Abstract

The study was intended to analyze the position of the agricultural sector in the East Java Province of the covid-19 pandemic by determining the position of the agricultural sector at the time before the covid-19 pandemic and the covid-19 pandemic and identifying the factors that determined how the agriculture sector was performing. The collection of data on this study is secondary data obtained from the Statistical Center and the Indonesian Bank. The method of data analysis used is the Location Quotient analysis (LQ) and the Shift Share. This examination proposes that the situation of the agricultural sector at the time before the covid-19 pandemic was a non-base sector with an LQ value of 0,77. This occurs due to the conversion of agricultural land that is less in favor of the agricultural side even though East Java is one of the areas that has the largest agricultural production. At the time of the covid-19, the performance of the agricultural sector in East Java Province is a non-base sector with an LQ value of 0,79. This happened because of the Covid-19 pandemic which affected food security due to an unsupportive situation and prone to production problems. The rise in the value of LQ is expected to be better for agriculture sector performance. The factor that determines the performance of the agricultural sector is a factor of economic structure with a value of SSS greater than LSS.

Abstract

The purpose of this study aims to determine the 7P marketing mix activities carried out by Okui Kopi 3.0 Surabaya on consumer purchase interest, to determine the effect of the 7P marketing mix on consumer purchase interest, and to imply the results of research for Okui Kopi 3.0 Surabaya shop. The sampling method used was a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique.  The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents.  The data analysis technique used was the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS). The results of this study indicate that the variables of product, price, place, promotion, and people have a significant influence on consumer buying interest where the p-value is ≤ 0.05.  Meanwhile, process variables and physical evidence did not have a significant effect on consumer purchase interest because the p-value > 0.05. Keywords—: Marketing Mix, Consumer Purchase Interest, SEM-PLS, Okui Kopi 3.0 Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian analisis kelayakan dan strategi pengembangan usaha perajin tempe dilakukan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dan strategi pengembangan usaha perajin tempe di Kelurahan Tenggilis Mejoyo. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis SWOT yang meliputi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang dan ancaman untuk mengindetifikasi berbagai faktor secara sistematis guna merumuskan strategi perusahaan yang kemudian digambarkan pada diagram cartesius dan analisis IFE dan EFE. Hasil penelitian diperoleh diagram cartesius dengan nilai 3,05; (-0,15) artinya perajin tempe memiliki usaha yang dapat memvariasikan produk untuk mengurangi tingkat risiko yang mungkin terjadi. Strategi pengembangan adalah meningkatkan produksi dan mutu (bobot).Kata kunci : kelayakan, strategi, pengembangan, perajin tempe

Abstract

Usaha mikro setiap tahunnya mengalami perkembangan yang semakin meningkat, persaingan bisnis pun tidak bisa dihindari. Usaha mikro pangan olahan menghadapai berbagai persoalan seperti semakin ketatnya persaingan pasar dan juga kurangnya pemahaman tentang pemasaran bisnis. Meningkatnya jumlah usaha mikro saat ini menyebabkan keberlangsungan usaha menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat, hal tersebut secara tidak langsung akan mempengaruhi kinerja pemasaran pada usaha mikro. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada usaha mikro pangan olahan di Kelurahan Semolowaru Kota Surabaya. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemasaran digital dan orientasi pasar berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Sedangkan inovasi produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Usaha mikro pangan olahan di Kelurahan Semolowaru Kota Surabaya perlu meningkatkan penerapan inovasi produk agar lebih maksimal dalam mengembangkan usahanya sehingga kinerja pemasaran akan optimal.

Abstract

Rural is an area dominated by economic activities in agriculture. Ketawang Village is one of the rural areas in Gondang District where most of the residents work as farmers. Farming households have several challenges in trying to meet the consumption needs of their households. Various kinds of household expenditure or consumption needs that need to be allocated both for food consumption and non-food, savings and also household investment together will influence each other according to which priorities must be met first. The objectives of this study are 1) Describing the household characteristics of rice farmers, 2) Analyzing the consumption patterns of rice farmers' ladders in Ketawang Village. Primary data was obtained from interviews of 57 rice farmers who have characteristics, namely farmers who own and cultivate land. The number of samples is determined by 10% of the total population. Data processing and analysis methods with descriptive analysis with tabulation methods and multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this study is that the household consumption of rice farmers in Ketawang Village Gondang District Nganjuk Regency is dominated by expenditure on non-food consumption. Food expenditure was generated at 31.61% and expenditure, consumption, for non-food was 68.39%. This means that almost most rice farmers use their income for non-food consumption.

Abstract

Fore Coffee is a contemporary coffee shop offering a wide variety of high-quality coffee drinks. As coffee shops in Indonesia mushroomed during the COVID-19 pandemic, Fore Coffee carried out various marketing strategies so that sales could survive in an increasingly competitive market. This research aims to describe the 7P marketing components that Fore Coffee has carried out, analyze the effect of the 7P marketing strategy that Fore Coffee has carried out on marketing performance, and explain the implications of the research results for company development. The method in this study uses descriptive analysis and a PLS analysis tool named WarpPLS 6.0 with 100 respondents who are Fore Coffee consumers at Tunjungan Plaza Mall Surabaya. The results showed that the components of the 7P strategy carried out by Fore Coffee were considered quite good by most consumers. In testing the marketing strategy on the marketing performance of Fore Coffee, it was found that all components of the marketing strategy in this study had a significant effect on the acceptance of all research hypotheses. Based on the implications of the research results, theoretically justify and strengthen several theories and previous research.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak negatif yakni menurunnya pendapatan para pelaku UMKM. Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Urip Sumoharjo Surabaya adalah salah satu sentra kuliner binaan pemerintah kota Surabaya yang turut terkena dampak pandemi covid-19, namun para pengusaha kuliner masih tetap berwirausaha walaupun pendapatannya menurun. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memotivasi pengusaha kuliner di Sentra Wisata Kuliner (SWK) Urip Sumoharjo Surabaya memilih untuk berwirausaha. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengusaha kuliner di Sentra Wisata Kuliner Urip Sumoharjo Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis faktor dengan software IBM SPSS Statistics 23. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat dua faktor yang terbentuk, yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal. Faktor internal yang memotivasi pengusaha kuliner untuk berwirausaha terdiri dari pemenuhan kebutuhan hidup, keinginan bertahan hidup, serta harga diri. Sedangkan faktor eksternal terdiri dari memanfaatkan kesempatan berwirausaha dan bermanfaat bagi orang lain.

Abstract

Customer relationship management is a tool for companies to be able to get, and create good relationships with customers so that they can be a source of profit for the sustainability of business processes. PT Bhinkea Rahsa Nusantara makes customer relationship management as one of the strategies in order to produce satisfaction for customers, so this study aims to determine the factors of customer relationship management that affect customer satisfaction. This research uses a factor analysis method with SMART-PLS software, with the results of research variables that affect customer satisfaction are identification, interaction, and problem solving together.

Abstract

East Java Province is one of the leading national chili producers. But, East Java still imports chilies to meet fluctuating demand and prices. The variables of imports, production, consumption, pricing, and currency rates were employed in this study and ranged from 2019 to 2021. This study aims to forecast the volume of chili imports in East Java for the next year (12 months) and analyze the factors that influence chili imports in East Java to determine the most dominant influencing factors. The method used in this study is (Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average) ARIMA model and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show: The development of chili imports in East Java in the prediction results with the ARIMA model (1,1,1) shows that chili imports have a downward trend, and simultaneously chili imports are influenced by production, consumption, price, and exchange rate, with consumption as the most dominant factor. It is hoped that the government will regulate the volume of imports by imposing import quotas and controlling chili prices
