Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of parental guidance, study habits, and learning environments on learning outcomes IPS Integrated semester of eighth grade students of SMP PGRI 2 Labuhan Ratu of the school year 2012/2013. The population in this study were all students of class VIII, amounting to 90 students and all of them were sampled because the population is less than 100 subjects. The method used in this research is descriptive method of verification with ex post facto approach and survey. Data were collected through questionnaires, processed by computer through SPSS version 16. To test the hypothesis first, second, and third using simple linear regression, while the fourth hypothesis using multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results. 1.  There are parental influence on learning outcomes IPS  Integrated 2.   There is the influence of study habits on learning outcomes IPS Integrated 3.  There is the influence of the learning environment on learning outcomes IPS Integrated 4. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, independence of learning, the use of the school library and parental supervision of accounting study results. The population in research is a student X accounting of SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar years lessons 2017/2018which amounted to 71 people and a sample of 60 respondents determined by probability sampling technique with proportionate simple random sampling. Data collection was done by using questionnaire and analysis technique by using regression analysis linear simple and regression analysis multiple The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach. The results showed that there is a significant effect of emotional intelligence, independence of learning, the use of the school library and parental supervisionof accounting study result grade X SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar years lessons 2017/2018. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, kemandirian belajar, pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi.Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas X Akuntansi SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018 yang berjumlah 71 orang dan sampel 60 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik probability sampling dengan proporsional simple random sampling.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan analisis regresi multiple.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan kecerdasan emosional, kemandirian belajar, pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar akuntansi siswa kelas X SMK Swadhipa 1 Natar Tahun Pelajaran 2017/2018. Kata kunci : hasil belajar akuntansi, kecerdasan emosional, kemandirian belajar, pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah dan perhatian orang tua

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of self learning and school environment through learning motivation towards the result of economic learning of X Grade Student of SMA N 3 Metro School year 2016/2017. The method used in this study was verificative descriptive with ex post facto approach. The population in this study was X Grade of IPS Student which was102 students and the sample was 81 students determined with T.Yamane formula. The sampling technique was probability sample used simple random sampling. The collected data through questionnaires was processed by SPSS. Based on data analysis that there was an influence of self learning and school environment through learning motivation towards the result of economic learning of X Grade Student of SMA N 3 Metro School .Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan sekolah melalui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Metro Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X IPS dengan jumlah 102 siswa dan sampel 81 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus T.Yamane. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu adalah probability sample dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket diolah dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh kemandirian belajar dan lingkungan sekolah melalui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA N 3 Metro.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kemandirian belajar, lingkungan sekolah, motivasibelajar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the influence of incentives, training, work environment and work discipline on the employee’s performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive method verification with ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this study is that all employees of PT. Adira Multi Finance Bandar Jaya Branch, Central Lampung and a sample of 38 respondents are determined by saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done using a questionnaire. The collected data is processed by simple linear regression test and mulitple linear regression test. The results of the data analysis shows that there is insignificant influences on incentives, training, work environment and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of teacher motivation, independent learning and use of instructional media on learning outcomes IPS Integrated semester VIII grade students of SMP N 19 Bandar Lampung. The results:(1)There is a positive and significant effect of motivation to learn by teachers on learning outcomes ips integrated semester eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 19 Bandar Lampung. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know whether there is influence in students’perceptions of teachers’pedagogical competence and attitude of students through activities on students’achievement of IPS Terpadu in class VIII of SMPN 4 Liwa Lampung Barat academic year 2013/2014. The method is descriptive verification. In order to test all hypotheses, it uses path analysis. The analysis shows that:(1)There is the influence of students’perceptions about  pedagogical competence of teachers in activities;(2)There is influence of students’attitudes toward activities;(3)There is direct influence on students’perceptions of pedagogical competence of teachers on achievement;(4)There is influence students’attitudes toward achievement;(5) There is activity influence on achievement;(6)There is influence of students’perceptions about the pedagogical competence of teachers on achievement through activities;(7)There is influence of students’attitudes toward achievement through activities;(8)There is influence of student’perceptions about pedagogical competence of teachers and students’attitudes together in activities;(9)There is influence of students’perceptions about the pedagogical competence of teachers and students’attitudes through activities on achievement.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogis guru dan sikap siswa melalui aktivitas terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMPN 4 Liwa Lampung Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif verifikatif. Untuk menguji semua hipotesis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa:(1)Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogis guru terhadap aktivitas;(2)Ada pengaruh sikap siswa terhadap aktivitas; (3)Ada pengaruh langsung persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogis guru terhadap hasil belajar;(4)Ada pengaruh sikap siswa terhadap hasil belajar;(5)Ada pengaruh aktivitas terhadap hasil belajar;(6)Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogis guru terhadap hasil belajar melalui aktivitas;(7)Ada pengaruh sikap siswa terhadap hasil belajar melalui aktivitas;(8)Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogis guru dan sikap siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap aktivitas;(9)Ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang kompetensi pedagogis guru dan sikap siswa melalui aktivitas terhadap hasil belajar.Kata kunci: aktivitas, persepsi siswa, sikap siswa.

Abstract

This study was aimed to find out the influence of learning interest, learning dicipline, and learning facility to the IPS Terpadu learning result. The method used was verificative descriptive using ex post facto approach and survey. The populations in this research were the students of SMP N 26 Bandar Lampung grade eight (VIII) academic year 2015/2016, and 165 samples from students were determined by the Taro Yamane formula. Sampling method used was probability sampling by using proposional random sampling technique. The hypothesis testing used was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The result showed that (1) there was an influence of learning interest to the IPS Integrated learning result, (2) there was an influence of learning dicipline to the IPS Integrated learning result, (3) there was an influence of learning facility to the IPS Integrated learning result, (4) there was an influence of learning interest, learning discipline, learning facility to the IPS Integrated learning result.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, disiplin belajar, fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS terpadu. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas VIII SMP N 26 Bandar Lampung dan sampel 165 konsumen yang ditentukan dengan rumus taro yamane. Metode penetapan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan (1) ada pengaruh minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar ips terpadu, (2) ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (3) ada pengaruh fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (4) ada pengaruh minat belajar, disiplin belajar, dan fasilitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci: disiplin belajar, fasilitas belajar, hasil belajar, minat belajar

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of service quality dimention toward customer satisfaction. Population of the research were 85 students. Using Slovins formula with simple random sampling, it is obtained a sample of 70 students. The method used in this research was descriptive verification, expost facto approach and survey method. Hypothesis were analyzed using linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that there is a positive and significant influence of service quality dimention: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and tangibles toward customer satisfaction in Al Qolam Institution of Guidance and Learning Consultation Campus C Bandar Lampung for academic year 2015/2016 to elaborate both directly and indirectly.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas pelayanan jasa terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 siswa. Menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan simple random sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 70 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif, dengan pendekatan expost facto dan metode survey. Pengujian hipotesis dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dimensi kualitas pelayanan jasa: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy dan tangibles terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada Lembaga Bimbingan dan Konsultasi Belajar Al Qolam Kampus C Bandar Lampung Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016, baik secara langsung maupun secara tidak langsung.Kata kunci: kepuasan pelanggan, kualitas pelayanan, lembaga bimbel

Abstract

The purpose of research is to know the influence of using facility’s perception and decipline by motivation’s learning toward achievement economics. The method used in this research was decriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach. Test of hypothesis used linier regression with path analysis model. Result of the research shows that : (1)there is an influence of using facility’s perception toward motivation’s learning. (2)there is an influence of dicipline toward motivation’s learning. (3)there is an connection of using facility’s learning and dicipline toward achievement. (4)there is an influence of using facility’s perception toward achievement. (5)there is an influence dicipline toward achievement. (6)there is an influence of motivation toward achievement. (10)there is an influence of using facility’s perception, dicipline and motivation’s learning toward achievement.  Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi pemanfaatan fasilitas dan disiplin melalui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan regresi linier dengan analisis jalur. Hasilnya analisis menunjukan : (1)ada pengaruh persepsi pemanfaatan fasilitas terhadap motivasi belajar. (2)ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap motivasi belajar. (3)ada hubungan persepsi pemanfaatan fasilitas dan disiplin terhadap hasil belajar. (4)ada pengaruh persepsi pemanfaatan fasilitas terhadap hasil belajar. Abstract

The result is a lesson learned in the teaching and learning activities conducted in schools for the achievement of learning objectives. Assessment by teachers is to know the extent to which students follow a study carried out in schools. In the process of student learning will be considered successful if the student has attended learning to improve knowledge, attitudes, behavior becomes better, and perbutan or ability to do something that is reflected in student learning outcomes. Student learning outcomes depend on how the process of learning and attention parents play an important role in the learning process. In addition, parents are watching and guiding in the form of efforts to learn and meet the needs of the school. Affection lead parents to personal development and independent child has admirable qualities. Learning outcomes are also highly correlated with learning for each individual student has a different learning styles vary. Thus the ways of effective learning so students can maximize their learning outcomes.This study aimed to determine whether there is parental concern and how to learn the results of class X students studying economics SMAN 1 Labuhan Ratu Lampung Timur school year 2012/2013. The research method used in this research is descriptive associative approach and ex post facto survey. The population in this study are all class X students of SMAN 1 Labuhan Ratu Lampung Timur totaled 174 students, and the sample in this research were 118 students who calculated using Cochran formula. Data were collected through questionnaires, processed by computer through SPSS version 16. Examiners hypotheses using partial correlation formula and double or multiple correlation models.Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results.1. There is a positive and significant relationship between parental concern with the results of class X students studying economics SMAN 1 Labuhan Queen East Lampung school year 2012/2013 are shown. This is evidenced by t count t table is 6.054 1.98. The test results also show that the probability of error to reject Ho and accept H1 amounted to 9.7%, as shown by the results of the calculation of significant magnitude t 0.097. 2. There is a positive and significant relationship between learning with learning outcomes economy class X SMAN 1 Labuhan Queen East Lampung school year 2012/2013 are shown. This is evidenced by t count t table is 6.069 1.98. The test results also show that the probability of error to reject Ho and accept H1 is at 8.5%, as shown by the results of the calculation of significant magnitude t 0.085. 3. There is a positive and significant relationship between parental concern and how to learn the results of class X students studying economics SMAN 1 Labuhan Queen East Lampung school year 2012/2013 are shown.
