantitative approach was employed using survey data collected from BRI customers in Bawean Island who have taken credit. The study applied descriptive analysis, validity and reliability testing, and multiple linear regression to examine the relationships among variables. Findings: The results indicate that perceived procedural ease, interest rates, and trust each have a significant effect on credit decision-making. Furthermore, these variables collectively exert a strong influence on customers’ willingness to take credit Research limitations/implications: The study is limited to BRI customers in Pulau Bawean and focuses only on three independent variables, excluding other potential factors such as promotion, service quality, or income levels. Practical implications: Findings provide insights for Bank BRI to simplify procedures, set competitive interest rates, and strengthen customer trust, thereby enhancing credit uptake in remote regions. Originality/value: This research contributes by integrating operational, economic, and psychological factors into one model, specifically within the unique context of a geographically isolated island community, which has been underexplored in prior studies. Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to analyse the direct and indirect effects of process speed and credit cost on customer loyalty of MSME credit customers at Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Unit Balongpanggang, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. Design/methodology/approach: This research employs a quantitative approach using primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to MSME credit customers. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Data were analysed using multiple linear regression and path analysis to examine both direct and indirect relationships among variables. Findings: The results indicate that process speed and credit cost significantly influence customer satisfaction. Process speed significantly affects customer loyalty, while credit cost influences loyalty indirectly through satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on loyalty and mediates the relationship between the independent variables and loyalty. Research limitations/implications: This study is limited to MSME credit customers at BRI Unit Balongpanggang and uses cross-sectional data, which may not capture changes over time. Practical implications: The findings suggest that banks should improve credit processing efficiency and maintain competitive credit costs to enhance satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty. Originality/value: This study offers a contextual model integrating process speed and credit cost simultaneously in explaining MSME credit customer loyalty through satisfaction in the banking sector.
