Abstract

Libraries may be at risk of data security issues. The threat of data loss or data damage is prone to occur in libraries. Information technology embedded in libraries has developed Artificial Intelligence (AI) for information retrieval systems. The application of information technology in the Surabaya City Library has potential risks to data security and force majeure aspects so that need a disaster mitigation plant. This study aimed to implement information system risk management at Surabaya City Libraries as a disaster mitigation plan. The research method was descriptive qualitative. Based on the risk analysis, the recommendations for applying risk to information technology Surabaya City Library were elimination and engineering. The manifestation of these two recommendations made the data access protocol use multiple authentications to avoid data theft attempts due to infiltration, hacking, and cracking. Study results recommended a protocol for each data access. The protocol would save every change, deletion, and system login in the log history. Implementing data authentication twice per login can avoid data theft caused by the intrusion. This activity log is used for activity tracking when the system is infiltrated. The limitation of this study lies in the scope of the research object, namely the library, which has limitations on the system or application used and does not impact the wider community. Conclusion of research, the library can implement risk management strategy with elimination and engineering models through recording system login activities, which mitigate the risk of data breaches originating from insiders.

Abstract

Conferences are meetings whose purpose is to exchange thoughts and opinions on common issues. Advances in technology make people believe that work is more effective and efficient. One of them is changing the traditional system into a computerized system. Conference organizers more effectively disseminate information, record, broadcast, and conduct other conference activities using Internet-enabled web services. ICBB is an international conference held by UHW Perbanas since 2010. The author designed a website-based information system using the CodeIgniter Framework. The system development methodology adopted is the Waterfall method. Based on the results of external and internal testing, a value of 80.8% was obtained, which concluded that the information system was feasible and could make it easier for participants to find information related to the publication of research papers and community service scripts and to increase the ease of managing ICBB within the Perbanas UHW environmentKeywords: Website, Information System, CodeIgniter, ICBB, UHW Perbanas, Waterfall

Abstract

– Industri  wisata  menjadi  salah  satu  pendapatan  daerah  yang  sangat  potensial  bagi  masyarakat  dan pemerintah daerah. Potensi tersebut belum terkelola dengan baik akibat minimnya penggunaan teknologi Informasi.  Informasi  wisata  alam  didaerah  Surabaya  jarang  terekpose  secara umum,  padahal  wisata  alam  disana  begitu  banyak  dan  menarik.  Hal  tersebut  karena  informasi  wisata masih disampaikan secara tradisioanal dari mulut ke mulut, sehingga sebaran informasi kurang jauh dan relatif  sedikit. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut maka perlu adanya sebuah Sistem Informasi Pariwisata berbasis Web dengan metode waterfall di daerah Surabaya agar informasi bisa menyebar secara luas dan cepat. Sistem informasi ini menggunakan paradigma Model View Controller menggunakan Framework CodeIgneter dan DBMS Mysql. Sehingga hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya sistem informasi pemesanan tiket wisata Kota Surabaya dijadikan sebagai solusi dalam memudahkan wisatawan melakukan pemesanan tiket wisata karena sudah tersedia di dalam sistem sehingga lebih tepat dan efisien. Serta menyarankan agar sistem informasi ini dapat dilakukan maintenance dan pembaruan data pada destinasi wisata yang disediakan oleh Kota Surabaya, seperti meminimalisir adanyanya kendala pemesanan tiket wisata untuk kuota yang tersedia maupun jam operasional desnitasi wisata tersebut.

Abstract

Curriculum vitae (CV) adalah dokumen yang mencatat informasi tentang seorang individu, termasuk riwayat hidup dan kualifikasi. Didalamnya terdapat gambaran singkat tentang pendidikan dan pengalaman profesional seseorang, yang unik untuk setiap individu. Di era digital, landing page untuk CV merupakan salah satu tren baru dalam memperkenalkan diri kepada calon employer. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini yaitu untuk menyelenggarakan pelatihan landing page yang memuat informasi individu dalam bentuk CV digital agar para siswa dapat menyimpan informasi individu, rekam pendidikan dan rekam karya yang tersusun rapi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini berlangsung di SMKN 1 Kamal Bangkalan Madura. Teknologi yang digunakan dalam membuat landing page yaitu Google Site dan Adobe Firefly dimana penggunaanya cukup mudah untuk digunakan siswa. Pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi tahapan persiapan berupa survei dan observasi di sekolah, tahap pelaksanaan berupa kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan landing page CV dengan strategi pemasaran digital dan tahap kegita berupa evaluasi kegiatan dan narasumber pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan ini bagi siswa secara keseluruhan dapat memeberikan manfaat bagi siswa untuk menyimpan rekam karya sebagai personal branding yang dapat digunakan untuk mencari pekerjaan dan mendaftar ke perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Tingginya tingkat kegawatdaruratan di Indonesia, dengan rata-rata 2.500 bencana alam dan 18.000 kasus kecelakaan lalu lintas per tahun (BNPB, 2023), menuntut sistem penanganan yang responsif. Penelitian ini mengembangkan "Sigap 24/7", aplikasi kegawatdaruratan berbasis Android yang diuji coba pada 150 pengguna dengan pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi respon darurat sebesar 65% dibanding sistem konvensional, dengan waktu rata-rata pelaporan berkurang dari 4,2 menit menjadi 1,5 menit. Aplikasi ini menawarkan dua mode pelaporan: (1) layanan SOS dengan akurasi GPS 98,7% dalam radius 50 meter, dan (2) layanan Non-SOS yang meningkatkan kelengkapan data insiden sebesar 80% melalui formulir terstruktur. Uji coba multi-instansi melibatkan 5 lembaga darurat menunjukkan peningkatan koordinasi sebesar 72% dalam simulasi penanganan bencana. Evaluasi SUS (System Usability Scale) menghasilkan skor 86,4/100, menunjukkan tingkat penerimaan pengguna yang sangat baik. Solusi ini berpotensi mengurangi waktu respon darurat hingga 40% sekaligus meningkatkan akurasi data insiden untuk penanganan yang lebih tepat.

Abstract

This bibliometric study aims to chart trends, thematic foci, and collaboration networks of fake-news research in Indonesia, to uncover methodological and regulatory gaps hindering hoax mitigation, and to formulate evidence-based policy agendas. Data were harvested from Lens.org on 9 May 2025 using the query “fake news” AND “Indonesia”. The initial 846 records were screened for document type and duplicates, yielding 753 publications. Performance indicators (h-index, citations, open-access status) and science-mapping techniques (co-word, co-authorship, temporal overlays) were applied via Lens.org analytic tools. Findings reveal three publication waves—a formative period (2008-2014), an electoral surge (2015-2019), and a pandemic spike (2020-2024). The corpus reports an h-index of 42, roughly 7 500 citations, and 71 % open-access availability. Political misinformation and health-related disinformation dominate the discourse, while methodological evolution from bag-of-words classifiers to transformer architectures is still constrained by small, single-modal datasets, limiting cross-domain accuracy. Collaboration networks are led by Universitas Indonesia, Universitas Gadjah Mada, and BINUS University, with international co-authorship accounting for only 14 % of outputs. Persistently low digital literacy and overly broad anti-hoax regulations generate a journalistic chilling effect. Strategic recommendations include creating a CC-BY multimodal national corpus of at least 100 000 annotated items, deploying real-time AI moderation through the KominfoAId initiative, implementing sustained train-the-trainer literacy programmes for teachers, enacting a rights-based Digital Rights Bill, and conducting annual longitudinal surveys across 34 provinces to track the societal impact of hoaxes.

Abstract

GOBIS is one of the public transportation applications launched by the Surabaya City Government in 2018. However, in the use of GOBIS there are still various problems, A pre-evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS) with 20 respondents yielded a score of 45.15—well below the average of 68 and classified as ‘very poor. This study uses the design thinking method with 5 stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing. Testing on the prototype results involved 5 respondents using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method and maze.co tools to get task results automatically. As a result, this new UI/UX design has gone through usability testing using maze and produced a score of 93/100 and an increase in the SUS score from 45.152 to 82, which is a good category. These results demonstrate that the redesigned interface better aligns with user needs and is more user-friendly, achieving a 36.85-point increase in SUS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi potensi gamifikasi personalisasi dalam mengatasi tantangan keterlibatan dan motivasi dalam pendidikan pemrograman. Dengan memanfaatkan kerangka Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), elemen gamifikasi seperti leaderboard, badges, dan progress bar disesuaikan dengan preferensi individu mahasiswa untuk menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang lebih menarik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD) yang mengacu pada prinsip ISO 9241-210 untuk mengembangkan prototipe antarmuka UI high-fidelity. Evaluasi heuristik dilakukan oleh pakar untuk menilai kegunaan dan efektivitas desain. Temuan utama penelitian ini menyoroti bahwa elemen gamifikasi yang disesuaikan dengan preferensi MBTI dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pembelajar yang beragam dan meningkatkan interaksi dengan platform. Penelitian ini menunjukkan potensi gamifikasi berbasis MBTI sebagai strategi inovatif untuk pendidikan personalisasi. Penelitian lanjutan akan berfokus pada implementasi platform menjadi sistem fungsional serta pengembangan fitur untuk basis pengguna yang lebih luas.

Abstract

Growing disparities in digital governance readiness across Indonesia highlight the urgency of strengthening the nation's Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE). This study conducts a systematic literature review of 34 recent studies to identify key factors that influence SPBE implementation across six architecture domains: Business (Organizational) Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, Infrastructure Architecture, Security Architecture, and Service Architecture. Drawing on the PRISMA methodology, the review uncovers recurring obstacles such as governance misalignment, fragmented system development, infrastructure limitations, inadequate data management, weak cybersecurity, and inconsistent service delivery. While these challenges inform the analysis, the proposed conceptual framework reframes each domain as a positive construct—suggesting that stronger performance in these areas contributes to greater SPBE implementation success. This framework provides policymakers with a structured lens to guide targeted digital transformation efforts. The study emphasizes the importance of policy coherence, inter-agency collaboration, human resource capacity, and integrated digital ecosystems, and invites future empirical research to validate and refine the framework through quantitative testing and in-depth case studies, particularly focusing on governance and people-centered factors.

Abstract

User reviews are a crucial element in guiding the continuous improvement of mobile applications for developers. This research aims to utilize Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) techniques using Pentaho Data Integration to analyze user reviews of government mobile applications which is ‘Sentuh Tanahku’, focusing on improving service quality through actionable data insights. The ETL process involves collecting and cleaning data from the Google Play Store to derive valuable insights that inform recommendations for app improvement. After data extraction, text preprocessing steps, such as cleansing, case folding, and keyword filtering, were applied to prepare the data for analysis. By categorizing user reviews into key aspects such as user interface, performance, bug fixes, security, compatibility and feature development this research enables the identification of most frequently discussed and complained about by users. The output of this research includes a structured dataset in Excel format. By demonstrating the effectiveness of ETL and text analysis in transforming unstructured user reviews into strategic insights, this research contributes to utilizing Pentaho Data Integration as an alternative and effective tool for processing and analyzing user reviews.
