Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada siswa-siswi SMKN 1 Ciruas Kota Serang mengenai strategi pemasaran sebagai upaya menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan sejak dini. Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah pentingnya pembekalan kompetensi kewirausahaan bagi generasi muda dalam menghadapi persaingan global, khususnya di bidang pemasaran yang menjadi kunci keberhasilan suatu usaha. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyuluhan, pelatihan interaktif, diskusi kelompok, serta simulasi praktik pemasaran sederhana,sehingga peserta tidak hanya memahami teori tetapi juga mampu mengaplikasikan strategi pemasaran dalam konteks nyata. Materi yang diberikan mencakup konsep dasar pemasaran, bauran pemasaran (marketing mix), analisis peluang pasar, strategi diferensiasi produk, pemanfaatan media digital untuk promosi, serta manajemen hubungan dengan pelanggan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa mengenai pentingnya strategi pemasaran dalam kewirausahaan, yang tercermin dari partisipasi aktif peserta dalam diskusi dan simulasi. Selain itu, siswa juga menunjukkan antusiasme dalam mengembangkan ide bisnis sederhana yang berorientasi pada kebutuhan pasar. Dengan demikian, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membekali siswa-siswi SMKN 1 Ciruas dengan keterampilan dasar kewirausahaan, meningkatkan motivasi untuk berwirausaha, serta menumbuhkan generasi muda yang kreatif, inovatif, dan mandiri dalam menghadapi tantangan ekonomi di masa depan. Abstract

Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan mengatasi tantangan digitalisasi di Klinik Jaya Kusuma Husada Kepanjen, yang belum mengimplementasikan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) sesuai mandat Permenkes No. 24 Tahun 2022. Kegiatan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari program sebelumnya, berfokus pada peningkatan kompetensi staf. Masalah utama yang diangkat adalah kebutuhan mendesak bagi petugas rekam medis untuk memahami perancangan sistem agar dapat berkontribusi aktif dalam pengembangan SIMKLINIK dan menyelesaikan masalah antarmuka secara mandiri di masa depan. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah sosialisasi dan praktik Aplikasi Figma untuk merancang prototipe antarmuka SIMKLINIK, khususnya pada bagian Pendaftaran Pasien yang terdiri 3 orang petugas. Efektivitas kegiatan diukur melalui evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menggunakan 10 pertanyaan kuesioner, di mana keberhasilan ditandai dengan peningkatan skor pemahaman peserta. Target luaran program ini adalah Laporan Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat, publikasi Karya Ilmiah dan poster desain antarmuka SIMKLINIK bagian pendaftaran. Hasil posttest rata-rata mencapai 80,00, yang menunjukkan peningkatan sebesar 35% dibandingkan pretest.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes of students in fractional materials caused by the use of less varied learning media and learning that is still teacher-centered. This study aims to determine the effect of the use of fractional board teaching aids on mathematics learning outcomes and responses of grade IV students of SDN 13 Singkawang. The research method used is experimental research with a pre-experimental design of the one group pretest-posttest type. The research population was all grade IV students with sampling techniques using total sampling. Data collection techniques include tests and questionnaires, while data analysis uses normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a significant difference between learning outcomes before and after the use of fractional board props, indicated by the significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05 so that an alternative hypothesis was accepted. In addition, students' responses to the use of props showed a very good category with a percentage of 91%. Thus, the use of fractional board teaching aids has a positive effect on improving mathematics learning outcomes in fractional materials and is able to increase student involvement in the learning process.

Abstract

The essence of leadership is important to understand and actualize in community life, this is due to seeing various phenomena that occur in society in everyday life which always clash with applicable rules or norms and laws. So an attitude of tolerance is needed in dealing with problems that occur in society. The aim of the research is to describe the essence of leadership in Sayyid Qutb interpretation, the research method uses library research (literature study) through content analysis. The research results show that the Caliph has the position of leader and enforcer of Allah's laws on earth. A caliph is a person who exercises power and management of a particular area in a community. A caliph, apart from being a political leader, can also refer to humans in general who are indicated as God's representatives on earth in carrying out their mandate well, being used as leaders as priests to be emulated, and ulil amri to be obeyed in terms of goodness, carrying out good deeds and enforcing justice. amidst society.

Abstract

The Quran is a book for humanity; it holds a sacred mythological significance in every message it conveys. The abundant symbolic language found in the Quran provides guidance to humanity. However, interpretations of the Quran have often seemed to ignore the depth of its meaning and instead follow prevailing ideologies. Understanding the Quran is not as easy as simply turning the palm of one's hand. The text of the Quran contains numerous meanings, beyond simply understanding the text's narrow meaning. This has been the goal, from ancient times to the present, of reading the Quran to uncover its hidden meanings. In the semiotic category, the Quranic text as parole is supplanted by the text as langue, so the Quran remains parole for believers. Langue is the totality of passively acquired habits taught by a language community, and parole is the sum of what people say and is the individual manifestation of language.

Abstract

Service quality is an important factor in increasing patient satisfaction and building trust in healthcare institutions. This study aims to analyze the influence of reliability and empathy on patient satisfaction and their implications for patient trust at Melati Hospital in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province. The research method used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study sample consisted of 92 inpatient respondents selected using a probability sampling technique with the Slovin formula. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that reliability and empathy have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction. Patient satisfaction was also proven to have a significant effect on patient trust. In addition, reliability and empathy have a direct effect on patient trust. The results of the Sobel test indicate that patient satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of reliability and empathy on patient trust. The research model shows a coefficient of determination value of 0.811, meaning that 81.1% of the variation in patient trust can be explained by the variables of reliability, empathy, and patient satisfaction. These findings confirm that improving service quality through the dimensions of reliability and empathy can increase satisfaction and strengthen patient trust in hospitals.
