Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menentukan pengaruh dari kecerdasan emosional, pengalaman kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah yang terletak di Jalan Pahlawan no. 15-17, Mugassari, Kecamatan Semarang Selatan, Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sebagai pendekatan penelitiannya. Populasi penelitian adalah karyawan Perum Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Tengah. Metode pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah purposive sampling, dengan 92 responden dipilih sebagai sampel penelitian. Data didapatkan dengan distribusi kuesioner dan pengujian menggunakan berbagai instrumen yang diukur dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional berdampak positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan, sedangkan pengalaman kerja juga memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Tingkat pendidikan tidak memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan. Secara bersamaan, kecerdasan emosional, pengalaman kerja, dan tingkat pendidikan memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Masa nifas merupakan masa kritis yang dapat mengancam kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Masa nifas berlangsung selama 42 hari setelah persalinan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah memberikan edukasi tentang perawatan nifas pada ibu hamil dan kader. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan edukasi perawatan nifas dalam pada kelompok kecil. Metode edukasi adalah diskusi, tanya jawab dan sharingpengalaman. Alat yang digunakan adalah booklet perawatan nifas yang mengacu pada buku kesehatan ibu dan anak. Evaluasi melalui pretest dan posttest pada variabel pengetahuan dan sikap pada ibu hamil dan kader. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah ibu hamil (5 orang) dan kader (13 orang) di Kelurahan Bojongsalam, Kota Semarang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap pada ibu hamil dan kader setelah diberikan edukasi. Kesimpulan: edukasi perawatan nifas menggunakan booklet efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap pada ibu hamil dan kader. Edukasi pada ibu hamil dan kader diperlukan demi keberlanjutan program ini. Hal tersebut sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak.

Abstract

The four regression algorithms used in predicting the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) have contributed significantly, as the test results show that the Decision Tree algorithm outperforms k-Nearest Neighbor, Linear Regression, and Random Forest, especially in terms of Mean Squared Error (MSE) and R2 score. The stages of data collection, pre-processing, and modeling, followed by model performance measurement, have provided valuable insights into the effectiveness of each algorithm. The success of the Decision Tree in this testing has further propelled its development into a web-based application. This conversion process, following the outlined flowchart, integrates various essential aspects of the model, including user interface and back-end integration, ensuring that the application can be accessed and used efficiently and effectively. Furthermore, the black box testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) results, using the Mean Opinion Score (MOS), enhance the validity and reliability of the application. Black box testing involving 2 features with 37 steps demonstrates the system's effectiveness in producing valid outputs, from the initial menu display to the prediction results. Additionally, UAT involving students and entrepreneurs as respondents provides in-depth insights into user acceptance. With a focus on functionality at 97.08%, reliability at 96.09%, and usability at 98.09%, UAT yields high scores in all three aspects, with usability achieving the highest score. These results not only confirm the efficiency of the system in performing its functions but also indicate a high level of user satisfaction, strongly suggesting the potential for widespread adoption of this application in the future.

Abstract

Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) or Indonesia Composite Index (ICI) is part of the macro indicators of a country that describes the economic condition of a country. ICI is an interesting study to research since its existence will be able to show market sentiment regarding an event that occurred in a country. This research tries to predict the ICI in the future based on historical data. The dataset used in this research is publicly available in Yahoo Finance. The experiment is conducted by implementing some regression machine learning algorithms, such as Decision Tree, Random Forest, k-Nearest Neighbor (kNN), and Linear Regression. As a result, Decision Tree has the lowest MSE value compared to other methods: 1268.242. In this research, a website-based application prototype was also developed that can be used to view IHSG graphs and make future predictions, using the 4 (four) tested algorithms.

Abstract

Faced with fierce competition, coffee shops need to stay in tune with evolving customer preferences. This research was conducted the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method, specifically the House of Quality (HoQ) tool, to analyze feedback from subject consist of 100 customers of Skenario Kopi Cafe. The HoQ is a structured approach that translates customer desires (Voice of Customer or VoC) into actionable technical improvements. The sampling technique is based on purposive sampling technique. Analysis of Validity Test and Reliability Test data using SPSS 24 software. The research identified 15 key customer needs, categorized by their level of importance. They then compared these needs to 5 potential technical responses that Skenario Kopi Cafe could implement. Based on this analysis, the result showed such as prioritizing communication training for staff, followed by facility upgrades, and lastly, implementing regular performance evaluations. By analyzing the relationships between these factors, the researchers were able to prioritize the actions that would have the greatest impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

In the retail industry, employees are considered the backbone of operations because they play a role in running the store's daily operations. However, many retail store employees experience discomfort while working and some of them even have the intention to leave their jobs. To reduce turnover intention, managers or company leaders must pay attention to factors that influence it, such as Workload, Work Stress, and Work Environment. This research seeks to examine The Effect of Workload, Work Stress, and Work Environment on Turnover Intention (Study on employees of Retail Stores). The study employed a quantitative method, utilizing Smart PLS version 4.0. Data was gathered through questionnaires, which were tested for validity and reliability (outer model). Subsequently, the structural model (inner model) was evaluated, which involved calculating the coefficient of determination (R²) and testing the hypotheses. The results indicated that workload and work stress had a significant impact on turnover intention, whereas the work environment did not significantly influence employee turnover intention.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of financial knowledge, self-control, and parental income on the financial behavior of students in Semarang, Central Java, with a population consisting of active students and a sample of 305 respondents. This quantitative study utilizes data obtained through Google Forms and analyzed using the Smart PLS 4 method. Measurements were made using a Likert scale from 1 to 5 for each indicator. The findings of this study indicate that financial knowledge and self-control have a significant and positive influence on financial behavior, with path coefficients of 0.417 and 0.303, respectively, and a p-value of 0.000. Parental income also has a significant impact on financial behavior with 90% confidence, although the path coefficient is lower at 0.078 and the p-value is 0.099. Overall, the three independent variables (financial competence, self-control, and parental income) together contribute 60% in explaining the variation in financial behavior. The remaining 40% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. This conclusion emphasizes that internal factors such as knowledge and self-control are very important, but family economic background also plays a role in shaping individual financial habits and decisions.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important and determining assets in an organization. Human resources who are competent, highly motivated and able to work well are the resources needed by the company. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is a concrete form of an employee in every company or organization to lighten the workload of other colleagues, without forgetting the main work that must be done by that individual. Many factors influence OCB, including work engagement, leadership and organizational culture. This research aims to examine the influence of Work Engagement, Leadership and Organizational Culture variables on OCB in PT Fajarmas Murni employees. The population used in this research were all employees of PT Fajarmas Murni who had worked for at least 2 years. The sample in this study was 164 respondents. Data was collected using a survey method using a questionnaire. This research uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis techniques which are operated using the SmartPLS 3 program. The results of the research show that Organizational Culture and Work Engagement have a significant effect on OCB, while transformational leadership has no significant effect and Transformational Leadership has a significant effect on Work Engagement while Organizational Culture does not have a significant effect on work engagement.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi telah banyak mengubah sistem transaksi keuangan, termasuk munculnya mobile banking—platform digital yang memungkinkan pengguna melakukan aktivitas keuangan secara mudah memakai smartphone. Riset ini mengkaji pengaruh literasi keuangan, literasi digital, dan persepsi risiko pada penggunaan mobile banking pada mahasiswa di Kota Semarang. Tujuan penelitain untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan, literasi digital dan persepsi risiko terhadap penggunaan mobile banking di kalangan mahasiswa semarang. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang disebarkan via Google Forms dengan skala Likert 5 poin. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan yakni purposive sampling dan menghasilkan 272 respon valid. Data dianalisis memakai SPSS versi 25 melalui metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil riset memaparkan bahwasannya literasi keuangan, literasi digital, serta persepsi risiko memiliki pengaruh positif serta signifikan pada penggunaan mobile banking, dengan literasi keuangan sebagai faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Secara bersama-sama, ketiga variabel tersebut menjelaskan 88% variasi penggunaan mobile banking, sementara 12% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diriset pada studi ini. Saran pada penelitian berikutnya sampel penelitian lebih dari satu daerah dan bisa menambahkan jumlah variabel seperti, harapan kinerja, nilai pribadi dan kepercayaan, kemudahan dalam bertransaksi, dan efektivitas finansial mandiri yang menjadi faktor untuk mempengaruhi penggunaan mobile banking.

Abstract

The goal of this activity is to improve students' understanding of the advantages of fintech for business startups. Fintech plays an important role in expanding financial access and increasing transaction efficiency. It can help students manage and develop their businesses more easily, particularly through digital payment processes. The program was implemented through socialization and workshops for students who use fintech services. The results showed an increase in fintech literacy, which impacted the optimal utilization of fintech products. Recommendations were made for students to maximize their use of fintech and for fintech startups to develop products that suit the needs of aspiring student entrepreneurs.
