Abstract

The Complexity of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Service Delivery in the Perspective of the National PAUD Standards. This study aims to explore the challenges and actions taken in implementing PAUD services in accordance with national standards at PAUD Waluyo Jati Gumelem Kulon, Susukan District, Banjarnegara Regency. The language is objective, formal, and unbiased. The text is free from grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors. It is case study research that utilized interviews, observations, and documentation as data collection methods. The Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique was employed, including data reduction, data display, and verification stages. Abbreviations and technical terms are clearly defined upon initial use. The outcomes indicated that PAUD Waluyo Jati encountered issues in all standards during service implementation. STPPA experienced difficulties utilizing tools to evaluate the growth and development of young children. Compiling a curriculum that takes into account institutional peculiarities presented challenges in the content standard. In terms of the process standard, obstacles arose in preparing RPPM and RPPH. In the assessment standard, issues have arisen regarding the execution of assessments that do not align with the assessment tool. In the education personnel standard, difficulties stem from the compliance with academic qualifications required of teachers. In the facilities and infrastructure standard, limitations are observed in terms of available restrooms and workspace. Financial standards present challenges in raising funds to provide PAUD services, while management practices at PAUD Waluyo Jati suffer from inadequate documentation of program implementation. In light of these difficulties, PAUD Waluyo Jati should strive for continuous improvement in meeting national PAUD standards by preparing activity programmes that comply with these standards. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kesulitan dan upaya yang dihadapi pada penyelenggaraan layanan PAUD dalam perspektif standar nasional PAUD di PAUD Waluyo Jati Gumelem Kulon Kecamatan Susukan Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari tahap reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada penyelenggaraan layanan PAUD Waluyo Jati mengalami kesulitan dalam setiap standarnya.Pada STPPA ditemukan kesulitan dalam hal penggunaan instrumen untuk melakukan assesment terhadap tumbuh-kembang anak usia dini. Pada standar isi ditemukan kesulitan dalam menyusun kurikulum yang sesuai dengan kekhasan lembaga. Pada standar proses ditemukan kesulitan dalam penyusunan RPPM dan RPPH. Pada standar penilaian ditemui kesulitan terkait dengan pelaksanaan penilaian yang belum sesuai dengan instrumen penilaian. Pada standar pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan ditemui kesulitan terkait dengan pemenuhan kualifikasi akademik guru. Pada standar sarana dan prasarana ditemui kesulitan berupa keterbatasan toilet dan ruang kerja. Pada standar pembiayaan ditemui kesulitan dalam hal penggalangan dana untuk pembiayaan penyelenggaraan layanan PAUD. Pada standar pengelolaan ditemui kesulitan pihak guru PAUD Waluyo Jati belum mampu mendokumentasikan setiap pelaksanaan program dengan baik.Berdasarkan kesulitan-kesulitan di atas maka sebaiknya PAUD Waluyo Jati melakukan upaya perbaikan secara berkelanjutan dalam pemenuhan standar nasional PAUD dengan menyusun program kegiatan PAUD yang sesuai dengan standar nasional PAUD.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the practice of supportive behavior by the head of RA Nurul Dzikri in the implementation of the independent curriculum. This study uses a qualitative research approach and a type of phenomenological research. Informants in this research included the headmaster and teachers at RA Nurul Dzikri. Data was collected by interview, observation, and documentation techniques and then analyzed using the data analysis technique of Miles and Huberman's model consisting of data reduction, data display, and verification stages. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the practice of supportive behavior towards teachers in the implementation of the independent curriculum at RA Nurul Dzikri is carried out through efforts, namely: (1) Establishing a working relationship with teachers in implementing the independent curriculum; (2) Assisting teachers in implementing the independent curriculum; (3) Listening to the teacher's ideas in implementing the independent curriculum; (4) Motivating, encouraging and praising teachers in implementing the independent curriculum; and (5) Encouraging teachers to try using new methods or strategies in implementing the independent curriculum. These five efforts have made teachers feel that their ideas and creativity are valued by their leaders, have helped teachers in their work, and have created harmonious relationships so that teachers can work on implementing an independent curriculum with high work motivation.

Abstract

Kajian ini merupakan analisis Swot pada pembelajaran terpadu yang dilakukan di MI Al Hikmah Benda. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian yakni metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis. Kajian digunakan untuk mendeskripsikan kajian SWOT pada pembelajaran terpadu MI Al Hikmah Benda. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa MI Al Hikmah Benda sebagai lembaga pendidikan jenjang sekolah dasar yang memiliki iklim pesantren dengan basis pengetahuan cukup didukung oleh masyarakat dan lingkungan sekitar. Selain itu, tokoh dan masyarakat lingkungan MI Al Hikmah Benda juga menjamin dukungan penuh dengan ada sekolah tersebut. Kepesatan perkembangan anak-anak di sekolah MI Al Hikmah Benda memang menonjolkan pada sisi pengetahuan dan praktik agama.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the development of Islamic PAUD institutions carried out by TK ABA Majapahit Kalierang Bumiayu Brebes in the perspective of blue ocean strategy. This research is a naturalist qualitative research. Data were collected using interviews, observation and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using the data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman model. The results showed that the steps taken in implementing the blue ocean strategy to develop PAUD institutions in TK ABA Majapahit were: (1) Creating a canvas for the development of Islamic PAUD institutions; (2) Create a framework for Islamic PAUD institutions; (3) Create three levels of non-customer Islamic PAUD services; (4) Create a framework for six paths for the development of Islamic PAUD institutions; and (5) Creating the value of innovation in the provision of Islamic PAUD services.

Abstract

This study aims to look at and analize the development of a local wisdom-based PAUD curriculum in the P5 perspective applied in the Kindergarten Didaktika Uswatun Khasanah Beji. Because not all educational institutions, especially Early Childhood Education, have been able to implement the PAUD Curriculum system based on local wisdom in accordance with the existing programs in P5. That way the author is very interested in being able to dig deeper into the application of the PAUD Curriculum that is implemented in the Kindergarten Didaktika Uswatun Khasanah Beji. The PAUD Curriculum that is implemented civers several aspects for the sake of improving the quality and quality of schools, especially the quality of child development. The results show that the implementation of the PAUD Curriculum based on local wisdom in the Kindergarten Didaktika Uswatun Khasanah Beji has many positive impacts for both school institutions, teachers and students, and the environment around the Kindergarten. Teachers or intructors become more professional in determining the concepts and structures of learning implemented in schools. In addition, students are also more skilled, independent, and synergized in instilling a social and religious spirit with noble character. The success of the quality and quality of schools can be seen from the developments that occur in children. The method in this study uses qualitative research methods. The type of research used is the phenomenological approach. Where the reseracher examines a phenomenon that is experienced in the real world, namely the application of P5 in the Didaktika Uswatun Khasanah Beji Purwokerto Kindergarten. Research is conducted to be understood and studied the truth. Submission of research into the discussion descriptively.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the practice of achievement-oriented behavior by the head of RA Nurul Dzikri towards teachers in the implementation of the independent curriculum. Theoretically, the practice of achievement-oriented behavior is one manifestation of the practice of path-goal leadership. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a phenomenological research type. Data was collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using the data analysis technique of the Miles and Huberman models, which consisted of three stages: data reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed that the practice of achievement-oriented behavior by the head of RA towards teachers in the implementation of the independent curriculum and moderation of religion at RA Nurul Dzikri was carried out through the following steps: (1) Identifying problems in the implementation of the independent curriculum and moderation of religion; (2) Make remedial efforts to overcome problems in implementing the independent curriculum and religious moderation; (3) Giving teachers space to be creative in implementing the independent curriculum and religious moderation; and (4) Providing opportunities for teachers to increase their competence in implementing the independent curriculum and religious moderation. These four steps have made teacher RA Nurul Dzikri gain achievements in implementing the independent curriculum by making it a national-scale benchmarking center for other early childhood education institutions in implementing the independent curriculum.

Abstract

This research is applied research that aims to develop and implement a character education action plan based on Total Quality Management (TQM) in the Pancasila student profile in Independent Curriculum in Kindergarten. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, data was collected through Focus Group Discussion (FGD), interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the research show that TQM-based character education in Tunas Bangsa Kindergarten through the implementation of action plans in Pancasila student profile in the independent curriculum, implemented in learning projects and children's habits, has achieved guaranteed quality of learning. The results of the implementation show that children have achieved guaranteed quality graduates through learning project activities and familiarization with the supporting capacity of skilled teacher human resources, adequate facilities, and infrastructure as well as religious and moral development for adult children. Learning projects and habits are implemented for children to achieve the guaranteed quality of graduates, carrying out daily prayers, carrying out religious ritual practices, praying before and after studying, praying for parents and family, putting on and taking off your shoes, wearing uniform according to schedule, and complete tasks according to the deadline. For further research, it is necessary to carry out research that examines various implementations of character education based on culture or other learning models that attract children's interest and are more comprehensive. Abstract

Setiap lembaga pendidikan ataupun lembaga apapaun yang bergerak di bidan jasa memerlukan pembiayaan dalam kegiatan operasional lembaganya. Berbagai masalah yang dihadapi oleh lembaga terutama dalam hal keuangan dikarenakan masih sedikitnya perhatian pemerintah terhadap lembaga pendidikan swasta di daerah terpencil. Banyak cara ditempuh oleh yayasan penyelenggara pendidikan unruk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut yang antara lain dengan menggunakan program fundraising berbasis swadaya masyarakat. RA Baitul Muttaqin dan yayasannya adalah salah satu dari banyak lembaga yang menggunakan program tersebut. Dalam menerapkan program tersebut RA Baitul Muttaqin menggunakan pola manajemen dengan proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis fenomenologi. Tekhnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara lembaga pendidikan swasta yang berada di wilayah pedesaan dalam memeperoleh tambahan pendanaan untuk memaksimalkan operasional lembaga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RA Baitul Muttaqin lebih menonjolkan kegiatan fundraising dengan sistem donatur tetap bulanan kepada masyarakat sekitar yang berada pada taraf ekonomi menengah ke atas melalui kegiatan rutin setiap bulan. Dengan menerapkan metode fundraising, RA Baitul Muttaqin dapat beroperasi secara lebih baik dan terkendali kondisi pendanaannya.

Sehingga dalam penelitian ini membahas mengenai pemanfaatan salah satu media sosial yang sering dipakai oleh setiap lembaga pendidikan yaitu instagram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kajian terkait SMP Top Kids Islamic School dalam pemanfaatan instagram sebagai sarana para murid dalam mengembangkan kreatifitas untuk mensosialisasikan kegiatan sekolah. Peneliti melakukan penelitian lapangan, sehingga terjun langsung untuk memahami fenomena yang ada di sekolah. Pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah SMP Top Kids Islamic School memanfaatkan instagram sebagai sarana sosialisasi kepada masyarakat luas terkait program unggulan yang dimiliki sekolah dan pemanfaatan instagram juga sebagai sarana untuk membangun citra sekolah

Abstract

Sekarang ini mudah sekali ditemukan berbagai perilaku amoral, baik yang dilakukan oleh penyelenggara Negara, rakyat jelata, hingga oleh peserta didik SD. Kenyataan tersebut menunjukkan kepada kita bahwa bangsa Indonesia saat ini sedang mengalami krisis karakter. Pemerintah pun berusaha membangun kembali karakter bangsa Indonesia. Upaya pembangunan kembali karakter bangsa tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui berbagai kegiatan dalam Gerakan Pramuka yang dipimpin oleh guru PAI di SD. Dalam kegiatan tersebut guru PAI melakukan lima langkah dalam pengembangan karakter peserta didik SD yang disebut dengan istilah "Panca Usaha Guru".
