Abstract

Home schooling merupakan salah satu jalur pendidikan nonformal yang dapat menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat dalam menempuh pendidikan mulai dari jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini hingga sekolah menengah pertama. Namun dalam praktiknya, karena termasuk dalam pendidikan nonformal, home schooling sering dipandang sebelah mata dan dianggap remeh oleh masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman home schooling sebagai salah satu bentuk pendidikan bagi pembaca, dengan menekankan bahwa setiap ranah pendidikan memiliki kelemahan dan kekuatan masing-masing yang seharusnya dapat disinergikan satu sama lain agar dapat saling melengkapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik studi pustaka pada sumber-sumber yang relevan dan kredibel. Hasil penelitian ini adalah:1) Home schooling memiliki beberapa kelebihan, seperti pendidikan yang bersifat personal dan fleksibel sesuai dengan kebutuhan masing-masing individu, sumber daya manusia yang kompeten, serta manajemen internal yang efektif. 2) Home schooling juga memiliki beberapa kelemahan, seperti terbatasnya kesempatan berinteraksi sosial, biaya yang lebih tinggi, serta tantangan dalam mempromosikan manfaatnya. 3) Peluang home schooling seperti meningkatnya permintaan solusi pembelajaran yang fleksibel akibat pandemi dan kebijakan pemerintah yang mendukung. 4) Home schooling juga memiliki tantangan, seperti persepsi publik yang negatif, persaingan dari kelas daring, serta hambatan birokrasi untuk ujian kesetaraan. Kata Kunci: Home Schooling, Pendidikan Non Formal, Analisis SWOT Homeschooling is one of the non-formal education pathways that can be an option for the community in pursuing education from early childhood education to junior high school. However, in practice, because it falls under non-formal education, homeschooling is often looked down upon and underestimated by society. This research aims to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of homeschooling as one form of education for readers, emphasizing that each educational domain has weaknesses and strengths that should be synergized to complement each other. This research uses qualitative methods with literature study techniques on relevant and credible sources. The results of this study are: 1) Homeschooling has several advantages, such as personalized and flexible education according to each individual's needs, competent human resources, and effective internal management. 2) Homeschooling also has several disadvantages, such as limited opportunities for social interaction, higher costs, and challenges in promoting its benefits. 3) Home-school opportunities include the increasing demand for flexible learning solutions due to the pandemic and supportive government policies. 4) Homeschooling also has challenges, such as negative public perception, competition from online classes, and bureaucratic obstacles for equivalency exams.. Abstract

Upaya penanganan kemiskinan secara berkelanjutan dilakukan baik dari pemerintah, lembaga internasional, organisasi non-pemerintah, dan masyarakat. Salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam penanganan kemiskinan ini adalah pemberian bantuan sosial melalui Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Dalam pelaksanaannya, PKH didampingi oleh Pendamping PKH yang memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memberikan bimbingan, dukungan, dan pengajaran kepada Keluarga Penerima Manfaat (KPM agar dapat meningkatkan efektivitas program, dan dapat memberikan pendampingan yang berkualitas kepada KPM. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pemahaman pendamping PKH terhadap kinerjanya dalam memberikan pendampingan di Kabupaten Garut. Aspek kinerja yang diteliti adalah: kualitas, produktifitas, ketepatan waktu, efektivitas, kemandirian, komitmen kerja, dan tanggung jawab pendamping PKH terhadap organisasi yang menaungi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode interpretif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui fokus group discussion dan studi dokumen. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendamping PKH di Kabupaten Garut yang telah bekerja minimal 5 tahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendamping PKH di Kabupaten Garut menunjukkan tingkat kinerja yang baik, walaupun mereka menghadapi tantangan dalam memenuhi tuntutan tugas mereka. Keberhasilan pendamping PKH ditunjukkan dengan banyaknya KPM yang graduasi karena telah dapat hidup mandiri secara ekonomi. Penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pengembangan kapasitas pendamping PKH untuk meningkatkan efektivitas program PKH dalam mengurangi kemiskinan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi kebijakan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendampingan PKH.

Abstract

The mismatch between graduate skills and labor market needs remains a challenge in education and training due to limited industry involvement in curriculum design. LPP Ariyanti’s Fashion Design Training Program stands out by producing work-ready graduates capable of entrepreneurship in fashion design. This study evaluates the program's learning system to understand its effectiveness. A qualitative descriptive approach was used, involving observation (checklist), interviews (guide), and document analysis (sheet). A purposive sampling method selected three informants: a marketing communication representative, a fashion instructor, and a training participant. Data analysis followed four steps: collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The program succeeded across all evaluated aspects. Raw inputs revealed participants with diverse educational backgrounds and ages, yet uniformly productive. Instrumental inputs included skilled instructors, a standards-aligned curriculum, and sufficient infrastructure. Environmental inputs involved engagement in events and institutional partnerships with government and industry. The process incorporated blended, participatory, and project-based learning, complemented by effective formative and summative evaluations. Outputs demonstrated improvements in participants’ cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. Outcomes highlighted increased graduate incomes, though few participants have yet started their own businesses. The comprehensive design of LPP Ariyanti’s training program, integrating industry partnerships, effective teaching methods, and robust infrastructure, contributes to its success. However, further support is needed to encourage entrepreneurship among graduates. The Fashion Design Training Program at LPP Ariyanti effectively equips participants with skills for employment and entrepreneurship, offering a model for industry-aligned education.

Abstract

The construction of the digital marketing transformation model is the result of input from several stakeholders, namely empirical condition analysis, theoretical studies, and in-depth studies of the results of the training so that the essence of digital marketing training is obtained in increasing the income of business actors. Marketing issues for business actors are the most important part of influencing the progress of a business, this is influenced by good communication skills. The digital era 4.0 encourages business people to always be adaptive to technology, especially when used as a marketing strategy for a business. Initially, small business actors were not very responsive to technological conditions, but Covid 19 had an impact on the sustainability of their businesses and only technology-adaptive business actors were still surviving. This research reveals a training model that can be used by the community or government in transforming digital marketing capabilities for small businesses. Qualitative research methods are used to uncover arguments, theoretical analysis, and empirical conditions that occur in society through interviews, documentation, and observation techniques. The results of the study show that this conceptual model can work well and is able to solve the financial problems of business actors if careful assistance is carried out involving various parties.
