Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of discipline learning, motivation performed well, parental supervision and the use of the library in of the schools the result of study. The method used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto and survey approach. The population of this research was grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Banjar Agung with 179 students and 124 samples with simple random sampling. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interview. The data was analyzed by using simple linear regression formula and multiple linear regression formula. The result showed that there is influence of discipline learning, motivation performed well, parental supervision and the use of the library in the schools of the IPS Terpadu subject at the grade VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Banjar Agung in 2016/2017 academic year.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin belajar, motivasi berprestasi, perhatian orang tua dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Banjar Agung dengan jumlah 179 dan sampel 124 yang ditentukan dengan simple random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan wawancara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the influence of Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), and students perceptions of utilization media on learning outcomes of Economy. The population of this research was the eleventh grade students of SMAN 1 Bandar Lampung and used simple random sampling technique to get the sample. Method of research was asosiatif and used questionnaire as instrument. Technique analysis used simple linier regression and multiple linier regression. The results of research showed, (1) there is an influence of IQ on Economy learning outcomes, (2) there is an influence of EQ on Economy learning outcomes, (3) there is an influence of students' perceptions of utilization of media on Economy learning outcomes, (4) there is an influence of IQ, EQ, and students' perceptions of utilization of media on Economy learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Intelligence Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ), dan Persepsi siswa tentang penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi. Metode penelitian adalah asosiatif dan menggunakan angket sebagai instrumen. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier sederhana dan regresi linier multipel. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa, (1) Ada pengaruh IQ terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi (2) Ada pengaruh EQ terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi (3) Ada pengaruh Persepsi siswa tentang penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi (4) Ada pengaruh IQ, EQ, dan Persepsi siswa tentang penggunaan media pembelajaran terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi. Kata kunci : EQ, hasil belajar, IQ, media.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of learning interest,students attitude and exploiting of learning of tool towards the result of studythrough learning activity. The method used descriptive verification with ex postfacto and survey approach. The population of this research was the first yearstudents of SMA Perintis 1 Bandar Lampung with 118 students and 91 sampleswith proporsional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnairesprocessed by path analysis techniques. The results showed that: there was aninfluence of learning interest, students attitude and exploiting of learning toolstowards the result of study through learning activity in economics lesson in thefirst year students of SMA Perintis 1 Bandar Lampung in academic year of2016/2017.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, sikap siswa terhadap hasil belajar melalui aktivitas belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas x dengan jumlah 118 dan sampel 91 yang ditentukan dengan proporsional random sampling. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket diolah dengan teknik analisis jalur. Abstract

Abstract

This research was aimed at finding the influence of student’s perception about teacher’s teaching method, learning dicipline, and high achievement motivation towards the result of IPS Terpadu education. The method of this research used verificative descriptive method by using ex post facto and survey approach. The population of this study consists of 91 students. Based on the data analysis of the research result that showed: (1) there was an influence of students’s perception about teacher’s teaching method towards the result of IPS Terpadu education. (2) there was an influence of learning dicipline towards the result of IPS Terpadu education. (3) there was an influence of high achivement motivation towards the result of IPS Terpadu education. (4) there was an influence of student’s perception about the influence of student’s perception about teacher’s teaching method, learning dicipline and high achievement motivation towards the result of IPS Terpadu education.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru, disiplin belajar dan motivasi berprestasi terhdap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 91 siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan bahwa: (1) ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. (2) ada pengaruh disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar. (3) ada pengaruh motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu. (4) ada pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang metode mengajar guru, disiplin belajar dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci : disiplin, hasil belajar, motivasi, persepsi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the influence of readiness, attitude towards subjects, use of schools facilities and economic background of parents to the learning outcomes of the economy subject at the grade X of SMA Utama 2 Bandar Lampung. The design of this research was descriptive verification by approaching ex post pasto and survey. The collecting data technique was done by using interview and questionnaire to 51 students taken from two classes. The data was analyzed by using simple linear regression formula and multiple linear regression formula. The result showed that there is influence of learning readiness, attitudes towards subjects, use of learning facilities in the school and economic background of parents to the learning outcomes of the economy subject at the grade X of SMA Utama 2 Bandar Lampung in 2016/2017 academic year.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kesiapan, sikap pada mata pelajaran, pemanfaatan fasilitas sekolah dan latar belakang ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi pada siswa kelas X SMA Utama 2 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara terstuktur dan menyebar angket kepada 51 siswa yang terdiri dari 2 kelas. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus regresi linear sederhana dan regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada pengaruh kesiapan belajar, sikap pada mata pelajaran, pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar di sekolah dan latar belakang ekonomi orang tua terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Utama 2 Bandar Lampung Tahun pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata kunci: ekonomi, fasilitas, hasil, kesiapan, sikap

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the influence of incentives, training, work environment and work discipline on the employee’s performance. The research method used in this research is descriptive method verification with ex post facto approach and survey. The population in this study is all employees of PT. Adira Multi Finance Bandar Jaya Branch, Central Lampung and a sample of 38 respondents are determined by saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The collected data is processed by simple linear regression test and mulitple linear regression test. The results of the data analysis shows that there is insignificant influences on incentives, training, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh insentif, pelatihan, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh karyawan PT. Adira Multi Finance Cabang Bandar Jaya Lampung Tengah dan sampel 38 responden yang ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan uji regresi linear sederhana dan uji regresi linear mulitple. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang tidak signifikan insentif, pelatihan, lingkungan kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : insentif, pelatihan, lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan

Abstract

The research aims to determine the effect of perception students choose Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, interest to be a teacher, and labor market considerations on motivation to be a teacher. The research method used in this research is descriptive verification method with ex post facto and survey approach. The sample in this research is Economic Education Students Unila  of 100 respondents. Analysis techniques using by linier regression and multiple regression. The result showed that there is a significant effect of perception students choose FKIP, interest to be a teacher, and labor market considerations on motivation to be a teacher. That analysis showed Fcount 256.931 Ftable 2.70 with determination is (r2) about 0.889 which means motivation to be a teacher is influenced by any variables of perception students choose faculty of teacher training and education, interest to be a teacher, and labor market considerations of 88.9% and the remaining 11.1% is influenced. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa memilih FKIP, minat menjadi guru, dan pertimbangan pasar kerja terhadap motivasi menjadi guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan deskriptif verifikatif, pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Sampel  pada penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi FKIP Unila dengan jumlah 100 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis regresi liniear sederhana dan regresi linier multiple. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa ada pengaruh persepsi mahasiswa memilih FKIP, minat menjadi guru, dan pertimbangan pasar kerja terhadap motivasi menjadi guru. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh Fhitung 256.931 Ftabel 2.70 dengan kadar determinasi (r2) 0.889  yang berarti motivasi menjadi guru dipengaruhi oleh persepsi mahasiswa memilih FKIP, minat menjadi guru, dan pertimbangan pasar kerja sebesar 88.9% dan sisanya 11.1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Kata Kunci: Minat Menjadi Guru, Motivasi Menjadi Guru, Persepsi Mahasiswa Memilih FKIP, dan Pertimbangan Pasar Kerja

Abstract

The results showed that: there is an influence of learning interest, learning method and parental toward the results of the study through learning motivation in economics lesson in grade X SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung in the academic year 2016/2017. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, cara belajar dan perhatian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar dengan mempertimbangkan motivasi belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan program SPSS. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of learning interest, learning style, and student learning activities through student learning motivation of grade VIII Integrated Social Studies learning outcomes of SMP Negeri 2 Terusan Nunyai. The analysis techniques used are Linear Regression and Path Analysis. The research method used in this study is descriptive verification with ex post facto approaches and surveys. The population in this study were 118 people and the sample were 91 people. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling using simple random sampling. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence between interest in learning, learning styles, and learning activities through learning motivation towards learning outcomes of grade VIII students of SMP Negeri 2 Terusan Nunyai academic year of 76.5%. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, gaya belajar dan aktivitas belajar siswa melalui motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Terusan Nunyai. Teknik analisis menggunakan Regresi Linear dan Path Analysis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif  verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 118 orang dan sample 91 orang. Teknik pengambilan sample dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh simultan antara minat belajar, gaya belajar dan aktivitas belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Terusan Nunyai sebesar 76,5%.  Kata kunci  : minat belajar, gaya belajar, aktivitas belajar, motivasi belajar,  hasil belajar
