Abstract

Bimbingan belajar MEC (Millennials Education Center) merupakan layanan bimbingan belajar yang membantu siswa untuk mempersiapkan diri menghadapi berbagai jenis ujian masuk, seperti perguruan tinggi, sekolah kedinasan, TNI/POLRI, dan tes CPNS. Proses administrasi manual pada bimbingan belajar MEC menimbulkan resiko kehilangan data dan ketidakefisienan dalam pengelolaan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis website dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Pendekatan RAD dipilih karena memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara cepat melalui kolaborasi intensif dengan pengguna. Sistem yang dikembangkan mencakup pengelolaan data siswa, tutor, program, jadwal, dan pembayaran. Hasil pengujian menggunakan metode black box testing menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai dengan harapan. Penerapan sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan MEC secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Promosi hewan adalah bagian penting dari industri hewan dan membutuhkan manajemen informasi yang layak dan tepat.Ini menanyakan hal-hal untuk merencanakan dan membangun database yang sempurna untuk mendukung metode menjual hewan menggunakan aplikasi. Sebuah studi kasus telah dilakukan untuk membedakan kebutuhan informasi tertentu dan merencanakan kerangka kerja database yang dapat secara efektif mengawasi transaksi, stok, dan data klien. Strategi pengembangan kerangka kerja menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan program komputer yang meliputi pengujian prasyarat, perencanaan konseptual, perencanaan fisik, implementasi, dan pengujian. Analisis sosial digunakan dalam program database untuk memastikan kejelasan data, normalisasi, dan konektivitas antar substansi. Penggunaan teknologi modern, seperti bahasa pemrograman modern dan manajemen database yang andal, semakin meluas.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi tidak hanya memberikan kemudahan untuk sarana informasi maupun komunikasi. Akan tetapi, kemajuan teknologi juga memberikan manfaat untuk menyimpan data dalam satu tempat agar mudah diolah. Seperti halnya pada sistem MySQL yang memberikan kemudahan pengguna untuk menyimpan banyak database. Dalam sistem absensi pegawai pada umumnya memerlukan rangkaian tabel yang meliputi aktivitas pegawai, seperti absensi keseharian, penggajian, cuti, lembur, peminjaman, dan lainnya. Pengolahan absensi pada perusahaan tentu harus di kontrol dengan baik agar tidak mempengaruhi kualitas pegawai maupun industri yang terlibat, sehingga kesejahteraan pegawai akan terjamin karena sistem pengelolaan industri baik. Untuk meminimalisir kesalahan atau kejadian tak terduga ketika mengolah data absensi pegawai yang biasanya berjumlah banyak, perlu dihubungkan sistem absensi pegawai dengan menggunakan MySQL dan model konseptual data seperti CDM, PDM, dan ERD. Dengan ini, diharapkan bisa mengetahui tabel/relasi yang dibutuhkan dalam sistem informasi absensi pegawai. Hasil studi kasus membuktikan bahwa dengan adanya model konseptual dari CDM, PDM, dan ERD memberikan kemudahan untuk pengontrolan tabel dalam database dengan tujuan menghindari duplikasi ataupun data yang tidak utuh. Berdasarkan analisis dan perancangan basis data absensi pegawai menggunakan model Conceptual Data Model (CDM), Physical Data Model (PDM), dan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), disertai dengan Normalisasi Data dapat disimpulkan bahwa ketiga konsep model tersebut dapat membantu penyusunan tabel relasi atau database yang baik untuk diarahkan ke dalam MySQL, sehingga ketika pegawai melakukan absensi maka akan otomatis masuk ke dalam database.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an effective Decision Support System (DSS) in the process of the rice aid program. The Weighted Product (WP) method is used as the basis for decision-making to determine the receipt of rice aid. This DSS is designed to assist program organizers in selecting rice aid recipients more efficiently and objectively. The Weighted Product method is used to calculate the weight value of each criterion given by the rice aid recipient. This study's results can positively contribute to increasing efficiency and transparency in decision-making for the rice aid program. With this Weighted Product-based DSS, it is hoped that the selection process for rice aid recipients can be carried out more objectively and measurably so that the program's benefits can be more evenly distributed and targeted.

Abstract

Penggunaan aplikasi ujian di MAN Kota Surabaya masih banyak menggunakan open source, sehingga tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Aplikasi ujian eksiting masih terbatas fitur yang tersedia. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan mendukung sekolah mengadopsi penggunaan CBT (Computer Based Test) dalam pelaksanaan ujian.  Permasalahan yang diidentifikasi meliputi kelemahan perangkat lunak eksisting dan keterbatasan literasi guru terhadap penggunaannya. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Service Learning. Aktivitas terdiri dari survey dan pengembangan perangkat lunak CBT, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Pelaksanaan survey awal mengidentifikasi kelemahan aplikasi eksisting yaitu menyangkut aspek efektivitas, dan fitur yang dibutuhkan tidak tersedia. Pengembangan CBT dilakukan dengan menambahkan kegunaan melalui penambahan fitur dan kemudahan. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan dan efektivitas penggunaan. Evaluasi yang dilakukan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru akan aplikasi, kemampuan pembuatan evaluasi, kepuasan dan efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi. Selain itu output yang lain juga terpenuhi, yaitu aplikasi CBT (UHW-CBT versi MAN), modul pelatihan, buku petunjuk penggunaan, hak kekayaan intelektual, dan publikasi. Program ini telah memberikan peningkatan adopsi CBT, yang hal ini bsa dilihat dari aspek ketersediaan software CBT, penggunaan, literasi, bentuk evaluasi dan rekap, dan perangkingan nilai. Rencana tindak lanjut dari program ini adalah pendampingan berkelanjutan sesuai kebutuhan mitra.

Abstract

BUMDES Masyarakat Madani Sejahtera is a business entity initiated by Desa Janti in Sidoarjo- East Java. However, recently BUMDES has an issue for not being able normally operate and provide financial statement as it used to. BUMDes has a retail business which sell daily items to the village. The community service team identify this issue and attempt to solve it. They developed online Post of Sales (POS) for efficiency and effectivity. At the same time the other member of the team which concentrated in accounting assist BUMDes to provide financial statement in accordance with Indonesian financial standard. The team were using collaborative approach which began with mapping the issue and continued with workshop for POS system and the financial statement template, assist BUMDes to use both POS system and financial statement template and the last one to find out how they use it by held monitoring and evaluation activity. At the end, BUMDes revenue and equity have significantly increasing compared to the previous period each 20% and 50%, BUMDes has their own POS system and could provide financial statement in accordance to SAK EMKM. This achievement overall can be used as an acceleration to reach SDGs in Desa Janti.

Abstract

The culinary business, as part of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), has the potential to generate promising income. One such example is the production of snacks, specifically dumpling, in the form of siomay. Doyan Somay is a business that produce siomay in Surabaya, which has been established since 2018. However, the revenue from this business has not reached its full potential by the end of 2023. The marketing strategy employed is still simple, relying primarily on partnerships with business affilliates and regular customers. Given this situation, the aim of this Community Service activity is to optimize Doyan Somay’s revenue by implementing digital marketing strategies. The solution offered to the partner is the application of marketing strategies through social media and mobile marketing using e-commerce platforms. The method used includes training  and mentoring. The methodology is based on four main stages: preparation, implementation, evalution, and monitoring. This series of community service activities has had a positive impact on the partner, especially in increasing the active use of social media and e-commerce as marketing channels. Gradually, the partner’s revenue has shown an increase of approximately two to three percent per day.

Abstract

Green business or sustainable business includes sustainable operational activities, using environmentally friendly materials, producing minimal waste products, managing labor sustainably, and responsible delivery methods. The goal of sustainable business is to eliminate negative impacts on the environment, both on a local and global scale. PT. Abaka Supply Chain is a company operating in the supply chain sector in Indonesia which has long been dedicated to providing the best solutions in renewable fuels. This company is known for its commitment to environmentally friendly business with the production of Biomass Wood Pellets. The application of Green Commerce is the main focus in research, with a focus on environmentally friendly practices that can be implemented in industrial supply chains. This research is included in the applied research category because it uses a qualitative descriptive analysis methodology to provide practical findings that are relevant to digital marketing. Additionally, the Digital Marketing aspect involves implementing online marketing strategies, optimizing social media, and how to approach the market efficiently through digital platforms. Integrating Green Commerce and Digital Marketing can provide valuable insight, as well as being an important milestone in advancing the industry towards a more sustainable and highly competitive future.

Abstract

The manual management of boarding houses often causes various problems, such as inaccurate recording of transactions and tenant data, lack of information for prospective tenants, and unstructured booking and payment processes. This research aims to design and build a web-based Boarding House Management Information System (SIMKO) using the Laravel framework and the Agile development method. Data is collected through literature studies, interviews with boarding house owners, and direct observation of boarding houses in the Sedati area. The result of this research is an integrated information system with main features such as boarding house search, filing complaints, recording tenant and transaction data, booking rooms, financial reports, and digital payment support through Xendit. The development process is iterative and flexible to adjust to user needs. This system is expected to increase transparency, as well as the overall quality of boarding business management services.

Abstract

In recent years, public interest in skincare has significantly increased, especially among younger generations. Although various skincare applications offering skin analysis features are already available, most of them still have limitations. These include product recommendations that are focused only on specific brands, the lack of validation by dermatologists, and the absence of a fully integrated skincare solution within a single platform. This study aims to develop a mobile skincare application called Skintopia, with a focus on user needs through the application of the User-Centered Design (UCD) method. The System Usability Scale (SUS) evaluation results showed scores of 92 from skincare users and 89 from dermatologists. Both scores fall under the “Excellent” category, receiving a grade of A and classified within the “acceptable” level of acceptability. These findings indicate that the UI/UX design of the Skintopia application successfully meets user needs and provides an intuitive and user-friendly experience.
