Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of parenting system, the continuity of learning, learning facilities through  student learning motivation of eighth grade students learning outcomes. The analysis techniques used are linear Regression and Path Analysis. The research method used is descriptive verification with ex post facto approaches and surveys. The population in this study was 242 people, and the sample was 151 people. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling using simple random sampling. The results showed that there was significant influence of parenting system, the continuity of learning and learning facilities through student learning motivation toward student learning outcomes of the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 4 Kota Metro with 41.7%.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh orang tua, kontinuitas belajar, dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Teknik analisis menggunakan Regresi Linear dan Path Analysis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif  dengan pendekatan ex post facto and survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 242 dan sampel 151 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh simultan antara pola asuh orang tua, kontinuitas belajar, fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 4 Kota Metro sebesar 41,7%. Kata Kunci: fasilitas belajar, hasil belajar, kontinuitas belajar, motivasi belajar, dan pola asuh orang tua

Abstract

The study aims to find out the comparison between the social students’ learning results using Student Teams Achievement Division, Team Games Tournament, and Picture and Picture learning model at the ninth grade of SMPN 1 Karya Penggawa academic year of 2018/2019. The population in this research is all of the ninth grade students which consist of 94 students and the sample is 71 students by using cluster random sampling. The technique analysis was done by using one way anova, tukey test and bonferroni. The research method used in this research is quasi experiment method with comparative approach. The result showed that there is differences between the social students’ learning results using Student Teams Achievement Division, Team Games Tournament, and Picture and Picture learning model. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar Mata Pelajaran IPS Terpadu dengan Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions), TGT (Team Games Tournament) dan Picture and Picture pada Siswa Kelas IX di SMP Negeri 1 Karya Penggawa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas IX berjumlah 94 siswa dan sampel berjumlah 71 siswa dengan dengan menggunakan cluster random sampling. Teknik analisis dengan menggunakan analisis varian satu jalan dan uji lanjut tukey-test dan bonferroni. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe student teams achievement division, team games tournament, dan picture dan picture.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, ips terpadu, student teams achievement division, team games tournament, dan picture and picture.

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to know the factors that affect customers’ satisfaction ofBranch LPP Master KomputerMetro in academic year 2011/2012 are limited to the tangible variables (physical evidence), empathy (caring), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (quick response), and the assurance (collateral). This research used descriptive verification design with ex post factor and survey approach.The population in this researchwere all students who attendedcomputer tutorial on Branch of LPP Master Computer Metro in Academic Year 2011/2012 with amount of students’ is 95. This study was a study population because the sample used the entire population or a sample saturated. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The hypothesesanalyzed used simple linear regression and multiple linear regressions. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results: 1. There was influence of tangible for customers’ satisfaction of BranchLPP Master Komputer Metro in academic year 2011/2012 were shown by a simple linear regression test results obtained r ² = 0.140. 2. There was influence of empathy (caring) toward customers’ satisfaction of BranchLPP Master KomputerMetro in academic year 2011/2012 were shown by a simple linear regression test results obtained r ² = 0.117. 3. There was influence of reliability (reliability) toward customers’ satisfaction of BranchLPP Master KomputerMetro in academic year 2011/2012 were shown by a simple linear regression test results obtained r ² = 0.126. 4. There was influence responsiveness (responsiveness) towardcustemers’ satisfaction of BranchLPP Master Komputer Metro in academic year 2011/2012 were shown by a simple linear regression test results obtained r ² = 0.260. 5. There was the influence of assurance (security) toward customers’ satisfaction of BranchLPP Master Komputer Metro in academic year 2011/2012 were shown by a simple linear regression test results obtained r ² = 0.157. 6. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of self efficacy, adversity quotient, and motivation of study to the economic learning result. The method used was descriptive verification with ex post facto and surveys approach. The population in this study were all the students of class XI IPS consist of 154 students and the sample was 108 students which were determined by the Cochran formula. The sampling technique was probability sampling by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: There was an impact of self efficacy on the results to the economic learning result. There was an impact of adversity quotient to the economic learning result. There was an impact of motivation of study to the economic learning result. There was an impact together of self efficacy, adversity quotient, and motivation of study to the economic learning result.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, kecerdasan adversitas , dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah 154 siswa dan sampel 108 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus Cochran. Abstract

This research aims to find out the influence of employee compensation, the discipline of work and work environment on performance of employees through the employee's job satisfaction at Candy Lady Store Bandar Lampung with population of 46 people and sample of 46 respondents determined by the probability sampling technique using simple random sampling. Data collection is done by using questionnaire analysis with linear regression and path analysis. The subject of this research is employees of Candy Lady Store in Bandar Lampung. This research methods used descriptive verification method with the approach of ex post facto and survey. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of employees, compensation, the discipline of work and work environment on performance of employee’s though the employee's job satisfaction at the Candy Lady Store Bandar Lampung with 0.932 or 93.2%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi karyawan, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Candy Lady Store Bandar Lampung dengan populasi sebanyak 46 orang dan sampel sebanyak 46 responden peneliti menggunakan tingkat kesalahan/ taraf signifikansi 5% (0,05). Penentu sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan cara probability sampling dengan menggunakan Metode simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner teknik analisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier dan path analysis. Subjek penelitian yaitu karyawan Candy Lady Store Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh kompensasi karyawan, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan pada Candy Lady Store Bandar Lampung sebesar 0,932 atau 93,2%.Kata kunci: Disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja, kinerja karyawan, kompensasi karyawan,  dan lingkungan kerja.

Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of reading culture, learning motivation, and learning way toward learning outcomes. Method of research uses descriptive verification. Technique analysis data uses Simple Linear Regression and Multiple Linear Regression. The results of research showed: (1) there is positive and significant effect of reading culture toward learning outcomes on grade XI social class semester incongruous in public sma 1 kasui pasar year 2012 lesson / 2013 with total 23.1 %; (2) there is positive and significant effect of learning motivation toward learning outcomes with total 27,1 %; (3) there is positive and significant effect of learning way toward learning outcomes with total 21,4%; (4) there is positive and significant effect of reading culture, learning motivation, and a learning way toward learning outcomes with total 31,1 %.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya belajar, motivasi belajar, dan cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya membaca terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas XI IPS Semester Ganjil di SMA Negeri 1 Kasui Pasar Tahun Pelajaran 2012/2013 sebesar 23,1%; (2) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa sebesar 27,1%; (3) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa sebesar 21,4%; (4) ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan budaya membaca, motivasi belajar, dan cara belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa sebesar 31,1%.Kata kunci : budaya membaca,  hasil belajar, motivasi

Abstract

The aim of this research was to compare the learning model of Project Based with the students learning activities by concerning the second grades of SMA Negeri 1 Kota Agung. The Sampel were XI G and XI H class with the total 70 students. The data were collected by using observation sheets. The data were analyzed by using two independent sampel t-test and two way ANOVA. In this research, the research method used was quasi-experimental with comparative approaches. The result of this research showed that there was an intraction between the learning model and learning motivation in the students learning activities of SMA 1 Kota Agung at 55.4 %. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning dengan model pembelajaran Inquiry Learning terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa dengan memperhatikan motivasi belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI G dan kelas XI H SMA Negeri 1 Kota Agung dengan jumlah sebanyak 70 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis menggunakan T-Test Dua Sampel Independent dan Two Way Anova. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar pada aktivitas belajar siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kota Agung sebesar 55,4%. Kata Kunci  : Aktivitas Belajar, Inquiry Learning, Motivasi Belajar, dan ProjectBased Learning

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know influence of IQ, habits learning and activity learning toward achievement IPS Terpadu of students class VII the 1st grade of SMP Negeri 1 Punggur of Central Lampung at the year 2013/2014. The method used in this research was descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach. To test all the hypothesis, it uses linier regression with path analysis model. Result of the research show that : (1) There is any influence of IQ toward activity learning; (2) There is any influence of habits learning toward activity learning; (3) There is direct influence of IQ toward achievement IPS Terpadu; (4) There is direct influence of habits learning toward achievement IPS Terpadu; (5) There is any influence of activity learning toward achievement IPS Terpadu’ (6) There is any correlations between IQ with habits learning.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intelligence Quotient (IQ), kebiasaan belajar dan aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VII semester ganjil SMP Negeri 1 Punggur Lampung Tengah Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Untuk menguji semua hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier dengan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ada pengaruh IQ terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 1 Punggur ; (2) Ada pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap aktivitas belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 1 Punggur ; (3) Ada pengaruh IQ terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu; (4) Ada pengaruh kebiasaan belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu; (5) Ada pengaruh aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu; (6) Ada hubungan antara IQ dengan kebiasaan belajarKata kunci: aktivitas, hasil, intelligence quotient, kebiasaan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of social skills of the students and examined the differences of the social skills in which the learning uses  “Everyone Is a Teacher Here model and Scaffolding” of the eighth grade students of SMP N 20 Bandar Lampung. The aim is to find out the differences in the students' social skills using the “Everyone Is a Teacher Here and Scaffolding” learning models. The method used in this study is Randomized Subject Post Test Only Control Group Design. The population in this study were 327 students with a sample of 60 students. The sampling technique is the random samplings cluster while the data collection used was observation. The hypotheses testings used is two independent sample T tests, and the results of the test show there are differences in social skills of the students whose learning uses  “Everyone Is a Teacher Here model and Scaffolding” learning models. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya keterampilan sosial siswa serta mengkaji tentang perbedaan keterampilan sosial yang pembelajranya menggunakan model pembelajaran Everyone Is a Teacher Here dan Scaffolding siswa kelas VIII SMP N 20 Bandarlampung. Tujuanya untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan sosial siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Everyone Is a Teacher Here dan Scaffolding. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan Randomaized  Subject Post Test Only Control Grup Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 327 siswa dengan sample sebanyak 60 siswa. teknik pengambilan samplenya adalah Cluster random Sampling  sedangkan pengambilan datanya menggunakan observasi. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the discipline of learning at home, how to learn, and the parents' attention on learning outcomes integrated IPS SMP Wiyatama eighth grade students. The method used is descriptive verification qith ex post facto approach and survey. The sampling technique used probability sampling with proportionate random sampling and using Taro Yaman formula. Hypothesis testing is using simple linear regression analysis and multiple. Based on the analysis of data, it is obtained : (1) There is an influence of the discipline of learning at home against IPS integrated learning outcomes (2) There is a way of studying the influence of IPS integrated learning outcomes (3) There is an influence of parental towards IPS integrated learning outcomes (4) There is an influence on the discipline of learning at home, how to learn and parents' attention on integrated IPS learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar di rumah, cara belajar, dan perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP Wiyatama. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei.
