Abstract

Kompetensi pedagogi merupakan salah satu kompetensi penting yang harus dimiliki seorang guru yang menjadikannya berbeda dengan profesi lainnya. Kompetensi ini menyangkut perencanaan pembelajaran, pengelolaan kelas, penguasaan teori belajar, evaluasi pembelajaran serta pendidikan karakter. Penguatan kompetensi ini menjadi kunci bagi guru dalam menciptakan pengalaman belajar yang berkualitas, mengembangkan potensi siswa, dan mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara optimal. Pentingnya kompetensi ini berdampak pada capaian hasil belajar siswa serta karakter siswa. Adapun masalah mitra ini adalah 1) keterbatasan pemahaman mengenai kurikulum merdeka dan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, 2) kurangnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, 3) kurangnya pemahaman dalam penerapan deep learning, 4) keterbatasan dalam manajemen kelas dan pendekatan personalisasi. Solusi dari masalah ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan penguatan kompetensi pedagogi. Kegiatan pelatihan ini dilaksanakan bagi guru profesional lulusan PPG yang berkarya di Kota SoE dan sekitarnya sebanyak 90 peserta pada tanggal 21 Maret 2025. Kegiatan pelatihan dalam bentuk ceramah dengan materi dibawakan oleh instruktur kemudian diskusi, dan kerja mandiri. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya peningkatan pemahaman tentang kurikulum merdeka, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan deep learning

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melatih guru-guru Sekolah Dasar di Kota Kupang berkenaan dengan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam rangka penguatan pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka. Pelatihan ini bertempat di SD Inpres Lasiana, Kota Kupang. Peserta pelatihan ini berjumlah 24 orang, yang merupakan perwakilan dari sekolah-sekolah yang ada di Kota Kupang. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu, diskusi, tanya jawab, penugasan, simulasi dan demonstrasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini, yaitu guru-guru mampu menyusun rancangan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi (Modul Ajar Berdiferensiasi) dan mendemonstrasikan rancangan tersebut. Melalui kegiatan ini guru-guru mendapat pengalaman langsung terkait pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam menguatkan implementasi kurikulum merdeka di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This study aims to develop contextually based Student Worksheets that can improve students' critical thinking skills. In addition, this study also aims to meet the needs of students and teachers for contextual-based student worksheets so that they can more easily understand the material and have interesting worksheets to use. This research is development research involving 22 subjects: teachers and grade IV students of SD Inpres Naikoten Kupang. The object of this study is student worksheets based on contextual approaches to improve students' critical thinking skills. Data collection is done through observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. Furthermore, this study applies the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this research is a product in the form of contextual-based student worksheets that have been tested for feasibility by material experts, linguists, and media experts. In addition, through student and teacher response tests, it was found that these student worksheets were effective, interesting, and practical to use by research subjects. This research succeeded in developing contextual-based student worksheets to improve students' critical thinking skills. The results showed that these student worksheets were effective and practical to use by teachers and students. Thus, this approach can effectively meet contextual needs in learning and improve students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini diadakan di SD Inpres Holoriang, Kabupaten Lembata, Kecamatan Ile Ape dengan hasil penelitian yang menunjukan bahwa jenis-jenis kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi murid yakni sulit untuk memahami materi pelajaran yang disampaikan, sulit memusatkan perhatian pada saat guru menjelaskan didepan kelas, dan sulit menjawab pertanyaan yang guru berikan. Dengan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi yakni faktor internal (faktor dari dalam diri) dan faktor eksternal (faktor dari luar diri), namun sebagian besar kesulitan belajar disebabkan oleh faktor eksternal yaitu keluarga dan sekolah. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa yakni berupa posisi duduk siswa, diberi bimbingan, les tambahan, remedial, melakukan komunikasi dengan orang tua, suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, dan pembelajaran yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut diatas maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kesulitan belajar yang dialami oleh murid SD Inpres Holoriang kesulitan belajar yang dihadapi murid yakni sulit untuk memahami materi pelajaran yang disampaikan, sulit memusatkan perhatian pada saat guru menjelaskan didepan kelas, dan sulit menjawab pertanyaan yang guru berikan. Abstract

The research aims to develop a Science Module based on Local Culture to enhance the Critical Thinking Skills of prospective Elementary School Teachers. This type of research is development research, using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate). The subjects of this study were 30 fifth-semester students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Program, who acted as prospective teachers and used the Local Culture-Based Science Module in their coursework as part of a trial of the module's use. The data collection methods employed were questionnaires to gather information on validation, attractiveness, and practicality, as well as tests to assess effectiveness. The data analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative analysis, where total scores and values were calculated and then averaged to be interpreted according to predetermined criteria. The results obtained from the research process showed that the Local Culture-Based Science Module was valid with a validity score of 3.85, attractive with a score of 82.2, practical with a score of 80, and effective with an average final test score of 83.06. In conclusion, the Local Culture-Based Science Module is valid, attractive, practical, and effective for use as a teaching guide for prospective elementary school teachers

Abstract

Kurikulum Merdeka menekankan fleksibilitas dalam proses pembelajaran, penguatan karakter, serta pemberian ruang bagi peserta didik untuk mengembangkan potensinya sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan minatnya. Salah satu strategi utama dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka adalah pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi memiliki konsep teoritik yang baik namun dalam praktiknya tidak mudah yang ditemui dalam berbagai kondisi di lapangan termasuk guru-guru profesional di kabupaten TTU. Adapun masalah mitra ini adalah 1) keterbatasan pemahaman mengenai kurikulum merdeka dan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, 2) kurangnya keterampilan guru dalam merencanakan dan mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi. Solusi dari masalah ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan penguatan kompetensi pedagogi. Kegiatan pelatihan dilaksanakan di Hotel Ariesta Kefa pada Sabtu, 12 April 2025. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah guru-guru alumni PPG LPTK FKIP Undana sebanyak 90 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan adanya perbedaan rata-rata peningkatan pemahaman guru sebelum dan setelah kegiatan pelatihan terkait pemahaman kurikulum merdeka dan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the situation in the Social Studies (IPS) learning process which was not effective and efficient because problems were often encountered, that is verbalism in learning because teachers interpreted teaching materials as mere tools and availability of teaching materials was not relevant to the material being taught. This study aims to develop teaching materials based on the local culture of East Sumba that are relevant to Social Studies material in class IV that are valid, practical, and effective. This type of research used development research with the ADDIE Model, which consists of 5 stages, that are Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Collecting research data using questionnaires and tests. The research subjects for class IV SDK Santo Yosep 2 were 25 people. Data collected consisted of expert validation data, teacher and student response questionnaire data, as well as test result data. The results showed that development of teaching materials for IPS class IV SDK Santo Yosep 2 had very good qualifications with an achievement level of 90.41%. The achievement of this quality is obtained from the calculation of average media validity level of 90.83% with very valid qualifications, the practicality level of media is 96.40% with very practical qualifications, and the effectiveness level of media is 84% ​​with very high/effective qualifications. So it can be concluded that diorama media developed is valid, practical, and effective.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the welfare of educators and educational staff, specifically how welfare, including appreciation, clear promotion paths, and supportive working conditions, impacts teacher motivation and performance. The research method uses in-depth interviews to obtain rich and contextual qualitative data from teachers and educational staff. The findings reveal that teachers who feel financially and psychologically well-being show high levels of motivation and professionalism, which in turn contribute significantly to the quality of learning. The appreciation given is not only in the form of economic compensation but also includes social and professional recognition as well as transparent and fair career paths that encourage teachers to continue developing their abilities. A conducive work environment and continuous training also play an important role in improving teachers' welfare and loyalty to educational institutions. The overall results of the study confirm that teacher welfare is a key factor in creating an effective and sustainable education system. This study recommends improving policies that prioritize teacher welfare in order to improve the quality of national education. These results are supported by experts such as Hutasuhut (2025), Sari (2020), and Moleong (2018), who highlight the importance of synergy between compensation, appreciation, and development.

Abstract

Artikel tersebut bertujuan menganalisis peran manajemen peserta didik dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Tunas Gloria dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatitf berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, dan pengisian angket berjumlah 10 angket, setiap angket terdiri dari 100 nomor pernyataan yang kami gunakan. Dengan subjek penelitian berupa guru kelas berjumlah 6 orang, sehingga dari 6 orang guru tersebut mereka menjawab “Ya” sebanyak 550 nomor dan jawaban “Tidak” sebanyak 50 nomor. Dan guru mata pelajaran berjumlah 4 orang mereka menjawab “Ya” sebanyak 381 nomor dan “Tidak” sebanyak 19 nomor. Sehingga melalui pengisian angket tersebut menunjukkan bahwa manajemen peserta didik di Sekolah Dasar Tunas Gloria sudah mencapai kualitas pendidikan secara terstruktur dan holistik. Sehingga dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen peserta didik yang terstruktur dan menyeluruh, peningkatan motivasi belajar, pembinaan karakter, serta evaluasi secara berkelanjutan, sangat berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Sedangkan evaluasi berkelanjutan memberikan umpan balik yang berguna bagi perkembangan siswa. Sehingga dengan demikian, kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dasar tidak hanya dilihat dari nilai akademik saja, namun dilihat dari bagaimana siswa dikelola secara menyeluruh. Manajemen peserta didik yang baik dapat membantu sekolah untuk membentuk karakter, mengembangkan kreativitas, dan membantu siswa mencapai tujuan pendididkan.
