Abstract

Tahun 2017,  Desa Dutohe Barat Kecamatan Kabila Kabupaten BoneBolango telah di bangun TPS-3R dengan tujuan sampah rumah tangga dikelola dengan prinsip reduce, reuse dan recycle (3R). Jumlah sampah yang terkumpul di TPS-3R tiap bulannya rata-rata sebanyak 2.891,42 kilogram. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada TPS-3R di Desa Dotuhe Barat, tidak menjalankan fungsi manajemen dalam penerapan prinsip reduce, reuse dan recycle (3R) dalam pengelolaannya. Seperti dari proses penjemputan sampah ditiap rumah yang tidak terjadwal, hanya memilah sampah yang anorganik seperti kardus dan plastic yang langsung dijual sedangkan sampah organik tidak diolah menjadi pupuk organik, ditimbun dan dibakar ditempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa belum diterapkannya fungsi manajemen secara optimal dalam penerapan prosedur 3R (Reuse, Reduce, dan Recycle), sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan terhadap kendala yang dihadapi. Kendala yang dianggap penting untuk dibenahi yaitu tentang sosialisasi dan edukasi secara terpadu terhadap masyarakat untuk merubah pola pikir paradigma lama yang masih digunakan oleh masyarakat Desa dutohe Barat tentang penanganan sampah. Kendala lain juga berperan penting terhadap keberlangsungan TPS3R Desa Dutohe Barat yaitu masalah keuangan yang merupakan penentu terlaksananya pekerjaan bila tersedianya anggaran yang cukup untuk melakukan operasional pekerjaan.

Abstract

Biodiversity includes the distribution of flora and fauna, rainforests, diversity of benefits, and conservation. However, no media, especially video recordings used in the educational process, are available for public viewing and listening. Therefore, it is important to provide valuable and impactful educational resources in the form of video podcasts to facilitate their learning and understanding of biodiversity topics. This study aimed to develop a video podcast learning media on biodiversity material for class X MA DDI Maspul in Bone Regency, assess its validity, evaluate its practicality, and determine its effectiveness. The research method used is R&D (research and development), which refers to the ADDIE model. The subjects of this study were 24 students of class X MA DDI Maspul. The research instruments included validation sheets, student and educator response questionnaires, and learning outcome test questions. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and tests. Quantitative data including validation results, practical scores, and learning outcomes were analyzed descriptively. The results showed, that the developed video podcast learning material demonstrated high validity (average score of 3.7) and was considered very practical by educators and students (average score of 3.2). Additionally, it proved highly effective, with students achieving an average score of 87.6, indicating 100% effectiveness in the learning process. In conclusion, the video podcast learning media developed in this study is valid, practical, and highly effective, making it a suitable teaching tool.

Abstract

The teaching and learning process is faced with the challenge of low student learning outcomes. Contributing factors include misconceptions, difficulties in understanding science material, and a lack of learning models that actively involve students. Other factors such as time constraints, a lack of problem-solving stimulation, and other internal factors also affect students' critical thinking abilities and learning outcomes. The purpose of this study, to know: (1) critical thinking of students taught using the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model on excretory system material class VIII SMPN 23 Makassar, (2) learning outcomes of student taught using the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model on excretory system material class VIII SMPN 23 Makassar, (3) critical thinking taught without using the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model on exretory system material class VIII SMPN 23 Makassar, (4) learning outcomes of students thaught without using the predict-observe-explain (POE) learning model on excretory system material class VIII SMPN 23 Makassar,(5) the effect of Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model on critical thinking of students on excretory system material class VIII SMPN 23 Makassar, (6) the effect of Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model on student learning outcomes on excretory system material class VIII SMPN 23 Makassar.This study used a quasi-experiment with a non-equivalent control group design research design. The population in the study was two hundred and ninety-one students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 23 Makassar. There were a total of 86 people surveyed: 44 participated in the control group and 42 in the experimental class group. Sample determination was done by purposive sampling. The tools used as data collection are in the form of observation sheets, critical thinking ability tests and learning outcomes tests. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and inferential analysis which includes homogeneity test, hypothesis testing and normality. The results showed that in critical thinking and student learning outcomes with a Sign value a 0.001. So that in this study there is a significant difference between critical thinking and learning outcomes of students taught without using the predict-observe-explain (POE) learning model and using the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) learning model on excretory system material class VIII SMP Negeri 23 Makassar.

Abstract

Beberapa Negara di Dunia, mengambil kebijakan penanganan penyebaran COVID-19, dengan memberlakukan pembatasan sosial, termasuk Indonesia. Penerapan kebijakan ini ternyata berdampak pada keterpurukan ekonomi, dan penurunan pendapatan pemerintah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan bukti empiris dampak pandemi COVID-19 terhadap pendapatan daerah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif, yang diperoleh dari data sekunder dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dokumentasi. Populasi dan sampel untuk penelitian ini adalah pemerintah kabupaten/kota di Indonesia. Analisis data menggunakan uji beda, paired samples t test. Hasil pengujan menunjukkan ada perbedaan pendapatan daerah antara sebelum pandemi COVID-19 dan selama pandemi COVID-19. Dengan kata lain, penelitian ini menginformasikan bahwa pandemi COVID-19 mempengaruhi pada pendapatan daerah di Indonesia. Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (RD) berdasarkan model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima langkah yaitu Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement dan Evaluate. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran, mengetahui tingkat kevalidan, tingkat kepraktisan dan tingkat keefektifan media. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 2 Takalar kelas XI IPA 1 yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Kevalidan media sebesar 3,80 dengan kategori sangat valid. Kepraktisan media yang diperoleh melalui respon guru yakni 95,31% dan respon siswa yakni 85,18% dengan kategori yang sangat praktis. Dari 30 total peserta didik, 27 diantaranya memperoleh nilai yang berada sesuai target KKM (90%) dan 3 diantaranya memperoleh nilai yang tidak sesuai target KKM (10%). Nilai rata-rata N-gain skor yang diperoleh peserta didik yakni 0,72 dan berada pada kategori (0,7 g ≤ 1) maka dapat dikatakan bahwa  peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik tergolong tinggi. AbstractThis research is included in the type of research and development or Research and Development (RD) based on the ADDIE development model which consists of five steps, namely Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate. This research aims to develop learning media, determine the level of validity, practicality and effectiveness of the media. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Takalar class XI IPA 1, totaling 30 students. The media validity is 3.80 with a very valid category. The practicality of the media obtained through the teacher's response is 95.31% and the student response is 85.18% with a very practical category. Of the 30 total students, 27 of them got scores that were within the KKM target (90%) and 3 of them got scores that didn't match the KKM target (10%). The average N-gain score obtained by students is 0.72 and is in the category (0.7 g 1), so it can be said that the increase in student learning outcomes is high.

Abstract

Minimnya variasi media pembelajaran di sekolah menjadi kendala dalam proses belajar mengajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran infographics combine on video pada materi sistem peredaran darah kelas XI di MA Muallimin Muhammadiyah serta menganalisis tingkat validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifannya. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap analisis, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Uji produk dilakukan melalui tiga tahap: validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 23 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA. Instrumen yang digunakan lembar validasi, angket respon peserta didik dan pendidik, serta tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media yang dikembangkan memiliki tingkat validitas 3,77 (sangat valid), kepraktisan 3,16 (praktis), dan keefektifan 83% (sangat efektif), dengan nilai peserta didik di atas KKM. Dengan demikian, media infographics combine on video dinyatakan layak digunakan karena memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis, dan efektif. Implikasinya, media ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, dan penelitian lanjutan disarankan untuk menguji media di sekolah lain.

Abstract

To create a standardised and compliant service, an Internal Regulation or Hospital by Laws is required, which becomes the operational basis for all medical personnel and hospital staff. This dedicaction is expected to strengthen governance, compliance, and service quality at RSUD Rupit in order to fulfil community expectations and standards set by the government optimally and sustainably. Using empirical research by combining qualitative, participatory, and analytical approaches, so that the review and revision of internal regulations of RSUD Rupit can be carried out systematically to produce better and more effective regulations. A review of the internal regulations (Hospital By Laws) at RSUD Rupit identified several aspects that need to be improved to enhance efficiency and quality of services. The proposed improvements include drafting and writing the content of the regulations. After the review, the team will revise and draft the regulations, and refine the draft based on input from the North Musi Rawas District Health Office, PERSI, and stakeholders. The final draft will be submitted to the hospital leadership and Board of Trustees for review and approval. After that, the regulation will be ratified by the regional head, giving legality and legitimacy to the Hospital By Laws

Abstract

There is a lack of adequate understanding regarding health service quality through the optimization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at AR-ROYYAN Hospital, Ogan Ilir Regency. This service activity aims to enhance the hospital's understanding of improving health service quality by optimizing SOPs. A visual presentation using slides and supporting materials was employed to clarify the SOPs at AR-ROYYAN Hospital. This was followed by a Q&A session to facilitate direct interaction between speakers and participants, allowing for further clarification. Engaging small discussion groups stimulated the exchange of opinions and fostered a shared understanding. Additionally, brochures and pamphlets were distributed to help participants comprehend and disseminate the information within the community. This holistic approach is expected to yield a positive and sustainable impact. The Q&A session and discussions revealed that while AR-ROYYAN Hospital has established good SOPs, these procedures have not been specifically classified for each department

Abstract

This service aims to increase understanding of the optimization of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve the quality of health services at Rupit Hospital, North Musi Rawas Regency. This activity uses a visual presentation method to provide in-depth explanations related to SOPs, followed by a question and answer session to support direct interaction and small group discussions that encourage the exchange of understanding. In addition, supporting materials in the form of brochures or pamphlets were provided to facilitate the dissemination of information to the community. The results of the activity showed that Rupit Hospital already has a good SOP, but its application has not been specifically classified in each department. The conclusion of this activity is that optimizing SOPs through a holistic approach can be a strategic step in improving the quality of health services in hospitals

Abstract

Abstract: Revenue Sharing is a partnership concept carried out with a profit sharing system between one individual and another individual who runs a business or a company and another company in order to achieve mutually agreed goals. "Mattungka Sapi" is a form of mutually beneficial cooperation and is a form of activity. empowerment of the Village Government towards the Community. Viewed from the Mudharabah aspect, this activity is a form of mutual assistance which not only provides benefits to the parties involved, but in general will have a positive impact on the entire Village Community. This type of research is qualitative research, while the method used is field research. The research results show that the partnership built is appropriate so that it can help the community improve their welfare and contribute to the Village Government through Village Original Income (PAD). Keywords: Reveneu Sharing, Mattungka Sapi, Mudarabah and well being.Abstrak: Revenue Sharing merupakan konsep kemitraan yang dilakukan dengan sistem bagi hasil antara satu individu dengan individu yang lain yang melakukan usaha atau suatu Perusahaan  dengan Perusahaan yang lain guna mencapai tujuan yang telah disepakati Bersama.“Mattungka Sapi” merupakan bentuk Kerjasama yang saling menguntungkan dan merupakan bentuk kegiatan pemberdayaan Pemerintah Desa terhadap Masyarakat. Ditunjau dari aspek Mudharabah, kegiatan ini adalah bentuk saling tolong menolong yang tidak hanya memberikan maslahah kepada pihak yang terkait, tetapi secara umum akan berdampak positif untuk seluruh Masyarakat Desa. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, sedangkan metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemitraan yang dibangun sudah tepat sehingga dapat membantu Masyarakat dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraannya dan memberikan kontribusi bagi Pemerintah Desa melalui Pendapatan Asli Desa (PAD).Kata kunci: Reveneu Sharing, Mattungka Sapi, Mudarabah dan Kesejahteraan.
