Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serangan hama kumbang Callosobruchus maculatus (F.) (Coleoptera: Bruchidae) yang mengakibatkan perbedaan kerentanan berdasarkan persentase biji kerusakan, persentase penurunan berat biji, indeks kerentanan, dan pertumbuhan berdasarkan berat basah seluruh bagian tanaman pada berbagai kacang yang ditumbuhkan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen lingkungan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Pada penelitian ini terdapat 10 perlakuan yaitu 5 perlakuan pemberian kacang tunggak (A), kacang hijau (B), kacang bogor (C), kacang adzuki (D), dan kacang hitam (E) tanpa infestasi dan 5 perlakuan dengan infestasi kumbang Callosobruchus maculatus (F.), dengan jumlah ulangan masing-masing sebanyak 3 kali. Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji hipotesis One Way Anova dan dilanjutkan dengan uji beda nyata terkecil (BNT) pada taraf signifikansi 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan (p < 0,05) antara parameter yang diteliti yaitu: (1) persentase kerusakan biji, tertinggi pada kacang bogor sebesar 43,60 ± 6,48% dan rerata terendah pada kacang hitam sebesar 6,70 ± 2,53%, (2) persentase penurunan berat biji, tertinggi pada kacang bogor sebesar 6,51 ± 1,27% dan terendah pada kacang hitam sebesar 1,09 ± 0,57%, (3) indeks kerentanan biji, tertinggi pada kacang hijau sebesar 16,01 dengan kategori sangat rentan dan terendah pada kacang hitam sebesar 7,23 dengan kategori cukup tahan, (4) berat basah seluruh bagian tanaman, tertinggi pada kacang tunggak sebesar 0,49 ± 0,80 gram dan terendah terletak pada kacang hijau sebesar 0,02 ± 0,01 gram.

Abstract

This study analyzes the technical and economic efficiency of production factors in tobacco farming in Belun Village, Temayang Subdistrict, Bojonegoro District, East Java. Using stochastic frontier software 4.1, the analysis was conducted with a sample of 87 Javanese tobacco farmers. The production inputs evaluated include land area, seeds, urea fertilizer, NPK fertilizer, NPK Phonska Plus fertilizer, labor, pesticides, and production output. The results indicate that the gamma elasticity coefficient for technical efficiency is 0.949, with all variables being statistically significant at the 1% level (t-table 2.64), except for pesticide input, which is significant at the 5% level (t-table 1.99). In the economic efficiency analysis, seedlings were identified as the inefficient input with an efficiency estimate (EE) of > 1 (52.4), while other inputs showed EE < 1. The study concludes that 94.9% of the inefficiency stems from production factors, while 5.1% is attributed to external factors. Moreover, the inputs used in Javanese tobacco farming are neither technically nor economically efficient. To achieve full technical efficiency, farmers should reduce inputs such as land area, NPK fertilizer, and NPK Phonska Plus fertilizer, while increasing the use of seeds, pesticides, urea fertilizer, and labor.

Abstract

Rice harvesting is an activity aimed at obtaining rice grains from the planting process over a certain period until the crop reaches a specified level of maturity. During harvesting, the use of a combine harvester is highly recommended, as it not only increases harvesting efficiency and minimizes grain loss, but also expands the harvest area and improves the agroecosystem conditions. The purpose of this study is to analyze various factors in rice production and the technical and economic efficiency of using combine harvesters compared to traditional methods (non-combine harvester) in the rice harvesting process. The research was conducted in Bareng Village, Ngasem District, Bojonegoro Regency, using a quantitative method. The sample consisted of 100 farmers, 50 of whom used combine harvesters and 50 who did not. The results showed that farmers who used combine harvesters significantly increased both technical and economic efficiency compared to traditional methods. The largest influences on production were land size, pesticide use, and the number of workers. The R/C ratio indicated higher economic efficiency among farmers using combine harvesters, with an R/C ratio of 2.22 compared to 1.65 for traditional methods. The findings of this study prove that the use of modern technology, such as combine harvesters, can increase productivity and profitability for farmers.

Abstract

Kampung Susu Dinasty (KSD) Agrotourism hasn’t managed their management optimally. This condition has an impact on agrotourism that has a hard time to developing. This management isn’t free of a risk and the possibility of a risk that’s influenced by the quality said management has. This research aims to identifying the operational risk source, analyzing the level of risk, also strategies that can be applied for operational agrotourism risk control. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The sampling method used is purposive sampling technique with 64 respondents. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, likert scale, Godfrey method, and Flanagan & Norman theory. The result shows that there are 13 operational risks that agrotourism faces with 4 risk categories. The final results of the risk level assessment found that 2 risks were at a low level, 5 risks were at a medium level, 3 risks were at high level, and 3 risks were at an extreme level. From the results of the analysis, 4 main strategies were carried out to minimize losses due to operational risks, namely by transferring risks involving third parties, establishing communication and cooperation with various parties, creating alternative actions, and creating new programs.

Abstract

Customers are the most crucial aspect of running a business, so companies need to maintain customer satisfaction. Customers who are satisfied with a product will generally have a loyal attitude towards that product. This research aims to analyze the influence of the marketing mix on customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, and rice customer loyalty at PT. Komoditi Tani Indonesia. The sampling method uses accidental sampling with a total of 68 respondents. The analysis used is SEM-PLS with the WarpPLS 8.0 program. The research results show that product, price, location, and employee variables have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Product variables, price, location, physical facilities, and customer satisfaction significantly affect customer loyalty. The customer satisfaction variable mediates the relationship between product, price, and location variables on customer loyalty

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to identify the process of making tofu, analyze internal and external factors, and formulate a strategy for the development of tofu agro-industry. The methods used include SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, and data collection through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the analysis show that internal strengths include entrepreneurial experience and product quality, while weaknesses include lack of human resources and simple technology. External opportunities include high consumer purchasing power, while threats include unstable raw material prices. The proposed strategies include improving product quality, branding, optimizing strategic locations, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders. This research provides benefits for students, companies, and universities, and suggests an increased role for MSE organizations, workforce training, and investment in waste management technology. By utilizing existing strengths and opportunities, the tofu agro-industry in Tambakagung Village can be developed effectively and sustainably, contributing to the local economy and job creation.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of production planning and product quality standards on operational performance moderated by SOP in Kupang Eucalyptus Oil Agroindustry. The data used in this study are primary data from the results of a questionnaire of 32 Kupang Eucalyptus Oil Agroindustry workers. Sampling was carried out using the census sampling method. The analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed: (1) production planning does not significantly affect operational performance (2) product quality standards do not significantly affect operational performance (3) SOP significantly affect operational performance (4) production planning has a significant effect on operational performance moderated by SOP (5) product quality standards have a significant effect on operational performance moderated by SOP.

Abstract

Analisis laporan keuangan diperlukan oleh para pemegang saham, terutama investor untuk menilai kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk  menganalisis kinerja keuangan perusahaan PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk dan PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk Periode 2018-2022 diukur menggunakan metode EVA dan MVA serta menganalisis interpretasi kinerja keuangan menggunakan metode EVA dan MVA dan rekomendasi untuk peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk dan PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk Periode 2018-2022 yang dipublikasikan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk dan PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk sudah mampu menghasilkan nilai tambah ekonomis bagi perusahaan dilihat dari nilai EVA positif selama 5 periode Tahun 2018-2022, kedua perusahaan juga mampu menghasilkan nilai MVA positif sehingga dapat memberikan nilai tambah pasar pada perusahaan dan memberikan kekayaan bagi investor. Jika dilihat dari hasil nilai EVA dan MVA, maka PT Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk yang lebih unggul serta mempunyai kinerja keuangan yang lebih baik. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan yaitu dengan menambah teknologi seperti smart farming dengan teknologi IoT (Internet of Thing) untuk pemantauan ternak.

Abstract

Tye Coffee House is a contemporary coffee shop that offers a variety of high quality coffee and non-coffee drinks. As the number of coffee shops in Surabaya increases nowadays. Tye Coffee House implements various marketing mixes so that sales can survive in an increasingly competitive market. The aim of this research is to describe the 7P marketing components that have been implemented by Tye Coffee House, analyze the marketing mix and marketing performance on consumer perceptions at Tye Coffee House Surabaya, analyze the influence of the marketing mix and marketing performance at Tye Coffee House Surabaya. The method in this research uses descriptive analysis and the WarpPLS 8.0 analysis tool with 50 Tye Coffe House Surabaya consumer respondents. The results of the research show that the 7P marketing mix components carried out by Tye Coffee House are considered good by the majority of consumers and in testing the 7P marketing mix on Tye Coffee House's marketing performance it was found that there were 6 marketing mix components in this study that had a significant effect on the acceptance of the research hypothesis and one mix component other marketers rejected their research hypothesis.

Abstract

Rice is a staple food for Indonesian society, making the factors influencing rice purchasing decisions crucial in marketing. This study aims to analyze the influence of price, product quality, brand image, and packaging on the purchasing decision of BULOG SPHP rice in Surabaya. The research employs a quantitative approach with a non-probability sampling method, specifically accidental sampling, involving 90 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique with SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that price, product quality, and packaging have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, whereas brand image does not have a significant impact. Stable and affordable pricing is the primary factor influencing consumer decisions, followed by good product quality and attractive, functional packaging. These findings suggest that marketing strategies focusing on price, quality, and packaging are more effective in increasing consumer interest in BULOG SPHP rice.
