Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui langkah-langkah yang dilakukan oleh guru PAl di SD Islam Terpadu Al-Ambari Bumiayu dalam memfungsikan masjid sebagai laboratorium pendidikan karakter. Hasil penelitian diperoleh informasi bahwa ada lima upaya yang dilakukan dalam fungsionalisasi masjid sebagai laboratorium pendidikan karakter di SD Islam Terpadu Al-Ambari Bumiayu. Pertama, membentuk pengurus masjid. Kedua, merumuskan visi, misi, nilai-nilai dan tujuan masjid sebagai laboratorium pendidikan karakter. Ketiga, menyusun program kegiatan masjid sebagai laboratorium pendidikan karakter. Keempat, melaksanakan program kegiatan masjid sebagai laboratorium pendidikan karakter. Kelima, menilai keberhasilan program kegiatan masjid sebagai laboratorium pendidikan karakter.

Abstract

This paper is intended to obtain a description of the strategic planning process to shape the character of younger children in kindergarten Islam al-Irsyad Purwokerto. case study research method was selected and used to obtain these goals. The results showed that there are seven steps involved in strategic planning for early childhood shape the character. First, to accommodate the wishes and needs of parents based on the results of environmental monitoring process. Second, develop a vision, mission, and objectives of TK Islam that focuses on character building early childhood. Third, set the value of the character to be internalized in early childhood in kindergarten Islam. Fourth, prepare quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates. Fifth, organize the activities empowerment of children in kindergarten Islam towards achieving quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates. Sixth, develop programs and strategies for early childhood character formation towards achieving quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates. Seventh, develop instruments assessment program for early childhood character formation that leads to the achievement of quality assurance Islamic kindergarten graduates

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative research is intended to obtain a description of the actualization of the continuous improvement principle in responsive leadership, the head of the Islamic Integrated Islamic Education Institute of Al-Ikhlas, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. The data in this study were collected using interview, observation, and documentation techniques. The author uses the data source triangulation technique to obtain valid research data. Valid research data are then analyzed using inductive data analysis techniques. The results showed that the actualization of the principle of continuous improvement in responsive leadership of the head of the Islamic PAUD Integrated al-Ikhlas in the Bumiayu sub-district of Brebes district was carried out by implementing six steps. First, diagnose problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Second, formulate solutions to problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Third, develop an improvement plan to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Fourth, condition resources to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Fifth, implement an improvement plan to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs. Sixth, evaluate the results of improvements to overcome problems in the implementation of integrated PAUD programs.

Abstract

The current study intends to analyze the management of the Tahfidz program in shaping students' character. The non-mulazamah program became the subject of the study. A qualitative approach using a case study method was employed in this study. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were generated from the analysis process, comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the management of the Tahfidz program was successful in shaping students’ characters based on four indicators. First, in the planning stage, the madrasah conducted a need analysis and prepared stakeholders to ensure proficiency in reading the Qur'an, creating an ideal learning environment. Second, in organizing the Tahfidz program, the madrasah had a clear purpose, well-defined job responsibilities, and adequate facilities to support the program. Third, the Madrasah leaders implemented a situational leadership style during the program's execution. Finally, in the control phase, the management team ensured that the program produced quality outcomes, with many students surpassing the expected targets. The study indicates that the Tahfidz program nurtures students’ characteristics such as discipline, responsibility, independence, and compliance.

Abstract

This paper examines the actualization of the entrepreneurship character of the PAUD headmaster in order to maintain the existence of PAUD institutions in the post covid 19 pandemic, where it is known that for more than two years covid 19 has threatened the existence of PAUD institutions. The purpose of this article is to provide a description to the headmaster of PAUD both in the Playgroup, Kindergarten and Raudhatul Athfal about the various efforts that can be made to maintain the existence of PAUD institutions during the post covid 19 pandemic through actualization of the entrepreneurship character of the head of PAUD. This research is a type of library research, where data is collected using documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results showed that there are six entrepreneurial characters that can be actualized by the PAUD headmaster, including self-confidence, productivity-oriented, leadership, originality, future-oriented and honest and diligent. With the actualization of the six entrepreneurship characters of the PAUD headmaster above, it is hoped that the existence of PAUD institutions in the post-covid-19 pandemic can be maintained.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan praktik kegiatan manajemen kelas unggulan di MTs Negeri 3 Pemalang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Informasi mengenai subjek penelitian didapatkan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi terhadap Kepala MTs Negeri 3 Pemalang, Waka Kurikulum, Waka Kepeserta didikan, guru kelas unggulan, dan peserta didik kelas unggulan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan terdiri dari reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini, bahwa kelas unggulan MTs Negeri 3 Pemalang telah terimplementasikan dengan optimal ditandai dengan adanya perumusan tujuan kelas unggulan yang disusun oleh tim yang terdiri dari Kepala Madrasah, Dewan Guru beserta tutor kelas unggulan. Perumusan peraturan kelas unggulan dilakukan dengan matang dengan melibatkan unsur penting dimadrasah yakni kepala madrasah, semua guru, guru BK, dan komite. Pengembangan layanan belajar kelas unggulan ditandai dengan pendekatan pembelajaran, metode pembelajaran, media pembelajaran, perangkat pembelajaran dan solusi mengatasi kendala dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Pengembangan sarana dan prasarana kelas unggulan ditandai dengan adanya perencanaan dan analisis kebutuhan, pengadaan sarana dan prasarana, pemeliharaan sarana dan prasarana dan solusi dalam mengatasi pengelolaan sarpras kelas unggulan. Pengembangan guru kelas unggulan ditandai dengan perekrutan, pembinaan dan pelatihan serta memberikan solusi mengatasi kendala dalam pelaksanaan kompetensi gurukelas unggulan. Pengawasan manajemen kelas unggulan ditandai dengan adanya supervisi perangkat pembelajaran oleh Kepala Madrasah.

Abstract

This research is aimed at: (1) describing and analyzing the form of actualization of child-friendly educational values ​​in forming the character of students at the Al Madinah Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Kebumen; (2) describe and analyze the challenges faced in forming the character of students at the Al Madinah Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Kebumen; and (3) describe and analyze the impact of actualizing the value of child-friendly education in character formation at the Al Madinah Integrated Islamic Elementary School, Kebumen. This research uses a qualitative approach. Data was collected using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique which consists of data reduction, data display and verification stages. The results of the research show that the actualization of child-friendly educational values ​​to shape the character of students at SD IT Al Madinah makes them have the ability to behave or behave religiously. This religious attitude makes students able to care for others, be polite and courteous, friendly, helpful, obedient to rules, orderly, honest, responsible, disciplined, fair, love cleanliness and non-discriminatory so that they can become friendly people. This ability arises through the actualization of child-friendly educational values ​​carried out through learning activities, habituation, developing talents and interests as well as extracurricular activities, conditioning, and providing gifts and punishments for students.

Abstract

Keterbatasan sarana pendidikan ini menjadi masalah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Oleh sebab itu, kehadiran IT di sekolah atau di institusi pendidikan merupakan keharusan. Pihak-pihak pengelola pendidikan sudah saatnya melakukan usaha dan upaya agar sekolah atau intitusi pendidikan yang dikelolanya dilengkapi dengan fasilitas IT ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis TIK di era revolusi industri 4.0, jenis aplikasi yang digunakan, manfaat, dan kendala yang dihadapi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu lembar wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data, mereduksi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis TIK telah dilaksanakan, berbagai aplikasi yang digunakan dalam evaluasi pembelajaran berbasis TIK adalah google form, quizziiz, SapKur, dan dalam mengolah nilai harian menggunakan Sapkur, dan e-report untuk memproses nilai hasil. Kajian akhir tahun atau rapor. Manfaat dari aplikasi berbasis TIK ini sangat membantu guru, wali kelas, dan sekolah dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran meskipun ada kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru yang gagap teknologi, sehingga mengalami kesulitan dalam menggunakan beberapa aplikasi. Hal ini dapat diatasi dengan memberikan bimbingan melalui pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh sekolah.

Abstract

Saat ini dunia pendidikan Indonesia termasuk pendidikan dasar masih menghadapi berbagai persoalan yang sangat serius dan kompleks, mulai dari rendahnya alokasi anggaran dipandang dari sudut bantuan dana dari pemerintah, kurang memadainya penataran pelatihan dalam peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru yang disebabkan oleh masih kecilnya anggaran pendidikan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pengelolaan pembiayaan di MIM Gandatapa, jenis aplikasi yang digunakan, manfaat dan kendala yang dihadapi. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu lembar wawancara. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data, menyajikan data, mereduksi data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan pembiayaan pendidikan atas biaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pendidikan ke arah yang lebih baik. Diperlukan strategi pengelolaan karena dapat menganalisis kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan tantangan yang akan dihadapi. Penjelasannya dalam pelaksanaan pembiayaan pendidikan cukup banyak kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah. Kebutuhan akan efisiensi waktu dan biaya menyebabkan setiap pelaku usaha merasa perlu untuk menerapkan teknologi informasi dalam lingkungan kerja. Penerapan teknologi informasi dapat mengakibatkan adanya perubahan kebiasaan kerja.

Abstract

Community empowerment is one of the studies of non-formal education because it includes adult education practices such as training. Community empowerment can be used as a solution to eradicate unemployment. This has been implemented by many government and private programs. Empowerment, if seen as a process, is a stage of activity to strengthen community power which is still considered weak, whereas if seen from its objectives, empowerment is an activity to achieve a goal which includes social change and community independence. The method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Community empowerment through Banyumasan Batik production is implemented through stages in accordance with several existing theories. The conclusion of this research shows that implementing empowerment through the correct stages of empowerment will make it easier to achieve empowerment goals as planned so that empowerment can also be achieved from a socio-economic, political and psychological perspective. The existence of good cooperation between facilitators and beneficiaries will achieve empowerment goals easily, this can be used as advice for problems that exist in the empowerment process through the production of Banyumasan Batik in Patikraja Village.
