Abstract

This study describes the implementation of subsidized fertilizer distribution in Wajak village and analyzes the effectiveness of subsidized fertilizer distribution in Wajak village. The research location was conducted in Wajak village, Wajak sub-district, Malang regency, from February until March 2021. The data analysis used is four precise indicators (Price, Time, Place, and Amount) with a sample of 50 farmers. The results of this study are an indicator of an effective place in the subsidized fertilizer policy. There are two indicators, namely price, and quantity which are stated to be quite effective. And one indicator is the time which is declared ineffective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the coffee market segmentation in the coffee shop based on demographic characteristics, consumer behavior and psychography. This research was conducted in a coffee shop in Bojonegoro named Damai Cafe using primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used is by interviewing consumers and related parties. The number of samples used was 50 respondents. The data analysis used was cluster analysis and crosstab. The results showed that Segment 1 is a consumer who likes to drink coffee. Meanwhile, segment 2 is a consumer who is more consumptive, but does not like coffee drinks. DOi :  https://doi.org/10.33005/adv.v9i2.2530

Abstract

Tidak sedikit petani menjual hasil panen pertanian berupa produk primer. Pengolahan hasil untuk memberikan nilai tambah sebagai alternatif meningkatkan pendapatan dan kesejahteraan belum membudaya. Beberapa kendala teknis, ekonomis, sosial, dan manajerial dihadapi petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) melakukan monitoring dan evaluasi terhadap kesejahteraan petani kakao rakyat dan advokasi pengembangan agroindustri mamin kakao, dan (2) Memberikan pendampingan petani dalam pemasaran produk kakao, penataan kelembagaan dan pengendalian mutu. Analisis data menggunakan statistika deskriptif dan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Sebagai produsen pemula agroindustri mamin kakao, petani rentan gagal dalam mengembangkan bisnis. Keberlanjutan usaha dan kesejahteraan petani memerlukan pendampingan intensif dari semua pihak.

Abstract

Today, the national sugar demand for household and industrial in line with the increasing population. The existence of a program to establish sugar factories, of course, offset by increased production of cane as the main raw material. Madura Island has a chance to become sugarcane island, based on the result of study of Indonesian Sugar Plantation Research Center (P3GI), spread in various areas which then need to develop the potential of sugarcane. So the research set the goal to analyze the social and economic aspects of sugar cane agribusiness development in Madura Island. Data analysis used is qualitative descriptive analysis and return cost analysis (R / C) ratio including break even point (BEP). The location of this research was done in 3 districts (Bangkalan, Sampang, Sumenep) Madura which is the scope of work of PG Candi Baru, with informants 15 farmers and officers of PG Candi Baru and related institutions so total 50 respondents. The results showed that the perception of sugar cane farmers in Madura has a strong acceptance attitude only on the ease and assistance provided, both in the form of funds and production facilities received. The institutions involved are still not optimal in supporting the development undertaken. Beside that, the calculation of R / C ratio obtained results of 1.0017, then declared feasible, but with a very small profit of 0.17%. Break Even Point (BEP) of sugarcane per hectare production must be achieved with the average cost assumption of 757.369.681 IDR and sugarcane price 44.158 IDR and the average yield of 6.66% is 698,74 kwintal of sugarcane so that this potential is needed for continuous development effort.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak terhadap sektor agroindustri salah satunya pengolahan makanan dan minuman atau yang lebih dikenal dengan bisnis kuliner. Untuk bertahan di kondisi ini, alternatif yang cukup menjanjikan adalah layanan pesan antar makanan. Gofood merupakan layanan pesan antar makanan buatan Indonesia yang menggunakan media tukang ojek sebagai pengantar makanan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat kepuasan gofood partner yang terdiri dari mitra merchant dan mitra driver terhadap sistem kemitraan pada masa pandemi covid-19 di Kota Surabaya. Pengukuran tingkat kepuasan gofood partner digunakan kerangka kerja PIECES, pengukuran yang didasarkan pada 6 aspek yaitu aspek Performance, Information, Economic, Control & Security, Efficiency, dan Services. Hasil analisis PIECES menunjukkan bahwa pengukuran tingkat kepuasan gofood partner berada dalam kategori puas, baik mitra merchant maupun mitra driver.

Abstract

The development of Day Old Duck (DOD) marketing activities in Modopuro Village, Mojokerto Regency can be done by selecting the most efficient marketing channel. The purpose of this study is to measure the level of marketing efficiency of DOD. The marketing efficiency indicator itself can be seen based on the marketing channel, the amount of margin and the value of the farmer's share, while to strengthen the measurement of the level of marketing efficiency, it is analyzed using the marketing efficiency index method. The results showed that there were four DOD marketing channels in Modopuro Village, namely channel I: hatchers - collectors - consumers, channel II: hatchers - consumers, channel III: hatchers - retailers - consumers, channel IV: hatchers - collectors - retailers - consumer. In succession, the marketing margins for the four channels are IDR 4,500 / head, IDR - / head, IDR 1,500 / head, and IDR 5,500 / head. The farmers' share value for channel I was 61%, channel II was 100%, channel III was 80%, and channel four was 53%. As for the analysis of the marketing efficiency index, the value of ME in the four DOD marketing channels, respectively, is 26, 31, 27, and 15.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan segmenting, targeting dan postioning dari sawi pakcoy organik Brenjonk. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 50 orang konsumen. Analisis data untuk segmenting dan targeting menggunakan cluster analysis dan crosstab, sedangkan analisis data positioning menggunakan correspondence analysis. Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 3 segmen dengan presentase dari segmen 1 (44%), segmen 2 (20%) dan segmen 3 (36%). Berdasarkan daya tarik pasar, target pasar utama sawi pakcoy organik Brenjonk adalah segmen 1 (44%). Positioning produk berdasarkan correspondence analysis sawi pakcoy organik Brenjonk memiliki keunggulan pada atribut harga, kesegaran, tekstur dan rasa. Target of this research is to know segmenting, targeting and positioning of Brenjonk organic pakcoy mustard. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling with 50 respondents as consumers. Data analysis for segmenting and targeting used cluster analysis and crosstab, while positioning data analysis used correspondence analysis. Methods of data collection carried out by observation, interviews and questionnaires.The results of this study indicate that there are 3 segments with a percentage of segment 1 (44), segment 2 (20%) and segment 3 (36%). Based on market attractiveness, the main target market for Brenjonk organic pakcoy mustard is segment 1 (44%). Product positioning based on correspondence analysis of Brenjonk organic pakcoy mustard has advantages in the attributes of price, freshness, texture and taste.

Abstract

The role of agroindustry in rural areas in increasing the added value of agricultural commodities especially in the creation of value added, employment absorption, and linkage with other sectors. Most of the coffee is cultivated by smallholder plantations. The quality of coffee is low because most farmers pick it in the same way and process it dry. People traditionally know the spices coffee give priority to certain flavor and aroma. The objective of the research is a) to analyze the application level of technological innovation of spice coffee farmers and b) to analyze the application level of economic innovation of coffee farmers. The analysis used is description about perception of applying innovation of the spice coffee industry. The results showed that the main perception of coffee farmers to implement technological innovation is the spice coffee technology does not cause damage to the local environment, even using local raw materials, such as ginger, kencur, keningar, cardamom and cumin. Another perception is packaging technology and processing of spice coffee that is easy to apply. The main perception of coffee farmers to implement economical innovation is to increase profits and selling points. In addition, it is easy to market, close input market location and taste of spice coffee aromatic.

Abstract

Komoditas tembakau memiliki peran strategis bagi perekonomian nasional dan mampu menjadi penyumbang devisa yang cukup besar. Desa Prancak Kabupaten Sumenep merupakan sentra penghasil tembakau madura yang dikenal memiliki kualitas terbaik dengan cita rasa yang khas dan aromatik. Mayoritas masyarakatnya berprofesi petani tembakau. Petani tembakau di Desa Prancak dihadapkan dengan masalah fluktuasi harga dan produksi yang mengindikasikan terdapat risiko dalam usahtani. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis seberapa besar nilai tingkat risiko, 2) mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penyebab risiko, dan 3) mendeskripsikan strategi pengendalian risiko usahatani tembakau di Desa Prancak. Analisis tingkat risiko menggunakan metode ANP (Analytical Network Process) untuk mengetahui nilai prioritas jenis risiko yang mempengaruhi usahatani tembakau. Identifikasi penyebab sumber risiko menggunakan metode diagram fishbone untuk mengetahui sebab-akibat munculnya risiko. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sumber risiko usahatani dapat berasal dari risiko produksi, sumber daya manusia, pasar, kelembagaan, dan finansial. Jenis risiko yang potensial mempengaruhi usahatani tembakau adalah ketersediaan modal, ketidakpastian harga, dan ketidakpastian iklim dan cuaca. Pengendalian risiko dapat dilakukan dengan melakukan pola kemitraan dengan industri hasil tembakau, peran pemerintah untuk memperbaiki kebijakan pertembakauan, memperkuat kelembagaan pertanian dan mendesiminasi inovasi teknologi untuk petani.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak perubahan gaya hidup yang beralih ke pola konsumsi hidup sehat untuk meningkatkan imunitas tubuh seperti mengkonsumsi jamu tradisional sehingga menjadikan usaha jamu tradisional memiliki peluang cukup menjanjikan dan menyebabkan semakin banyaknya usaha jamu tradisional sehingga persaingan semakin ketat sedangkan minuman jamu tradisional ternyata belum sepenuhnya mampu menarik minat masyarakat untuk melakukan pembelian dikarenakan minuman jamu tradisional belum sesuai dengan preferensi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik konsumen minuman jamu tradisional di Kecamatan Gondang dan menganalisis tingkat kepentingan atribut yang menjadi preferensi konsumen minuman jamu tradisional di Kecamatan Gondang. Metode penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsumen minuman jamu tradisional didominasi perempuan berusia 36 – 45 tahun dengan status menikah, pendidikan terakhir SMA, bekerja sebagai pegawai swasta dan pendapatan Rp.1.500.000-Rp.3.000.000. sedangkan, hasil analisis IPA menunjukkan atribut yang dinilai penting yang menjadi preferensi konsumen tetapi kinerjanya belum memuaskan sehingga perlu diperbaiki agar kepuasan meningkat yaitu pada kuadran I adalah merek. Jaminan gula asli, kemasan, komposisi. Kuadran II merupakan atribut yang penting dan kinerjanya sudah memuaskan sehingga harus dipertahankan yaitu khasiat, harga, rasa, ketersediaan, dan keamanan. Sedangkan atribut yang dianggap kurang penting terletak di kuadran III (label kadaluarsa) dan di Kuadran IV (Kemudahan).
