Abstract

Kegiatan Pelatihan Batik Eco Print dilaksanakan melalui hasil diskusi dari ketua paguyuban agar memberikan kegiatan produktif pasca pandemic covid-19. Mitra kegiatan adalah Paguyuban Ketrampilan Kampung Gambirsari Joglo Banjarsari Surakarta. Pelatihan yang dibutuhkan adalah pelatihan berbiaya murah, mudah, memiliki unsur kreatif, dapat dilakukan berkelompok maupun individu dan ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan Perijinan, FGD Tim PKM dengan ketua PKK, dengan ketua Paguyuban dan Pak Lurah. Tim PKM dibantu oleh Pemberi/Pemateri workshop dari Reronce Galery Eco Art. Penyusunan Program kerja dijadikan acuan pelaksanaan Kegiatan. Sosialisasi, Workshop Menjaga Kearifan local dan Lingkungan serta Workshop Pembuatan batik Eco Print. Karena peserta dibatasi, diharapkan peserta yang hadir dapat memberikan pelatihan ke anggota masyarakat lainnya setelah menemukan teknik baru proses pembuatan batik ecoprint. Diharapkan dengan kreativitas dan tenknologi yang tinggi batik ecoprint dari Kota Solo/Surakarta dapat memiliki ciri khas pembeda dan tetap menjadi sentra batik dunia dengan kearifan lokal

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the efficiency of raw material inventory costs at UMKM Anti Galau in Boyolali and to analyze whether the material requirement planning (MRP) method can make raw material inventory costs more efficient. The location of this study is a home business called UMKM Anti Galau in Boyolali which produces various fried dumplings. The main raw materials for fried dumplings are wheat flour, cooking oil and butter.The data analysis method in this study uses the Material Requirement Planning method with the Lot For Lot (LFL), Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) and Periodic Order Quantity (POQ) techniques. The results of the study showed that the total inventory cost according to the Anti Galau UMKM owner's policy was IDR 851,495, - with the LFL method of IDR 603,280, - with the EOQ method of IDR 216,122.84, - and with the POQ method of IDR 648,370.56, - The results of the calculation of the level of cost efficiency, the MRP method (LFL, EOQ and POQ) are more efficient than the calculation of raw material inventory costs according to the Anti Galau UMKM owner's policy. Cost savings with the LFL method are 29.15%, with the EOQ method will save costs by 74.62% and with the POQ method will save costs by 23.86%. From the results of the analysis, all hypotheses in this study are proven true. Keywords: Material Requirement Planning

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu Teh Gambyong di Kemuning mengetahui jumlah produk yang akan diproduksi dan dijual pada periode Januari – Desember 2025 dengan menggunakan metode Exponential Smoothing dan Moving Average. Studi kasus penelitian ini berada pada rumah produksi Teh Gambyong di Kemuning. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatf dan data kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan metode exponential smoothing, moving average, dan menghitung nilai akurasi dengan MAD, MSE dan MAPE.

Abstract

Raw material inventory is crucial for the production process, therefore it must be managed properly. In MSMEs, raw material inventory is usually not managed properly, as is the case with MIZAN Bandung Toast UMKM. The owner who is also the manager has not controlled his raw materials, where the owner purchases raw materials only based on habit. For this reason, this community service activity was carried out with the aim of helping the owner who is also the manager of MIZAN Bandung Toast UMKM to manage his inventory, especially the raw material inventory in order to streamline raw material inventory costs. This community service activity was carried out using the counseling method followed by mentoring. In this mentoring activity, inventory control was carried out using the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method and the Just In Time (JIT) method. The activity was carried out from June 26 to 30, 2025, starting at 12:00 to 14:00 at MIZAN Bandung Toast UMKM. The result of this activity is that the management of raw material inventory carried out by the owner (partner) is not yet efficient, to be able to streamline the cost of raw material inventory, partners can apply the EOQ method which can save costs by 45.6%, JIT which can save costs by 59.2%. The benefits of this activity are to help the owners and managers of MIZAN Home Industry Bread: 1) in managing inventory to obtain inventory cost efficiency 2) to calculate the level of inventory cost efficiency. 3) Determine the right inventory control method.
