Abstract

Investor intends to put some of one's money in the stock market with the hope of future profits. This study aims to examine the development of technology as an intervention variable for financial literacy, financial knowledge, and motivation on investment intention. This research method provides a quantitative with an associative approach. Data was collected using survey, then analysed using PLS-SEM with WarpPLS. The results show that financial literacy, financial knowledge, and motivation affect students investment intention. However, motivation does not affect investment intention influence technological developments.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic capital market in Indonesia shows a positive trend, supported by an increase in market capitalization and investor confidence in Islamic stock indices such as ISSI. On the other hand, the infrastructure sector has also experienced significant growth as reflected in the increase in the JKINFRA index stock price in recent years. Stock returns as a return on investment are the main concern of investors in assessing a company's performance. This study aims to test the effect of return on equity, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio on stock returns, and to determine whether company size can moderate the relationship between these variables on stock returns. The research method used is quantitative with a multiple linear regression approach and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis. The data used are secondary data from the company's financial statements for the period 2020–2023. The results of this study indicate that return on equity and current ratio partially do not have a significant effect on stock returns. Meanwhile, debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously, there is an influence between return on equity, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio on stock returns. Company size can strengthen the relationship between return on equity, current ratio, and debt to equity ratio on stock returns.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (Modal), Financing to Deposit Ratio (Pembiayaan), dan Biaya Operasional Pendapatan Operasional (Efisiensi) terhadap Return On Assets (Profit) dengan Non Performing Financing (Pembiayaan Bermasalah) sebagai variabel intervening pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia periode 2019–2023. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data sekunder dari 10 bank, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah Path Analysis melalui SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa CAR, FDR, dan BOPO berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap ROA dan NPF. Sementara NPF berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap ROA, namun tidak mampu memediasi hubungan CAR, FDR, dan BOPO terhadap ROA. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan manajemen risiko dan kualitas pembiayaan untuk menjaga profitabilitas bank syariah di tengah tantangan efisiensi dan risiko kredit.

Abstract

This study systematically analyzes the digital transformation of Islamic boarding school-based Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and their role in enhancing local economic competitiveness, with a focus on digital marketing and promotion strategies. Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study synthesizes findings from 14 relevant articles published between 2014 and 2025. The results show that Islamic boarding school MSMEs actively adopt digital marketing through various platforms such as social media (Facebook, Instagram, Instagram Reels, Twitter) and e-commerce to expand market reach and significantly increase sales. Islamic boarding schools are identified as a vital supporting ecosystem, providing human resources (students), alumni networks, and a unique foundation of sharia values, all of which support MSMEs economic activities. However, challenges such as lack of digital literacy, limited capital, and online market competition remain. Therefore, multi-sector collaboration (e.g., the One Pesantren One Product/OPOP program) and institutional and community involvement are key to the success of digital-based MSMEs empowerment. A conceptual visualization model presented in this study illustrates the synergistic relationship between the role of Islamic boarding schools, the development of MSMEs digital capacity, the adoption of marketing strategies, and increasing local economic competitiveness.

Abstract

Stock returns serve as a measure for investors to evaluate a company’s investment potential and also illustrate the company’s success. This study aims to analyze how operating cash flow, investment cash flow, and financing cash flow affect stock returns in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which produce concrete. This study uses a quantitative approach utilizing secondary data. The data used comes from company financial reports and Investing.com sources, and to process the data, the author uses EViews version 13 Enterprise software. The period used in this study is five years, from 2020 to 2024. The method used is panel data regression analysis with the Common Effect Model (CEM) approach. The CEM model was chosen because the model selection test results showed that this model was the best for this study. The study's results indicate that the variables of operating cash flow, investment cash flow, and financing cash flow have no effect and are not significant on the stock returns of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that produce concrete, either partially or simultaneously. The Adjusted R-squared (Adj. R2) value of 40% indicates that the variables used can only explain 40% of the changes in stock returns, while factors outside the variables in the model influence the other 60%. The R-squared (R2) value of 52%, which according to Chin (1998) is in the moderate category, means that these variables are sufficient to explain changes in stock returns.

Abstract

Abstract Sharia investment is a form of economic activity that invests various types of money in accordance with sharia law in the hope of obtaining profits in the future. This research uses quantitative methods, and the type of research uses associative research. The data collection method uses purposive sampling where the number of respondents is 101. These respondents are Sharia Economics students of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung class of 2022-2023. Primary data is also used in this study, where the type of data is through questionnaires or questionnaires, surveys, interviews and so on. This study aims to determine how much influence the interest of Sharia Economics students of UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung class of 2022-2023 in terms of financial literacy, advances in financial technology, capital, and financial behavior. The results of this study indicate that all variables affect or have a positive and significant influence on the interest of Islamic Economics students of UIN Satu batch of 2022-2023 in investing in Islamic stocks. Because the data has a sig. value, which is less than 5% and has an estimated t value of more than 1.984 except for the financial technology progress variable which has no influence or the variable does not have a positive and significant influence on the student's interest in investing in Islamic stocks. Abstrak Investasi syariah merupakan suatu bentuk kegiatan ekonomi yang menginvestasikan berbagai jenis uang sesuai dengan hukum syariah dengan harapan memperoleh keuntungan di kemudian hari. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif, dan jenis penelitiannya memakai jenis penelitian asosiatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling yang dimana jumlah respondennya yaitu sebanyak 101. Responden tersebut adalah mahasiswa Ekonomi Syariah UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung angkatan Tahun 2022-2023. Data primer juga digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yang dimana jenis data melalui angket atau kuesioner, survei, wawancara dan lain sebagainya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh minat mahasiswa Ekonomi Syariah UIN Satu angkatan Tahun 2022-2023 ditinjau dari literasi keuangan, kemajuan teknologi keuangan, modal, dan perilaku keuangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, bahwasannya semua variabel berpengaruh atau memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa Ekonomi Syariah UIN Satu angkatan Tahun 2022-2023 dalam melakukan investasi pada saham syariah. Sebab data tersebut memiliki nilai sig., yang kurang dari 5% dan memiliki nilai t estimasi lebih dari 1.984 kecuali variabel kemajuan teknologi keuangan yang tidak memiliki pengaruh atau variabel tersebut tidak memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat mahasiswa tersebut dalam berinvestasi pada saham syariah.

Abstract

Introduction: Dynamic technological developments make a significant contribution to human life. In the banking world, one of the technological developments that has changed the way of transactions is the emergence of payment instruments known as digital banking. Therefore, this research aims to determine the effect of convenience and usefulness on interest in using digital banking with attitude as an intervention variable for Gen Z in Cirebon Regency. Method: The research uses a quantitative approach with the type of non-parametric data. The sampling technique used random sampling with a number of samples are 100 respondents. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the tool is SEM-PLS. Result: The results of the first test show that the Convenience and Usefulness has a significant effect on attitudes to use digital banking. Likewise in the second test show the Convenience, Benefit and Attitude has a significant effect on interest in using digital banking. Whereas the result of mediating test show that the Attitudes have a significant influence as an intervening variable between ease and interest in using digital banking, also has a significant effect as an intervening variable between ease and interest in using digital banking. Conclusion & Suggestion: The findings of this study show that the main factor that attracts Gen Z in using Digital Banking is the ease of use factor, therefore banks must always pay attention to the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of their applications. The intuitive design and easy transaction process will be very attractive to Gen Z. In addition to convenience, the benefits offered also need to be more concrete and relevant to the needs of Gen Z. Knowing that attitudes have a very important role in influencing interest, digital banks can build campaigns that focus not only on features and benefits, but also on forming a positive perception of digital banking.

Abstract

The research aims to study the Potential and Implementation of a Circular Economy in Business Culinary in the Tourism Religion of Sunan Drajat's Graveyard Lamongan. Research Methods: The research is field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources, and data collection techniques include interviews. Findings/Results: The study's conclusions disclose a gap between the potency economy big circular with low awareness and the application practice circular among perpetrator business culinary. Conclusion: Some initiative circulars have been done; however, support for adequate policies and incentives from the government is still required. This implication is essential for the development of supportive policies and programs transitioning to economy circular in sector tourism, especially in the region tour religion

Abstract

People in this country are so familiar with the word pawnshop, especially, people who are not bankable or diffculties in accessing bank loans or fnancing. When someone  needs  urgent funds quickly ,while he does not have the cash or savings fund, so, the third party funding becomes altervative solution. The population of Indonesia, according to the census consist 250 million people, will provide great opportunities for pawnshops. An increasing number of customers, profts, and outlets  occur not only in  conventional pawnshops, but also  in Shariah pawnshops. Grounding in the operation of pawn Sharia is Dewan Syariah Nasional MUI number: 25/DSN-MUI/III/2002 dated June 26, 2002 on Rahn, fatwa number: 26/DSN-MUI/ III/2002 of gold and Rahn: 68/DSN-MUI/III/2008 on tasjily rahn. Abstract

Abstrak     Kata kunci: Brand Loyalty, Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality, Brand Association ,Customer Value Abstraksi: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji: (1) dampak brand loyalty terhadap customer value pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Tulungagung; (2) dampak brand awareness terhadap customer value pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Tulungagung; (3) dampak perceived quality terhadap customer value pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Tulungagung; (4) dampak brand association terhadap customer value pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Tulungagung dan dampak secara simultan brand loyalty, brand awareness, perceived quality dan brand association terhadap customer value pada mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Tulungagung. Awal mula penelitian ini berasal dari variabel kesetiaan merek, kesadaran merek, kesan  berkualitas dan asosiasi merek diharapkan mampu meningkatkan nilai pelanggan. Hal ini karena pandangan  tentang perguruan tinggi merupakan pembahasan yang sangat luas agar bisa menjadi sumbangsih bagi mahasiswa agar merasa puas terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah kuantitatif berjenis eksplanotry research,  dengan tipe hubungan kausalitas pada variabel-variabel melalui pengujian hipotesis. Teknik pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode sampel non probabalitas yaitu sesuai pertimbangan-pertimbang tertentu, dengan tidak memberikan peluang yang sama terhadap anggota populasi untuk menjadi sampel. Sampel yang  diambil mahasiswa jurusan Ekonomi Syariah, Perbankan Syariah, Akuntansi Syariah dan Manajemen Zakat dan Wakaf berjumlah 359 responden berdasar perhitungan Slovin.  Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dengan program SPSS versi 21. Hasil perhitungan regresi linier berganda menyajikan bahwa semua hipotesis, yaitu:  brand loyalty, brand awareness, perceived quality dan brand association baik secara parsial maupun simultan mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap customer value. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data dan pada pembahasan, maka direkomendasikan: (1) perlu perhatian khusus terkait tempat kuliah yang nyaman, failitas fisik perkuliahan seperti LCD yang baik, staf administrasi yang selalu memberikan pelayanan sepenuh hati pada mahasiswa dan  silabus perkuliahan yang selalu mengikuti perkembangan jaman atau yang diperlukan oleh dunia kerja; (2) menambah intensitas promosi atau berkampanye baik melalui iklan di media cetak maupun online dengan sering melakukan kegiatan sponsorship yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan,  seperti seminar  tentang pendidikan, olahraga dan seni; (3) peningkatan kedisiplinan staf dengan tidak meninggalkan ruang pelayanan administratif saat jam-jam kerja dan (4) tetap bisa mempertahankan mahasiswa yang ada, sebaiknya kualitas pelayanan di tingkatkan dan dijaga.
