Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of perceived organizational support as a mediator between organizational rewards and procedural justice on job embeddedness. Respondents study were 214 people who were employees of the Inche Abdoel Moeis Samarinda Regional Hospital (RSUD). Tthe Partial Least Square (PLS) approach for data analysis. The result of the study found that organizational rewards has significant effect on job embeddedness. Organizational reward has significant effect on perceive organizational support of employees. In other words, the organizational rewards influence employees' confidence in the organization regarding the appreciation of their contribution and care for their well-being. Additionally, the procedural justice has significant effect on embeddedness job of employees. The higher the procedural justice, it will affect the perceive organizational support. In other words, procedural justice influences employees' confidence in the organization regarding respect for their contribution and care for their welfare. This means that the higher the perceive organizational support, the higher of the job embeddedness. Finally, implications will be further discussed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh leverage, Price to Book Value (PBV), dan Return On Asset (ROA) terhadap Earnings Management pada perusahaan manufaktur industri bahan dasar dan kimia sub sektor logam yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 11 perusahaan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan sumber data  berupa data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Data yang dikumpulkan diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 23. Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel leverage dan ROA berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap earnings management. Sedangkan PBV menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan bukti empiris tentang dampak dari Business Groups, Cash dan Ownership Concentration terhadap Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure pada Perusahaan Sub Sektor Coal Mining yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode penelitian ini adalah 2013-2018, dengan populasi berjumlah 26 perusahaan dan jumlah sampel berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling yaitu 17 perusahaan. Menggunakan alat analisis regresi data panel, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa business groups berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility disclosure, cash berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility disclosure, ownership concentration berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap corporate social responsibility disclosure.

Abstract

The Influence of Dual Role Conflict and Stress on the Performance of Female Employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Samarinda. Guidance Irsan Tricahyadinata is as supervisor I and Alexander Sampleiling is as supervisor II. This study aims to explain the effect of dual role conflict and work stress on the performance of female employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration Samarinda. This research was conducted at government agencies in Samarinda. The sampling method used the saturated method. The analysis technique in this study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) data analysis method. The results of the analysis show that multiple role conflicts have a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees, multiple role conflicts have a positive and significant effect on work stress, job stress has a positive and significant effect on the performance of female employees, and multiple role conflicts have a positive and insignificant effect on the performance of female employees. through work stress as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This paper aims to examine the work-life balance (WLB) standards applied by the Limited Company of Bank Central Asia (PT BCA) Samarinda branch and their impact on employee loyalty, job performance, and turnover intentions. Our targets for employees who work in customer services (CS). We collected the data through survey techniques, where the size of the informants was 340 samples. Multiple regression analyses indicate that the WLB policy has affected employee loyalty, turnover intentions, and job performance. Employee loyalty also plays an essential role in job performance and turnover intentions. Meanwhile, job performance has a significant effect on preventing turnover intentions. The fundamental difference to this finding lies in the escalation in the causality of the variables and is worth developing.

Abstract

Budaya organisasi merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam membangun komitmen karyawan. Selain budaya organisasi, faktor lain yang dapat meningkatkan komitmen organisasional karyawan adalah kepercayaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi secara langsung terhadap komitmen organisasi serta pengaruhnya secara tidak langsung melalui varaibel mediator kepercayaan. Sampel penelitian adalah karyawan departemen laboratorium sebagai pusat kualitas data batubara. Analisis data menggunakan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan budaya organisasi dan kepercayaan terhadap komitmen organisasional afektif, lebih lanjut budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional afektif dimediasi oleh kepercayaan. Kata kunci: Budaya Organisasi, Komitmen Organisasional Afektif, Kepercayaan Organizational culture is one of the important aspects of building employee commitment. In addition to organizational culture, another factor that can increase employee organizational commitment is trust. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture directly on organizational commitment and its influence indirectly through the trust as a mediation variable. The sample of this research are employees of the laboratory department as a center for coal data quality. Data analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed a positive and significant influence of organizational culture and trust on affective organizational commitment, furthermore, the organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on affective organizational commitment mediated by trust. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of commitment to Good Corporate Governance and budget management. The measuring instrument used for data collection in this study is a structured questionnaire or questionnaire with closed questions in the form of a multilevel scale (rating scale), using data analysis with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results showed that, the leadership commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on Good Corporate Governance, the Leadership Commitment is proven to have a positive and significant influence on budget management, and Good Corporate Governance is proven to have a positive and significant influence on Budget Management. From the results of the research obtained several conclusions, among others, the better the commitment of the leadership, the commitment can determine success in budget management, realization and management of Good Corporate Governance through accountability, transparency, accountability, independence, and having equality and fairness in managing agencies properly will be able to improve budget management.

Abstract

The aims of this study are (1) to determine the contribution of the leading agricultural sector of Kutai Kartanegara Regency to the fulfillment of food needs in East Kalimantan Province. (2) Knowing the agricultural sub-sector and commodities that are the mainstay in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The data used in this study are secondary time series data from 2016 to 2020 sourced from BPS and the Agriculture and Livestock Service Office of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. The analytical method used is contribution analysis, shift share and Location Quotient (LQ). The results showed that in 2016-2020 the contribution of the agricultural sector of Kutai Kartanegara Regency to the fulfillment of the food needs of East Kalimantan Province was 38.82%. From the shift share analysis, it is known that the growth rate of the agricultural sector has a positive value of 0.2. This is also reflected in the value of the differential shift (Cij). Cij agricultural sector has a positive value of 538.79 billion which shows that the agricultural sector has a competitive value. The growth rate (Dij) of Kutai Kartanegara Regency is 2209.47 billion.The leading sub-sectors are fisheries sub-sector, food crops sub-sector, and horticulture sub-sector. Aquaculture commodities are the flagship of the fisheries sub-sector. Rice is the leading commodity in the food crop sub-sector. Meanwhile, ginger and temu lawak are the leading commodities in the horticulture sub-sector.

Abstract

The development of technology in the digital age can’t be avoided in today's life. Nowadays social media is increasingly loved by marketers as a tool to introduce or promote their products because of low costs and can reach more audiences. The development of marketing in this digital era shows that consumers not only buy products but the experiences created and the emergence of emotions are also expected by consumers when consuming a product. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools and the data used are primary data respondents of users of Shinzu'i UME body mist products. The purpose of this study is to find out whether storytelling marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing have an influence on purchasing decisions of Shinzu'i UME body mist products. The results of this study indicate that storytelling marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions, content marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions, and social media marketing has no influence on purchasing decisions. The low coefficient of determination shown by these three variables in predicting purchasing decisions for Shinzu'i UME body mist products needs to be evaluated in the future.
