Abstract

Besides the school website to provide information to the public, the public can also provide comments, criticisms, or suggestions related to the school. So that will be an input for the development of SMP Negeri 6 Jambi. As for the other problems that often occurs is when the new admissions. In the process of activities carried out directly and manually, ie prospective students fill out the registration form, as well as knowing the result should come to the location of SMP Negeri 6 City of Edinburgh so spend a lot of time and effort in the process. To the researchers assess the need for the school website, due to the school's website can also be used as a medium in the online registration process. So that at each new school year to simplify and accelerate the process of admission of new students to graduate elementary school (SD) or Madrasah Ibtida'iyah (MI) who wish to register themselves for admission as a student at SMP Negeri 6 Jambi.

Abstract

Now days the development of increasingly sophisticated technology. The emergence of Information Communication Technologies ( ICT ) or in Indonesian called Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK), has affected almost all sectors , including education . Teaching and learning become easier because of the role of ICT . Humans become easier to find the things she wanted to know . In addition to convenience , ICT also has deficiencies that pose a negative impact to human life . Therefore , as an educated man , must be proficient in the use of today's technology . Because if the technology is not used when undue , it will harm himself or others. Once the importance of the role of ICT , also look at the impact that may result from the development of ICT , the use of ICT should remain limited to the things that are only useful. if only technological developments , especially in the world of education can help the implementation of education properly and smoothly . Abstract

At the elementary school level , the subjects were given a very varied. That requires understanding and understanding in studying it seriously. Particularly in science lessons . Students' understanding of Human Organs that can be achieved with careful , intelligent , and skilled .Advances in technology and information in this era of profound impact on all aspects of life manusia.Salah one area that gets significant impact in the development of this technology is undeniable pendidikan.Tidak field of education can not be separated by the presence of a computer that is able to assist in education of various viewpoint. Multimedia learning can be defined as a multimedia application that is used in the learning process , in other words to deliver the message ( knowledge , skills , and attitudes ) and can stimulate the mind , pearasaan , attention and willingness to learn that learning occurs intentionally aimed and controlled . Implementation of multimedia make the learning process more interesting and interactive , pumping enthusiasm for learning so that students learn the quality can be improved .

Abstract

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat pesat dewasa ini, khususnya perkembangan teknologi internet turut mendorong berkembangnya konsep pembelajaran jarak jauh ini. Ciri teknologi internet yang selalu dapat diakses kapan saja, dimana saja, multiuser serta menawarkan segala kemudahannya telah menjadikan internet suatu media yang sangat tepat bagi perkembangan pendidikan jarak jauh selanjutnya. Hal ini lah mengapa untuk saat ini sistem pembelajaran secara blended learning masih sangat baik di terapkan di Indonesia agar lebih dapat terkontrol secara tradisional juga. Seiring perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, sumber daya manusia pun dituntut untuk menanggapi perkembangan tersebut. Dengan demikian kualitas sumber daya harus ditingkatkan dengan berbagai upaya agar mutu dan kualitas pendidikan juga meningkat, baik melalui peningkatan kompetensi dosen sebagai pendidik, pengadaan buku dan alat pelajaran, perbaikan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, peningkatan mutu manajemen Perguruan Tinggi, maupun pengubahan kurikulum pendidikan.Dalam suatu bangsa dituntut adanya perubahan dalam pendidikan untuk memiliki sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas, sehingga konsep pendidikan pun akan mengalami perubahan. Konsep pendidikan yang berubah akan mempengaruhi cara dan sistem pencapaian pembelajaran terutama pendidikan di Perguruan Tinggi. Melihat perjalanan dunia pendidikan Indonesia, dan pesatnya perkembangan Teknologi Informatika dan Komunikasi. Proses pembelajaran yang berbasis TIK dapat meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan proses pembelajaran yang efektif, fleksibel, juga efisien. Salah satu pembelajaran dalam pandangan konstruktivis yang dapat diterapkan untuk meningkatkan keaktifan mahasiswa adalah dengan menerapkan strategi pembelajaran Blended Learning khususnya pada matakuliah Interaksi Manusia dan Komputer (IMK) dengan flatform edmodo.

Abstract

The difficulty of access to know the best teachers in one school resulted in schools are under enormous pressure to determine how to optimize its resources. Selection of a suitable best teachers play an important role in this regard. This study aims to determine the best teachers, with some alternative way of selecting the best teacher positions based on selection criteria that have been set previously. Problems in the selection of the best teachers is difficult to determine the best teachers based on many of the criteria. Another problem is that not all criteria can be measured quantitatively. Fuzzy Multi Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) is a method used to find the optimal alternative of a number of alternatives to certain criteria. The essence of FMADM is to determine the weight values for each attribute, followed by the ranking process that will select the alternatives that have been granted using Borland Delphi applications.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-undang No. 25 Tahun 2004 Tentang sistem Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional ( SPPN 2004), kedudukan perencanaan pembangunan daerah di Indonesia menjadi semakin kuat. Argumentasi yang semula berkembang tentang tidak perlunya pembangunan diatur melalui sistem perencanaan dalam era otonomi daerah, otomatis sudah tidak perlu diperdebatkan lagi. Dengan adanya undang-undang tersebut, maka penyusunan perencanaan menjadi suatu kewajiban yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap aparat pemerintah dalam melaksanakan kegiatannya sehari-hari dan bila hal ini tidak dilakukan akan menimbulkan implikasi hukum tertentu (Sjafrizal 2009, hlm.3). Undang-undang Republik Indonesia nomor 18 tahun 2002 tentang sistem nasional penelitian, pengembangan dan penerapan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, telah menimbulkan optimisme baru dalam penataan dan pengelolaan aset daerah yang lebih tertib, akuntabel, dan transparan untuk kedepannya.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi dalam pendidikan semakin berkembang, seiring dengan peningkatan penetrasi perangkat mobile di kalangan siswa. Di SMA Negeri 1 Ampek Angkek, pelatihan penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif berbasis Android pada mata pelajaran Basis Data bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Artikel ini mengkaji pelaksanaan pelatihan tersebut, meliputi metode yang digunakan, hasil yang dicapai, dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pembelajaran Basis Data. Diharapkan, melalui pelatihan ini, guru dapat mengintegrasikan teknologi berbasis Android dalam pengajaran, sehingga pembelajaran menjadi lebih interaktif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa di era digital.

Abstract

Currently, paying tuition fees at SMK Tamansiswa Padang is still done manually, which is still recording payment reports in a financial book. In addition, the treasurer has other obstacles, such as busy teaching and additional duties from the principal. So it takes a long time to record payments and calculate the number of payments from paying students. This information system uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with an iterative development model. This model has several stages: design, analysis, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The research results on the spp payment information system using the WhatsApp gateway at SMK Tamansiswa Padang are from the tests carried out from black-box testing, white box testing, and beta testing to get valid results and the system can run well.

Abstract

The problem that exist in the informatics subject in computer network and internet material at SMK Negeri 3 Tebo is that there is not Android-based learning media that is used as a supporting medium in the learning process.  This The ADDIE development model and Research and Development (R&D) method were used in dhis study. A total of 26 students were sampled in this study. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a likert scale. The result of this study indicate that the average value of the media expert’s validity test is 85.24% with the valid category and the material expert is 85.55% with the valid category. For the practicality test on the teacher’s response it reached 93.33% in the very practical category and for student responses it reached 85.33% in the very practical category.
