Abstract

Background: Polyphenols, antioxidants, dietary fiber, and vitamin contained in the red dragon fruit peel. Red dragon fruit peel can be processed into marmalade. Red dragon fruit peel marmalade has the potential to be a functional food. Functional food is food that has a physiological function based on scientific studies.Objectives: The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of red dragon fruit peel marmalade on fasting blood glucose levels, HDL, LDL, and triglycerides levels of hypercholesterolemic Wistar rats.Methods: This study used a pre-&post-test control group design. Hypercholesterolemic male Wistar rats were randomly assigned into five groups. Hypercholesterolemia was induced by 1% cholesterol powder and 0.5% cholic acid for two weeks. All groups received standard chow. Samples were grouped into five groups: K-; K+; K1 (0.94 g/kg b.wt/day); K2 (1.41 g/kg b.wt/day); K3 (1.88 g/kg b.wt/day). The intervention was carried out for 28 days. GDP level was measured using the GOD-PAP. HDL, LDL, and triglyceride were analyzed with spectrophotometry. GDP, HDL, LDL, and triglyceride levels were measured twice before fasting. A paired t-test and one-way ANOVA were used to analyze the data.Results: The result showed that K-; K1; K2; K3 had a significant difference between groups before and after the intervention (p<0.05). Red dragon fruit peel Marmalade was able to reduce the levels of GDP, LDL, triglycerides, and increase HDL (p <0.05).Conclusion: Red dragon fruit peel marmalade reduced fasting blood glucose levels, LDL, triglyceride levels, and increased HDL levels of hypercholesterolemic Wistar rats.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve social attitude in tematik learning using Cooperative Learning Model type Numbered Head Together (NHT)  in fourth grade students of State-Primary School I Tegalondo Klaten at 2017/2018. The form of this research was a classroom action research that consist three cycles and each cycle consisting of two meetings.The data collection techniques was used observation, interview, and documentation. The data validity were triangulation of resources and technique. The data analysis technique was used interactive model. The result showed that the Numbered Head Together Learning Model can improve social attitude in fourth grade students of State-Primary School I Tegalondo Klaten at 2017/2018. This can be seen in the amount of students who achieve social attitudes have been cultured categories. From 34 students on pre-cycle as many as 15 students or 44.12% with an average of 3.18. Increased  in first cycle  were 17 students or 50% with an average of 3.32. In second cycle were 24 students or 70.59% with an average of  3.45. In the third cycle of 33 students or 97.06% with an average of 3.62. The conclusion of this research was application of  Numbered Head Together (NHT)  Learning Model can  improve  social attitude  in the fourth grade students of State-Primary School I Tegalgondo Klaten at 2017/2018.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to improve ability of division used UNO card on mathematic of second grades primary school. The data collect technique used interview, observation, test, and documentation. Validity technique used content validity, triangulation of sources, and triangulation of technique. Data analisys used interactive model. Finding indicated that, the application of UNO card can be used to improve ability division. In the beginning, the learning completness was 21,74%. In the first cycle the learning completness improve became 60,87%, in second cycle improve became 91,30%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is knowing the differences between (1) Mind Mapping learning model and Think Pair Share learning model toward student creative thinking skill, (2) reading interest effect of high and low groups towards students creative thinking skills, and (3) interaction effect of learning models and reading interest towards student creative thinking skill. The population was fourth grade’s students at elementary school in Puncu Region. The samples had chosen through Cluster Random Sampling and there are two schools that researcher had chosen, they are SD N Gadungan 2 and SD N Gadungan 5. This research used experimental method and the data were analyzed with Two Way Anova Test using SPSS 16.0 programme. The data were taken from the result of creative thinking skill esay tests and student’s reading interest questionnaire. The result showed that, first there was differences between Mind Mapping and Think Pair Share learning model towards students creative thinking skill (Sig. = 0,00 < α = 0,05). Second, there was differences between high reading interest and low reading interest towards students creative thinking skill (Sig. = 0,00 < α = 0,05). Third, there was no interaction between learning model and reading interest towards students creative thinking skill (Sig. = 0,935 > α = 0,05).

Abstract

Huruf hijaiyah merupakan huruf-huruf arab yang terhimpun menjadi satu sehingga memiliki makna tertentu dan terdapat dalam Alquran yang berguna untuk latihan ejaan membaca dan menulis Alquran. Papan flanel adalah media visual yang efektif untuk menyajikan pesan tertentu kepada sasaran tertentu pula, salah satunya kepada sasaran didik. Papan berlapis kain flanel ini dapat dilipat dan praktis. Gambar-gambar yang akan disajikan dapat dipasang dan dilepas dengan mudah, sehingga dapat dipakai berkali-kali. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyah melalui media papan flanel pada anak kelompok A1 TK Aisyiyah Sumber III Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah anak kelompok A1 TK Aisyiyah Sumber III Surakarta tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang berjumlah 25 anak ( 7 laki-laki dan 18 perempuan ). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, tes dan dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan kemampuan mengenal huruf hijaiyah melalui media papan flanel dari pratindakan ke siklus I dan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Ketuntasan pada pratindakan sebesar 40%, 3 anak mendapat nilai bintang 6, 2 anak mendapat nilai bintang 7 dan 5 anak mendapat nilai bintang 8. Siklus I 60%, 3 anak mendapat nilai bintang 6, 7 anak mendapat nilai bintang 7 dan 5 anak mendapat nilai bintang 8. Siklus II 84%, 2 anak mendapat nilai bintang 6, 6 anak mendapat nilai bintang 7 dan 13 anak mendapat nilai bintang 8. Peningkatan tersebut dibuktikan dengan meningkatnya kemampuan mengenal dan melafalkan huruf hijaiyah dengan fasih dan secara berurutan serta meniru tulisan huruf hijaiyah dengan benar. Kata kunci: huruf hijaiyah, media papan flanel

Abstract

Pola konsumsi masyarakat seperti pola menu gizi seimbang yang sudah dikenal mulai tergeser dengan pola konsumsi fast food. Makanan cepat saji (fast food) adalah makanan yang proses pemasakan tidak membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Perilaku konsumsi seseorang dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor. Usia remaja termasuk dalam usia yang masih sangat mudah terpengaruh oleh keadaan sekitarnya. Fast food ini cenderung banyak dikonsumsi oleh kaum millenial termasuk mahasiswa. Mahasiswa yang  biasanya bertempat tinggal di kost dalam memenuhi kebutuhan makan akan memilih bahan pangan yang mudah diolah, praktis dan tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam pengolahannya. Fast food dapat diperoleh melalui layanan delivery makanan online. Penggunaan layanan delivery makanan online karena mudah dalam penggunaan, tersedianya promo potongan harga makanan, dan tidak membuang waktu pergi ke restoran atau rumah makan. Namun, konsumsi fast food dalam jangka waktu yang lama akan memicu kegemukan, tekanan darah tinggi, diabetes melitus, gangguan jantung dan kanker. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan penggunaan layanan delivery makanan online dengan konsumsi makanan cepat saji pada mahasiswa Program Studi Gizi Program Sarjana Universitas Respati Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional, dengan jumlah sampel 86 responden. Teknik sampling dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling. Data penelitian diperoleh secara online berupa pertanyaan dalam bentuk kuesioner dengan google forms. Berdasarkan analisa data menggunakan uji Fisher Exact menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan konsumsi makanan cepat saji (p=1,000) dan tidak ada hubungan penggunaan layanan delivery makanan online dengan konsumsi makanan cepat saji (p=0,683). Sebanyak 69,8% responden memiliki pengetahuan baik, 83,7% responden menggunakan layanan delivery makanan onlinedan sejumlah 87,2% responden mengkonsumsi makanan cepat saji dalam kategori sering.

Abstract

This activity was carried out in Gugus Mawar, Karanganyar Regency. The service activity aims to provide training to preschool (PAUD) and kindergarten teachers of Gugus Mawar, Karanganyar  about the application of the among system (asah, asih, asuh) to instill character valuesin early childhood. The training participants consisted of 20 teachers of preschool and kindergarten in Gugus Mawar, Karangannyar. The training was carried out in three stages, namely (1) Pre-implementation, (2) Implementation, and (3) Monitoring and Evaluation. The training material were (1) material about the concept of the among system, early childhood learning, and the character valuesthat must be inculcated in early childhood; (2) learning device material that applies among systems to instill the character values of early childhood; (3) the implementation of among system in learning to instill the character values of early childhood in their respective schools. The material given during the training resulted in preschool and kindergarten teachers in Gugus Mawar, Karangannyar being able to develop learning instrument, carry out learning, and instill character valuesin early childhood by implementing the among (asah, asih, asuh) systems.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to improve the observation reports writing skill through Think Pair Share Learning Model on 5th grade students. The subjects of this research are teachers and students of 5th grade. This research is a classroom action research which is conducted in two cycles. The techniques of collecting data which used test, observation, interview, and documentation. The date analysis used is interactive analysis model. Validity of data used content validity and technique triangulation. The result of this research is classical completeness on pre-action is 35%, on cycle I the classical completeness increases to 70% and on cycle II the classical completeness increases to 85%. Based on the results of this research it can be concluded that through the application of Think Pair Share learning model, it can improve the observation reports writing skill 5th grade students.

Abstract

This study was conducted to describe the implementation of the Critical Incident strategy in learning Pancasila values which was carried out online during the pandemic. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects to be studied are teachers and students of class V SD Munggung II for the 2020/2021 academic year. The research subject was taken using purposive sampling technique. The data source of this research is the process of implementing the critical incident strategy, teachers, and students of class V SD Munggung II. Data collection techniques were carried out by interviews, observations, and questionaires. Data validation uses source triangulation and technique triangulation. Data analysis was carried out using Miles and Huberman through data reduiction techniques, data presentation, and data verification. Results the research shows that the implementation of the critical incident strategy in learning Pancasila Values that is carried out online only some students take part in Pancasila Values learning because conditons and situations require learning to be carried out online, the teacher’s lack of understanding of strategies, models, and learning methods, ineffective scenario preparation, constrained by signals and the economic limitations of students families who can only have one gadget.

Abstract

One environmental service provided by A. crassicarpa plantation is extrafloral nectar which has been widely used for beekeeping since 2019. Nevertheless, nowadays between apiaries practiced unfair competition since there were price fall led by oversupply and low demand after covid pandemic ended. Thus, evaluating the cost structure, profitability, and its feasibility value are critically required. The study's objectives were to 1) evaluate cost structure, revenue and profitability and 2) to conduct a feasibility analysis of each apiary type. This study was conducted from in 2019 to 2022 at the Siak Regency, Riau, Indonesia. Structure interviews combined with desk studies were carried out to collect the data. Data were analyzed based on cost structure, revenue, profitability, and feasibility analysis. All types of apiaries were feasible since they could cover variable and fixed costs. However, it revealed that all types of apiaries experienced minus in profitability in the fourth of financial year. In general, variable cost relatively increased to the level of 50% of total cost in the fourth year. In contrast, fixed cost was relatively declined to less than 50%. Apiaries managed two rits had a better performance in cost structure to face the competitive market followed by apiaries managed three rit. Meanwhile, apiaries managed rit one experienced such a difficult challenge to survive.
